Had an excellent stay here for 2 nights. Staff are so welcoming, especially lady on desk with short hair. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are extremely clean and bar downstairs was really comfortable and relaxing. Within walking distance to practically all tourist attractions. Please consider booking this hotel, it's truly excellent..

Fantastic hotel, great location and nice rooms for the price! The rooms were small and compact, but very efficiently designed. We had more than enough storage space. The bath was also really nice and clean, expect for two small hairs in the shower, which was somewhat acceptable. Bed was very comfortable, TV was great, had a few nice movies as well. The control for lights and AC was also nice. Lights had two modes that were quite similar, "full" and "almost full" lighting, maybe making one of them a bit weaker would have been good as turning on the main light in the bath also meant turning on the main light above the bed. The AC was kind of a mess, when turned on it always blew equally cold and never really changed to what was entered. We just had it on for some time and then turned it off again. Leaving it on over night would not have been a good option. The staff was super friendly, they got everything done very quickly. They helped with storing luggage after check-out, tried their best to manage many requests coming in at once. Also, clean up was done very efficiently, our room was super clean after. The location is perfect, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, all within 10 minutes of walking distance. Right next to an underground station, so easy to reach from the airport with only switching once. Also easy to reach other parts of London from there. Lots of nice pubs and restaurants in the area. They have a bar and it's super nice to get take-out and eat in the room while watching some telly. Feels pretty much like home. Also, 30 mins max to the British National Museum and to many different theaters and even more shops and restaurants. Honestly, I think the location was absolutely perfect. All in all, this hotel was marvelous, we enjoyed it so much, everyone was so friendly and basically everything was great. We can only wholeheartedly recommend it and I can't even say with words how much we enjoyed our stay. One word: perfect.

My first time in the โ€˜hub byโ€™ premier inn brand and I was impressed. The rooms are small but, they are modern and really well designed. Some really nice touches such as different mood light settings. Breakfast is really good value and the lounge area is well designed so itโ€™s nice to sit in. Staff are also super friendly! Next time Iโ€™d like a room with a window - that would be my only slight negative - however the modern lighting did make the room feel really comfortable nonetheless.

It's a great location. Lots of people coming and going and the noise was interrupting for a Friday night. Overall, worth what I paid for the stay. It is about 5 minutes from the St. James Park Underground and about 10 minutes from the Westminster Underground which is a main terminal. We were able to see all of London from these two tubes. Hotel had a pub with some food but wasn't impressed with the food. The free water, coffee, and tea was a plus. We chose a "bigger room" and it suited our needs. The window was funny as it showed a small inside section (alcove) then the outside window so no "real window" and like they stated no view. Overall, would stay again for a holiday as great location.

Lovely hotel. Very comfy, excellent welcome. The doors and lifts works swiftly. The room blew my mind away. Modernised,. Clean, a home away from home. Bed was very soothing, slept like a baby. The bathroom/toilet was sparkling clean. I will highly recommend and will surely visit again.

Everything you need from a hotel in London. We stayed for three nights in the hub hotel and had a lovely stay. The hotel is in a super location 2 minutes from St James Park station (circle and district lines). The got is very clean, the staff super friendly and the breakfast well organized and with a lot of choices (English or continental). The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very quiet. Inside you'll find the usual hub room. Small space but very well organized. Very recommend and we'll be back for sure!

LOVED this hotel. We opted to pay extra for a bigger room which was well worth it. Their bed was so comfortable. The shower was insane with a big shower head and great water pressure. Their staff were always so friendly and helpful. We booked the breakfast as well with the room which was worth it. They have a hot and cold breakfast selection. As well as unlimited tea and coffee throughout the day which you can take up to your room. It's conveniently located near St James Station so it's easy to just hop on the subway to go wherever you want. Will definitely be staying with them again if I'm ever in London They were fabulous.

The staff was so caring and friendly, always smiling. The restaurant is super cool so convenient. Paid a little extra for the bigger room definitely worth it. The only con about the hotel is our heater wouldnโ€™t get that hot, so I was kind of cold. Also the security is very good hotel is very safe and only a 2 minute walk from the Big Ben and a 5 minute walk to the London eye. Itโ€™s the perfect location if you want to be close and right in central. Super affordable and the lobby is cool. It gives off a modern hotel vibe.

Great location. Wasnโ€™t impressed with being in the basement with a view of a concrete staircase. The smell of sewage on the walk to the reception from the room was definitely not ideal. The food selection for the evening meal was poor but there are a few bars around the corner which would be recommended. I liked the easy check in and also the technology in the room was awesome. The shower was also amazing. I would stay again but maybe not in the basement.

I stayed for 1 night and would definitely stay at a Hub by Premier Inn again. Room was clean and spacious, as I had booked the bigger room was thankful for the extra space. The only faults I can give was the fact I was in a basement room so was a bit off putting and no window was strange. I was a bit upset there was no tea/coffee facility in the room as there was plenty room to have had this. Nice free bottle of water when I arrived in the room. I would also have liked a vending machine in the hotel as it wasn't clear I could buy beverages from the bar for the room. Free tea and coffee from restaurant 24 hours and breakfast was busy and well stocked. Overall had a great time and location was great for my needs. Would stay here again.

Lovely hotel! Friendly staff and clean room. Loved the high tech headboard so you could control the lights from bed. Check in and out was super easy and quick. And of course, a great location. My only gripe is the bathroom, it being closed off by only glass was a little strange! I'm close with my partner but having absolutely no privacy whatsoever took a day or two to get used to. You do get free coffee/tea but only from the lobby so we didn't use it all that much.

Brilliant mini hotel place, exactly the same as the one round the corner in terms of rooms so you know what you're getting, clean, well thought out small rooms with all you need for a few nights. Great shower and amazing position within rock throwing distance to parliament. My price was great for Jan, I won't be paying the big money they're asking for the rest of the year unless you get a deal.

Amazing room, amazing service and perfect location. Just wish they kept the flexible rate as pay on arrival. My room was amazing, cosy and the best thing was definitely the touch panels built in the headboard that can control all of the lights, do not disturb, make my room and temperature controls. Absolutely amazing. Big TV and VERY affordable prices! Would recommend

I have previously stayed at a different hub by Premier Inn location where I had a positive experience, and unfortunately this stay was not of the same standard. Rooms were very dusty and there were stains on the walls and bed. We sometimes requested for our room to be cleaned, but that hardly made any difference. The TV worked very well in the other hub location, however the TV in our room was very slow and would often freeze and turn off. The staff were friendly but service was unorganised, especially during breakfast. Guests were sometimes seated in other peopleโ€™s seats, and I felt like I couldnโ€™t relax because of this. Breakfast was not great, would benefit from more vegetarian options on show and more cleanliness. However, the positives are that there is free tea and coffee all day with soya alternatives available, and location is great! They also kept our luggage for a few hours after check out which was much appreciated.

Perfect for a one night stay, great price booking direct, room was excellent, massive comfortable bed, aircon most welcome in the current heatwave, brilliant shower, huge fluffy towels and all the tech you could want. Great value breakfast and very reasonable bar prices. 24 hour free tea and good quality coffee is a great touch. All staff were friendly and attentive. Everything we could want, will definitely be back.

Excellent hotel. Great service from the staff there. My bag was lost by the airline and the staff were really helpful watching out for the courier and looking after it until I could get it. Bed very comfortable. Room very nice, but odd with no windows directly to outside. Also duvet was presented in a roll? Breakfast was very tasty. Complimentary tea and coffee from the bar all the timen

For a tourist, the location is perfect. The room we stayed in was a-bit small however it's clean and functional. It's close to all the popular attractions so pretty convenient. My sister and I stayed here for a week and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even let us borrow their phone chargers as we were struggling to get the right universal plugs on our first day. Their breakfast buffet is delicious & there was also 24/7 tea and coffee available for the in-house guest which was free. Overall, a pretty decent place with kind and friendly staff. I recommend.

This is a huge ๐Ÿ‘ from me. Booked short notice for one night at a reasonable price. Room was clean, fresh and inviting. Simple but well thought out. Lovely bar/dining area. Breakfast was monumental. Go a little earlier to avoid the rush. Staff attentive. I asked for gluten free bread and it was no problem. Complimentary tea and coffee all day. Fantastic location! I hope for the same experience next time.

Very good hotel, with unbeatable value for money in London. This hotel is perfect as it offers high standard hotel rooms, in a very convenient location for tourism, and for a small budget. I highly recommend it, and will definitely come back for my next stays in London. The rooms are modern and clean. The bathroom is spacious with a nice and pleasant shower cabin, also modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only problem was that the room I was initially allocated had no window, which is particularly unsettling as you wake up in the morning with no daylight and therefore feeling as if it is still the middle of the night. However, I mentioned this to the receptionist who immediately moved me to a room with a window. I thank her for her helpfulness.

I am not a young person, but I do like functionality and cleanliness in my accommodation and this Premier Inn Hub perfectly suited my requirements. It's a five minute walk to Westminster Abbey. Quiet, clean and private. There is no room service or coffee or tea provided in the room but bottled water is provided. Free tea and coffee is available in the attached bar and breakfast, light meals establishment, I pre-paid for my breakfast when booking. Most staff were very helpful and professional and I thank them for their help and advice. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing location and a solid deal if you are looking for something in the heart of Westminster! Their luggage storage was an added bonus that made our last day of sightseeing much more pleasant. We just needed a place to crash with an option for breakfast during our long weekend in London. The room packs in a lot of storage spaces and there were enough plugs to keep everything charging at night. The bed was super comfortable. The blackout curtains were super helpful. Breakfast was an extra cost but it made it easy as there were vegetarian options for a quick bite before heading out for the day. Would definitely not count on food being available late at night (even though advertised). Also a little weird that our hotel window faced an office building where you could clearly see people working or meeting.

A friendly & relaxed hotel in a great location. Had a lovely stay and couldnโ€™t really have asked for more. The hotel is clean, welcoming and well run; the staff are friendly & really helpful. The breakfast was good and at a great price, I also liked that you could help yourself to tea and coffee at any time & take it back to your room. There is also a very handy luggage storage facility at no extra cost. I actually found the compact room (with double bed) more comfortable than the standard format of hotel room; it is extremely well designed & in my view, a much better option for a short stay.

Superb hotel in an excellent location. Had a peaceful and relaxing stay. Rooms are spotless and the comfiest bed ever. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room but free hot drinks and water from the bar area and you can take them to your room. Breakfast was perfect and set us up nicely for the day. Can not fault this hotel and will return here for our next visit.

Honestly... stay away! I WANT IT ALL FOR MYSELF. One of the best located hotels in London for a short tourist stay. The rooms are modern, well thought out in respects to design... but small. That's the catch, the rooms are small but due to the way they have been designed, it doesn't feel small. You have everything you could possibly want. Their breakfast options are good, usually offer Continental and additional bacon and eggs. Free coffee and a very nice lounge/bar area. We've stayed here at least 3 or 4 times now and it'll be our go to for pretty much all London trips.

Clearly the best thing here is the location, no questions asked there. The rooms are not bad but are missing some key features like a safe (which a most 3 star hotels have). A poop scooper or whatever you call them, a phone to call reception desk and a bit more lighting options, particularly the bathroom, could only turn on the bathroom lights if you turned on all the other lights of the room, granted the room is tiny, but still it would be nice. Service was ok but for some reason people never greet you which seems odd for a hotel. Complimentary coffee is a nice addition. For the price itโ€™s okay though and I donโ€™t think you could get much other options for this cheap

This is a great clean and cost effective place to stay when in London. It is very close to the Westminster Abbey, palace, and the station for the tube. There are also a decent amount of food places nearby. The room itself had many great amenities and I really enjoyed the shower. Love this place!

Well priced and excellent location. Need to pay ยฃ10 for early check-ins, but they will hold your luggage for you. The rooms are minimalistic and functional. They appeared clean enough as well. Bring your own shampoo as this hotel chain only offers some all-in-one body wash and shampoo that will completely dry your hair.

The location is very good, it is near to everything metro buses etc. The staff is nice, polite and helpful. The room was good, spacious for our needs and clean. BUT for me the fact that the windows can't open and the only air that you get is from the A/C is huge disadvantage. On top of that the A/C was stuffed with dust so the air quality inside the room was not that good. Aside from that everything else was pleasant.

  • 5/5 Toba 3 months ago on Google New
Wow! What great value for money. Rooms are so fancy, more than enough room for one or two people. People working here are super nice, please always clean and lovely smell. The food and breakfasts provided here are prefect too. Amazing cocktails :) Near plenty of bus stops and underground stations. I will definitely be going here whenever I go to London, from now onwards!

Location brilliant. Staff are very friendly but the Rooms โ€ฆ. Very poxy for the price. No window. No kettle. No phone for reception. And the air con keeps turning onto heat during the night and when your entire room is only big enough for a double bed it gets claustrophobic and very hot! Rooms without windows are tiny and as such not really usable. Poor show

Itโ€™s a nice little hotel to stay in while being in London. Their are a few things that they can Improve on which is the breakfast they donโ€™t have slot of option especially for the continental, their housekeeper donโ€™t clean your room when you ask for it to be clean and add new lining on they donโ€™t do that they just make the room up and add fresh towels. Their staff are friendly and helpful. Apart from that the stay was good

Nice place in a very good central location. I stayed in a "bigger room" and found it clean and comfortable. I was traveling solo, but it also would have been fine for a couple. The interior was nice and modern with an easy to use control panel next to the bed. My only complaint is that I was on the ground floor and it didn't feel very private with a full height window next to the bed. As there wasn't a nice view outside it would have been much nicer to have some frosted glass there instead.

  • 4/5 Ed S. 4 months ago on Google
Clean and comfortable room. Surprisingly, the lighting in the room is a highlight as they are very clever and easy to select low/mid light in the middle of the night. It is, however, very small. Fine if travelling solo but I'd not recommend it as a couple. The breakfast in the morning is a disappointment. Another one of those supposedly "continental" breakfasts that are basically some sliced bread, cereal and a croissant. No cheeses, ham, eggs, etc.

Everything you may expect from a short stay in a big town ! Bigger room was well equipped with all touch control, plenty of sockets, real monsoon and hot shower, great soaps provided and overall GREAT WELCOMING STAFF (and free coffee/tea 24/7)...makes you feel at home! โ˜น๏ธOnly issue ROOM WINDOW BLOCKED it would be necessary having fresh air in the room at anytime...

  • 4/5 John B. 4 months ago on Google
The rooms have all you need. They're small but functional. Decent value for London. Be aware that some rooms do not have windows. I asked to swap and was glad I did, although there is little by way of a view. It was super convenient for the event I attended. My only issue was the hotel bar bringing my starter and main at the same time.

Just back from a Long weekend stay. Absolutely delighted with this hotel. Staff were lovely and provided a fantastic service throughout. Room was immaculate. Very modern and superb bathroom. Lounge bar was an unexpected delight and fantastic breakfasts. The location is fabulous whether on business or please. Highly recommended. Thank you to all the team!

If you need a hotel in the area you can't go wrong with this one, yes the rooms as small.. but well designed, spotlessly clean, near the underground and good bus routes. Was quiet at night. One star off as the breakfast is slightly understaffed, but all in all the staff were really great

  • 4/5 J M. 1 year ago on Google
The room was extremely clean and the bed really comfortable. Although the room was quite small it was fine for me as a single guest. One can hear the guests in the other rooms but it was filtered out at night with my sound machine. There were some ongoing electrical issues in my room. The staff were very good overall. Their breakfast for 7ยฃ is really quite varied and tasty. I find the price a bit high given the size of the room but the location is great. I would return.

  • 5/5 Ashleigh 1 year ago on Google
Excellent stay. Super efficient location and I loved the touch screen buttons on the bed that controlled the lights and room temperature. Breakfast was great and lots of options to choose from. Very nice bar staff and one of the guys at breakfast was so noticeably kind, caring and welcoming to everyone who walked in the lobby. Not sure if he was the manager but it didnโ€™t go unnoticed. Thanks very much.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast for the price, tea/coffee making facilities in the lounge available at all times. Helpful staff. It will be the first place we look to stay next time we're in London.

  • 5/5 Mark T. 2 years ago on Google
Hotels are essentially comfortable beds for a night or two - perhaps more if you stay longer term. This hub fulfills that description very well at a very reasonable price at a prime Central London location. It is decorated and equipped in a good quality modern style but with few frills in line with its value approach. Breakfast involved a good selection of hot and cold items without being the most efficient. Coffee and tea are available 24/7 but having to attend the ground floor bar to get them (and return your own mugs) illustrates the budget approach. Not a place to stay multiple nights or spend much time in your room, but very clean and performed its role well.

Don't forget to use Hแดแด›แด‡สŸส™oสŸสŸส.แด„แดm when booking any stay. They compare thousands of hotel sites and usually will have rooms much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the best in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you choose this place you definitely will love it I'm sure! Modern, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast for the price, tea/coffee making facilities in the lounge available at all times. Helpful staff.
