was
very
impressed
with
the
customer
service
at
this
hotel.
9/10
were
very
friendly,
accommodating
and
very
helpful.
They
all
said
Good
morning
and
thank
you.
From
the
cleaners,
to
receptionist
staff,
restaurant
staff
and
bar
staff.
My
concern
was
with
the
Maintainance
management,
toilets
clearly
had
an
issue
and
most
do
not
flush
properly
and,
there
was
clearly
a
drainage
issue.
I
had
flooding
and,
drainage
issue
in
the
room
and,
the
maintenance
manager
took
very
long
to
move
me.
I
was
concerned
by
his
attitude
and
professionalism
,
he
came
across
very
rude
at
times
and
unprofessional.
However,
all
other
staff
were
a
pleasure
to
be
around
and
you
can
see
they
all
work
very
hard.
Towels
had
a
strong
odour
of
bleach
which
was
very
concerning.
I
thin
if
they
can
sort
out
the
maintenance
issues,
get
windows
better
ventilation
and
better
management
of
maintenance
issues,
I
would
give
them
a
complete
5
star.
other
than
this
my
stay
was
very
pleasant.
Other
managers
dealt
with
matters
very
swiftly
and
professionally
including
Yazmin
and
Marilena.
Both
very
polite
and
helpful
