Hotel was booked based on price and reviews. The photos are very misleading. Clearly they have updated some rooms which is what they advertised, but not all, so for the price we paid we got a very dated room. The wall had been patch up and it had two single beds that moved around alot. The walls are paper thin and could hear everyone talking in the corridor and no air conditioning in the rooms. Windows nearly opened. Apparently there is the city break which is new and modern (the photos they show) and city sleeper which is old and dated with plugs hanging out the wall! Check which your in. On a plus the room was clean. The hotel is in a great location and easy to get to. It's just a shame when you book a weekend away in a nice hotel with a double bed and end up sleeping in a squeaky single bed. It was bearable for a night but if we had booked for a few nights it would have been awful. Actually we almost decided leave and get the train home.

Had a 4 night stay here with my 3-year-old. Staff was amazing and very welcoming. Rooms were clean and manager made the effort to ask if rooms had been cleaned properly every morning. Enjoyed a hot breakfast too, great variety of foods to choose from. Great location to go sight-seeing around Central London. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you guys for being so amazing!

Great hotel for getting into central London. Tube near. Euston station very accessible. Rooms very clean spotless. We were in City Sleeper. No traffic noise very quiet.

The window doesn't close completely so there's a small gap, you can hear the noises outside. The room has no temperature control, and it's extremely moist. All my clothes are moist, and smells from the moisture in the room, even the bedding is moist. The room has a weird smell. Window leaks water, condensation and rain. Washroom faucet is the worst, you get extremely hot faucet on the right, extremely cold faucet on the left, the water is not mixed, I don't know how anyone can wash their hands in this. Either you get burnt to death or cold to death. Faucet won't close completely so water drips all night long if you are a light sleeper stay away. The only advantage of this hotel is the location.

One of the most reasonably priced hotels in the area. It's divided into two sections, and is huge. But they have staff at multiple entrances to help point you in the way. We got an older room with two twin beds (some pictures show more updated room, but this isn't always the case). Room was a nice size, the window worked and water pressure was sufficient. Door is thin though, so we heard everything going on in the hallway (we where by the elevators). The beds themselves were fine, but the pillows need to be changed out. I slept with my jacket on top of mine since it smelled like the saliva of the people before me. It is a quick 4 minute walk to the nearest train station, which was ideal. I'd stay again if needed.

I stayed here 15 years ago on a school trip. Was pleasantly surprised to return so many years later to see a very nice renovated hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well designed. The hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance to the west end and also close to both euston and kings cross. Will stay here again for sure.

Overall this hotel is great value for the price, due to its central location and convenience. It is about 100m walk from Russell Square tube station, and is in walking distance of many sights and attractions the city has to offer. There are always plenty of staff on hand to assist when needed 24/7. There is also a convenience store in the main foyer which has a range of snacks, beverages and travel essentials available 24/7. The only downfall which stopped me giving the room a 5 star rating, was the bathroom layout. The shower is over a narrow bath tub and you kind of need to stand side on to avoid rubbing on the curtain constantly and the way the door swings makes the bathroom hard to access especially for bigger people, but only a small criticism. The rooms have an adjustable heater and the window opens slightly if it gets too warm. There is a good variety to choose from in the breakfast buffet room including fruit salad, yoghurt, ham, cheese, toast (white and wholemeal) with various jams, mixed pastries, cereal, porridge, bacon, sausages, baked beans, hash browns, mushrooms, eggs (scrambled and poached). There is also 2 restaurants at the hotel. Blooms cafe which does mainly pizza and the London pub which does a variety of food and beverage. All in all, have stayed before and would stay again.

We stayed here for 3 days, arrived early and wasn't able to check in until 2pm, but that wasn't a problem. the room was very comfortable, and clean, the bathroom was an decent size, with lovely bath and shower. The beds were so comfortable. No air con, but window provided enough air to cool the room down. Would highly recommend for the price and location, never had any struggles accessing the underground and was just in perfect distance from the station. For the price and location, will be coming back again.

Check in is always painfully slow. Rooms are decent enough, as long as you don't get any next to a lift (very noisy). Staff are always helpful which makes up for it. Breakfast is chaos though, so many people.. better to go elsewhere IMO.

Pretty reasonable cost, helpful staff. It's a huge hotel, so rooms may be not as convenient as in some hotels but clean and perfectly adequate for a stay in London. Breakfast cafeteria is a bit like a works canteen, big, busy but decent quality and plenty to set you up for the day. Walk from the hotel to many, many places or tube, bus and sightseeing buses all fairly close.

I recently stayed at a hotel and had a great experience overall. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice view of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, and always willing to assist with any questions or needs we had during our stay. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of nearby restaurants and attractions. The only minor downside was that the breakfast options were a bit limited, but overall it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

It really is amazing what good lighting and photographer can do. The room I had was functional at best, while the images when booking made it look grand and warm. And it isn’t warm, you can’t set the air con. Water from tap is barely warm too. All in all it needs a revamp as feels dated especially the bathroom. Location wise it’s 5/5, Russell Square is a neighbourhood I lived for several years and it’s still lovely though more busy. Walking distance to the West End and Kings Cross.

Parking at the Royal National Hotel, the staff said: "We have no business with the parking lot" despite it being under their name so it was confusing if we have to pay on the day or after we left. Rooms could be better, it was old and there was no ventilation at all so it was very stuffy in the bathroom and bedroom, the only ventilation was the window and even that, we could only open 5 inches wide. Especially when it was 23 degrees outside and it was a hot day and it made the experience awful since there was no air conditioning, no cool fan. Breakfast seemed a little reasonable for £10 per person but the breakfast options were limited with typical English breakfast, fruit salad, porridge, cereal, toast and tea/coffee and apple/orange juice. Overall, not a good hotel and could have gone to a better one with air conditioning.

The Pros: Good location; very central. Inexpensive by London standards. Efficiently-run. Good breakfast. Good water-pressure in the shower. The Cons: Pretty basic rooms; small beds. Can be noisy (thin walls/doors). Huge! (Your room can seem miles away, down long corridors!)

This hotel is conveniently located within close walking distance from multiple tube stations. The bedrooms are clean, simplistic and well furnished. The beds were a little hard, however that is small critic as I suffer with lower back issues- I managed fine and I had no issues after my sleep. The bathrooms were clean and to a standard expectation. I had little contact with the staff however everyone looked approachable, happy and relaxed. This was one of the best continental breakfasts I've had in a hotel, a vast range of hot and cold food, drinks and accompaniments. The pastries were hot and fresh, different types of milks were labelled and stored correctly when not in use! Overall very happy with my experience at this accommodation, would definitely return if in that area and 100% reccomend to any and all.

Unfortunately I can not recommend this hotel. This is mainly due to the awful beds and mattresses. They are absolutely the worst I have ever slept on in my entire life. Rock solid and after one night of "sleep" my back couldn't stop hurting. When approaching the staff to ask for a room change I was told that unfortunately the whole hotel has exactly the same mattresses in every room. Instead I was given 2 toppers to put on the mattress to try to improve the quality. Well, the quality of the mattress is THAT bad that even 2 layers of toppers could not improve the horrible beds. Basically it's a (very used) spring-only mattress dating from a long time ago, ultra low quality. It is clear that in order to keep the cost lower, they saved on the cost of the beds. If you like a good sleep - especially for multiple nights - avoid this hotel at all costs. Much better options like Premier Inn etc. offer way better beds. The rest of the room's facilities, while being kept to the bare minimum are ok.. Location is very good. In reality this hotel is closer to a 1-star hotel than a 3-star hotel.

We took a group of students for 2 nights, 3 days. The rooms were spacious with comfy beds and all the amenities needed with a very good shower to start the day, rooms 4040 to 4031. The staff couldn’t do enough to help, they were very cheery and nothing was too much trouble, they checked on our group and made sure we had space to leave our luggage and sit for a rest. The breakfast choices met everyone’s needs and started the day off well. Fantastic location near to Russell Square and a few small shops to pick up anything the students needed for the day. Will definitely be going back with another group.

Always stay here when I'm visiting London. Just a 30min walk from shows which is handy. This time stayed in one of there refitted rooms which was very nice. Staff always very pleasant. If I could have a small grumble it's that certain times of the day check in can be very slow. Other than that all good.

Very good hotel with helpful staff. The location was great, made it very easy to get around as we were so close to everything. Staff was eager to help, us when we needed and the room was great size for two nights. I'd definitely recommend to stay here if you visit London. You could hear quite a lot from the hallway and the room next to us, which was a bit annoying but other than that I found the hotel very nice.

The hotel is very well located. The rooms are only very sporadically furnished. The television did not work. The beds had castors so they were not firm on the floor and moved when sleeping. The tiles in the bathroom had several large areas of damage.

Large hotel with a lot of rooms. Rooms are small but comfortable. Views from the rooms vary from buildings to local streets. The beds are stiff and only twin sized. Very convenient, the hotel is right outside Russell Hill tube station and less than 10 minutes from the museum.

Good sized room for London. It’s lacking in electrical outlets though; there’s only 2 for the entire room. Very pleased with the cleanliness and staff is polite and helpful. Overall, I’d stay here again. Oh, the mattresses are basically springs covered in a thin layer of cotton on a big box, but we didn’t come to London to sleep.

The hotel is easy to find, and close to many great attractions. There is a bus and a tube station nearby, so the transportation is convenient. 😉 I was given free full English breakfast for the weekend stay, which is wonderful. The food is delicious! 😋 Upon arrival, I could not find the button for the heater in the room; and forgot to ask for a dryer before the shower; but the staff are friendly and professional, they answered my question clearly and brought me the dryer. 👍 I enjoyed the stay and would recommend the hotel, especially if you want to see attractions near Central London. 😊

We stayed in the main hotel which is the dated part (not City Sleeper). The compound is massive with hundreds of rooms spread across multiple buildings. When using the self check in, a staff member interrupted me and demanded I enter the second guest name to the system (which it wouldn't accept anyway). He directed me to my room in a different building from reception, but as I looked for my room, security interfered to tell me the room wasn't in the direction I was going (it was) and we weren't in the right place (we were). The lift took me up the one floor to the room. It was busy and I'd rather have taken the stairs to avoid waiting but couldn't find a staircase. We got stuck waiting for packed lifts several times during the stay and when we did find a staircase it only led down to the basement (?). The vibe getting out the lift was very Bates motel. Yellow lighting, corridors of cheap doors that are chipped and dented. Bad vibes all round. The room was mostly bad too. There's no heating or cooling system other than a radiator and a window which cracks open. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, old and rickety. I could feel the springs through the mattress. It was very 70s feeling. The bathroom was okay but had one of those shower curtain shower over baths which aren't really pleasant to have stuck to you. Water pressure was great though. Finally, we paid for breakfast when we booked which I regret. The breakfast area is like a massive 1970s cafe with lots of tables cramped together. Apple and orange juice were served from machines which both had run out, so I got a lovely mouthful of watery apple liquid in my cup. It was very busy and felt crowded as walkways between tables were narrow. The fruit I had from the buffet tasted old like it had been stored in the fridge for a few days. I didn't even bother with the hot options in the end because I was so grossed out by the juice water and fruit, but my partner's hot breakfast looked alright. Overall, while it was bearable for a night, I wish I'd just have paid the extra £25 for a more modern hotel.

We were at this hotel for an event for our organisation. The event management was excellent. The staff, without exception were superb. We were very well looked after. The buffet lunch was lovely and the staff looking after us at lunch were great. Some of our group stayed at the hotel and said that the accommodation, while basic, was clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced for such a central location.

I'm positively surprised about this hotel! Great location near the subway Russel Square Station, 7 min walk from British Museum, many restaurants, fast food, mini markets and everything you need nearby. The hotel is huge but the service is efficient and cordial. The breakfast is included and it's very good, organized and clean. The bedrooms were well heated and the bed was comfortable. Good shower and bathroom, however, missed the amenities like shampoo. Instant coffee and tea available in the room, loved it! No minibar, but there are food and water machines in the lobby. This hotel ia a pretty good option in London! Thank you for the good stay!

Mixed. - Check on was easy and staff great. - Breakfast was well organized and good variety. - Room cleaners constantly left my windows open after cleaning. So coming in late to an icebox... - Security hassled me a couple of times for no good reason, just trying to get to my room and not disturbing anyone. The toilet constantly leaked. - The pillows were made I think last century. Disconcerting considering what could be living in it... - location is mint. really!!! - restaurant is also great - pub is very good as well and reasonably priced.

Rooms are a little dated. The rest of the hotel looks like it's in the process of being refurbished so maybe the rooms are scheduled for later. Nothing to complain about though and a superb breakfast. Our room wasn't ready on check-in but the reception staff didn't make a big thing of it and just swapped things around so as not to inconvenience us. Would definitely stay again

Just had a fabulous weekend at the Royal National Hotel with friends. Booked 2 twin city sleeper rooms which where excellent. All staff from checking-in to cleaners were very efficient and friendly. Concierge even went out of his way to go outside and flag a cab down for us. flag a taxi down for us. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection to suit all. Would have no hesitation in staying again.

Stayed before, but hotel has been decorated since then, at least in the city sleeper room we had. Check in was quick. Room was very nice, clean and modern. Car park was challenging to actually find a space to park after paid on entry, but security guard advised us to go down the ramp and park on the left - on the right was hire car returns parking. Breakfast was delicious, so much choice and plentiful.

Very clean and affordable hotel. We had a room facing the busy street and you could hear the street noise, but we use to live under a flight path, on a busy street near a highway, so London street noise was nothing to us. Beds were super comfortable. I only wish there was a small fridge to keep milk in for my tea. Breakfast was excellent. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay in London. Thank you! Will definitely stay again!

Arrived at the hotel around 2:10pm, check in was at 2pm. It was busy which was expected as everyone else was checking in, we joined the queue and it took about 15 minutes, there was clearly a lot of international guests as they were showing passports which is fair enough but it seemed like a lengthy process for them so we thought it would be quicker for us. We got to the desk and I said to the lady 'Hi we would like to check in please' her response was a blank look to which I said 'Do you need to see something?' To which she asked if I had my booking reference. I didn't mind showing it it's just the way she just stared as if I should have known, most hotels ive stayed in just take the name and maybe ask for ID. She took my phone off me typed the booking reference in then tapped the screen a few times then went on to tell us that our room wasnt ready and that it would be ready in 15 minutes. We asked if we could have the keys and check in and just go up in 15 minutes to which her response was no and that we had to wait and queue again..... we waited 15 minutes then joined the queue again this time waiting 20 minutes. We got to the desk and was served by a gentleman this time and the check in process was just as bad, I had to write my email and phone number and name which they should have had on their system from the booking reference. It was just a lengthy process which just got dragged out. The hotel is massive so appreciate that there is a lot of guests but be prepared to wait for the lift constantly. It stops on every floor and they are small so cant fit many guests in. The rooms are nice, the bathroom was very modern, probably could do with a desk and a mini fridge. The bed was comfy and very big but the duvet/quilt was not big enough for the size of the bed. There was also a constant noise like a hissing in the room which was coming from the pipes of the radiator even when it was off but we were so tired from our days that we slept through it but it did get annoying in the morning. If you want a decent price hotel in a decent location then this is the hotel to choose.

Nice hotel, rooms sometimes a little hot. Yet very affordable hotel with accommodating staff (although they sometimes look a little lost) and for its location quite really cheap. Really good place to stay for a few days.

Excellent stay. We stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and was okay. Now in December 2021 we’ve come back and this time the stay has been much better. The rooms are renovated- comfortable, clean, well equipped with an iron, hair dryer and the other basic amenities. Big thanks to the attentive maitres, the helpful receptionists and the extra kind housekeepers. So cool some of the staff speaks Spanish- they made all easier for my family who barely speaks English. Delicious full English breakfast is included. I do recommend this hotel. We’ll definitely come back!

To be honest, you'd find it hard to fault this hotel for location/price relationship. Rooms were spotlessly clean though quite small, and staff were friendly - Jamail was so sweet and really helpful! We only tried the London Pub restaurant which is part of the hotel, food was ok, the price was reasonable, there is also a pizza restaurant so you've lots of choice for dinner. Breakfast was buffet style with hot options like bacon, mushrooms etc, but also fruit yogurt, etc, a good choice. As mentioned above the location is great, within walking distance to St Pancras and to the Russell Square underground station.

Catfish of a hotel. It seems this place is a former university dormitory turned hotel. If you read the google reviews, you will see others have complained about how a good photographer and some lighting can make garbage look flashy. We stayed in a standard twin room (careful of the pictures of the premium rooms). The room was old and outdated. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and felt like the mattresses had not been changed in decades. The bathrooms were the worst part. They were so tight that there was a finger width space between door closing and it hitting the toilet (you'll see there's no pictures of this angle from the hotel). The showerhead (again no pictures) was like using a garden hose to shower and the cleanliness could not have been worse. The WiFi would disconnect more than it would be connected. Any Travelodge or Premier Inn is 100x better than this place - that says a lot. When we confronted about our issues, the front staff said they can't help us because the hotel is sold out (which was not only irrelevant but also not true). Would not recommend staying here!

Loved my 2 night stay. Room spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed with great linen. Powerful shower. Good breakfast choices. Would stay there again in a heartbeat because as well as all the above great things the staff were the most friendly and helpful I have ever known in all of the hotels I have stayed in the UK.

Excellent stay and amazing value. Stayed 3 nights and staff were unbelievable helpful and kind at every stage of our stay. The street side of the hotel upon approaching it gave me the impression we had paid such a good price that the hotel would be grim "you get what you pay for" however this was not the case, it was spotless with comfy and modern rooms, fresh decor throughout and an amazing power shower. we only ate there for breakfast but it was one of the best buffet breakfast we have had. 10/10 location wise as can walk to a number of sights and train stations within just a few minutes. Thanks for having us!

Fantastic hotel and staff, the welcome was great. Luggage taken left luggage and ticket brought to us in the restaurant. Breakfast service was outstanding, staff were very helpful and really looked after an American couple who had just arrived after an overnight flight. Not our first stay here and won't be our last.

Good hotel in Euston square area, close to the University of London and UCL. No frills but has large, comfortable rooms, great service and an abundant and delicious breakfast. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very nice and helpful. The only thing which was slightly uncomfortable for me was the bath / shower, as they do not have a hand-held shower, only a rain shower, and you can only have a bath if you don't want to get your hair wet. Otherwise, no complaints. We also visited the hotel's London Pub a couple of times and we enjoyed it.

The hotel was easy to check into, we were able to leave luggage until check in. There were very convenient vending machines with drinks, medicine, charging cables adapters. Rooms were clean, in good condition. The hallway had some damage, needing repair, and the room didn't have air conditioning. The bar/pizza place was convenient as well as location to Underground station and places in general.

I needed a room at short notice and this hotel was the only one at a decent price (c£200) with good reviews. I was a bit apprehensive as when I arrived it was clear this was mainly a tour bus / tourist hotel rather than a business hotel. Its huge. The signage from the lift wasn’t clear so I ended up walking the entire 1st floor. There were three distinct corridor areas. City sleeper - corridor looked newly decorated. Middle - looked a bit tatty. Worse - very old and tatty. My room was in the ‘middle’ but I was very pleasantly surprised by the room. Newly decorated. Simple but everything you need. I slept very well. Bath and shower in room along with large bottles of hand wash, shampoo and body wash. Breakfast - there were signs up everywhere saying busiest 8-9am. I went at 7:45 and it was busy but manageable. Good range of cooked and continental breakfast. All in all for central London great value and had everything I needed for a comfortable night’s stay.

I was in the hotel in room 1245 from 10/31/2022. until November 4, 2022. The room is all in all good with a few flaws. The mattress and pillow are bad, they should have the option of soft and hard, so the guest can choose accordingly. That's about the pillow, and they could have a better one for the mattress. The bathroom is small, but functional. In my opinion, it is unacceptable that there is no toilet brush and sponge in the bathroom. The room should have a mini bar or at least an empty fridge. There should be at least one, if not two, sockets next to the bed. It's great that the hotel has a mini shop and appliances with useful things, all praise. The breakfast is really good, with only one choice of juices, which is a shame. The location hotel is in a great position, that is their great attribute. All in all, they have a few things to improve, so that the hotel would really be excellent in its category of 3-star hotels.

The Royal National Hotel is splendid 👌 Firstly the staff are so friendly whatever their position really helpful and polite. The rooms are always being cleaned on time. Its cozy and warm ☺. Also you have a good view from probably every room because of the clever design. Enjoy!

I stayed in this hotel on the week of queen Elizabeth’s funeral. It was packed but everything was nice, clean and organized. The personnel was very attentive, the location is great (only 4 minute walking from a main train station). Have a pub on the first floor and several food and convenience stores around. Very cheap and the breaks is really good! I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location (less than 10 minutes from Euston and round the corner from Russell Square). Check in was very easy and efficient and the staff were really friendly. We had said it was a stay for a Birthday and got a complementary glass of wine; this was a nice touch. Anything else we needed in the room we got really quickly. Breakfast was busy, but there a pretty good selection. For the price of the rooms and for this to include breakfast, this hotel is incredibly good value for money.

Rooms cleaned daily we stayed in newer par However they were 2 beds pushed together so there was ridge. Breakfast there was plenty of choice but the heat lamps over hot food don't keep it hot enough said

Reasonably priced hotel. No double glazing in rooms so can be noisy at night. U was able to hear conversations outside while I was in my bed. Hotel is very near Russel Park tube 5 min walk Hotel appeared to be clean and tidy. Staff professional and polite. Would stay again if I needed a cheaper hotel in central London.

Very nice and polite staff. It's very clean everywhere including the perfect clean bathroom. The room is very warm. I really didn't like the noise from street. We were on 5th floor and it was really noisy. Earplugs definitely recommended. The breakfast is OK but it's nothing special.

I was visiting London recently from Australia for business. This hotel has a great location for my needs and the staff were friendly and accommodating. One member of staff in particular checked me in and I have to say she was calm and collected as the customer before was not to polite to say the least. She dealt with it very professionally and I was impressed. I believe her name to be ‘Oxhana’ Will return for my next business trip. Thanks again.

Been here for a business trip at the beginning of Nov 2023, I stayed for 5 nights and I'm happy with my choice. Position is fantastic, Russell Square tube station is almost around the corner and Tottenham Court Road is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Check-in was quick and easy, the room was clean and comfy. Good and spacious shower box, the sink was very small. No minibar and no safe, however there is a 24h shop with food, drinks and items next to the reception and safe boxes in the lift area. It is also possible to rent an umbrella for 48h (2 GBP). Breakfast was well organized even during busy times and choices (continental and English) were satisfying. Staff was helpful, I needed to iron some shirts and I was able to borrow iron and ironing board for as long as I needed it. Definitely a valid option for my next visit.

AVOID this hotel if possible. This hotel’s location is great for the price, but the service and rooms are not worth it. I was placed in a room directly above a loud pub and at first I tried to not complain so I went to the shop and bought some ear plugs to block out the noise. At 10:30pm that night I rang reception and asked if I could change rooms in the morning. He then told me that that was not a problem and to pop down to reception in the morning. I then went to reception the next morning and I was told I had to come back later as they didn’t have any rooms ready. I then came back and was told that they could not do anything for me and offered me ear plugs instead. The staff were not at all helpful, and now I am stuck in a noisy room for the next two nights. I have never written a negative review before but this needs to be highlighted as it completely spoiled myself and my boyfriends trip. We came on this trip to relax and that is not possible in this room. Avoid this hotel if you can.

In the room you can hear the conversations from the next room perfectly. We couldn't sleep well for the 4 nights. After that, when we checked out, we wanted them to store our luggage for that day and they told about 20 people that they couldn't, that it was full. A hotel as big as that would have to be prepared for it In addition, the staff should be more pleasant.

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to address some concerns regarding our recent stay at your hotel. 1. **Room Décor:** The furnishings in our room appeared outdated and not in line with modern standards. 2. **Cleanliness:** We observed that the room was not thoroughly cleaned, especially when attempting to push the beds together, revealing uncleanliness. 3. **Noise Disturbance:** Inadequate soundproofing resulted in us being able to hear every sound from the hallway and neighboring rooms distinctly. This significantly impacted our sleep, as even routine activities like showering were audible. 4. **Room Allocation:** Despite booking a double room, we were given a room with two single beds. Combining the beds not only exposed cleanliness issues but also revealed an inconvenient gap between them. These experiences significantly affected our stay, especially considering the considerable cost of accommodation. While we understand that inconveniences may arise, we trust that your establishment is committed to maintaining the highest standards. We hope you take our concerns seriously and are available for further information if needed for a prompt resolution. Thank you for your understanding.

This hotel literally has almost nothing. No enough sockets, no enough chairs, and no fridge. I can clearly hear everything from the outside even if the window is closed. Too noisy to sleep! It was like sleeping on the street! I can also hear the conversation from next door as well! The breakfast is the same every day. After several days I feel like never wanting to eat the breakfast here anymore! The room card is so easy to be deactivated that almost every day I have to go to the reception to renew my card. Fairly convenient transportation. There is bus stop and underground station near the hotel.
