Somehow this was truly a terrible, flavorless, disappointing experience. Firstly, the margherita had zero basil. Don’t put it in the description on the menu if you’re not going to serve it that way. The mushroom tagliatelle was some of the worst pasta I’ve ever had. The sauce was so watery and tasteless, it must have been what was left in the pan mixed with some tap water. I’ve also never had such overcooked pasta. It was so mushy and lacking of any texture. We had a hard time getting service, had to flag someone down multiple times to get our bill. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

23 June 2019 Prezzo was one of the best restaurant deals we found in London. The location was easy to find, the restaurant was very classy, the staff was friendly and attentive and the food was great! You can see our meals in the pictures as well as our final bill/reciept and a few shots of the restaurant itself and the menu pages. I recommend this place! The only reason for dropping one star is that their new appetizer/starter "pizza bites" are not as good as the could have been. The menu indicated they were stuffed with cheese and pizza sauce. But only barely. There is an opportunity to fill these bites up properly and make them live up to their name. They were "tasty" as bread bites... But hardly PIZZA bites as you would expect from the menu description. Other than that, I highly recommend this restaurant!

It was very good. The staff was very friendly and nice and the food took no time to make. it was, unfortunately, a little pricey. I ordered the margarita pizza, and it was very good. It was salted well, cooked well and tasted great. Probably the best mozzarella I've ever had. But this is a place better for a small group of 4-5 or a nice one-on-one date. The area and atmosphere was very up beat and you can't help but like it. Would recommend.

The restaurant is located in very tourist in London areas, the environment is very cosy for your family and friends. Most of the meals are delicious 🤤 and tasty 😋 and prices are not very expensive. It has 2 floors for customers in very good location. I was there with my wife and we enjoyed, staff were very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable and he showed me a photo of the meals I had a question. Then I could make a decision easier. If you are driving it’s not very easy to find a car park nearby. Please check your receipt 🧾 as they are adding normally %10 as tips and you can pay 💰 or asking to remove completely or pad you like. I strongly recommend this restaurant when you are in the London in Oxford street shopping 🛍 areas.

It was nice overall. Staff was friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is nice and the food was ok, nothing special. We each had one pasta and a meat course and one coffee we paid around 90£ including service.

Beautifully decorated Italian restaurant with an extensive range of vegan and gluten-free options. Unfortunately my order was wrong, after which I had to wait a very long time and the others had already finished eating. Too bad, I think it would have been a good experience otherwise.

Food was good, service was average. Everything on the menu was reasonably priced. I definitely recommend trying their pitta bread & houmous!

Reserved in the morning for a same day dinner. Place was quite packed, but was able to get to our reserved seats after approx. 10mins wait. Food was great! Staff were very attentive to customers.

It was okay, that is the only way to describe it. The staff was really nice. The food was okay, not bad but also nothing special. We didn’t have to wait long for the food and the athmosphere was nice, although it was a bit loud. A good experience but wouldn’t go there again.

Came here with a few colleagues just before NYE as our office was nearby. Didn't have to queue for a table for 5 people which was lucky considering it was the busiest period of the year. I went for the lunch portion of king prawns spaghetti and it was honestly the worst pasta I have ever had. Although the portion was huge for a lunch size and its price (especially when they state on the menu that it would be smaller than the a la carte one), I didn't enjoy it much as the flavour was bland and weak. The plating of the pasta was appalling with a red chilli on top with no "king" prawns in sight as they were all mini prawns hidden in the spaghetti. The tomato base sauce was so basic and lacked a rich taste of garlic - I had to add a lot of chilli oil to add more flavour to the dish, not to mention the chilli oil wasn't even spicy at all. Prawns were tiny as I mentioned, and clearly didn't look fresh so they must have been those cheap frozen ones they had used. Overall, it was a 2-star for me for the food, though the service and atmosphere wasn't bad so I gave these a 3-star. Won't be coming back for sure as there are so many authentic Italian restaurants nearby in Covent Garden and Soho. If I could have chosen for my group next time it would definitely be another place.

Quick and friendly service, with fresh, quality food. It was crowded when we went but service and food were good regardless. QR codes on the table made payment easy and no need to wait.

Visited Prezzo for dinner before going to the Trafalgar Theatre around the corner. All Covid-19 precautions in place, the staff were very polite, friendly and happy to serve. We had burgers without buns (they'd run out 🤣) but it didn't really matter to me. The food was still nice to eat though the portions were not overly generous it did the trick. Two mains, two desserts, one 660ml bottle Peroni and one diet Coke was £47.50. 👍👍👍👍

First time here and I’m impressed. 9” pizza pepperoni pizza was amazing with the addition of chili oil to top it off. Spaghetti carbonara had so many flavors to it. The chicken alone melts in your mouth with a unique taste and the bacon was perfect. We had peace Bellini and curious cider which were very refreshing. Staff were very nice. Had the olives for appetizer and those were spot on.

Standard Italian fare for a family-style restaurant. Not too expensive for central London with children's menu sub-£8. Food was average but service was good. When my wife expressed some reservations about her main course, they offered us free coffees.

Tried to book a table and apparently they were fully booked. Decided to walk in and 2thirds of the whole restaurant were empty. Food was delicious and their Poretti beer was lush but when we asked for the bill and asked for NHS/ blue light card discount we were told that they are not doing it. Disgusting scam and not sure what their game is at that particular place but we visit Prezzo quite frequently in Somerset and always get 20% off with blue light card.

Great pre-theatre location, right off Trafalgar Square. Quick service and food was good. Atmosphere what you expect from a chain restaurant. Our table was very close to the table next door.

Went here today for lunch and the service was great, only interacted with one server really named Hayley. She’s great.. quick, very friendly and helpful despite it being incredibly busy. I’d come back just to get have her service again. She genuinely made my day and made me fall in love with the restaurant. I’d recommended anyone to go there and when you do ask for Hayley

Dined in for a late lunch 3-Jan-24. Review based on what appeared like an understaffed team. Came into the restaurant knowing of the 3.9 rating but it didn’t even hit that mark in my opinion. Prezzo burger served with pitiful amount of fries. May as well not have given anything. Burger was decent enough. Chicken rigatoni served cold to room temperature - not great Flat white - diluted tasted like water. Asked for some water and some Parmesan three times before eventually getting it. Overall waiting time between ordering and food arriving 27mins.

We didn't have reservation but we managed to get a table. We were supposed to be 5 people but another friend brought a friend and at the end, I asked to the waitress if it's possible to add 1 more chair or not. Obviously she got really disturbed by asking that and went to the hostess who seated us. The hostess came with a super angry face and said "you asked for a table for 5 and now you are asking for 6!" Excuse me?? What kind of attitude is that? I understand how busy they are during Christmas period but she can just simply say 'I'm sorry but we can't'. Simple as it is!! That was the worst service I've ever seen in London. How rude she was!!!!

Came here with my family while visiting Londan , I was pleasantly surprised at how well they catered for the various dietary requirements of my large family , with separate lactose free, gluten free and vegan menus . There was something delicious for all of us . The food tasted great and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant 👌

Pizza was good, tasted good and had olives added on the top. One annoying this is the wait staff are constantly trying to upsell you everything. “Do you want some wine” “are you sure you don’t want some wine” “we’ve just got this new wine in”

Loved the ambiance of this place, it would have been better if they serve complimentary items before Dinner is served like other Italian restaurants. Their lasagna is so special, it’s definitely a must.

This is a very busy restaurant, sited as it is just near Trafalgar Square. We were there for Saturday lunch and it was very busy (and quite hard to hear across the table!). The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was fantastic.

Fantastic place, great location, impressive real tree placed inside. Valeria, the manager of Prezzo made us feel welcome from the first moment we walked in. The food was delicious, we have tried the festive meals. We were lucky enough to have Valeria serving us and felt special. Recommended!

Very pleased with experience. Manager, I think her name is Valeria surprised me with her flawless personality and positive vibes and can do attitude. I also noticed team work in the restaurant. Another thing I would like to mention is level of hygiene. It’s always nice to sit behind clean table and to be treated well.

Had an excellent experience at this branch of Prezzo last week. Service was very good, friendly, polite, helpful staff. Food and drink was delicious and arrived in a timely fashion. There was a pleasant ambience in the venue. Very convenient for the theatre district. Super value too, especially with Gourmet Society card (which could be used on Friday evening at this location). Look forward to returning and would certainly recommend

Waiter was not the happiest or friendliest. The crab/lobster ravioli did not taste of seafood at all too creamy and the filling was neither crab nor lobster! The chicken, avocado salad was quite nice though. The kids carbonara penne pasta was extremely bland and tasteless even my niece (6yo) who loves all types of pasta didn't touch it... I wouldn't come back to this particular restaurant. Great atmosphere, buzzing and busy but shame about the quality of food.

To be honest, I wouldn't give this place any more stars. To begin with, we were sat close to the toilet, which reeked horribly. The dish was delivered in less than 2 minutes, thus I doubt the pasta was fresh. My friend attempted to place an order online but was unable to do so, and all of the servers ignored us. Finally, the cost of the food is not justified.

Had such a great experience here! Came for the frozen margaritas and ended up staying for a beautiful dinner. Service is great, super welcoming, and the food was incredible. Relatively expensive but absolutely worth it for what you get.

Tried to go after work once, there was really long queue! But I made it again when on holiday in London during lunch time. Came before it opened, and we made the right choice in coming early, it got really busy again! There was a reason for it - the food was super good and good portion!!! I just want to go there everyday. !!!!

Good olive and meatballs starters. Mains not up to Prezzos standard. Lobster and crab ravioli mainly tasted chilli peppers, chicken burned. Fries were good. Staff were wearing masks.

Administration in this restaurant is racist. Dear Prezzo Management, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an unfortunate incident that occurred during our recent visit to your restaurant. My family and I were eager to enjoy a meal together, but unfortunately, we experienced a disheartening display of racism from both the administrator and the waiter. As first-time visitors to this country, we have never encountered racism before, and it was particularly distressing to experience it in your establishment. We were informed that there were no available tables for individuals like us (we are from Central Asia). This discriminatory treatment has left us profoundly disappointed, and we are compelled to share our unfortunate experience. Discrimination has no place in any establishment, and we believe it is crucial for your team to be aware of such incidents to ensure they are promptly addressed. We sincerely hope that appropriate measures will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future. Regrettably, this experience has left us with no desire to visit any Prezzo restaurant again. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
