The executive level is stunning. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are great. The only complaint I had was the gym felt more like an afterthought BUT they have a lot of different options which is a plus. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was great as well. As a diamond member I hope to stay here again.

We had a fabulous overnight stay here. Check in was easy. They had noted our room request. Room was very comfortable, clean, quiet and excellent in every way. I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was very good. All the staff were friendly and made sure we were well looked after.

After reading glowing reviews for this hotel, I got in touch with Hilton guest services and asked if I they could kindly arrange my overnight stay, at the Hilton London Tower Bridge hotel. I had called ahead to arrange for my hotel room key to be cut prior to my arrival, I had a very important event to attend to at 6pm and I was arriving at the hotel at 5pm due to major road closures. Myself and my partner arrived at the hotel at 5pm, we were told that it was okay to park in the “Drop off” zone for 10 minutes whilst we unloaded our luggage. We were greeted by a young lady who explained we needed to show our Be my guest certificates, when I explained they were damaged and that the guest relations team had directly arranged this stay I was told without proof I would need to pay for the overnight stay! I then spent the next 10 minutes scrolling through my emails to find some evidence that I had indeed spoken to guest relations, and that they did arrange my stay. We were allocated room 401, the towels smelt like smelly feet. The room was freezing, the bedsheets had holes in them and the amount of dust in the room was horrible. We came back after our event and was absolutely starving, I ordered room service, the only options available were a few sandwiches..if you stay at this hotel avoid the BLT! the bacon was rock solid. This was supposed to be a very relaxing anniversary getaway, not that anybody actually wished us a Happy Anniversary. Not the service you would expect from Hilton, especially in the heart of London! If you’re thinking about staying here, don’t!

EDIT, MOST RECENT STAY We stayed here again due to the rail strike, and this time the service was excellent. So I've amended to Four stars to reflect and average of 5 this stay and 3 Last stay. PREVIOUS STAY We stayed here just for one night and it was generally okay. At check in we were told there would be works the next day and shouldn't disturb us. We asked for late check out which was only extended to 1230 as diamond members which was disappointing. This was due to the works that had to take place. When we expressed our need for late check out I feel it would have been appropriate to offer us a room that would not be subject to works that required us to vacate early. At approximately 1000, someone attempted to enter the room but we had the latch on. Granted we didn't have the do not disturb on, but still if it's down that we had late check out someone shouldn't be entering the room. Then the power tools started in what sounded like the room next door. Unfortunately this was the second time in a week that we had maintenance works in the room next door at a Hilton property, previously at the bankside location. Can't believe how unlucky we've been as of late. It's made worse because I was resting at 10am as I had a surgery a few days prior and dialysis the previous day.

Great hotel with amazing staff, the only issues i encountered were minor and "champagne problems" such as the carpet being outdated and a little worn and there being no fridge space. The staff are really fantastically welcoming and friendly and made me feel like they couldn't do enough for me. The ambiance of the lobby and facilities was fantastic and the cleaning was up to a very high standard.

Spent 3 nights in mid-August. It's a great location for getting about London. The size of our King Guestroom was very good and generally it has good amenities. There were two issues which made the stay a tad disappointing. Our main bathroom light stopped working 1-day in. We reported it to reception who said they'll check/fix it. We received no update about it and it remained broken for the duration of our stay. I shouldn't have to keep chasing for an update. Also, the timing of housekeeping is frustrating. Each day it wasn't there until late afternoon. By then, we are getting ready to go out in the evening so we didn't have it done 2/3 days we were there.

Modern, fresh, and clean hotel. It's in a great location near Tower Bridge and the Shard. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Swift check-in by welcoming lady at reception. Large, warm, clean room with all amenities. Hairdryer, iron / ironing board, and toiletries. Two bottles of water are daily and tea and coffee. Nice bar reasonably priced. Definitely a "go to" place.

Great experience as gold member staying with family for a once in a lifetime event. Favourite Hilton in England I've stayed in so far. We had rooms and an event booked. They were very accommodating, as a gold member they upgraded all booked rooms from standard to deluxe plus, and checked us in 3 hours early. One room was unavailable due to maintenance and when it still wasn't ready at 3pm check in time they upgraded again to executive. The touches in the rooms were great and what you expect from Hilton. Gold membership also allows acces to executive lounge and city terrace, usually reserved to executive rooms and/or diamond members. Reception staff great and concierge. Event space was perfect and easy booking, would highly recommend.

Friendly check in Room is a great size Plenty of seating options in the room Only disappointment was the shower over the bath. Water pressure is poor. Bed was firm which I really loved. Would definitely stay again.

Our family enjoyed a 5 night stay at the Hilton recently and had a wonderful experience. A speical shout-out to Lucia at reception. I called her before the trip with some questions and she was very helpful and offered valuable suggestions. Thank you Hilton for making our London stay so comfortable and enjoyable!

What a great start to our holidays. The hotel is conveniently located opposite the London Bridge station so coming in from the airport by train allows you to avoid lugging bags for miles. The hotel itself is clean, reception staff friendly and helpful. The rooms were larger than what we were expecting which was a pleasant surprise and it was very clean. We paid extra for breakfast and it was a great way to start the day. Only negative was that it would be nice to see some variety of choices on different days. Overall we would stay here again for sure

This is my absolute favourite hotel in London. I’m a regular visitor at this Hilton for a few reasons. Firstly the location is brilliant, so convenient for London city and for transport links, secondly the amenities: the towels are always fluffy and white, the rooms are always clean and in good condition, and the beds/pillows high quality. But what sets this property apart is the staff and the customer service. I stay in enough hotels as a business traveller to know that things don’t always go right, and I’ve had some minor niggles at this hotel. However every single time, the staff solve the problem and some! Nothing is ever a problem, and the staff customer service skills are truly above the rest. Hilton should use this property as a benchmark of professionalism and customer service as I’ve stayed in multiple other properties that fall very short of the standards of this one. I’d highly recommend you try this hotel, and if anything isn’t quite right, just let the staff know. They’ll be genuinely happy to help you.

Amazing staff service and location with decent rooms. I highly recommend staying here. Their executive lounge with daily treats and catered meals is a particular treat and the top reason I plan to return.

Great rooms, great service and wonderful staff. A brilliant restaurant downstairs and room service is very prompt and helpful. Only a 5 minute walk from the London Bridge Station with rail and tube lines to get you where you need to go. Several bus stops right on the road. And a brief walk from the City Pier for the UberBoat. Surrounded by eateries and stores and an easy walk to London Bridge and Burroughs Market. Overall an excellent hotel that made our vacation more memorable than we thought possible. No problems, no issues and no regrets!

A modern hotel that has a chic decor and provides a comfortable setting for socialising. The dark and comfortable seating provides the perfect atmosphere for meeting with friends. I came with friends to the restaurant area. The service is a little slow but warm and friendly. The prices are not surprisingly high compared to other venues. Having drinks, I found the best choice to pick gin sliders which provides a selection of three mini gins for £12. The atmosphere is relaxed and is the highlight for being able to speak with ease. The toilet facilities are clean and modern with excellent hand wash. A great place to socialise, which could benefit from more offers or cheaper options.

The Hotel is located near the station as well as tower bridge so very good location. The Borough markets are also near by so you get to see vibrant London in the evening. The Roast is nearby which I understand is a very popular London restaurant. Overall it's not a bad hotel. The staff are helpful and professional.

We stayed here last weekend for 3 nights. Fantastic hotel. On arrival we were welcomed warmly by Reshmi who checked us in. Our room was ready which was a great start. Reshmi explained the hotel and facilities and she is a credit to the front of house team. Our room was on the 5th floor with a fantastic view of the Shard. Spacious room with a large bathroom. Very clean with everything you need. Just ask for slippers and robes if you need them, no charge. The towels and bedding were of good quality as was the iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Kettle good quality with 2 free bottles of water daily. Housekeeping was very good and efficient. Only less positive was the shower leaked. By design not fault. (Shower over bath with the dreaded glass screen sitting on top on the side of the bath) The main hotel is top notch. Clean, bright, efficient and polite professional staff and customer service. Excellent location, more or less opposite London Bridge Train and Underground stations. Close to both London and Tower Bridges. Abundance of bars and restaurants close by including Borough Market. Overall 5 starts from us and certainly recommend!

Amazing experience, fantastic location, beautiful hotel inside. Room had spectacular view and very modern. And lastly a very special shout out to Shees at reception who made it extra special with providing complimentary amenities

Fantastic location, close to all the major sights, and only a few minutes walking distance to borough market. Breakfast is good here, which is a buffet of cereals, pastries, fruit, cold meats, hot and cold drinks, full English and much more.

An amazing stay over New Years! The hotel is modern, clean, the location is great, the staff is very friendly, special thanks to Pardeep in the executive lounge for creating a festive mood and being very attentive and the reception. Great views from the terrace on the 9th floor and executive lounge! Great breakfast and food and drinks in the executive lounge! I would come again here! London bridge and tower of London are just in a few walking minutes from the hotel.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience here. First of all , perfect place for a holiday stay; close enough to the sites of London without the noise and confusion of the city. The view of the London Tower bridge both by day and night never gets old The staff exceeded my expectations and helped me with the check in process when I was so sleep deprived I hadn’t even noticed I booked for the wrong dates, thank you Lucy. And Mary from the front desk became a family member checking in and helping us throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s the only place I’ll ever stay when I’m the London area

The bar at the lobby of Hilton Tower Bridge became one of my favourite spots. It’s very comfortable and not crowded, and besides having a wide selection of drinks, they also serve food and prices won’t break the bank. It can be lovely to seat up and do some work while enjoying the delicious food and friendliness of their staff members. Anca in special is not only very knowledgeable but also very friendly that suggest the best foods on the menu always. If you haven’t stop by, you surely don’t know what are you missing! Besides the bar, there is the restaurant, and also some sort of private area around the lobby in which I believe it can be used for some private gatherings. The place is absolutely clean up to high standards. Definitely recommend, and surely will be back often! A big thanks to the whole Team.

We stayed a year back and had the most fabulous room a standard queen. This time we decided to go for deluxe queen for a bit extra but where both very very disappointed. The room needed painting, the finishing looked rushed wonky mirror, scraped door, broken ironing board, marked tiles and very dirty floors. The only positive was the comfy bed. We spoke to reception about it who offered to change our room but we hadn't time as we had a show to get too, the hotel gave us some money off but the standard of that room was no better than a travel lodge. It would make us think twice about booking this hotel. It is a shame after such a lovely first stay.

The hotel seems nice initially. The ac is awful, the fan stays on the entire time and caused allergies for me but the rooms get very hot without it. I had 2 different rooms because the ac was broken in the first, they tried to get me to keep it and one person even said there was no more rooms until I asked for a refund. The other person that helped me was much more helpful. However, even in my room in which the ac did work, the sheets smelled mildew like, which could also be why I woke up hoarse and with irritated airways. Nice location, decent restaurant and lounge but just not worth the health discomfort.

Excellent hotel. We didn't stop for long, due to bring in the Queue for the Queens Lying in State but they extended our departure time by an hour and gave us a voucher for a free drink in the bar, given we had booked an Executive Twin and couldn't use it for more than 4hrs. Complimentary bottle of Red wine in our room too. Fab, efficient reception service, ordering taxis for us, breakfast was fab. Lots of choice, excellent quality hot food. Would highly recommend staying there and would, without doubt, go back!

Stayed for one night for a birthday weekend away. Great location with the train station opposite and very near to Tower Bridge , The Shard, London Bridge etc. Customer service was excellent and staff were super friendly. We mainly were helped by Tihomir ,who was very helpful and made sure we had all we needed. We didn't eat at the hotel but had drinks. Rooms were spacious ,clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The executive lounge is not too big but providing enough tables for VIP members for drinks and snacks. The guest room size is reasonable. The room is clean and well maintained. Nice staffs there. Room service quality is in 5 star hotel standards. It is easy to call Uber at all times. Train and tube station is just few mins walk. The best part is that the tower bridge is in a walking distance.

This has to be one of the best hotels in London. Yes location is important, having a great view etc but the people are what makes a stay being good to a stay being great. I can not thank the team at Hilton London Tower Bridge enough, from the reception staff who greeted us with such warmth and friendly smiles, to the fabulous young lady making the most perfect eggs at breakfast. Thank you, you should be incredibly proud of the hotel and team you have formed, it would be honour to stay again.

I really like this Hilton, the executive lounge is great with good selection of canapés and cocktail. Last time I stayed the breakfast was provided by Jamie Oliver restaurant attached to the hotel. This has been replaced, and while still very busy has improved over the JO experience. My only disappointment was that I chose a room with a river view (based on the plan on Hilton app) but there is an office block in the way, so you get no view. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, separate bath and shower, good sized room, great sleep.

Room was clean and comfortable. Not a very pleasant welcome on arrival. No please and thank you from receptionist, barely advised my room number. No details of breakfast or lounge times. Breakfast a good selection and team friendly. Lounge happy hour had good selection of food and drinks.

Lovely hotel and well appointed and decorated rooms. Location is fantastic and only a few minutes from the tower bridge tube station. Good breakfast and a lovely bar area, although the seats aren't very comfortable! Would definitely stay again.

We had the most amazing stay here. The staff were all lovely and really helpful. We were celebrating numerous special occasions and couldn't have asked for more. A lovely room with a great view. Perfect location less than a minute walk to see Tower Bridge and The Shard. Will be staying here again whenever we visit London.

Booked a weekend staycation for my husband's birthday and got a room upgrade! Also had a lovely note and complimentary drinks for the occasion as well. Love the attention to details and the care the staff took to make our stay more enjoyable. Would definitely come back here the next time I'm booking a staycation!
