We had high tea at the Corinthia Hotel. It was a lovely and luxurious experience. From the moment you enter the hotel lobby, you are greeted with the sight of an opulent floral display. The tea area is beautiful, with elegant china, and a delicious selection of food. The servers are knowledgeable about the different tea leaves that up can choose for your tea, and everything is expertly and beautifully served. This is a pricey experience, but worth doing for that once in a lifetime feel.

17 o’clock tea was recommended by hotel staff. I was tired after walks and excursions in London and asked to sit not in the centre right under a chandelier (where I would feel myself like strangers look at me through a magnifying glass) but somewhere in the corner from where I could see all: staff and guests. They found such place and laid the table there. It was a great experience in the beautiful and lovely place. I could not even eat all what they brought - so many different mini snacks and tea of course was great.

Certainly! The Corinthia London hotel is a stunning and luxurious property that provides exceptional service to its guests. From the moment you arrive, the staff go above and beyond to ensure that you feel welcome and comfortable during your stay. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could need. The hotel's facilities, including the spa, fitness center, and restaurants, are top-notch and offer a wide range of options to suit all tastes. What truly sets the Corinthia London apart, however, is the level of personalized service provided by the staff. From the concierge to the housekeeping team, everyone is friendly, attentive, and dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience in the heart of London.

Service was impeccable, as expected from a 5* hotel. Bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Breakfast in bed was super tasty and there was more than enough food for 2 people. The spa is one to remember, underground jacuzzi’s with fire places and heated beds. We felt very relaxed after our stay.

The best view of London eye and Trafalgar Square can be seen from above. Posh five star hotel 🏨 with chic quarters, dining, and an elegant bar, plus a 🧖‍♂️ spa, an indoor pool 🏊‍♂️, and a gym. We came here for a delightful afternoon tea 🍵 and the best scones in London.

Was a nice hotel with nice staff. However within a couple hours it seemed that everyone kept knocking at my door. Three times! I feel like unless the guest requests a service it shouldn't happen, after all what do we have wonderful phone to call reception etc. for? Overall had a nice stay.

We have afternoon tea in London often and this is one of the best I have had for a while! Every flavour in the sandwiches was brilliant, the perfect combination of flavours. Desserts and scones were also great, as was the service. We sat in the corridor area and enjoyed people watching (although others may not like the lack of privacy). Overall very good and will be back!

Gorgeous hotel filled with color & beautiful decor. Service is generally excellent, very responsive, all employees greet & smile at you You feel like you are living in a world of pleasant luxury. One concierge went above & beyond when I needed that, another failed to understand the request. Room service occasionally had a misstep but overall they were on target.

Best hotel in London. Wonderful staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was spacious and the bed was so so comfortable. There were some lovely touches with the welcome cake in the room, champagne and a lavender sachet on my pillow when the bed was turned down.

Fantastic hotel. I was staying in one of the suites on the 3rd floor. It is very nicely stylised, very quiet, literally you cannot hear any noise from the road outside. The butlers are very friendly and professional at the same time. In room dining menu offers a lot of delicious foods which I’ve tried. The spa! Wow! Absolutely stunning. Great atmosphere all around. I will be definitely returning.

Luxurious, elegant and surprisingly quiet. High ceilings, marble and glass. Beautiful location next to the Thames and Whitehall. Courteous and friendly staff. Amazing afternoon tea. Grand piano. Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Loved it here. Marvelous cocktail/ bar lounge. Very ornate nd elaborate. The staff were very pleasant. Not at all fussy. It was quite expensive but nothing I didn't expect in London! The smell of the hotel florist next to the bar was amazing. Try the "gold" cocktail. You'll be blown away

Absolutely stunning hotel. The service in the hotel is so attentive and can't do enough for you. Everything is beautifully done from the polished handles as you walk in to the flowers in the lobby, the decor, the atmosphere of the hotel, the lifts to the rooms which thankfully needs an access card which makes me feel safe. The carpets in the lobby, hallways are spotless and the hotel rooms are beautiful! The junior suite is elegant, stunningly decor and everything is to the highest standard.

Let’s not kid ourselves this is the most amazing hotel and with Tom Kerridges restaurant as part of the hotel whats not to like. For me the velvet lounge was amazing with the most amazing drinks but overall it just felt like everyone who works there wants you to have an amazing experience. The prices are of course not for everyone but if you can make it happen you will not be disappointed. If you can’t quite stretch to a stay the afternoon tea is simply lovely and so worth the time and money.

Perfect luxury experience in the heart of Whitehall. Great staff and great shout out to the hard working concierge team who were able to provide many last minute dining suggestions, attractions and private taxi service. The rooms were spacious and had absolutely no flaws. The bathrooms had high ceilings and were beautifully designed with white marble floors. The English breakfast at The Northall was relatively fast on all the days and had a wide variety of food for every pallet. The Eggs Benedict was exquisite. Lastly, the grand piano and high tea service was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend staying at the Corinthia.

A true 5 Star Hotel!! We stayed for 2 nights and our experience was outstanding. It commenced the moment we arrived, the smell of fresh cut flowers and Check In staff that escort you to your room, the staff in the restaurant, everyone is professional and pleasant! The breakfast is one of the best we have ever had in any hotel. The gym is a good size and well equipped. Our room was nice and quiet and considering how close you are to the action of London, it is a perfect location to walk around the city or jump on the underground. The bed linens are cozy and something to experience after a long flight! We would rate this higher if possible. We have stayed in numerous hotels and must say that the Corinthia is one of our absolute favourite hotels. We stayed at the Corinthia a few years ago and on this trip we returned again. We were just as impressed as we were on our previous visit. Highly recommend it, as they really know how to be a 5 star property!!!

I visited here for afternoon tea. The hotel itself is stunning and the live pianist is a nice touch. It is expensive but you do get a decent amount of food for an afternoon tea and the service was really fab. It felt like a real treat. We got so much food that we had to take a lot home in a box which was a lovely treat the following day. I would recommend it for a very special occasion and I would certainly visit again.

Incredible high tea! I have a soy, gluten intolerance and am also vegan. We booked 24 hours in advance and they catered for all of these dietary requirements, I had exactly the same of everyone else but with my intolerance adjustments, will be back again!

Worst experience from service, i traveled hundreds of hotels but this one was the worst. Receptionist didn't let me go to my room because i had to pay second deposit, room service charged me £10 because he brought a hamburger for me which costs £44. I parked my friend car outside and they charged me £20 per hour. Completely losers management, I paid for 4 nights £4000 without breakfast, they charged me £7 for a slice of bread. STAY AWAY

Before the pandemic, me and some friends used to always come here, as well as other restaurants and hotels nearby. The Corinthia is probably one of our favourite places to hang out. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the drinks are really nice. They even have an area for you to pick a cigar. The Corinthia is probably one of the best places to eat sleep and socialise. The staff are amazing people. They are friendly, polite and do go above and beyond. I highly recommend people to stay at the Corinthia or experience the restaurant and bar lounge.

We had afternoon tea here. We had a drink at the bar beforehand as we were early. The hotel is very luxurious. Beautiful flowers everywhere. Afternoon tea was very nice. We were very well looked after. However we didn't like where we were seated at all. We felt like we were sitting in a corridor. People were constantly walking up and down. Some had suitcases and one walked through in dressing gown. Others were enjoying their afternoon tea away from all this toing and froing. It wasn't relaxing.

It’s our second time at this hotel. This hotel is the best! ❤️One of the most amazing hotels we stayed at. There was some small technical issue in the bathroom this time and hotel management went out of their way to make us happy. Upgraded our room to a suite, gave us awesome chocolates and other perks. Hotel stuff was amazing. Truly a luxury upscale hotel in the world. If you looking for true luxury and attentive service - this is the one to stay at! Sincerely Kate G.

I went for afternoon tea in January and had an amazing experience, the food here had beaten the other afternoon tea food I'd had and the scones were so fresh and warm, they were a delight. Not only that, but the atmosphere from the pianist who approached us and played songs which I thoroughly enjoyed, even taking requests (Kevin is an amazing pianist and person). Finally, the service from Rose was impeccable, her attention to detail and conversational skills were amazing and we feel that this is one of they key highlights of the day.

Always a pleasure to stay at - my favorite hotel in London, the rooms are always impeccably clean and cozy, and the spa is terrific! Each time we stay we have a truly amazing experience.

We stayed here following our wedding and had a truly wonderful experience. The staff are lovely and helpful. We were happy with everything from the spa facilities, the rooms, the cleanliness overall to the breakfast being excellent. Will definitely stay again

Wow. Just. Wow! Service is world class. Absolutely. Impeccable. We had afternoon tea at the Crystal Moon. Selections were tantalising. I had coffee. My sister had one of their fancy concoctions. Both were good. 3 of 5 sandwiches were good. We loved the egg with truffle oil. Scones were lovely. Cakes were random but mostly good. None were bad. We noticed some tables had different cakes. Maybe it depended on what was available when they arrived.

This is a review for the garden restaurant / Cigar lounge only. I have been coming here for more than 5 years, and this place never ceases to offer a great experience. Love the ambience, good food, great Cigar selection. Very nice location as a "hidden gem" inside a hotel.

The doorman were really friendly and helpful. Check in was made really easy and the duty manager showed us to our room. The room was immaculate, a nice size and had all the boxes ticked. We decide to dine in Tom Kerridge’s Bar and Grill which is situated within the hotel. The restaurant is very well furnished, we enjoyed a drink at the bar then sat down to dinner. We thought the food was good but nothing special, no wow factor like Tom’s pub, The Hand and Flowers. I have been informed the Sunday lunches are really good. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.

I booked an afternoon tea voucher as a treat for myself and my daughter but unfortunately I had covid. The voucher was extended once but no one at The Corinthia contacted me to let me know. I don't live in London so waited until we had plans to visit again - unfortunately my voucher has now expired and there was no way that there was anything that could be done. The person on the phone repeated that the voucher had expired at least 6 times whilst I asked whether there was any way that such a prestigious hotel could see their way to honouring the vouchers at all - the answer was NO. No leeway, no way around it and no possible chance of any human decency. Very, very disappointing and upsetting for us given that we'd paid in advance and I wouldn't have cost anything to have honoured them. Funny thing is, I was going to add 2 more people to the trip if they'd said we could do it ....... I shall find somewhere else to go and wouldn't recommend this experience to my friends.

A sneaky nightcap at the end of the evening in the beautiful Velvet. A modern cocktail menu that inspired us and great service... the true sign of a great venue is when the server brings a glass of champers to fill the gap as the cocktails are in a queue to be made 👌

As a start, this is not a 5 star hotel. Rooms are quite outfashioned, carpet was not very clean, in fact it smelled, very strange for a 5 star hotel. A smell of old things all around the hotel. Not outstanding at all. A lot of stars coming to this hotel, I cannot imagine the reason. Breakfast was really poor, few things left there, I was astonished how poor that was comparing to other 5 stars hotels. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend it. Disappointed.

Best 10 days ever! Everything about this hotel was great, from the moment we checked in, to the time we checked out. There was a small glitch in our room that was immediately responded to. The location was perfect. this was our first time in London and we are so glad we stayed here. What really made this stay exceptional was the staff. they could not have been nicer. 5 star hotels are more than just a pretty lobby, it is the team that makes it work and the Corinthia has made that happen...We truly enjoyed our 10 days there! Can not wait to come bac

A lovely setting for afternoon tea, calm and relaxing with live piano music playing in the background. The food was excellent quality and well-presented while catering for your individual requests. The service was truly exceptional; staff were faultless, attentive and polite while making you feel relaxed and welcome. Will be visiting again.

While I wasn't able to stay this trip, this hotel itself is exquisite in decor and service. Starting with the team welcoming you in to the over the top help with everything you might need. This place isn't inexpensive but worth the splurge

What a beautiful experience. This hotel cannot compare to others. The rooms were truly luxurious and beautiful, Corinthia London did not skip out on a single detail that a client would need for comfort. The area was extremely well cleaned everyday. The staff there were more than willing to help; attentive doesn't even begin to describe them. Reception, the concerning, and the assistant manager were all very helpful in welcoming us, arranging things for us, and serving us. This was our first time in London, and our love grew fast for the city. This hotel had a huge part in that. We hope to return and truly cannot imagine staying anywhere else.

I popped into the bar at 6 pm last night with a friend . I understand it can be a busy time so had asked our car to wait for us . We stood at the door and was completely ignored for 8 minutes . The waiters were looking across at us but no one approached us . We could see empty seats , but they could have been reserved. If only someone had come up to us to say if we could stay for a drink or not . We left and was taken to the Savoy where we received a warm welcome as usual.
