Very good hotel, centrally located in the heart of London. The hotel does not look like much from the outside but one should not judge the book by it’s cover. The staff is very welcoming, competent and helpful. The upper rooms have amazing views of the city. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with what you need. The restaurant is very good too but can be busy at times. This could easily be a 5 star experience but I have to deduct a point for (a) the fact that our room was a bit dated and could do with some paint and (b) more importantly the hotel was incredibly short staffed. You can tell that Brexit and Covid are not a good combination. All staff work incredibly hard to make guests have a great experience but they can’t make up for the fact that they are stretched thin which increases wait times and results in reduced service quality.

A beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms. Although I had a room facing the front of the road I never heard the road noise and had a wonderful night's sleep. Minor issues at the restaurant were quickly resolved by the operations manager. The room has everything you may need and that includes a mini fridge and a kettle with a variety of available teas and coffee, it could benefit from fresh milk being provided. The shower is absolutely brilliant and the products provided are of good quality. I will definitely be visiting again.

An excellent hotel. Minutes from St Pancras International. The reception and dining areas are very pleasing to the eye. All the staff that I encountered were top class. The gym is very well equipped. My room was extremely comfortable with all mod cons including a Bose sound dock. The bathroom, though quite small, was perfectly adequate and had a first class shower.

Loud at night. The hotel door has no soundproofing so you're at the mercy of the comings and goings of whoever else is staying in your hall. The impact noise from rooms above and neighboring is significant: I've heard what sounds like heavy things being dragged, and lots of knocks and bumps. The noise vibrates into the bed. It's a shame that in a hotel that probably often serves travelers who are in transit and on a schedule, needing quick access to Pancras or King's Cross, this hotel cannot be the place to truly relax and rest your head. And for a rather expensive hotel? The amount of noise from within the hotel is just upsetting. The bathrooms are spacious with a deep bathtub. The rooms also offer a decent amount of space, which is rare in London hotels. But I would trade space for a much-needed good weeknight's rest in a second.

I had an excellent 2 night stay here on business recently. They gave me a free upgrade and a free drinks voucher on arrival, which was lovely. We had a dinner table booked in the restaurant. There was a slightly delay from service side of things, but the food was excellent with a decent wine list and drinks menu. My room was on one of the upper floors which gave me a lovely view of London. The room itself was large and spacious, with an excellent shower, and a coffee machine being the highlights. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Front desk staff Mark is extremely helpful. He told us we could have a free upgrade by joining the hotel's membership. Room is spacious. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to St Pancras Station. A convenient is around the corner. Breakfast is great. Restaurant staff were very professional and helpful. Will surely staying at Pullman for my future stays in London.

Ok choice only if you have to be in King’s Cross. The hotel is nicely located just next to the British Library and within few minutes walking distance from King’s Cross & St Pancras train and tube stations. Rooms were clean but nothing special. Attention to detail was missing: when we arrived the safe was not working, body soap was missing and the curtain was partially out of its hangers. Major issue was that there was light coming from the windows during the night, even if we tried to engineer solutions with the curtains. As a result we could not really enjoy a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was decent. I also have to say that the design of the lobby was rather special. Neon lights and tons of plastic flowers everywhere made some good fast insta shots but after few minutes started hurting our aesthetics. Staff was kind and super helpful.

This is such a fantastic hotel. Very near to the train station. Also, British Library is beside it. Looks very unassuming from outside, however, you are transported to luxury once you step in. There were touches of liitle delights in the decor. From the dream catcher tree to the pink telephone box in the corner. Amazing view from the 15th floor. The amenities were all modern and very comfortable. Nice touch with the robes and slippers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I had to take a star off for the poor breakfast I had. I waited for a long time for my poached eggs but unfortunately when they came, the egg white was uncooked. The sausage also wasn't great quality. Saying that, there is a lot of variety for breakfast. For such a big hotel, they need to expand the restaurant area, so that people are not waiting to be seated. If you want a bit of luxury and you can afford it, then this would be good value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Only visited for a business meeting, great location if you're near Euston. Service is good, staff are very helpful. I also stayed on for an hour tondo a bit of work/emails which was great 👍 Food is quick and reasonably priced. My only criticism (more a personal one) their Club Sandwich is nice and has great ingredients but it is made with 'Fried Toast', so whilst nice, feels too greasy 😕

Great hotel in a central location for a really good price. We dined at the hotel on a Wednesday night, the menu was good with some interesting dishes. There was a live DJ which really added to the atmosphere. The room had a great layout, especially for people with kids. All in all, a great experience and I’ll certainly be back soon!

Staff are lovely. Great service. Great options for breakfast with fresh fruit. Only lost a star as the safe was not working so a bit disappointed on that as someone should be checking the details however small. Other than that all great as the room was clean, everything we needed was there. The reception and adjoining dining/bar area looked fab and price for a night cap of baileys was reasonable! I just wished I had taken photos to remember the place, but will stay again in the future.

Perfectly decent hotel located in just the right spot for travelers. My wife and I stayed here one night while doing some sightseeing around the UK. Keep in mind that most all hotels around the middle of London that aren't very expensive will have really small rooms. But surprisingly this room was a decent size. Still compact, but laid out in such a way it didn't feel cramped. I do need to take off a star for a couple reasons however. First the Air conditioner was broken and the room got uncomfortably hot several times through the night. Second, the shower design is awful. For some reason they designed it without an actual door or curtain, so water gets all over the bathroom floor no matter how careful you are. Service was good, and the concierge was very accommodating in helping us find a room we could use even though we were checking in 5 hours early. The restaurant was pretty decent but the options for breakfast are not the best for that price. But the price of the room was fair and the location could not be more convenient, you are right next to Euston Station, King's Cross, and the Underground station. Just needs a little improvement on the quality of the rooms.

Great service, excellent breakfast with baristas making great coffee. Room is clean and peaceful from the bustling area yet within walking distance from the 2 main stations. I like the gym which has up to date equipment including free weights rack and a sauna. View from the high level was great at the lift lobby where you can see beautiful sunset.

Great location if you have an early train. Odd room decor-stark red & white. Room service was brilliant but the bar staff served us Prosecco when we ordered champagne...

We had a great three nights at Pullman. The hotel is close to two railway stations and the Tube. The room was great (an upgrade) with plenty of space and view to the city skyline. The staff was very friendly everywhere. It really showed that they all wanted our stay to be pleasant. Breakfast was also very tasty with a wide selection of food.

The room was sufficiently spacious, and the amenities provided were good too. We requested for a quiet room with a view and that was exactly what we got. We chose this hotel because of its central location and easy access to train and tube stations. Plenty of buses too. It's also within walking distance of the nearest Big Bus Hop on Hop Off bus stops, if you're gonna take that tour. Can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't have it. But the bar is excellent with the choice of liquors and beers on tap. The food was good too - we had the GA burger and it was so delicious! Staffs were very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended!

Location is ideal, but the room was not. King size mattress was soft and sunk in on both sides. I was a solo traveller and ended up sleeping in the small strip in the middle which was most firm. I asked reception if they could provide any additional mattress topper or something to fix it and no help came. The toilet configuration was a bit tight, but understandable. However the tap was tarnished and stained, which made it look dirty at the initial first look. Tv was also not able to connect to your personal device for streaming so that limited entertainment options in the room. Also, one of the bed side reading lights was also not working. I expected better standards from Pullman.

Sofa bed had not been set up on arrival and the room was set for 2 people. Room has marks on the wall that looked like someone had smeared something on them. We tried to order room service but couldn't get an answer so had to go down to order. Room was boiling and we couldn't get the aircon to work. We were later told it only blows out hot air in the winter. Its a really nice hotel in a good location, breakfast was spot on also. Friendly helpful staff.

I had a wonderful two night stay on a friends trip away for a 40th birthday celebration. Being so close to Kings Cross St Pancras station which has so many tube options it was so easy to get where we wanted to go. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is very nice - really nice lobby and bar area. Great room. All in all - an excellent stay.

Amazing stay love the ambience and this place has its own charm . The lobby is so vibrant and the music at the lobby with the restaurant is simply lovely . The house keeping and front desk people are absolute gem . They really go out of the way to make sure things are good and in the right place . Love this place will surely come in soon . PS Laura in the front desk is a lovely person to hold a good travel conversation and is very genuine person.

The room was spacious, the bed was big and comfortable. Little noise probably from air conditioning system, but it stopped during the night. There was kettle to make a tea, which was nice. Bathroom was also big enough. Everything was clean. Breakfast was tasty in a very lovely environment. We have used sauna. Fortunately nobody else was there, so we got to have a private sauna session.

Very polite team, quick check in, aided by the previous online check in facility. As an Accor loyalty member I received a room upgrade which was greatly appreciated. Room was clean and warm and nicely appointed, breakfast was plentiful and the bar service in the evening was friendly and efficient too. All in all a good stay.

Enjoyed our 1 night stay. Hotel is in good location for the main station especially if you’ve got an early Eurostar to catch. Rooms are decent for price range, bar and restaurant is good, breakfast is one of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve had for a while.

I had a short business trip to London. It was held in a museum about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. I loved the options for meals that I found just walking in the area. The great access to trains and other transportation was a nice plus as well. Even the weather was great.

Have stayed here twice now and will probably do so again. Peaceful and comfy rooms, nice shower cubicles with all toiletries provided. Excellent breakfast buffet and nice food and cocktails in the evening! Personally I think it is pricey, but it gets everything right which is not often the case in my experience.

Great check in experience with Jamie who continued to be super helpful during our stay and on departure. All of the staff we encountered were great. Deluxe suite is large and comfortable with great views. Location so close to Kings Cross is very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

I had a two night stay at the Pullman after arriving in London for the first time from the US. I loved everything about it. All the front desk people are very nice and helpful. They even converted my "early check in" to a "late check out" after I arrived at the normal check in time. Every time I asked them for little things like more coffee pods or to borrow a spoon from the restaurant they more than happily obliged. I ate one night in the restaurant, GA X, and had a beautiful meal and experience. The Pullman is so convenient to the Kings Cross train station and the St Pancras tube, I used both easily. The neighborhood has many eating options and convenience stores. The room itself, I had a deluxe on the 12th floor, was everything you could wish for. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The curtains closed over themselves in the middle and were heavy, they darkened the room into instant night which I feel is so important when you're dealing with her lag and an extreme time change. Speaking of darkness I found it incredible that there were no blinking lights from appliances at night, that sort of thing keeps me up. I never heard anybody else in the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel, I would 100% stay there again.

Rooms a little dated, but clean. Helpful service from everyone. Strong airconditioning with user-controlled temperature target. The gym is 24 hours, and there is a small dry sauna room (7am to 11pm I think) which was a nice extra.

Very friendly staff, great bar area that is also the location for breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was great, lots of choice! The rooms are nice enough, although the bed was a little lumpy. Great location and would definitely recommend this hotel for a London stay.

This is by far the best hotel I have stayed at, in London, for a while. The ease of booking, the friendliness of the staff (Hasini), the location, the food and the decor make this place the best on my list of recommendations! I would stay here again and again!!

The junior suites are not all so, the first we had was below the gym and was more Travelodge in size and most definitely not a suite.. However we were moved and the change was noticeably fantastic and a suite to be proud of.. The staff were great, we did not eat in, and for breakfast and grazing and drink we used Nisa.. The staff will tell you where that is

Nicely presented contemporary hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast is an extra cost and felt overpriced. Rooms and public areas all clean. Very modern hotel in great location for Kings Cross St Pancras and Euston stations.

Such a lovely hotel with amazing views over London. All the staff were very friendly especially with our children. And what an amazing welcome for our anniversary, thank you to Elvis and team for making it extra special for us.

We had a room on the 12th floor with a fabulous view and a good bathroom. The building looks very plain on the outside but the interior has been done stylish, modern. The staff is very accommodating and the fact that you can leave your luggage without extra cost, walking distance from the stations is just great to get that extra couple of hours to visit London.

Great hotel near St Pancras International train station (several minutes walk). Room: nice views, AC works as expected, Nespresso machine, nice interior. Breakfast: beautiful area, good selection, especially enjoyed fruits. Other: good gym with a view, nice sauna, including the relaxation area. Great stay!

Good location for the station. We were getting the Eurostar the next morning so stayed here for convenience. The lobby is nice and service good. The rooms are small and basic, definitely not worth the £497 for one night. Way over priced for what you get. Only instant coffee in the rooms which is a bit of a disgrace considering this is meant to be a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was good, but not worth the money if you don’t eat much.

This hotel is great for a getaway to London. The room was modern and clean. The kingsize bed was comfy but the sofa bed wasn't so much because the mattress was too thin. The staff is thoughtful and polite. The breakfast is correct. Probably the best thing about this hotel is the location. Just 5 minute walk from St Pancras station, where you can catch several underground lines: Piccadilly, Victoria, etc. The overall experience was very good.

  • 4/5 Estelle L. 4 months ago on Google
The location is great for those who travel to and from St Pancras and Kings X, even Euston, all within walking distance. I am a member and choose to stay in the hotel on my birthday yet I still got a room on the lowest floor, with the drainage in the shower was really bad. The bar/restaurant was excellent, as I had a great late dinner with my mate.

  • 5/5 Andrew L. 2 years ago on Google
This is a great venue for a civilised drink with friends or business associates. Very good service and decor. Price point is on the high side so serves to exclude those with more modest budgets, but meets expectations well with consistent high standards.

Great experience. The hotel was ideally located for us right next to King's Cross, it was clean and had a great atmosphere. We had dinner and the food and service was outstanding. Plenty of options at the breakfast buffet. Our bed was super comfortable and the views from the room were amazing. Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful four night stay that exceeded our expectations. Great sleep quality. Easy access to transport across London. The breakfast was extensive though it could use some additional vegan options other than the standard fruit, cereal and bread. Though this is fine for most places, this buffet is extensive and could easily add vegan pancakes or vegan sausage. The fitness center was top notch. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Pullman was so amazing! The room was spacious, comfortable, and up-scale. The staff were all super nice, from the porter who helped us with our luggage and gave us recommendations for the area to the breakfast attendants who served us with smiles and well wishes for the day. Speaking of breakfast (which wasn't included for our stay), it was a bit on the pricey side, but did not disappoint in scale. There were so many options and everything was delicious! We definitely got our money's worth. Another huge plus to the Pullman is the stellar location. It was incredibly easy and convenient to walk just five minutes to King's Cross station, where we could get nearly anywhere on the Tube in about 20 minutes or less. There were also a ton of great food locations in the area for all tastes and price ranges, and even a few grocery/convenience stores just a 10-15 minute walk away. Being able to quickly walk to the British Library and the British Museum was also great; my husband and I loved strolling through the neighborhood and always felt safe, even at night. Overall, would highly recommend! The only thing we didn't like about the room was the shower design, but that's hardly unique to the Pullman. It was one of those "half a pane of glass with no door" showers that have become so popular at hotels, and which make an absolute mess no matter how careful you are not to splash. Our bathroom floor was soaked after every shower, so just be prepared to wipe down the floors or tread carefully until it dries.

Modern hotel located on the Euston Road next to the British Library and only a few minutes walk from St Pancras Int. and King's Cross stations. We booked a Deluxe Room and was allocated 1117 which looks north. No upgrade as is usual with Accor. As we were staying over 2 nights the hotel has an optional green room policy where you can decline the change of bed linen and towels. Seems like a good idea and one I'd support. However this also meant the service staff didn't cross the threshold. So no bed making, vacuuming or replenishment of consumables like tea/ coffee or bottled water. We didn't use it again. GA (bar) staff were good and soon got to know what we liked to drink. They do have an odd policy of not allowing you to order double shot spirits unless put in single glasses?? So we tipped them into one on delivery. I've used this hotel before but not sure I'd do so again for such an extended trip.

I always book this Hotel, mainly for it's welcoming and professional staff. The rooms are clean and well serviced. Being close to Kings Cross Railway and Tube stations as well as good bus links is also a bonus. On this occasion I found the breakfast to be not up to the usual standard. The bacon was over cooked to the point of brittle, unlike the scrambled eggs which were hardly cooked at all. The choice of continental breakfast was poor. On the two past occasions I have stayed, housekeeping have come into the room, early morning, before I was up or dressed. I have not reported this as I took it to be a one off mistake, however, as this happened again I feel it should be noted. Don't they have a departure list? It is a lovely hotel apart from the 2 matters I have raised.

The staff were excellent and very welcoming and helpful. Super service throughout my short stay. The lobby and dining area is very nice and comfortable. The room was super - clean, well stocked and all the services I wanted. Breakfast was lovely - proper fried eggs!! - coming from Ireland, I would have liked the option of pork sausages as opposed to beef, but as that is my only gripe I'm happy to say I would cheerfully come back to the Pullman.
