Came
here
tonight
for
a
quick
bite
to
eat
and
a
drink.
Very
disappointing
service.
Never
had
issues
with
the
Wetherspoon
app
before.
35
mins
after
ordering
my
food,
I
was
told
that
they
had
run
out
of
chicken
wraps.
I
asked
for
an
alternative
wrap
which
I
was
told
wouldn’t
be
possible
as
they
had
run
out
of
tortilla
wraps.
I
said
that
it
was
a
bit
annoying
to
be
told
that
after
35
mins,
and
to
be
fair,
the
guy
was
sympathetic
and
apologetic.
He
said
he’d
bring
me
a
burger
instead.
I
didn’t
really
want
a
burger,
but
given
that
I’d
already
paid
on
the
app,
I
reluctantly
agreed.
Another
30
mins
passed
and
we
were
fed
up.
We
wanted
to
go
home,
but
I
had
already
paid
so
I
told
the
guy
behind
the
bar
and
showed
him
my
email
receipt
showing
that
I’d
been
waiting
1
hour
and
10
mins.
He
was
very
sorry
and
spoke
to
the
kitchen
and
said
it
would
be
10
mins.
10
mins
later,
the
burger
I
didn’t
want
or
order
arrived
at
the
table,
when
we
just
wanted
to
go
home.
I
wolfed
it
down
so
I
could
go
home
and
couldn’t
really
enjoy
the
meal
as
a
result.
Very
disappointing
to
have
to
wait
1
hour
and
20
mins
for
something
I
didn’t
want.
A
shame,
as
I’m
local
and
would
come
here
often
if
the
service
wasn’t
such
a
mess.
