Incredible! The Sunday Roast was so tasty, exceeded my expectations. The gravy and the roasted garlic made the dish be so flavourful, the veggies were amazing as well. The sticky toffee pudding was very rich and delicious! Wouldn’t bother with the summer salad.

Wow! Always blown away by the quality of food at these establishments, but this time my partner in crime who has been to a few with me before said this was the best one we'd had and I had to agree. We didn't even get the most expensive cut and I optioned for the T-Bone to share (actually one of the cheapest) but it was worth every penny and like butter in the mouth and full of flavour. Could of so easily of come back and eaten the same meal again for dinner. Really nice staff too.

Our group had an amazing experience here when we celebrated Easter Sunday last month. We made a reservation and were seated at a corner table which was nice so we can hear each other better. Our waiter made our night. Unfortunately forgot his name, but Brazilian lived in New Jersey and Florida. He is very personable and enthusiastic about making the most of our experience. He is also knowledgeable with the cuts of meat and offered us advice to get the porterhouse instead of the T-bone to accompany the Sunday roast we shared. The bartender also came by to clarify what drink I wanted and I learned that martini with sweet vermouth is a martinez! Even as we were educated on things, the interactions felt friendly and open. The Sunday roast was melt in your mouth tender and the steak was tasty and fatty. Between the four of us we ordered bone marrow, a salad, a steak, and two roasts. It was definitely a good amount of food but for me it was perfect because I purposely skipped breakfast. I am very appreciative of my time at Hawksmoor as it was our last restaurant visit before flying out for our next destination. Thank you for the great experience!

Amazing atmosphere, great food exceptional service. We've been here with a team for dinner. Everything was great. As a German I'm holding back one star because there's no tab beer 😉

Went for dinner and everything was delicious. One of the best meals while on holiday. The steak was cooked to perfection and each side dish was extremely flavorful. Perfect sized portions. Absolutely fabulous dinner!! The staff was very attentive and friendly. The low-lit atmosphere created a very relaxed and romantic setting. I highly recommend. I would visit this restaurant over and over if I lived closer.

Great steak restaurant in London. There are several locations, this was our first time at the seven dials location and we really enjoyed it. The steaks are top notch with tasty sides to choose from. The cocktails are some of the best in London. Highly recommend!

As I walked into Hawksmoor, there’s wasn’t anyone to greet me and the person that did come answered a phonecall. I made my own way to my friends at their table. I ordered a Cider (£5.50) and it came in a can. Wasn’t too impressed with this. The waitress fortunately was knowledgeable about all of the steaks and was happy to help with all of our questions. We went for the big Porterhouse and Prime Rib. Each over 1kg. They ask if you want the steak cut, I recommend you take them up on their offer. My friend didn’t and fought with the steak all night. The steak arrives and it looked great. Mine was cut with laser precision. I can’t imagine how sharp their knives are. The taste…it was…ok. It was slightly chard which I like but there wasn’t much flavour. Pretty dry. The. One narrow gravy helped bring it all together but at over £100, I expected to be impressed with the steak. I wasn’t. My 1.1kg Porterhouse was ordered medium at it arrived seemingly so. The middle was great but as I went the bottom it began to get well done and tough. The beef dripping chips were awesome but the triple cooked chips were overdone. All in all, it was an ok experience. The venue looks great and is quite lively. Loads of load chatting which suited us just fine as we were having a laugh. But after paying over £300 on the steaks alone, we weren’t impressed enough to make a return visit.

Absolutely loved the food here. Everything was delicious! Great spot close to the theater district. The sea bream was a fantastic fish dish. The cocktails were nice and the steak was great. Highly recommend getting the sticky toffee pudding. It is one of the best! I would definitely revisit Hawksmoor.

Great place with good food. We had a feast here. The steak was pretty decent but not the best we ever had, the Yorkshire puddings with beef pate starter was delicious. We had the sticky toffee pudding for desert and it was quite yummy. The cocktails are also well blended and flavourful. Props to our waiter Cedrique. The staff was lovely. The ambient is dark. The prices are veery steep. It's at least 100£ pp.

Quite expensive but high quality food. There was quite a wait from ordering our appies to ordering our mains. We had to ask for a dessert menu. Food was high quality and tasted great. I would call this special occasion dining.

Fabulous service from start to finish. Initially greeted by the 3 reception staff in complete unison with a warm welcome like they already knew me and shown to my table in minutes. Food was fabulous as always. Only minor downside was the number of custom cuts of beef available. Otherwise 5-stars from me.

A very comfortable and welcoming basement venue with relaxed table spacing and a nice looking bar area. I only stopped in for a quick dinner on my own but the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had a good table at the edge of the dining area and my order was taken in good time. They warn you in advance that there will be a little bit of a wait for the steaks as they are cooked to order and I didn’t feel I wanted any longer than I would expect. I had the funk steak medium rare which was superbly tasty. The beef dripping fries were a great companion to it and the peppercorn sauce tied it all together nicely. Definitely worth a try if you like your steaks and want a nice, relaxed meal.

Top notch place for Sunday roast. The beef was perfectly pink and juicy, perfectly served with the stunning sauce. The roast potatoes were a bit of the letdown (dry), but the Yorkshire pudding was epic. The bone marrow side was also a bit of miss, but the carpaccio and the toffee pudding were delightful. Order wisely, and you'd be rewarded. This is clearly ain't no pub, the pricing certainly ain't, so I did expect a bit more than your average fare; here therein Hawksmoor falls a bit short in terms of value. Lastly, staff were polished, prompt and professional.

Second Hawksmoor restaurant I've been to and they have both been amazing. Very busy but you would expect this on a Friday evening. The staff were helpful and lovely, and quickly sorted an issue with our bill without any problems. The food was delicious and cooked to imperfection. Need to book ahead as previously mentioned it was busy.

Amazing from start to finish! Cosy and classy atmosphere, stellar service and delicious food. Best Sunday roast ever, with excellent dessert to conclude the meal. If I'm ever back in London, I will definitely revisit.

Went for my Birthday. The Steak was amazing and juicy...so much so that I could barely keep it in my mouth. The scallop starter could have been better as the garlic rub overshadowed the protein. The real star was our waiter Salvio...his recommendations where excellent and his service was A star. The Cocktails are amazing as well.

I had ordered the fillet carpaccio, toasted scallop, porter house and rib eye steak with three side dishes for 2 adults/ 2 kids. Although he scallop and carpaccio was tasty, those menu a bit salty for us. The steak was perfect and service was wonderful.

After having a less than great experience at the Air Street Hawksmoor a few years back we decided to try the Seven Dials Hawksmoor for a change. Sirloin was beautifully cooked and sides were nice! Only downside was having a minimum order size on the chateaubriand of 850/900g which would’ve been too much for myself (they put these on a chalk board so you can see. Sticky toffee pudding for dessert was excellent too. Recommend choosing from the main menu rather than selecting from the ‘deal’ menu as the quality is definitely better. Staff were friendly and it was a little expensive but justified by the quality of the food!

When the reviews promise the best Sunday roast, the expectation is there to be met. My goodness, it wasn't met it was exceeded. The most impressive Yorkshire pudding with delicious sides and beef served as you requested. Absolute winner. My only constructive comment, please introduce bite sized desserts as no way could I do a full one after that lunch!

Amazing steakhouse in London serving incredible meats, food and cocktails. This location was excellent and had a great underground (subterranean) atmosphere. Really enjoyed the experience from start to finish as the drinks are worthy of a cocktail bar and the food qualifies for fine dining. Highly recommend!

So just to know if you don't book in advance you're seated in the bar area. Yeah, you can see into the restaurant but you're not actually part of the party 🤔 But you get the full menu and here we go. Both the starter (Mackerel) and the main dish Steak Diana was fantastic 😍. But wondering how it would be if I was allowed into the restaurant 😁 But then again these guys are in it to win it, great place and enjoyed every part of the experience and the food so much. Happy Xmas and a happy new year everyone 🎉💯

What drives this place is the ambiance in the restaurant- cozy, right amount of loud, old world feel and lively! Ate dinner and had a delicious app - Yorkshire with a meat spread and an onion sauce…Yorkshire could have been a bit hotter but when combined with the spreads it was spectacular! Steak was good - not great because it was a touch on the tough side…there was a bone marrow sauce we ordered that added phenomenal taste! Dessert was a sticky toffee pudding - never tried it before but was amazed as to how well it was prepared with different flavors punching through! Drinks were also quite delicious! All in it was a great dinner!

Very good service. Guy on reception was warm and welcoming and wished my wife happy birthday. Lady downstairs wasn’t so welcoming.(hence why I gave 4 stars) Waiter was excellent

This was a really difficult one to review. Upon arrival, you're made to feel really welcome and you can instantly see why this place has a good reputation. The waiters go out of their way to make you feel extremely comfortable, but it can be just a tad bit overbearing when they're constantly trying to crack jokes and also when I had a slice of melon left in my cocktail glass, the waiter said "trust me" and then put salt and pepper on it. It was out of good jest but it was also an assumption that I was ok with that. The starter was ok but the Yorkshire pudding was slightly burnt which was a surprise to me. The main was a fillet steak which came out on it's own in the middle of a plate, no presentation at all. It was down to me to put the sides on, which I didn't mind doing. I love fillet steak and it came out exactly how I asked for it (medium rare) and also you can tell it was seasoned. The cut itself was a quality cut, but again not totally impressed with the food. It was seasoned well, but a little too well. It was extremely salty and that wasn't just my opinion, but also my partners who also felt hers was too. I'm not sure if they season it in advance to stop the moisture from being lost, or if they overseason it just before it's cooked with the intention to make the client taste seasoning? All in all I'd say this restaurant was nicer than an average steakhouse, but I'd also say it's really overpriced. If everything was a 10 out of 10, it wouldn't be overpriced.

We slipped in for dessert to sample what we heard to be the best sticky toffee pudding in town. Boy was its reputation on point!! We tried both the sticky toffee pudding and the sundae and both were absolutely divine. Pricey, but oh so worth the treat!

Still a cracking steak house. Rib Eye was excellent and the chips were amazing. Service is very good as in the wine choice. Well worth saving and visiting for a special occasion.

Been there for my wife birthday and it was a bit of a let down this time I must say, I think it was miscommunication between stuff and the reception . The bartender Jose made great cocktails 🍸 so kudos to him. Great drinks menu lots to choose from especially the wine menu
