Waiter attitude dramatically changed after I said I didn't want to pay the DISCRETIONAL gratuity. Didn't respond to my thank you when I was leaving. Food wise the roasted duck was sensational. It was very umami and I couldn't stop eating it even though it was a whole duck and I shared with just another friend. Had to wait 20-30 minutes for a table on a Saturday evening. Heard a Mainland Chinese guy (I can speak mandarin) behind me calling a friend and asked if he could cut the queue as the friend 'knew' the restaurant's manager. And he did it. The audacity! 偏心!Overall the duck was the reason this place gets 4 stars. No duck, no stars. £31 for a whole duck. Get it, if it's sold out, leave at once.

Came here for lunch as I used to love this place for their roasted duck 10+ years ago when I was living in London. We ordered their Cantonese roasted duck and their 3 combination of meats but were quite disappointed. The duck / other meats were not up to the standard that I used to remember - just short of mediocre. Furthermore, the price of the meal was absurd - we even got charged a "discretionary service charge" which we didn't even know about. It was a sad experience and I don't think I'll be coming here again. :(

Our visit to Four Seasons on Wardour Street revealed a very casual ambiance, with the restaurant bustling and full, particularly after 6 pm. Arriving early is advisable due to the no-reservation policy, preventing long queues. The star of the show was undeniably the duck, leaving us eager to order it separately on our next visit. While the food delivered an authentic Chinese experience, the bustling atmosphere created a sense of haste, making it challenging to enjoy a leisurely meal. Nonetheless, for those seeking tasty Chinese cuisine, Four Seasons offers a flavorful experience, especially when you plan accordingly.

Order half roast duck and beef noodle, taste average. This restaurant is over rated, especially the roast duck. The beef noodle soup is quite flat and beef taste flat too. If you just want to fill up your stomach, then it's ok

The duck is amazing and the option to remove bones just blows everything out of the water. Please use plastic containers for the duck though, these paper ones weren't made for the Four Seasons! Lamb stew with tofu aint bad either

Always visit this place when we return to London as we love their duck. I remember my daughter ate almost half of the duck and my husband didn’t get to taste much of it. We had to return the next day. Not disappointed as the duck is really fatty.

Staff were quite nice, which is surprising for the area. Reasonably priced and decent quality: we had the below for the three of us and had lots left over for the doggy bag :) Barbecued Pork Chilli oil Pork dumplings (spicy!) Garlic duck House special fried noodles Egg fried rice

This place came recommended and the food did not disappoint. I had the three meat combination which was good although the duck was a little cold. I would still go back.

I think this place has the most amazing crispy and aromatic duck you can try in London. I think that it is a little bit overpriced but worth it. Try also the two meat and rice combo that for me reminds the years in the university. A must

The duck here is fantastic. The char siu was too lean and not good, but the sauce they use is great. Small and cramped restaurant but waits aren’t too long usually

I've come here multiple times and it's good for a Chinese fix and is especially known for its roast duck. This time around, the food seemed to have gone a little downhill but still decent enough. We overordered so also did takeaway but between the two of us, we shared the half roasted duck (good), salt and pepper squid (good), beef ho fun (okay), greens and egg fried rice. Service is efficient and food comes out quickly.

Really disappointed. I ordered a delivery. It was obvious the crispy pork and roast duck were pre-cut and kept in a fridge. Meat was very cold, dense, hard, dry and some of it was burnt and not edible. Fat was white and congealed. You can’t call yourself a roast meat place if you don’t freshly cut anything. Treating Deliveroo customers as idiots. Definitely do not order a takeaway or delivery, you’ll be extremely disappointed. I threw away most of the food in disgust. This place gives Cantonese roast meats a bad name. I’m Cantonese and ashamed.

Four seasons is my favorite Chinese restaurant. There are variety of dishes to choose and all are fabulous, especially the stir fried spicy beef and mapo tofu. Crispy belly pork was nice. Roasted duck was fine but a bit sweet. The service was good.

A delayed post from February. We ate there 2-days in a row! It definitely satisfied our craving for Chinese food and it did not disappoint. Pork belly, roast duck, beef noodle, long beans with minced went well with fluffy white rice. The duck was so good, i brought one back from London to Singapore. Some say it’s everything Irish that make the ducks so succulent.

The food was simply delicious! There are three Four Seasons and this is one of them that we have been making repeat visits. We tried something different this time: roast dock in orange sauce, and it did not disappoint at all! The star is still the stir fry beef Hor Fun. visited: 30 Dec, 2023

Recommended place for Cantonese dish. Had the roasted duck, char siew and siu yok(roasted pork) rice. Roasted duck is awesome and juicy, even with the breast part. Their Chinese dishes like the spicy beef is also must-try

Very surprised that we have Hong Kong tasted roasted pork with a reasonable portion that we have ever had in UK, fried beef rice was exceptional yummy as Hong Kong style, hot pot pork stomach and chicken with black pepper was delicious, I will definitely introduce to my friend and come again. Everything was just liked Hong Kong style.

One of the best Chinese meals ever! The food was fresh, light, and served quickly. We noticed that a lot of locals were eating there and we understood why. The other Chinese restaurants in the area seemed more touristy - but this place was the real thing. We went back the next night but arrived too late and the wait was too long so we went elsewhere... we should have waited. It was so good that by the time I thought of taking some photos, the food was gone 😋 Do yourself a favor and wait.

Probably the best in Chinatown, London. Come here every time I land in London for Chinese food and it never disappoints! Usually quite pack but the wait isn’t very long. The service is pretty fast as well. Ordered the crispy pork and wow that is definitely CRISPY! The Kai lan was also very fresh and cooked well. Even the egg fried rice tastes great!

A great little Cantonese restaurant that specialises in crispy duck. We also had Char Siu, roasted pork belly. Highly recommended

Duck was good but the rest of the dishes were below average. Noodles were wet and warm (should be served hot in temperature and dried stir fried). Wonton had chunks of grisly texture of either sugar or salt clumped together inside.

Crispy pork belly and bar b q pork are the best. My kids also like yeung chow fried rice.

Yummy food and quick service. We got the pork and duck combo dish and the sauce on top was delicious, I could have had just the sauce with rice and been happy! It's a little pricey but I think it's still worth it.

My bf really liked the signature duck as it had been months since he last had duck. However, as for me it was nice for someone with Asian tastebud but definitely way too expensive (I’m a singaporean and thus duck is more affordable and accessible). Love the egg fried rice tho, rice was fluffy with a bit of the wokhey taste, followed by the hot and spicy soup which was actually spicy (yet addictive btw) and slightly sour. Highly recommend you to order these two if you want authentic Chinese food

Friend from Bristol was visiting London and wanted Chinese. We've heard good things about the roasted meats. Service was quick and efficient with friendly staff. Food portions were excellent and everything tasted lovely. Ordered seafood crispy noodles, sweet and sour pork hong kong style, roast duck and char siu, morning glory veg and steamed rice. Will be visiting again soon.

Absolutely fantastic. Easily the best Chinese I've ever had! The quality of the food is first class and the ingredients are very clean as it doesn't sit on your stomach afterwards. Great service too.
