Comfy bed. Great sound proofing windows. No noise at all at night. Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Staff friendly but could have been improved with more staff on reception. Sometimes the desk is unmanned if you need help. Self check-in was easy though. Was also able to securely store and leave luggage before check-in

Truly awful hotel if you want to sleep. Unbearably hot rooms or unbearably noisy, you have a lucky dip. Even if cold outside rooms resemble more of a sauna, than a sauna. Fans are useless. Sealed windows I get but with ducting for heat, to add an AC output is not hard. My room also had a broken door seal and a missing bathroom extractor fan (a BC require by for windowless sanitary facility) and staff seem just resigned to unhappy customers and complaints. Rather than the premier inn promise to help, they do nothing but give you a card how to complain that I imagine the need to keep well stocked up on. I was tempted to put my mattress on the corridor as it was cooler and the bed kept coming away from the wall as it wasn’t fixed so you can’t sit and recline on it. I have stayed in lots of premier inns without a problem this is an embarrassment to the chain and is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, in my life. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

The breakfast was nice, staff were lovely and helpful and the room was actually suitable and lovely. The room was nice, we had an accessible room which it made a change to be able to get the wheelchair in and move it around in a hotel room, absolutely brilliant for what may have been his last stay away but ideally we needed ideally the option of more pillows for someone with breathing issues and heart failure who normally uses an electric bed for complex health needs, i think we made it the best last trip for him that we could. I think it would benefit the hotel if they had parking.

I am writing this after staying 5 nights, with 7 more to go. Wanted to cancel remaining nights but unfortunately I am stuck with the non-cancellable term. The staff are generally nice and courteous, although their competency level, I don't really have a high level of confidence. Location is good. Here is what puzzles me. Proper housekeeping is a basic requirement for all hotels of decent grading. 3 days ago, I asked for housekeeping service, it was promptly fulfilled. Today, I asked for room to be cleaned in the morning. At noon, went to lobby to inform them again, making sure that they took note of my request again. Left the room for 3+ hours. Came back, room was not cleaned. Seriously, the thought of the remaining days of staying here does not seem appealing anymore. Well, let's see how my remaining days of stay goes. Will update with another review after I check out.

The room I stayed in was very nice - spacious and quiet but the service in the Thyme restaurant was not acceptable. It took more than an hour for a simple meal to be served at a time when the restaurant was very quiet. I praise the waitresses for their helpful manner but do not understand how service could have been so slow.

Quite a lot of maintenence issues in our room - handle hanging-off bathroom door, and lock didn't work. Kettle tripped the circuit-breaker, toilet didn't flush properly. Room has 'cooling', which didn't really work during the warm days we're having (August 22), air conditioning would be better. Great selection at breakfast, but hot food wasn't hot enough. Good location and very good staff however. Can still recommend...

This place is okay, mid at best though for the location and cost in comparison to other nearby hotels this place gets the 4* rating. The rooms are clean and have everything you need and so if you just need a place to rest and recover after a big day out in London this should be perfect. I would suggest paying for breakfast as you go, it is quite a good buffet and plenty of food but you might not want or need it everyday! Kids also eat free which is great.

Great location near Euston, St Pancreas, King's Cross etc. Great value for money (cheaper than other budget hotels in the area), with the bar/restaurant area being very nice and competitively priced. We had a problem with a noise concerning the air con in our room. Reception were quick to send maintenance and the engineer (I believe his name was Andre) sorted the problem very quickly and gave a very good explanation of why it was occurring and apologized for the issue. His kindness really stood out. Other than that, absolutely no problems, quiet room, comfortable bed and just about what you'd expect for a Premier Inn. I've rated 5-stars based on value-for-money as obviously there are nicer hotels but for one or two nights, this definitely does the job.

Room was clean and tidy. No complaints there but Two things. First thing we booked a twin room for two adults (not related) and it had a double bed and something resembling a single bed hitched up by the window. I was not impressed. Perhaps it was our fault for not checking if this hotel offers two double beds. Second. I guess the industry is suffering staffing shortages as it took ages to get shown into breakfast even though we chose the so called quite period. Tables took ages to be cleared etc. Didn't see any vegetarian options available. That was disappointing. Perhaps I could have asked but other chains have it available as standard. Is it not 2022! This was the first time I stayed at a premier Inn. I was not impressed 🤨

Pleased to say not typical of previous stays at Premier Inns. Rooms were far too hot for comfort and sleeping, air conditioning non-existent. Temporary fan noisey. Generally starting to look dated and well used, benefit from refurbishing. Breakfast service and menu was excellent and very good value. The staff were all efficient and attentive. Ideally located for my needs. As such will return

Fantastic service! Every member of staff we encountered was helpful and polite. Couldn't fault the breakfast, kids are free was also a nice touch. Rooms are as expected, bed comfy and rooms cleaned when required. Location is opposite Euston station with multiple tube stations for other lines within easy walking distance.

We have been stopping at this hotel for quite some years and have never had an uncomfortable night until this visit. To be told the day before in an email that there is no air conditioning was a surprise to us. There are "cool air' panels in each room (no longer working) yet the restaurant and reception have working air con. So when did the air conditioning get switched off?! Despite being provided a fan, the rooms were far too hot and uncomfortable to get even a reasonable night's sleep. We expect better from Premier Inn.

A useful cost-effective hotel for a stop off, if you're travelling to/from St Pancras, which is only 5 minutes' walk away. Rooms are fine but there is no air conditioning, so they will get hot in the summer. Check-in was painless via an auto-terminal, or you can speak to a person. Continental breakfast is good value; I was less impressed with the cooked option. The hotel has a car park, which can be very useful (and save a lot of money) if you're driving in London.

Ideal location for an overnight stay in London. Rooms are a good size and spotlessly clean. It's a shame the bar closes so early, and a few more reception staff would be useful, especially when the self check in machines are not working.

A good Premier Inn. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good choice at breakfast and we had a nice meal on the final evening of our stay. My one complaint is that you can't open the windows. Please reconsider this at Premier Inn so that windows can be opened with safety catches.

Great location but still had someone else's greasy head print on the head board which I asked the guy on reception yesterday just before 12pm to have cleaned and it wasn't. Totally gross. Premier inn have long since stopped caring though as I've found out on 3 recent visits to other locations.

Accommodation is no frills and comfy. Ideal if you’re in London on business and just want somewhere to put your head down. Only problem is noisy London. The double-glazing is effective in noise reduction but as there’s no AC in the rooms it gets really hot and stuffy if you keep the windows closed. With the best will in the world fans don’t make any difference to the temperature. I stayed in autumn when the weather was mild but would definitely think twice about staying there in summer.

I was very impressed with the customer service at this hotel. 9/10 were very friendly, accommodating and very helpful. They all said Good morning and thank you. From the cleaners, to receptionist staff, restaurant staff and bar staff. My concern was with the Maintainance management, toilets clearly had an issue and most do not flush properly and, there was clearly a drainage issue. I had flooding and, drainage issue in the room and, the maintenance manager took very long to move me. I was concerned by his attitude and professionalism , he came across very rude at times and unprofessional. However, all other staff were a pleasure to be around and you can see they all work very hard. Towels had a strong odour of bleach which was very concerning. I thin if they can sort out the maintenance issues, get windows better ventilation and better management of maintenance issues, I would give them a complete 5 star. other than this my stay was very pleasant. Other managers dealt with matters very swiftly and professionally including Yazmin and Marilena. Both very polite and helpful

Fell short of usual Premier Inn standards. Heating in the room didn't work (was in the negatives outside), so they provided us with an electric heater. This used up one of our sockets & got in the way. Apparently this is because the hotel doesn't have air conditioning (or rather it does, but it doesn't work). They left only one set of pillows & towels, even though the booking was for a couple. Room had the constant sound of running water, woke me up several times during the night. Maintenance said it was water pipes. Walls not very sound proof. No extra toiletries like toilet paper, shampoo, body wash etc. Despite all this, would stay here again, but it's the small details that make a big difference. Usually other Premier Inn's that I've stayed in excel a bit more.

Average hotel room. Everything seemed clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was very quiet, even though the street outside was very busy. 5 minute walk to Euston or Kings Cross. Would stay again if I was in the area. For the price everything was good.

I had an agreeable 2 nights stay and the price was decent. The location is good and the breakfast was also okay. However, my room felt like it was built over a volcano, the windows didn't open and the "air conditioning" was clearly for display purposes only.

Got given an accessible room as I presume it was all they had left and it stank upon arrival. I only required the room as a place to keep my stuff and sleep as I had plans. The drain in the bathroom made a really loud noise all while I tried to sleep and the bathroom produced a foul smell the next morning. The lifts took forever to come and people were stood for ages. There were no clear directions to the stairs. Probably the worst part about all this tho was the room service people. From early hours of the morning people were knocking on my door and when I went to look there was no one there every time. My sleep was greatly disturbed so thought I’d just get a late check out but some women burst into my room around 12pm saying I needed to leave to which I replied I would be paying for late check out and then she walked off without saying much. She burst back in an hour and a half later to which I again explained I was going to pay for late check out fee to which she said I’m not allowed even tho I’ve done this multiple times before even at this hotel. She then just walked off again leaving me with little information and then a little while later while I was gathering my stuff another woman came to my room telling me I had to work this out with reception, as if late check out was a new concept to them. After having waited so long for the lift the previous night, which resulted in me missing an Uber, I didn’t want to have to wait for the lift for ages again for something so simple most hotels offer (there wasn’t even a phone so if a disabled person was using the room they wouldn’t be able to get down properly) so I just took my stuff and left. Not only was my sleep greatly disturbed but I suffer a lot with anxiety and random people bursting in and out of my room really made me feel uncomfortable and panicky. Incredibly disappointed and will not be coming back.

This was not typical of previous stays at Premier Inns. The rooms were far too hot for comfort and sleeping. The air conditioning was non-existent. The hotel in general terms is very tired looking and needs refurbishing. However the breakfast menu was amazing and very good value. The staff were all friendly and attentive.

London is expensive. Okay but this takes budget to a new low. Staff are not very helpful when you can even find them. Rooms are dingy and not everything works. Heating never worked for our entire stay. Breakfast was quite good but the restaurant is freezing cold. Restaurant staff aren't all that helpful... But they are very polite about it.

Not a great condition hotel. We can accept that since the location is convenient to Euston Station, it is ok if hotel is in older state. But the overall maintenance of the rooms is bad. We stayed level 2 and water flowing down the bathtub and basin was super super super super slow. We just had a 1 night stay, in and out. So am happy that it was just a short overnight stay. Do not recommend for long stay, but if you just need a place to lie down before/after train rides, it is ok.

Enjoyed a short stay, room heating system a little complicated but was only there for two nights so no problem. Needs to have real toilet paper rolls, just had the one sheet at a time dispenser. Comfy bed good sleep. Not sure about the £10 surcharge for booking in early as the room was already clean and a couple of hours should not cost more. Staff friendly so enjoyed the stay and would stay there again.

Nice clean little place. Would consider again for London trips due to location. Service is a one, because we didn't need any and didn't see anyone to serve us. Doesn't mean they were not there, or were not helpful. We only stayed one day/night.

Its location is ideal being so close to all modes of transport. The staff were friendly, helpful and always available. The hotel is starting to look a little tired but not enough to worry about as yet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and meals whilst at the hotel and would definitely stay again.

Small room for 2 but adequate for 1 night. Very comfortable as usual. Decent bathroom as well. Friendly staff. Great location. Lovely staff in their own coffee shop too. I'll b back.

Nearly 30 minutes to check in at 3pm with a queue about 40 long stretching out onto the street. If you rock up 20minutes early they ask you to pay. Pretty. Self service machines not working. Incredibly slow process. Don't plan on turning up before 4pm unless you fancy standing out on the street. Incredibly disappointing.
