I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the behavior of the manager (bold guy in the video) at Wetherspoons. We have been loyal customers for many years and visited on two occasions on Saturday, December 16, 2023. During our second visit, we moved a table with the express permission of security staff to accommodate our group of seven. However, the manager's response to moving a table was nothing short of appalling. The manager approached us in a rude and aggressive manner, shouting and treating the security staff with utter disrespect. This behavior was deeply shocking and completely unacceptable. It not only marred our evening but also created an uncomfortable and intimidating atmosphere for everyone involved. The manager's demeaning attitude towards employees, including potential racial undertones, was particularly disturbing. We were particularly disturbed and saddened for the security personnel who were subjected to this unwarranted abuse. They were simply doing their job and trying to ensure a pleasant experience for all of us. Yet, they were met with hostility and disrespect from someone who is supposed to be their superior. It is unacceptable that they should be treated in this manner, and we hope that they will not be discouraged from continuing to do their best to serve the Wetherspoons community. I believe that such behavior is completely incompatible with the expectations of a manager, especially at a well-respected establishment like Wetherspoons. It is essential that the company takes appropriate action to address this issue. Whether it be through proper training or a reconsideration of the manager's role, it is crucial to ensure that such unprofessional and offensive behavior is not tolerated. We cannot, in good conscience, continue to patronize an establishment where managers abuse their power and mistreat their employees. Such behavior is antithetical to our values and principles, and we will not support businesses that condone it. We urge Wetherspoons to take heed of our concerns and address this matter urgently.

Cold food and rude staff. Ordered breakfast here, which arrived cold. When I told the waitress, she just stared at me and said nothing. Eventually she came and took the food away, again saying nothing. She then came back with food, but the same food just microwaved! Including the butter pack, still on the plate. We told her this wasn't acceptable and she sighed at us and went away again. After 15 minutes she came back and simply asked if we wanted a refund instead of a meal. We asked to see the manager who apologised and offered both a refund and for new food. However, we had been there for almost an hour and had somewhere to be. Really poor. The manager needs to sort out waiting and kitchen staff.

Worst ever Wetherspoon experience. Slow, moody staff made us feel unwelcome from the moment we walked in. Two pints have never taken so long to pour. We order food and drinks a little while later through the app and the drinks arrive nearly 10 minutes before the food. We ask for fresh ones and get nothing but attitude from the staff. Food arrived and was horrific to put it mildly. Chips were underdone, chicken was dry, sausage was disgusting. Could not have had a worse experience. Just wish I hadn’t stepped foot in this place.

Food is Whetherspoon standard, so nothing to say about it. The management is substandard and rude. We sat at the tables at the entrance with my family. At some point one of the waitress decides that these tables weren't ok and we had to move because according to her we were occupying the entrance where they placed the table to begin with. Needless to say that we already ordered food and in the meantime it was getting cold. The table were moved a nudge closer to the entrance, with no gain I'm what the purpose of the move was. They crammed us against another table tha I'm the menatime got angry at us and not to the waiter that was moving the table. We finally changed location because another table became free. To add insult to injury, they moved the tables back where they were, other customers sat there and nothing was said to them. This place is not family friendly with this management, they just prefer to cater for the drunks of the area that get angry at you for no reason. I've been coming to this place for years, nothing like this never happened before. Won't come here anymore, will just check in future only if this management changes.

20220520fri3pm Mixed Grill with sausage&chips Special on piece of paper at bar £4.99 plus drink. ** Had a mixed grill with a pint last night, a not so busy late evening. Asked why my meal was cheaper than expected, around £8.50? instead of £9.50? and was told its Tuesday Evening and its cheaper. Lovelyjubly.

Quite strategic place because close to the tube station and bus stop. Nice and delicious foods for affordable prices but the cleaning service is super slow.

An awesome bar where there is big and jolly crowd, but still one would find table to sit. Reasonable price for food and drinks. Nice and cheerful staff. A day well spent there with my cousin.

I ordered grey goose , the same combination like I got in Victoria Station wetherspoon, but it taste like soda without alcohol in this shepherd's bush weatherspoon, I talked to the manager, young and handsome that one, he smelled it admit is not smelled very alcohol, he asked the bar staff , said they confirmed this is grey goose inside ( who would admit they forgot ?). But I can smell nothing taste nothing like grey goose at all. The attitude of the manager is friendly and nice , kept asking my how do I feel the drink after , despite I always answered it was like soda only, he didn't want to replace a new one for me , he did say if I ordered another drink, he can put a little more alcohol for me , it's kind but not solving the problem I got for the first cup of drink , went home super sober, not my expectation. I thank him for being nice keep asking me how I feel about the drink , but without putting alcohol in the first drink I paid or change a new one , (I can't spend more money for today) , the promise for making another drink stronger is not that helpful though😅😅. I basically pay alcohol rate for a soft drink .

I visited there ( 17/09 Sunday ) around 9-10pm. Average bar, nothing special...but... TRACY, she was amazing , and energetic, fast professional service!! ( Top of the service (busy night ), she give a training for one of the new staff and I heard : The label on the pint have to face to the guest. Little details,but you won't find such attentive service these days ) Thank you very much TRACY!

No Salt, terrible service and had my food waiting half an hour. Asian guy tells me he saw my food and he will be with me, which means if was finished and decided to leave it there. This chain does need to be put out of existence, but in the mean time, the service equals my respect. Don't come here - Chavs galore!

It's like stepping into 'yesteryears'. Wonderful, low lit, encompassing atmosphere. Good food at affordable prices. Ordering on the app a bit tricky but got food, dessert etc in the end. I shall return!😋

This central bar became my favourite place for convenience and prices and quality of food, we usually go for a meal deal which provides the best value, food taste ok and it comes in generous portions, also they have a wide selection of drinks, my favourite is laffe beer, which is the most expensive but tastes great. Staff always kind, every time always someone’s asks me about the food and if I enjoyed, service is quite fast as well, it also feels secure and friendly.

The condition of the Beer is Good here . If your in the area it's worth a Visit . :-)

This is not a Wetherspoons in a converted bank or cinema. It’s on the upper floor of the rather dreary Shepherd’s Bush shopping centre with a Poundland and Lidl. Definitely not to be mistaken with Westfield over the road. So, it’s not a very interesting branch of the chain in a decidedly uninteresting building. But the staff are great. Really friendly and welcoming and you get great views from big windows over Bush Green.

Typical Wetherspoon full of affordable food not the best quality but eatable. Pub is placed on first floor so is nice view through the windows on Main Street. Plenty of beer to choose and other alcohol. I personally had Tyskie which is my national beer so there was no surprise for me especially as is bottled. In general good place to come for quick and cheep food if you around.

Place was not so crowded during breakfast. Food was awesome and coffee are refillable. 👍🏼 Rest of the days can be packed as drinks are priced reasonably. Might be hard to find a table with big groups. Always had a good time gathering here

Today I went to the bar with 2 of my friends (we all are above 25). For the first time when we went to buy the drink they served us without asking for the ID card. When we went for the second time the same lady TRACY who served us before was asking for the ID card for one of my friend, I know that's her job but she should have asked us the first time when we went there. Because it makes no sense asking it for the second time as we started enjoying and in between she spoiled all the mood. We went to the manager as well, she was also not so supportive. Overall it was a very bad bad experience.

Very good and tasty food, but staff were rude.

Disappointed with the service, went to the restaurant just a few minutes after noon and ordered four all-day brunch. Two of the meals came in after 10 minutes, which is as expected. We never got the third till after 40 minutes of waiting and one of us having to ask the bar staff about the last two meals and then another wait for the fourth meal which came a whole hour later of us being there. Four same orders delivered at 3 different times! This was disappointing.

The food was good we were there sharing time with friends but one of the securities makes as feel really bad. Just because we are Colombian he decide to come to us telling us what we were doing it while telling us that because to be Colombian we are worse. He was so racist to us telling us if we were having drugs. As a person you have to get at least good customer and security service which you don’t have. He was so un respectful to us

This place is very busy on a weekend evening but still manageable to find a seat somehow. Food and drinks are very reasonable and good. No long wait. New winter menu available. Music is playing, bathrooms available. Located in small shopping center.

Friendly staff, nice food (although missing Gammon on the mixed grill a few times), lots of space. The atmosphere feels like what you'd expect from a pup. A nice Spoons. Would recommend.

Wetherspoons is one of my fave spot. For me is a great place to go, it offers great value on both food and drink and it really is hard to beat on price. Obviously the quality is compared to the prices but the atmosphere is nice. It feels kinda like home knowing that there is a Wetherspoons pretty much in every city. It’s always a decent place to start your night with a few cheaper drinks and every where I travel too I always try and find the Wetherspoons pubs. This one in Shepherds Bush got a good variety of drinks on offer. I had a chicken burger with chips and a pint of Guinness for £9.85. I mean it's better than Mcdonald andnsurely the quality is better! Ah, almost forgot, they have nice decorations for Halloween too, classics, Britis snacks and you can pay in cash or card. Money for value? Unbeatable!

Popped in with a gentleman I'm supporting today. He couldn't wait to have a lovely cup of tea and Troy (behind the counter) picked up on our conversation. There was some one in front of us but Troy understood the urgent need for me to get the teas in ASAP. So he handed over 2 cups and said pay me after you have sorted out your teas. What a lovely chap, thank you so much for your understanding. Much appreciated

It felt like it was every staff member's first day on the job. Genuinely perplexed that it took 3 members of staff and 10 minutes to decide whether or not to honour a drinks deal that had an expiry date on the menu for the end of the month. This was after waiting ages to get served despite there being only a few other people at the bar, who arrived later than we did. The drinks were fine and well priced; standard fanfare for a spoons.

Great bar, great service, very forgiving managers for somewhere that gets so busy. I frequent here and will always frequent here due to the friendliness of the staff. Good food, drinks cheaper than other places and smiley faces.

Usual weatherspoons only kitchen prepared food I think a bit below other places, maybe we just were unlucky. We had halloumi chips, which were deliciously done, came back few hours later and ordered the same only came very thin cut and fried too much nearly burned, nachos was tasteless, so as for food will not go back there

Central venue with amazing prices and great location. The red Malbak at £11 a bottle was great value and tasted good. I tried their premium steak. The sides and jacket potato was fantastic, but the steak was a let down. Medium was very rare and the steak was extremely tough to cut or eat. Not enjoyable, had to leave most of it on the plate, but finished the sides, which was a meal in itself! Still walked out happy!

Went in on a match day , refusing away fans ,but did not have colours on or an attitude like some people have, so got in served ,so cheap beer from 99p a pint for a nice IPA

Fantastic place where to have lunch or dinner... the food is extremely well prepared, good quality and great service. I am very satisfied and I strongly recommend this pub. The staff is amazing, super organised. Well done!!!

Don't expect this bar to be super clean or super posh :-) If you're too picky or impatient - don't go there. But what we all LOVE about Wetherspoon bars, and this one in particular is traditional, reasonably priced and delicious food, any kind of drinks, polite and helpful staff, chill and happy crowd, online orders & table service, relaxed atmosphere, good vibe. Whether you're a family, a couple, group of friends or a single person, who'd love to have a pint after work, this place is for you!

It was s busy Saturday afternoon and surprisingly managed to get a large table for our group. Another surprise was our waiter was deaf so we could communicate. Nice to know there is somewhere supporting the deaf

I have mixed feelings about this place. Most of the staffs are lovely but this Friday one waitress was very rude to us when I saw her delivering my order to the wrong table. Then I asked her about my order and she asked me to hold on. Long story short, she brought me the same plate that was in the other table and it was short. When I mentioned it, she completely lost it and denied it, and she sent me the 2 spare chicken wings that was missing from that plate. As a customer, the waitress went head to head with me and never admitted what had happened neither agreed to send me a new order. I thought that was disrespectful from that particular waitress. The other member os staff was always really nice. Thought you should know.

Bit run down but cosy. Staff didn't allow a group of 8 people to stay even though they offered to be split up in groups. I thought thy were too estrict following the rules. It was rather odd as staff are helpful and nice.

They don't have half of the menu and 95% of draft beers. Inside wasn't very clean. Quality of the food was awfull, my partner and I both had stomach pain after that. There wasn't salt/paper on the table and it was very dark and noisy. I wouldn't give even 1 star.

Long wait for food. Do not recommend
