Ambience to service everything is worth a visit to this place. It was an anniversary surprise for my mister and he was well chuffed with food, service and the whole experience. Would definitely recommend to try the breakfast with some unique dishes on menu.. We have covered few HRC's all over the world on our travels and ticked this one off of our list today and well happy with our experience.

We had a a lovely experience in here. Bottomless brunch (3 courses) was gifted to us for Christmas and gotta say it was lovely. You get 90 minutes to enjoy your courses and drinks that are available with the offer. Food was cooked nice and quick and to a high standard. Service was lovely and friendly. All staff were promote and provided fast service.

Story of two halves. The bar and restaurant are excellent offering great drinks and food with live entertainment. However, the room was disappointing given the location and price point. Small room with little space to move around the bed with a suitcase, as well as access the storage cupboards. Some issues with peeling paint in the bathroom and hairs left, however bathroom was a fair size. On arrival the mini bar had an opened drink left in it, although this was rectified quickly once reported to reception. The hotel is dog friendly which is a plus.

Had bottomless brunch on a Saturday afternoon. Food was lovely. Its a massive restaurant and it was full but the quality of the food was affected but that. The service was a bit slow though. We had to ask for drinks to be topped up a few times. Loved the atmosphere and the memorabilia and the decor. Absolutely loved the robot waiter. It was quite noisy and music very loud but all in all great.

This has been quite an experience at this Hard Rock Cafe! Everything we had was wonderful & well prepared to the point. Staff, particularly, Javier, was very attentive & helpful. I should not forget to thank the robot too 🙂 I had a wonderful Country Burger that was super delicious! Tasted cauliflower wings for the 1st time & it was delicious! They also have Halal & Vegan menus! There is Costa inside but I opted for HR coffee, turned out a better tasting Americano! Enjoyed every moment of time here!

I really liked the food and the waitress was very nice and friendly. But I booked it via the fork app and had a discount, but they messed it up. I had to go to the main desk to inform them about the issue. They fixed it, but I was annoyed because they did not pay attention to this at all. The burger was great. The nachos were huge, suitable as a starter for 4 people. Very clean toilet. Have live music.

Second visit and had a lovely time here on 11/06/2022. The staff are all lovely and we were served but Nasser who was very attentive. The atmosphere was buzzing as usual especially when the band were playing. Food was on point as usual. The dining area is very big and spacious which is why i prefer this hard rock in London. This place never disappoints!

Hard Rock Cafe hosted a very special anniversary brunch for myself and 4 of my friends. The staff were great, Sarah catered to our every need right up until her shift finished, never let our glass reach empty always came at the right time with another bottle of prosecco; she was great friendly, approachable and the best. Kerry (manager I think) was amazing too such great fun and made our brunch even more special. It was a wonderful time food and drinks were amazing. Thank you!

We booked a bottomless brunch and we were really looked after by Alexa. The food was ok. The atmosphere was ok, however 4 starts only because it was based inside the hotel and it did feel a bit too corporate. Although boozy milkshake was out of this world!

My wife and I visited the Sound Lounge for a bottomless brunch, the venue is situated near Marble Arch. The restaurant was very nice inside the staff were very friendly. We decided to pay £15pp to upgrade our drinks to cocktails which was definitely a good decision because the drinks were delicious. The food again was very nice, I had a chicken waffle to start followed by steak for my main meal and brownie and ice cream to finish. I would highly recommend this venue we had a great time.

We went for a bottomless brunch on a Saturday. Easy booking online. Definitely better to go early morning as in the afternoon gets really busy. The atmosphere and decoration nice. We could choose between wine (red, white and rose), prosseco and draught beer. The burgers where tasty and big portion. Dessert also good. We used a Timeout offer and for that price was very good. We were able to have 4 drinks in 90 minutes and tried different ones

Had an amazing, awesome brunch at Cumberland Place. Our wonderful, brilliant waitress Camilia was outstanding, she gave us 1st class service and is an asset to the Hotel. The food was delicious and scrumptious , our glasses were never empty, believe me we tried. Would definitely recommend and be Back very soon.

Food didn't disappoint, American fast food style with good portions. Very spacious and comfortable seatings. Excellent bar area and live stage for music, it's located inside a hotel hence very nice decor, great service also. Kids had fun with the spacious lounge and love music.

Update on Nov 2023 - now it’s Sound Cafe as part of the new Cumberland hotel. Staff absolutely lovely. Good atmosphere- music not too loud and not rock like before. Food is pretty good - similar to Hard Rock. Funny little robot who delivers the meals (the server hand it across of course!). It was our wedding anniversary and we felt very welcomed. We will definitely come back! Thanks Sound Cafe team 👍😎

We went for lunch and the service was great our waitress was JOHANNA and she was so friendly, answered any questions we had, was super nice and was always checking we were happy and if we needed anything. The food was typical Hard Rock cafe food, so burgers and chips and rips and salads, etc. But it was so tasty and cooked perfectly. The place was stunning the music was great and all the staff were so friendly to our 2 and a half year old little girl. We can't wait to come back again. Thank you, Johanna, for a great time.

While in London I found this down a side street and thought I'd give it a try Firstly, it's VERY expensive. Not being a London resident myself I'm not used to the high prices but for the experience I thought why not. The restaurant inside was lovely and very clean. There is allot going on and loads to see. Our waiter for the evening was incredibly friendly abd really nice to chat too. He made the night! The food (veggie burger) was delicious and cups were good too. No complaints at all. We paid the bill while chatting and didn't really check it over (our fault) and later found it they'd added a 13% gratuity for a table of two people! Wasn't happy about that at all and it did sour the evening a little.

There is live music every day (8pm) but on Sundays (6pm), West End singers have an amazing show of live music! I think the restaurant could improve a bit the vegetarian offering in the menu and something a bit less caloric…. Overall great experience and great show!

Super fun brunch, portions absolutely huge which is slightly off putting - I could barely finish my first course! - but really delicious food You pay extra for cocktails which is definitely worth it, they're delicious and plentiful! Staff are very friendly and attentive, always ready to refill drinks Our waiter was Dario and he was amazing!

As big hard rock fans, we were gifted the brunch for Christmas. It was nice however the food didn’t taste as amazing as it usually does. We had the 3pm sitting, by this point they had no more cold Prosecco so the only offering was room temp with ice cubes in. We still enjoyed ourselves :)

We visited for bottomless brunch and it was a pleasant experience. Service was spot on and our prosecco glasses were never more than half empty. Food was generally OK, however the veggie options should be improved. Only two mains available, one of each - the vegan chicken mac and cheese - is extremely poor and I would rather have had a pot noodle; vegan mac and cheese is obviously difficult but I feel like this was hardly edible. As we were using a voucher for our experience we still felt like we got excellent value for money. Overall I’d visit again but would just get two veggie burgers, as these were nice.

Booked the bottomless brunch for 8. Absolutely lovely. Range of food was great. Bottomless prosecco, soft drinks and mocktails. Carlos was our waiter and was so attentive and friendly! Can't wait to go again!

Came here on Halloween day and felt really magical and special for their bottomless brunch. Basically you can choose any alcohol during the time limit and having just Prosecco all the time was just divine! Staffs were really friendly and attentive. Loving the brunch dishes and would recommend people to come if they want some American bottomless meal.
