Stayed on business in mid July. On the positive side, the hotel has a great central location. Easy walking to many tourist sites, rail and tube stations. Room was a good size and well appointed. Clean and tidy on arrival. Friendly staff. On the downside, be aware that your room will not be serviced at all if you stay less than three nights. This was under the excuse of trying to reduce contacts in the Covid environment. Given all restrictions have been relaxed, this does not wash. I can accept for environmental reasons that sheets and towels might not be changed, but normally the hotel would at least clean the room and make the bed each day. Not so here. On my return each day, the room was in exactly the same state I left it. I could not find any teabags and tried to contact reception and housekeeping on several occasions. Nobody would even answer the phone. I was not alone as several of my colleagues experienced similarly poor levels of service. Paying ~£380 per night I expect better….. I would not recommend this hotel unless they significantly reduced the room rates.

I stayed at this hotel on a Saturday evening. Is was a great experience. The room was very nice, comfortable beds, and a really nice bathroom. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I had a really nice breakfast with a great view overlooking Westminster bridge and Big Ben. My daughter slept in a bit, so she was able to have breakfast delivered to the room. We had to book time at the pool, which was actually nice as it wasn't crowded. One early morning I had the pool and sauna all to myself. I also loved the digital key. Sometimes it took a couple of tries to open the door or press the key in the elevator, but it was really handy not worrying about having a key card. And we checked in and out online. We left our bags with the concierge before check-in and they were really nice.

Came here for an anniversary weekend. From the moment you walk into the hotel, it's amazing. The staff are absolutely fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with toiletries, towels, robes and slippers. Along with tea and coffee facilities, mini fridge with water etc. The bed was super comfortable, with controls for lighting beside the bed. I had room service, and the food was exceptional! Everything I had was cooked to perfection. My only gripe is that I wish there were more dessert options. There is a swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room free to use for the people staying in the hotel. But please note you have to book for a session via the app or the front desk. There are also two restaurants, a coffee shop, a VIP lounge with amazing views etc. I absolutely loved my stay here! I can't thank the hotel staff enough for making my weekend so special.

Excellent hotel positioned perfectly for the first time visitor. Rooms are clean and nice, the Suite is very spacious. Suites do not have bidets, but do have a tub and separate shower along with dual sinks. Bed and pillows were soft, I only wish Europeans believed in the flat sheet. Breakfast was tasty, but limited; there was no OJ but bacon was perfect. Staff was polite but contact with them is minimal given check in/out and room keys are all digital, which really expedites things. Room service was reasonably prompt and courteous.

We absolutely loved the stay here! We had booked for a double room but, on arrival, were given a free upgrade to a suite! The staff were very polite and helpful and the rooms were in great condition. If you're visiting, do spend some time in the swimming pool and the sauna. The breakfast was pretty good although I would have liked some more continental variety. Overall, I would visit again and recommend!

This is my 7th night in this hotel. Today a couple entered into my room by a key given to them by reception (thinking it is their room to check into). When they found a person in the room they were polite, apologized and left. The hotel porter brought me their luggage and i had to explain again about the mix up. I called the reception and reported this major safety issue. Then, a receptionist came to my room claiming I am checked out from the room “according to their system”. I had to explain that I extended my stay (worst decision ever). However, until now I received no official apology nor compensation from this hotel. I even had to receive the couple’s apology letter by the hotel as they sent it to me by mistake. Other issues I faced during my stay: 1. cockroach appeared in my bathtub. I changed my room after this incident. 2. Unsatisfactory cleaning of the room. My bedsheets were not changed for 6 nights. Floor not vacuumed for 6 nights until I complained to the reception. 3. I requested a Laundry service which was supposed to be delivered yesterday before noon (31/12/2023). However, they denied receiving my clothes. Asked me if I am sure that I gave them my clothes. And could not find my clothes anywhere. They found my clothes after an hour and a half of receiving confused calls from the reception and the laundry service denying that they have any of my clothes or that they have received any. They found my clothes at last but after I had to wear last day’s clothes because of their incompetence. 4. Last night (31/12/2023) a porter came to my room delivering a children’s cot by mistake. I told them I have no children. They asked if I am sure. I responded that I am positive I have no children. It is by far one of the worst stays in any hotel I have ever experienced. Huge incompetence. Does not deserve 4 stars. I would not even give it one star.

The second time I stayed at this hotel and I really recommend it. The rooms are big; king-size bed; bathroom has a shower and bath; there is a small sitting area/living room with a sofa and a TV; there is a small kitchenette with a water boiler, a microwave and a small fridge should you stay longer than a couple of days. For an additional charge, you can get a room with a view. The staff is super friendly and they will do everything they can to accommodate you.

Great location and very friendly staff who are very attentive. The only downside would be the rooms could do with an update. One of the bedroom doors in our suite didn’t close properly. Other than that I would recommend it for a great place with a great location to stay in London

This hotel is in excellent location - you can easily treat this hotel as a base for sightseeing! A large number of London's attractions you can do by foot! Great - very "warm" rooms. Very friendly and professional service. Good fitness center open 24h. Nice pool. The only (small) thing I could suggest as an area for improvement would be - choice of food for breakfast. Still great experience!

Rooms clean and nice. Shower leaked a lot all over the floor with no mat down so made it very slippery. Check in was slow and not very friendly. Wasn't made to feel welcome at all. Ordered 2 breakfasts for room service that were prepaid upon check in, and was then told we need to pay again. For the location the hotel is good but the customer service definitely needs work.

One of the good hotels I stayed in London. Good service and great staff. Rooms are spacious had enough space for my toddler to run around. The view from the hotel is great. Walking distance to the tourist attractions.

Went for an event and did not stay at the hotel on this occasion. Staff throughout were very polite and friendly directing us through the venue and the waiting staff were really excellent. Some less knowledgeable than others but likely that many were just hired as extra staff for the event. The food served looked lovely but was rather bland. We were served very swiftly and the venue did look great, everything very clean and well organised. In terms of hosting a huge event this was a great venue option. The space was vast and it is very well located close to both Waterloo and Westminster station and plenty of bus routes.

Great location. Attended a work’s event, 1500 people. Meal was great given the number of people being catered for. Room lighting was dark but bed very comfy. Could do with a few more people behind the bar as service was slow. Enjoyable breakfast. Staff courteous. Would stay again.

I've stayed on a lot of hotels over the years and several in London. This has got to be the best I've stayed in. The staff are excellent and attentive. The rooms are laid out perfectly and so clean. The food and drinks are top notch. We loved our stay so much we extended our trip for another day. Thank you Park Plaza.

The hotel was, overall, fine. It didn’t quite meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel. It was very impersonal, and lacked the charm that alot of London hotels have. The check in service was fine. The lobby was busy and kind of smoky smelling all the time. The room was musty and the shower had some mold that me question how thoroughly things are being cleaned. After looking at other reviews, it seems to be a common theme. The bed & pillows could have been more comfy. Overall, it didn’t feel sleek and clean at all- despite what the lobby makes it seem like you’ll get. The location is fine, its nice being close to Waterloo to easily get around London since we didn’t want to hang in the area much. The view from our room overlooking Big Ben was phenomenal but didn’t quite make up for the other lackluster things at this hotel. Would recommend elsewhere if you are looking for a true 4-star or London experience.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel close to Westminster Bridge. The room was spacious but had a particular smell we didn't like. The staff was attentive and friendly. There is a swimming pool, but we didn't get to use it.

First impressions of this hotel were initially good with spacious rooms. However we were left sorely disappointed and let down by the service provided which has put us off returning in the future. After a long day out, we came back to the room expecting it to be tidied to a good standard. However, instead we walked into a room that looked like the bare minimum had been done and it had been left unfinished. Cleaning products were left in the room including a rag on the floor and the mugs, toiletries and towels had not been replaced. The cupboards (which we had left closed) were open and the bath robes we had been using were gone with no replacement. We called reception who told us this would be rectified and went out for dinner. When we got back the room was still not up to standard and we had to call again to get someone to rectify the above problems. Rubbish had also been left outside of our room. This was now at 11pm when we just wanted to come back and retire in peace for the night. The next morning we were rudely awakened at 10am by a housekeeper coming into the room despite the check out time being 12pm. They said they had been sent to clean the room despite the check out time we had been given. It's safe to say an experience we were really looking forward to and spent a good amount of money on for my partner's birthday was unfortunately ruined by these encounters. When we first got there we were saying we would return in the future but now we will be staying far away. Housekeeping can make a big difference to the stay so I would recommend they review the standards they operate on around this so others don't have similar experiences.

Great location. Digital check in and key is a great idea so you can go straight to your room when you arrive, we arrived a little earlier than the 3pm check in but they found us a room that was ready so we could go straight in. All staff really helpful & friendly. Really comfortable beds & great sized room, we had a family studio. Quiet in the rooms, we couldn't hear any other guests. Breakfast was fantastic, huge selection. Be aware you have to book a time slot to use the pool at the moment and you can't book it until you are at the hotel so it's not guaranteed that you will be able to use it. Unfortunately it was already fully booked for our stay. Overall excellent value for money in a great location to explore central London

I don’t usually write reviews on hotels, but this is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. We felt scammed. First of all: the sofa bed. My little sister and I had to sleep on the floor the last day because the sofa bed was beyond uncomfortable. Also, it broke in the middle of the night and they had to call a person to fix it. Second, the room is cleaned every three days, which is not the normal thing for a four star hotel. The beds were not made properly and the shampoo bottles were not replenished. In addition, the cleaning staff appeared at any time, once they caught us napping at 16:00 and another time they came at 18:00 to clean the room and when we told them we were sleeping they laughed at us. Strange. To sum up, the amount of money you pay is not proportional to the service offered. How come a four star hotel offer this to their clients and be OK with it?

My first time, great hotel, clean room. Breakfast below average with very limited choices. I was surprised how rude the reception person was for simple question about the room readiness!! He shouted at my wife while she was asking him alone shouting “ THIS IS A BIG AND BUSY HOTEL !!!” He could’ve replied politely. I talked to him over the phone and didn’t feel bad about it. Bad Treatment can ruin everything unfortunately

Stayed here for a few nights. Rooms are a good size and the staff are very helpful. The major down side was the room 'extras'. We arrived and were visiting with a group of people so we were over 4 rooms. Three rooms didn't have robes and slippers, one didn't have any toilet roll, another no milk. Fridges not working. One room just had the robe tie and no robe. It was clean and tidy, just a shame with a hotel like this that the finishing touches, so to speak, weren't completed and the complete experience to be enjoyed. Make sure to book the pool as it's only 30 minute slots. They do let you have longer if not busy. We stayed kn there for 90 mins. Sauna was lovely, the steam room could do with a better aroma as it smelt of damp feet, so we didn't use that much.

Super Hotel, amazing staff, best location ! We were there for 7 nights with a family of 5 so we booked 2 rooms. The hotel is easily accessible from Waterloo underground or Waterloo train station. The entrance & lobby are spotless and spacious. The front desk staff are amazing, thank you Ana and Francesca for all your help ! The rooms were really spacious, comfortable, clean, and all the fittings were in good working order. With a large selection of TV channels and a kettle, tea, coffee, and biscuits, just right for a quick relax. The breakfast was amazing with something for everyone, whether you like a full English breakfast or something more "continental", it's all there. I used the workout room nearly everyday, it's well stocked with enough equipment to easily work off those extra breakfast calories. The concierge service was very useful and the people there were wonderfully helpful. I had some packages delivered there prior to our arrival, stored luggage there and booked a car to take us back to the airport. Thank you ! All in all we would love to come back to this wonderful hotel. If you are in London and looking a great hotel in a perfect location, this is the one for you.

The hotel was perfect! Clean, comfortable and even luxurious! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My son had to come to London to attend a specialist hospital for an appointment and they kindly gave us a free upgrade to a nicer room with a living room area, fresh fruit and sweet treats, which was a really nice touch and very much appreciated. The bathroom products were Elimis, which is one of my favourite brands - they are excellent quality and usually very expensive! We had various light settings to choose from and the wardrobes were glossy and picturesque. The location was ideal close to most London attractions. I would definitely visit this hotel again and highly recommended. I have attached a video with a room tour!

This is my second time staying in this hotel. It is a perfect weekend gateway. Specially if you book the top floor suite with the view of London. I loved the spa and Agatha was a great masseuse she was so professional and their service altogether was excellent. Highly recommend the spa experience and overall I'm a happy guest like always.

I stumbled across this hotel when looking for places to stay in London. For 4 nights, my friend and I stayed here and loved it. The room service was pretty good. Customer service at the desk, the Concierge and the cafe were all impeccable. I liked that we had to show we were guests of the hotel after a certain hour, it made me feel that I was in a safe place while being in the UK. The location is EVERYTHING. We were in walking distance of the train station, the London Eye, and almost everything else tourists would need for a stay. We were able to leave the hotel and walk to the stop for the Big Bus Tour. How awesome is that? Big Ben and the Westminster Abbey are both in walking distance for photos. Soho, Oxford Street, Trafalgar Square, etc are within the Big Bus route, the regular bus route or even a short Uber ride away from this hotel. Absolutely a great experience

We stayed there in January and We loved it. The rooms were clean, good environment, amazing pillows and mattresses (I forgot to ask them what brand they use)! The breakfast was great with a huge variety (freshly made omelette-our favorite). The location is great, very central! I would definitely recommend.

Our stay here was perfect! The location is perfect, within walking distance of everything. They are quick to get cabs if you need one. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and very nice. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was able to help us with flight and car information and even saved us money on things around London. Room service was quick and yummy, even late. We arrived several hours before our check in but we're still able to check our luggage and do a post flight clean up with no trouble. I will stay here for every trip to London.

Didn’t have a pleasant experience here. Saw several silverfish in my room and bathroom. The room smelt stale (I guess due to the lack of fresh air, as you can’t open windows). We played towel roulette throughout our stay. We had one towel (we are 2 people) on the first day, no face towels or floor mat. Second day had a towel and floor mat. Third day, two towels and one hand towel. Third day, no new towels. I guess, it gave us something to laugh about. Our phone in the room was actually broken, so made it difficult to call reception. Location could not be faulted. Only positive we’re the men working at the front of the hotel. I think they’re like a porter/doormen. One wears a top hat and had a scarf. He was incredible. So polite, and was always happy. Spoke to us like royalty. If it wasn’t for him, I would be rating the Park Plaza a 1 star. I really hope this was just a one off occurrence and everyone else has lovely stays.

My family and I loved everything about this hotel. As soon as we arrived here from the airport, we were greeted and had our luggage taken up to our room by the employees. The room was clean and big exactly what is on the pictures. The location is also fantastic being a 5 minute walk from Big Ben and being within walking distance from all the major tourist attractions. Restaurants and liquor stores also all very close. Hotel and location also feels very safe at all times of the day and night. 10/10 recommend for all people considering staying here. Next time I’m in London I will definitely book this place.

Stayed here again after having stayed here 10 years ago and it definitely lived up to its wonderful reputation again. Thoroughly love staying at the Park Plaza Westminster for their exceptional service. I announced my engagement during my stay and a wonderful cake + choc dipped strawberries waited us in our room to celebrate. Such a lovely touch. The concierge service was exceptionally knowledgeable (thanks Dayne!!) and went above and beyond to make sure our time in London was perfect. Chloe in guest services also spent a lot of time responding to emails about NYE prior to our stay for which we were very grateful (dinner at Locale followed by fireworks was an absolute dream and great value for money!). The hotel is located within a very short walk to two major stations and right outside Big Ben. You really cant beat it. Room service was great with lots of variety and the bar and restaurant options were wonderful. Would highly recommend!

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times in business but this time it was well and truly for pleasure. Amazing location and rooms, also got a great mid week deal. Massive special thanks though go to Myriam on reception who checked me in to the two rooms I’d booked for my mum’s birthday. She went above and beyond and is a credit to the hotel. Also many thanks to Cenk who was always waiting to provide service with a smile to us drinks in the bar.

It has a fantastic location. A stones throw away from the subways and Big Ben. You can walk to popular places within 15-20 mins if u want to skip the tube. The rooms are clean and very spacious but nothing to shout about. Price wise, it seems pretty reasonable based on the pros and cons. Not sure if u can do without the breakfast because the limited selection of food options really just bores me.

My sister and I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We arrived a bit early so our room was not ready but the concierge held our luggage and took it up to our room as soon as we were able to check in. The room was clean and big exactly like on the photos. The location is also fantastic as it is a 5 minute walk to Big Ben and the London Eye. It was also within walking distance to other major tourist attractions, restaurants and shops. Hotel felt safe and I slept like a baby. We also visited the spa for a facial and massage and had a great experience. The only reason I gave this hotel a 4/5 stars is because the electrical outlets in the restroom and in the hall by the mirror did not work. Also, when housekeeping cleaned our room, they took our towels and did not replace them. After spending 12 hours on a tour, it was a little disappointing not being able to hit the shower as we had to wait for towels to be brought up. I am sure that was just a one off though. All in all, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London as the pros outweigh the cons.

An outstanding hotel that delivers first class hospitality - a credit to the leadership team and all that work there. I stayed with my partner last Thursday, the hotel was 100% occupied (1020 rooms!!!!!) and the meeting space was full, yet, the team were gracious, accommodating and offered a tremendous breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for their attention to detail, great rooms and fantastic views of the HP and Big Ben!

My wife and I are very experienced travelers having visited 7 countries in 2023. This was our second visit to London this year. First in late January and most recently the week before Christmas and both times we stayed at the Park Plaza. From checkin to departure this property has exceeded our expectations. Very friendly and accomodating staff who are eager to please. The rooms are spotless with great pillows and bedding and big, fluffy towels - and lot of them😊 I want to especially recognize several extraordinary staff members in Guest Services and in the Executives Lounge. The Guest Services staff is amazing at responding to both simple and complex challenges with a smile and positive “can do” attitude. Sophie, Michaela and Lorena were most helpful in correcting an issue with our reservations. They patiently listened and understood the issue and set about to solve it — Perfect! Maria and Laura in the Executive Lounge made our 9 day visit very special. They were attentive, friendly and were obviously very well trained. They treated us with smiles and kept the Lounge spotless. While we are normally Marriott fans, our stay at the Park Plaza has converted us to raving fans. Thanks to all who made our visit memorable. Steve and Sue Richards San Antonio, Texas

Another brilliant stay here. Made use of the pool, sauna and steam room this time. Everything felt very safe. Plenty of social distancing in reception, bookable slots only for the pool. All the usual lovely touches and really super rooms. The staff are an absolute delight, lovely lady brought my room service, lovely lady checked me in, well you get the idea! Wouldn't stay anywhere else in London now. Thanks!

Hotel is beautiful and views from the room over the London eye and Big Ben are stunning. Joel Brasserie food is amazing and our waitress Cristina provided the best and most friendly service. She made sure my allergies were catered for and couldn’t do enough to help us! Thanks for making our evening so wonderful Cristina. I highly recommend this hotel and the location is great.

Incredible hotel and so pretty at Christmas. We checked in quickly and were told about their changes due to covid (room cleaned every 3 days, book slot in swimming pool, etc..). The bed was comfy and we had a good nights sleep due to the black-out curtains and how quiet it was. Great that you could connect your phone to the tv and stream YouTube or Netflix on there. Only negative was that there was no bedside socket to charge your phone. We didn't get the chance to enjoy the spa which had just reopened but definitely will next time. The bar was great, we were there 2 out of 3 nights as we always got a seat, it was table service and the staff were SO helpful and friendly! Will definitely be returning as the service was great, the convenience of online check-in, rooms were spacious and very clean and of course the location was ideal.

Very good Hotel to stay at. The locating is ideal for me being a Tourist and looking at everything London has to offer. Great service. The Chicken Burger i ordered by room Service was the best one i ever ate. One Thing to critisize: the Lights are crazy. Until the last day we couldn't figure Out how to Turn a single Lamp on and Turn Off all at once.

Absolutely Fantastic hotel, superb with children, excellent location, nice Atmosphere at bar to unwind after busy day exploring. It had a great choice for breakfast. Amazing views of Big Ben that children where in awe of. Wonderful weekend in London will be back again to this hotel.

We stayed in a kingsize family room over the august bank holiday weekend. We liked the way the room was laid out and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious too. The breakfast was amazing, a really good way to start the day and in the evening the cocktails were a delight too! All the staff were very friendly! Digital check in was a little complicated but the friendly and helpful reception staff made up for this. The location is superb and very close to the popular attractions. The lifts were clean and speedy and all other communal areas very clean too! We had a great stay and will return in the future.

Here for an awards ceremony and was so impressed with this venue. Staff were so warm, friendly and helpful. Every mouthful of the perfect three course meal was delicious and the Waiting staff so well organised and coordinated that the beautiful meal was piping hot despite serving hundreds of guests.

Couldn't be better positioned with views of Westminster landmarks. Exemplary service from the friendly staff. Stayed with 2 children. We and they enjoyed the way the smart studio room was split so we could have our own spaces. We all enjoyed delicious room service and the breakfast!

Went for my 21st birthday and had the most amazing time! Really comfy bed, nice staff and lovely room. The pasta was 10/10 but breakfast maybe not as nice as I thought it would be, as it’s a more upperclass hotel, but nice enough. Thank you for my lovely stay!

Location within view of Big Ben and lovely buffet breakfast. My room had an interior window so view not great in all the rooms. Dinner was very tasty. Room was adequate for an overnight stay.

Lovely hotel just off Westminster Bridge with a direct view of Big Ben across the way. In the shadow of the London Eye and very close to Waterloo Station and Underground. Comfortable and clean rooms, place was spotless. Staff were very welcoming. Breakfast is really nice, omelettes, waffles and pancakes are made out front for you while you wait and there's a good selection of cereals, fruit, hot food and pastries. Had something to eat one evening in the bar, it was okay and pricey but you need to get used to London prices. The pool area was prefect, you need to book a time and for 30 minutes only, kids are from 8am to 8pm only. Will stay here again when back in London!

I have stayed in many hotels but for me this is by far one of the best in town. I just love staying here when we have our annual conference in London. The hotel is in a brilliant location with easy access to Westminster bridge, the South Bank and all the glorious landmarks London has to offer. The staff are super efficient and friendly. The room I stayed in was spotless with ample supplies of toiletries, tea, coffee and biscuits. My bed was comfortable and I had a very good night's sleep (which is always great!) Although I skipped breakfast on this one occasion, I have previously had it at the hotel and suffice to say,it has always been superb - hot, fresh and tasty. I most certainly will be coming back! Thanks to all the team at Westminster Plaza.

2 night stay over new years eve. Wow the bed was comfortable! I had seriously considered just staying in and sleeping. Fantastic staff with lovely manners. Breakfast included which was nothing special, but was more than satisfied with what was on offer. Did notice a large number of children during breakfast service. Great location to some of the main tourist spots. Overall was extremely satisfied with the hotel and will definitely go back next time. The only downside during my stay was with the way the windows of some of the rooms face inside the building towards other rooms. I was unfortunately able to witness a couple a few floors below in the adjacent section with their curtains open....

The Park Plaza Hotel at Westminster Bridge in London is nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you step into its grand lobby, you're enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury and refinement that's hard to find elsewhere. The strategic location offers iconic views of the Thames and the city's historic landmarks, making it an ideal spot for both leisure and business travelers. What truly sets this hotel apart for me, though, is its impeccable service. The staff go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels special, attending to even the minutest details with genuine warmth and professionalism. The rooms and suites are elegantly designed, offering a harmonious blend of comfort and modern amenities. Each space feels like a serene sanctuary, making it easy to unwind after a long day of sightseeing or meetings. The dining options within the hotel are top-notch, each restaurant and bar presenting a unique culinary experience that's sure to delight the palate. From traditional British fare to international delicacies, there's a dish for every craving. But above all, it's the overall experience that has cemented my love for this hotel. Every stay feels personal, every moment memorable. The Park Plaza Hotel at Westminster Bridge isn't just a place to rest; it's a destination in itself. Highly recommended for anyone seeking the best London has to offer!

Brilliant location and block out curtains. Perfect for the weary traveller. We had a family studio which was great. M&S food hall down the road so we purchased breakfast from there. The microwave in the room is great too. Currently they are only providing service to the room every 3 or so days on request but this was no issue. We didn’t use the online check in feature but it is available. Will gladly stay here again.

Amazing customer service!! We stayed here as my baby had surgery at the Evelina and after visiting the hospital a few months back the kind doormen helped us to get a taxi which I was very thankful for, so I knew their customer service must be great. Anyway the hotel staff couldn’t have made our stay any more lovely. Our room was beautiful and they even left a wonderful gift for us and our baby. Every member of staff that we met was so friendly and took such good care of us. Thank you so so much.

First Rate, Classy Hotel! 😃 We stayed here the week before Her Majesty's Jubilee and London was bustling, decorating and Happy. Everything about this hotel was just terrific. We've been to London many times and usually stayed in small B&Bs with lots of stairs. We decided those days are long gone and this hotel really made me happy! I asked for "A Room with a View" and just gasped when I walked in and there was Parliament and Big Ben! Never closed the curtains for 10 days. We understood that there was no daily housekeeping and that was fine. I found a housekeeper and got more coffee stuff when needed. I did request the bed and linens be changed once or twice and it was done. The Breakfast, just Wow, anything you wanted it was there, from a bowl of cereal to a Full English Breakfast! Location just can't be beat, 5 to 10 minutes will take you to 2 Tube and Train Stations as well as the London Eye and several Pubs! We had just a Marvelous stay and absolutely will stay at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge again and again! Thank you! ❤️

An amazing hotel with great view, efficient and friendly staff and clean, welcoming rooms. Nothing is too much effort for this hotel. All in all a good stay with a few points to note. Check in is very busy however, more staff on reception at peak times can help reduce this. It took some time to actually get checked in. Room service was good however took a while to clear the trolly away. The curtains in the room (684) could do with cleaning. It looks like there are “human secretions” on them (left hand curtain next to bed). On day of check out, expect house keeping to be knocking in your door from 10am, even though check out is 12pm. Lucky the bathroom breaks up the room, otherwise they would have seen more than they bargained for (knocked and walked in). Completely out of order considering we still had two hours. All in all a good stay, however, the house keeping incident has put me off going back. There are hotels of the same standard that have less intrusive staff.

Stayed with family for one night at the hotel. We had a studio booked. Room was comfortable and clean. We were extremely impressed by the customer service, especially by a staff member named Ramiro. He truly believes in going an extra mile to provide great customer service. Very polite and friendly, truly an asset for Park Plaza team.

Very nice hotel, great location, but house keeping is not on par with the hotel. When we checked in went to room unpacked and went to throw something away in bathroom trash can and found it to not be emptied. It had a use feminine hygiene product in it, pretty gross for my first impression. Then went to call front desk and the phone but it didn’t work. Went to front desk to have trash changed and phone replaced and they offered me 2 free beers for the inconvenience. Then a few days later they cleaned the room but took our robes. Called front desk,on our now working phone and they brought some up. A few days later we had a do not disturb on the door from 1500-1700, left the room came back at 2200 and the room was never cleaned. The rest of the stay was great. Great food very close to two tube stations the London eye shopping area and Big Ben. Nice pool area but you have to make reservations in 20 min blocks, a little inconvenient. They have steam room sauna and indoor pool but no hot tub, which I wanted after walking miles everyday. Had an interior view room which was fine, upgrade to big Ben view was 150 pounds per night. They have a buffet breakfast for 23 pounds per person.

I visited the Park Plaza for the Highway Awards which was a sit down meal and then drinks / networking. The venue was amazing. We were in the downstairs ballroom and the space and sound were great. I had a three course vegan meal and the food was excellent. I liked the cloakroom facilities on the ground floor as it was a cold wet night so handy to leave my coat and bag. Plenty of room at the bar and the toilets were large and spotless. I really enjoyed my evening here. Perfect location, just a five minute walk from Waterloo.

I had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel during my recent trip to London, and I must say, the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the reception was exceptional, with a warm and welcoming staff that made me feel right at home. The hotel's prime location was an absolute highlight. Being within a short walk of iconic landmarks like the London Eye and Big Ben was incredibly convenient. The views from the hotel were simply amazing, and my room, in particular, offered a superb vantage point of the London Eye. Waking up to such a view each morning was a true delight. In addition to the fantastic location and views, the room itself was superb, providing both comfort and luxury. The hotel's attention to detail truly enhanced my stay. This is a great hotel with an excellent location for sightseeing. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in London.

I am writing this review because of the exceptional staff member Myriam. She checked us in and from the start she made sure we were ok and apologized for the wait. This was our first trip to London so we were not fully adapted to the time, but Myriam made sure we knew all the amenities of the hotel and more. By far the best customer service experience I've had. My husband and I are looking forward to coming back and once again thank you Myriam for your excellent service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in London, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is absolutely perfect, making it convenient to explore the city's attractions effortlessly. What impressed me the most was the unbeatable combination of affordability and quality. The price for such a fantastic stay felt like a steal, making it a great value for money. Moreover, the staff were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their friendliness and helpfulness added a personal touch to the overall experience. Big thanks to Yash (I hope is like that) for your rececption as well for allowing us to check in before 3pm. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a superb stay in London. I can't wait to return and enjoy their hospitality again soon!

Hotel is in a good location and rooms of a high standard. Breakfast is £25 and not worth it...average quality and I'm pretty sure they water down their apple juice or need to change their supplier..plenty of locations locally that are better value for money. As an aside...the coffee shop downstairs (Illys) charge £2.90 for a Lion Bar!!!!...I thought they had double charged me.for the coffee!
