👍 As others have said, a ‘proper’ unpretentious pub on Regents Canal - midway between King’s Cross basin and Camden Lock. If you’re looking for gastro standard food and 10 craft ales on draught, then this isn’t for you. If you want a light, airy pub, a great beer garden, a big screen showing sport,... As others have said, a ‘proper’ unpretentious pub on Regents Canal - midway between King’s Cross basin and Camden Lock. If you’re looking for gastro standard food and 10 craft ales on draught, then this isn’t for you. If you want a light, airy pub, a great beer garden, a big screen showing sport, a pool table and reasonably-prices drinks, then this is perfect. A mix of regulars and passing-trade, like us - service was friendly and we enjoyed our drink break. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

I really enjoyed this proper boozer. Very lively atmosphere during a football game. Excellent selection of beers and bartenders were really efficient despite the massive crowd. The pub is very nicely situated by the canal, so you can enjoy sitting there as well. They also have a garden. Nice mixed crowd. Haven’t tried the food.

Well priced drinks. Warm and friendly staff. Lively and large outdoor space. Great location, hidden away from the centre of busy Camden. Family friendly environment. All in all, this is a lovely place to meet friends for some drinks on a sunny day...and you have the option to walk along a pretty canal to get to it - going that way you get to see the awesome graffiti art outside the back entrance.

Traditional, no frills pub serving a selection of real ale. Friendly bar staff. Situated right by the Regents Canal with attractive garden.

A lot of chit-chat in the news recently about Britain’s constitution, but there really should be more about Camden’s. This is a good old-fashioned Knees Up Mother Brown style boozer.

Youth people pub (20-30) with live shows, great selection of beers and a specialized whiskey bar. Two floors, bottom floor feature live shows, while top floor features whiskey bar. Large smoking area outside with sittings. Decent prices. Amazing decoration

A great, rough and ready pub. Right alongside Regent's Canal so if you're a strolling from pub to pub along the canal it makes a great stopping point. Good beer garden (though it does get packed on rare occasions when the sun shines) and an okay selection of drinks at reasonable prices makes this place appealing. It's very rough around the edges and gets packed when there's football on but it is a nice break from the more pretentious and hipster establishments nearby!

The Constitution 📍 42 St Pancras Way, London, NW1 0QT 🚇 Camden Town 🍺 £4.30 Heineken ❤️ The Constitution is tucked away off the beaten track in the backstreets of Camden. This is a good old fashioned honest boozer with a pool table, dart and a jukebox. There’s a nice local feel about the place and the service was friendly and done with a smile. It was a nice day when I visited and thought I’d quaff my pint in the beer garden out the back which is a good size and overlooks the Regents Canal. If you like your live music there are Jazz, ska and rock nights held in the pubs cellar. . This is a proper pub with lots to offer that hasn’t had to sell it’s soul to survive. . 📊 Information correct on visiting 04/05/18

Sadly, The Con has been bought by a corporate business. Another community pub lost forever.
