I would give them 10 stars if I could. We stayed 2 weeks and it was a wonderful stay. The employees give new meaning to "team work" it is not just a slogan here. Everyone was helpful to a degree that I have not experienced before at a hotel. Also a great location, and wonderful breakfasts and dinners in the steakhouse. We enjoyed the afternoon tea and everyone that works in the tearoom for making it an experience to remember. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel! When we asked house keeping for something it was delivered immediately.

The negative is that in my room (#758), the ability to get in and out of the bathtub to shower was a bit dangerous (even for a 30-something year old full bodied adult male). Each time I stepped out after taking a shower, I nearly slipped out trying to step out. I can't imagine an older or weaker body adult in the room I was in, they could easily slip and hurt themselves. Anyways, everything else was good, particularly the room service food, which was great (see pics of several meals). Enjoyed my stay here.

This hotel is in a perfect location. Beautiful view of the park and close to everything, yet it feels private and quiet as well. The staff attended to every need we had, including setting us up with covid tests to enter another country. We did want to brag on how attentive and kind David and Andrea were in the club. Their smiles and positive attitude always started our day off right! They did an incredible job with breakfast, snacks and drink service. They were a true representation of a 5 star hotel!

All of the hospitality and quality you would expect from a JW Marriott. Well maintained facilities, accommodating & friendly staff, good food options. The lounge is well stocked and has quality food options. The Red Bar is overpriced, avoid unless you're on an expense account. Great location; only 400m to the nearest tube stop and across from beautiful Hyde Park. Very comfortable bed and decent room size. I'll definitely stay here again.

Disappointing Experience with Noise Disturbance My wife and I recently stayed here and unfortunately, we cannot fully recommend the experience. We had initially chosen the hotel with high hopes for a relaxing getaway, but our stay was marred by significant noise disturbances. Our room, located on the first floor, was subject to constant noise from the hotel staff moving supplies and equipment for an event as late as 1 AM and truck loading/unloading activities that began as early as 6 AM and continued throughout the day. This ongoing disruption affected our sleep and overall enjoyment of our stay. We raised this issue with the front desk on two separate occasions, and while the staff assured us they would get back to us to address the issue, we were never contacted or informed of any resolution. Furthermore, during our stay, the hotel was hosting a major event, which seemed to take precedence over the comfort of regular guests. We believe that all guests, regardless of the occasion, deserve a peaceful and enjoyable stay. We sincerely hope that the hotel management takes action to prevent such disturbances for future guests. While we understand that events are crucial for business, it is equally important to ensure that all guests have a pleasant experience. Our intention is to provide an honest review to help other guests make informed decisions. We had expected a tranquil and pleasant stay but left feeling disappointed and overlooked. We hope the hotel takes steps to address these issues and provides a more enjoyable experience for future guests.

Great experience from start to finish. We were a bit concerned that the hotel might be dated and the rooms very small. None of that, we were positively surprised in just about every aspect. The hotel is located in close proximity to nice green areas and at the same time with easy access to all attractions of the city. There was a particularly pleasant atmosphere in the evenings, with live music. You can also have breakfast in the executive lounge and drop in for an evening cocktail in the evening. Once there, David will charm you with his super positive attitude, open communication and constant smile. A place definitely worth recommending and returning.

There is a quiet calmness about the hotel. Minimalist decor with a nod to art deco. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Huge comfortable bed with beautiful Egyptian cotton bed linen. Marble bathroom with walk in shower. Fantastic choice of foods for breakfast. Valet parking. Perfect for overnight stay to tie in with Rolling Stones gig in Hyde Park! So a fabulous location. Highly recommend..

One of my favourite places for coffee or tea in the afternoon. Very classy interiors and relaxed ambience. The cheesecake is a MUST TRY.

Pre-arrival email was a nice welcome. On a honeymoon trip. Pleasantly surprised by an iced bottle of champagne and a cake with a note card in our room. Used Suite Night Award and got upgraded (the Marriott Plat status might also helped) to an Executive Suite, which was spacious and elegantly decorated. Lounge had nice choices for breakfast, afternoon tea, and some light dishes for dinner. Location was superb - walking distance to Mayfair and the British Museum and a bus stop is only 1 min walk away.

Not often you see a 2 star review. If it wasn’t for the location I’d have given it a one star. It took nearly 20 minutes to get checked in and when I had finally checked in the queue was even longer. Maybe it was a busy time but there were empty desks so maybe they could have put more people on the front desk. These are all things such 5star hotels should be better at. That of course is not enough to leave a 2 star. The main reason is that the place really needs a refurb. The room I am writing this from reminds me of my Grandmothers bedroom, the lighting is old fashioned and the room is not that big at all. For Β£630 I expected so much more.

One of the nicest Marriotts I’ve stayed in. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Everything about the hotel is first class. We stayed here for a week. Our room overlooked Hyde Park. Housekeeping made sure there were plenty of towels. Turn down service in the evening was a nice touch. The hotel is walking distance to most major attractions.

Over the years I have attended many a function/ event here. Down on photos but this is a great high end hangout. Great coffee room as well as a Starbucks as well that is open till quite late. If you are having a wedding reception or big celebration then this is a brilliant venue.

This hotel is wonderful, 5 star luxury at its best. Highly attentive staff and nothing too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and very well equipped. Central to Hyde Park and a lovely walk to the west end and all the main tourist attractions.

Stunning hotel. Attended The Negotiator Awards event at this hotel and was vowed. Definitely pop in to the jewellery shop in the hotel, the young gentleman selling watches there is very friendly and fun to chat with. My first impression of this hotel having spent the whole day there is vow. Would love to come back and check out the rooms and restaurants!

The hotel helped me get my airport transportation from Heathrow to the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and very elegant. I stayed in a very spacious executive suite, I loved walking in a room where a welcome fruit bowl and treat awaits for me. The bathroom offers shower, tub and a warm seated toilet. My bed was comfortable. This hotel has a club lounge where I enjoyed late snacks and a small breakfast. I also ate at the JW steakhouse on site and had a fabulous dining experience. Staff walks extra mile for you. This hotel is a walking distance to shopping. And my cherry on top was the pastries sold at their coffee shop. However please allow me shout out at staff for being absolutely amazing: I lost a bag and it was found. When my sister and I were leaving our room with heavy bags, the housekeeper supervisor and her aid ran to help us and took our luggage to the elevator without asking. Thank you so much for caring! I didn’t feel like another number but at home at this hotel.

A landmark 5-star hotel residing on Park lane in the upscale community of Mayfair, London. It's a 420 room edifice and is a stone-throw from a couple of London's most celebrated attractions. Nice and courteous staff, great ambience and a generally beautiful place.

Grosvenor House is a top venue for any event, having been to both The Great Room and The Ballroom as a gust and as a performer, I thoroughly recommend them for an awards ceremony, gala dinner or party. The location is fantastic and the space is really flexible for different table layouts, dance floors, screens with room for different performance stages. What is most impressive is the people that work there, the attention to detail and the immaculate planning to feed 700 guests and for the events to run to time without a hitch. The food is exceptional and really well presented to wow your guests, with great vegetarian and vegan options. The acoustics for live music are also brilliant and the in house tech team are very helpful and knowledgable. One of our favourite places to visit and to perform. Highly recommended!

Upon our arrival, we were assigned to Room, which proved to be an utter disappointment. To say that our room had a poor quality would be an understatement. We were assigned a room with an obstructed view of unsightly air conditioning units, and the smell inside the room was far from pleasant. The furniture appeared to be disarranged and not properly maintained, which further diminished our initial excitement. In an effort to address these issues, we approached the front desk staff in the afternoon, who assured us that they would make arrangements to switch our room to a more comfortable and suitable one. However, upon our return to the front desk close to midnight, we were informed that no change had been requested by the earlier agent, and the manager, Manuel, was reportedly working diligently in the back office to speak to us. Despite our patience and wait, we did not receive any communication or visit from Manager Manuel, which left us feeling even more frustrated and neglected. As loyal patrons of the Marriott brand, we expected a certain level of quality, service, and consideration during our stay. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of the standards we associate with the Marriott name. The treatment we received was disheartening, and the condition of our room was far from acceptable.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Just one health and safety concern. The outside step edge is blended in with the other, which could be a potential trip hazard. Might be worth putting some high visible banding to make it a bit clearer.

I attended a luncheon here and the food and service was amazing. I'm vegan and had no problem being served correct dishes. Our waiter was very attentive and even took plenty of photos of our group. The actual venue is lovely. Really clean, luxurious toilets, lovely staffed cloakrooms and a busy bar. The pianist played plenty of Christmas songs!

Stayed 1 night with my friend. Great location in Mayfair ⭐ Good size bedroom although slightly dated interior. Comfy bed. Clean. ✨ Could have provided 2 toothbrushes in the room rather than waiting for guest to ask. We were unable to cast to the TV and found online that a lot of people have had the same problem. Lovely atmosphere in the hotel with love piano played at certain times. 🎹 Lounge access -🍷🍾 Decent selection of food that accommodated vegetarians as well. Afternoon tea πŸ°β˜•- tasty scones! Cocktail hour was good - nice wine and other spirits available on request. I had G&T. Evening delights / Dinner πŸ½οΈπŸŒ™- was very busy not enough seats for people in the peak hours maybe around 6. But it wasn't too long a wait. Breakfast 🍳πŸ₯“ - decent selection. Would have loved to have baked beans or baked tomatoes to accompany the sausages / bacon. Nice selection of fresh juices and fruits. Also enjoyed the cured meats and smoked salmon. Overall I enjoyed the stay and would recommend.

Marriott is becoming the place to go, my absolute favourite. In Moscow, they excelled, in Singapore; they excelled. And now in London, they act and geared to give you literally 7 stars service, I'vetravelled to 80 countries and I know what I am talking about. Right from reception onwards. There is a gentleman at the reception called Tomas, spotted me, ran all the way out to fetch my bags, I was confused, what Hospitality! Kudos to the management! Checked in so smoothly, so friendly. Walked me around the hotel! Then asked me would you like to go now to the room, I said I might go to have tea in the lobby cafe, he asked the lady to serve me the team complementary as a welcome! IMPRESSIVE! So professional, so friendly and I love how the people are so well trained and of very high calibre. Thank you Marriott for excelling every single visit. And they don't seem to be slowing down anytime soon.

Make sure to use Hα΄α΄›α΄‡ΚŸΚ™oʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any place. This web site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and normally will have prices much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you will love it I'm sure! Amazing hotel in a great location. Very much enjoyed the lounge. The bathrooms have a luxurious stone. The beds are comfortable. The cheesecake from the JW steakhouse are my favorite. Staff were helpful.

Payed an opportune visit to the Marriott yesterday for a pot of tea and light drinks. I felt compelled to review and bring attention to the door man (what a man!) great personality, fun and such an asset to the hotel. Outstanding service in the afternoon tea part of the hotel, pianist a bonus, will definitely return, thank you to all

The JW was a perfect place to start our London adventure! The check-in team was so helpful and put as at ease in the grandiose setting. Our room was clean, modern, and gorgeous with a view overlooking the park. Best of all, the staff left us a special and customized treat to celebrate our special occasion! Overall a magical sojourn and hope to return soon.

Came here for a work conference and stayed for a week. The hotel is awesome, service, rooms and location.... But you pay for it. I loved the bed, I have stayed a many hotels and the bed and pillows are either to hard or soft but here was just perfect. Breakfast was fantastic - quality of food and drink was really good. Great hotel

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay at Grosvenor House Hotel in London. Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful during our stay. The room was lovely. The location is great - right across the street from Hyde Park and a short walk to Westminster Cathedral. When we return to London - whenever that may be - we will definitely look forward to returning to the Grosvenor House - J W Marriott. Thanks to all who made our stay so pleasant.

The Grosvenor House is a London landmark on Park Lane. Opposite the Hyde Park and a short walk from.Marble Arch or Buckingham Palace, the location of the JW Marriott in London is unbeatable. The Large hotel is not an impressive looking building from outside. But as soon as one walks in, it's as plush as one expects from a nice JW Marriott. The staff at th reception is quick to check one in. The rooms are well sized for London. The bathroom stand out for their heated floor, a real joy when it's cold outside. The breakfast , if part of your room rate, is excellent. It's probably one of the better breakfasts in Europe. The lounge by the reception has the nicest views over Hyde Park. The executive Lounge us a large, well decorated space with very good service. Special mention to Ms Kris. The only drawback of the hotel are it's really poor showers. I was told about some energy saving policy of the Marriott hotels but that is no excuse for such poor pressure. I really hope the hotel looks into it. For my entire stay, I didn't feel I had a proper shower even once.
