Another great Wetherspoon's pub. Went in there for Fish and Chips on Friday, ordered the food and drinks from their Mobile app, saves queuing at the bar. Both the drinks and food came very quickly, and I must say the food and drinks are exceptional value for money, with the prices they charge you'd expect the food to be rubbish, it's not. The service was great as were the staff. Also the toilets were very clean and modern, I think that is always nice to know. I highly recommed this pub. A nice local pub, the prices are fine and there is a good layout. It can get packed, but not to the point of madness. A good honest family pub, well run and decent food.

Terrible stuff i was there 2 days ago when an old grumpy bartender was acting like he owns the place, anyways I went there for refreshing drink when I and my friend were done we even took out glasses to her.out the stuff. Going back to the bar asking the grumpy bartender if I could have 2 shots. And he goes I am not serving you????Based on what ???? I do understand the frustration to be 60+ but no one is forcing you to be and work there. So no one really needs anymore grumpy people. That customer service is below 0 As I am manager in a 5 star Hotel o belive this behaviour shouldn't be tolerated!

I used to work opposite in Windsor House when this Wetherspoons opened in 1993. Back then it was a breath of fresh air as far as a lunchtime pint! (The Norbury Hotel was dire - on one occasion three of my colleagues went down with food poisoning when they ate there.) Once the Spoons opened, everyone from the office went there. I remember the fish and chips was £1.40. Amazingly, this Spoons still offers a great deal on fish and chips as their 'Afternoon Deal': Mon-Fri, 2pm-5pm with small freshly battered fish and chips + soft drink for £5.20, or alcoholic drink £6.50.

It's cheap as chips. The food is the usual wetherspoons standard, cheap but as a result not great and often dry and overcooked. A large seating area outside which is very good. Table service through the app. Filled with locals

The Moon is a nice pub in the heart of Norbury. It's very similar to various other wetherspoons hahah! But seriously, it is a friendly place and the staff are great. It also has a large outdoor seating area with great sun umbrellas 🙂🙂🙂

Been here 1st time. Nice clean pub including the bathroom. Food was all right with reasonable price. I love the idea of inexpensive unlimited coffee! And the coffee machine makes it really tasty with some options: latte, cappuccino, flat white,I think also espresso and black coffee. Good idea.

Well well well... the last time I came here was 5 years ago and I got to say the staff are as lovely as ever, very attentive. Family friendly environment. The food is okay, I like that the menu does toddler portions for the smaller kids as well as for big kids. The menu kept the kids busy with their 🖍 crayons and puzzles. Easiest place to dine with the kids on a budget... Nice outside dining area

Went today 7th August met by a loud mouth pushy barmaid who was dam right rude Didnt have the correct facts of a situation but called me rude. We were at the bar, no one else there, being served by a NICE young girl 2 guys came shouting their order we got left and then the loud mouth barmaid pushed her way in, contradicting herself and taking the till that was being used for our order stating theres 3 other tills GO AND USE THEM THEN!!!! I m shouting.this barmaid out as she caused embarrassment lets do the same to her... if read, she knows it was her i suggest you ask your manager for training in hospitality as she is the worst rude barmaid and lets the others down thanks to the lady manager who listened

I enjoyed it. The beer was cheap and the food was ok. I was surprised at how many people were in there for a weekday afternoon.

As a pub it's an average place, but I came a few times for food, and it's done quickly and deliciously.

This particular branch of Weatherspoons is not perfect by any stretch. However, usually, the staff are pleasant and helpful and we generally have a positive experience when we come here. Today though was a completely different story. The barman in a white shirt and suspenders on Sunday 27/03/2022 was, quite possibly, the worst person to be representing a company let alone be serving at a bar. His demeanour and attitude was unpleasant and unnecessary. A simple question was met with a look of disdain so sharp it practically cut me and my wife. I know you must of had a busy day but it would have probably been easier for everyone if this barman stayed at home. We were happy to stay for a couple more drinks and some food but this solemned, suspendered, sulking, server put us right off. Might try and avoid this pub, at least, when this barman is working anyways.

Best wetherspoons food I've had. Mixed grill, all meats were cooked well and still had a little moisture. Nice flavour, and chips were hot too. Will go again.

Great local pub, not many people say that about a Wetherspoons because they would only visit occasionally but on and off this has been my second home for a number of years. The atmosphere has always been very relaxed and a great place for meeting up with friends, the only criticism I have is they have recently changed their supplier and no longer sell bottles of original Magners.

Give Tony a raise! He and the team were amazing today. We had a funeral today and they were absolutely on point. Props to Tony especially

Recently went for breakfast and it was terrible. Bacon freezing cold and had to be sent back. We were told fresh bacon would be sent back but it was original bacon heated in microwave. If this was our first visit I would never go back again. Outdoor area is pleasant with plenty of seating. Pub is old in decor and feels and looks like an old man's local...sorry!. Good transport links I guess you get what you pay for. I won't be rushing back anytime soon.

A lovely pub on London Road in Norbury. Very clean and tidy with some booths down one side a mixture of high and low tables down the centre. There is also a space along the front with tables as well. The Guinness was excellent as was the Daleside Santa's Progress. A word of caution though: please ask permission before taking photos in this pub. A fair request I think. They're very polite and helpful. They don't take offence, just explain the situation.

Nice place, really clean, good staff. Food and booze came really quickly and it's very affordable. If you want gourmet it's not the place for you, and they don't have Coke only Pepsi, but as far as a Weatherspoons goes, it's really nice.

Chips under cooked and dry meat with no sauce to it, The decor is very very tired and dirty,it definitely needs to be updated and would be nice if the cocktail jugs are a little less watered down.

It's a spoons, food reasonable, table service good via the link, but if you go to the bar for a drink be prepared to wait. Apart from being ignored its a case of he who shouts loudest and that is my pet hate. The staff need to pay more attention to who is next in line. Saying that they were really lovely and friendly...

Good clean pub. Great selection of alcohol and non alcoholic drinks. Great food selection. Clean toilets, Bright lights, no dark corners. Good atmosphere. Car park has now been converted into outside eating area since the pandemic, but lots of parking space nearby.

I came here with my family and the pub had a good atmosphere. Our food was delicious! I think the Chefs name was ‘Elle’ she came out to tell us to enjoy our food and also to introduce herself which I thought was very nice of her. Lovely staff!
