Absolutely disgusting hotel. Will never return to again. We we’re barely in our hotel room 20 minutes when we noticed at least 8 issues. Dirty bedding, spoilt milk pots, a window that couldn’t open, dirty pillows, stains on the walls and chair, about an inch of dust stuck on the hairdryer. Only good thing was that the tv worked. We complained and were then given another room which was just barely better. The curtains in this room had massive holes in them. Dirty extra pillows but we didn’t complain as it was just barely a step up compared to our previous one. The TV didn’t work, and none of the rooms were “soundproof” like they boasted on booking.com. On our second day the water stopped working and we complained. Waited half an hour and complained again. To which the man at reception gave us the use of another room to shower. Once we had showered and gone out for the evening. Upon returning the water was partially working. Again then next day the water was barely working and when we complained we were told it should be. When we checked out we asked about the 50£ deposit and when we should receive it back and the receptionist claimed that they do not take a deposit when they stated they do online. Absolutely robbing kip. Wouldn’t let my dogs fleas stay here. Only decent part is the location.

I was visiting London for a few nights with a friend and booked this hotel for a few nights. It was rather expensive, being around £300 for 2 nights. We checked in on the day, left our baggage in the room and returned at 1am. Upon returning to the room, the room was unbearably hot to the point that we was unable to breath. There were no fans in the room and no AC. We attempted to sleep through it however it did not prove possible so therefore decided to visit the reception at 3am. No staff were available on reception and after waiting in the hotel lobby for half an hour, I returned to my room. We visited the reception at 5am again and found 2 individuals on the reception. They were aware rooms were warm and even laughed at our misfortune. They were rude and refused to acknowledge the reception was not unmanned throughout the night. I even showed them my phone call log of my multiple attempts to get through to the reception in the early hours so I can speak to a member of staff. They refused to issue us a refund and told they had to speak to a manager who was away for a number of days. Me and my friend immediately checked out and cut our losses. Post checking out, I attempted to call the hotel to have some money returned. The hotel generally does not answer the calls and there is never a manager available. Don't believe me? Try calling them now and ask for a manager, I would be suprised if they even answer! The general state and finish of the hotel was very poor. The beds were also on wheels and would hilariously slide across the room. Book a room at this hotel at your own peril. The customer service and the rooms are awful. Your trip to London will be ruined.

Location is very convenient but that’s where the positives end. The room was very dirty, with a stained rug and walls. Radiator was filled with dust and the bathroom sink blocked with hair. The mattress was no thicker than 20cm and you could feel it was cheap. The pillows were also thin. Book if you want a convenient location, but don’t care if you get sleep or want a clean looking room. If you want cheap spend the extra £10-£20 and get a travelodge or premier inn, at least their beds are comfy.

Well, Location is ok, 10 minute from Paddington station and tube, 5 minute walk. Of course Hyde park is just across the road. *Room not as picture, double room was like a box room. *Worst Bed ever, extremely uncomfortable and bedding did not fit. Stains on the bottom of the sheet. * The latch above the bed, extremely creepy * Bathroom was very tiny, shower door didn’t open fully because the sink is in the way, if you are a fuller figure or a tall person there isn’t much room. * Rooms in the basement, very dark and cold and the Wi-Fi/signal is very poor. * Can hear the flush, shower and sink from every corner of the room, so it wakes you up each time they are used from the other rooms. * Uneven flooring, fell twice whilst locating the room. *TV is up to too high, facing the door *Staff were sarcastic and rude when customers walking away. *Never have I been to check in and seen so many people check in, check their rooms and check out again. This happened multiple times as I had to wait for issues with my room to be sorted.

I don't get it. If I were in the position to own a hotel such as this one in a location as central as this one, I would make it my life task to keep it in good condition and to make sure, my guests are pleased. The rooms we got were a joke - not at all like the ones shown on the pictures. The breakfast was almost inedible. Sausages, eggs and mushrooms NOT cooked properly - just warmed up. No bacon. Coffee from the machine gave me the trots. Sink and shower were clogged, shower extremely scmall. I highly recommend to go look for a different hotel.

I stayed there in late August, with a breakfast included option. As value for money goes, the hotel is great. The single rooms are a bit small, but you get a big shower room. I booked a superior bed, so it was s little bit bigger; as I'm 6ft. The bed was really soft, and other facilities in the room included overhead TV, a kettle; but no fridge. There is air conditioning, it's set at 17 degrees, but the room was really warm. You do hear other doors closing, and occasionally the people next door; but generally you get a pleasant night sleep. The breakfast was a buffet style, although they don't do bacon; and instead of the usual fried items, there was plum tomatoes, scrambled eggs, and boiled mushrooms. There's cereal, toast/croissants, jams, yogurts and cheese. Theres a hot drink's machine, and apple and orange juice.

Absolutel dump! Which is not portrayed in their pictures when booking. Staff miserable. Room decor and standard is very low. No air con and it's like stepping into a sauna! Triple room does not cater for 3 people. Stay away.

Room was twin room completely different than what was advertised, no air conditioning instead a broken fan was supplied, no ironing board or iron. Noisy room you can hear everyone talking anywhere. If you spend more than 5 minutes in shower the water cuts off. Was never cleaned, hair all over room, urine all over bathroom. I have to commend hotel I don’t think they could have done worse even if they tried. Would suggest booking regular hotel else where for same price ahead of time and never stay here, it’s not an any star hotel.

Had a horrible stay here. Rooms are disgusting. Walls are thin. When we first checked in we were given a small box room, which we expected for the price. However it took 5 minutes before I'd found hair in the bed, stains on sheets and VOMIT on the curtains! I was swiftly given another room after complaining to the not so friendly receptionist. Second room was a bit bigger but still filthy. There was all sorts of rubbish behind the bedside table and under the bed. Cleaning staff did visit rooms daily but with the state of the rooms they need sacking. Its shocking that this can pass as a 3 star hotel.

Bugs in hotel room and on pillow (not bed bugs). Cracked window. Rodent fecal matter outside window. Strong smell of cigarettes in the room from the street. Room smelt of mold and was perpetuated when AC was turned on. Staff is lovely and helpful and the shower was great. Also good location.

Booked and confirmed a 3 single bedroom but no double bed agaist the wall. When we arrived we were booked into a basement room (no windows) with a stove in it. It was a double bed again the wall with a single bed. When we went down the carpets smelled. The 3 bedroom had an emergency and stayed a night longer. No other rooms are available. When they heard that I've recorded the booking and said the name. .. he quickly phoned someone. ... from fully booked we got a cancellation room. Next time go to the back when you phone and give 4 available bedroom numbers. The supreme room that we finally received was not clean (marks on walls, bathroom... well... I first had to clean it)....

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. This website will compare thousands of booking web sites and typically will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is the best rated in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't be disappointed. We slept well on the comfortable bed and the room was clean, bathroom, but the room was very tiny and warm. Nice staff, quiet surroundings, good price and close to Hyde Park.

I had an excellent stay at the Queens Park Hotel in London! The staff were so welcoming and hospitable. They went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The F&B staff were caring & accommodating towards my food allergies. The room and service were wonderful as well. I would highly recommend this hotel. Very reasonably priced. Fantastic location since it is located in central London, making it easy to travel anywhere. Overall amazing experience!

Very disappointed with this hotel, the reception area is welcoming and the staff very polite. Our room was on the 3rd floor which as we entered the corridor was nicely carpeted but along the corridor was another door which when we went through took us into a corridor with badly stained threadbare carpet and old fashioned doors and furniture. The twin bedded room we had been given was in a dreadful state, the laminate floor was worn and split and the tabletop was badly torn. We asked for an upgrade but we're told all rooms had already been allocated..... For £300 for the night it was an extortionate amount to pay for a room which was very below standard- I feel totally ripped off! And very disappointed 😞

Did not have a good experiance with this hotel at all! The stay itself was average...small room, dirty bed sheets, dated and lacking TLC. The scuff and burn marks in the carpet outside our room did not exactly create a warming atmosphere on arrival. To make matters worse when I departed from this hotel I forgotten a valuable item of clothing which I had misplaced in the wardrobe. I contacted the hotel immediately...explained that I lived approx. 5hrs away from London and that collecting the item would be difficult for me and politely asked them if they could post if I covered the postage cost. After two weeks of back and forth with the hotel with no success speaking daily to a variety of clueless receptionist understandably I was starting to lose patience. When the postal charge form did eventually get to sent to myself to cover the charges there was no mention of how much the hotel would take from my account....I carelessly assumed given the hotel staff's incompetence in dealing with the matter the fee would be reasonable. The item was posted in a small parcel...should have cost no more than £7...however days later £15 was removed from my account. Absolutely shocking would never stay at this hotel again!

We stayed here for one night, and were very well attended to by Christin and Mabel, who checked us in and even gave us a room tour. The hotel is located on Queensborough Terrace, perfectly located with walking distance to Hyde Park, and two Tube stations. The hotel rooms have recently been renovated and are also currently undergoing more renovation in stages. We stayed in a recently upgraded double room for the night. The lobby area is spacious, with an ample breakfast area. The rooms, while compact are clean and modern, well outfitted with all the basic amenities including a tv, kettle and coffee/ tea station, plenty of wall plugs and good lighting. The beds are also quite comfortable. If you're looking to spend a few days in London in a central location - this is a great hotel and Christin and the rest of the team will certainly take care of you.

We had room 124, first floor - it took us about 5 min to reach the room from reception… at first glance the room was catastrophal - the carpet on the floor was very old and staind. The AC on the wall was falling apart and the door of the bathroom could not be closed. BUT it was clean, we got fresh towels every day even though we wanted to used them more often than once. The breakfast was also totally ok - nothing speacal but you can find something. Most important: there is a great coffee! If you are vegan there are not much options…

Its really good situated because there are two lines of metro really close. Also Uber costs not a lot to go and visit a center of London. The room wasnt so clean and also looks not modern. IT should be for sure refreshed because when you compare a price and a visual look of the hotel room....

Overnight stay for Guy Fawks night party. The hotel location is very good and the nearby Queensway Rd where loads of shops are open and it's tube station. I was on the fifth floor which had a fabulous view of the city. The only minus was the air-conditioning unit was not very powerful so it didn't cool the room very much. The staff were very friendly and helpful to me and I had a free breakfast which was a very great surprise and unexpected treat.

We felt that we were regarded as a nuisance. The reception staff were abrupt and needed reminding to sort our issues out. Eventually we moved rooms which we accessed via back stairs which had a filthy, threadbare carpet, a hole in the ceiling and general air of neglect. There was no lift and we had to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs without assistance. The plus side was the location which was excellent, 5mins walk from the underground.

Did not understand the low reviews for this hotel at all, great service, great room for a fantastic price. Our double room cost us £70 for the night and it was a five min walk from Hyde park and the tube. Would absolutely go again

Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and prepared. Had condiments for tea and coffee, although they hadn't provided any spoons/stirrers. Air-conditioning was a must have and worked perfectly. Only downside to our stay was the mattress, very flimsy and would recommend replacing. Would recommend the stay.

We came early and got a room on the basement floor. It was cheap and the location great. The room had definitely seen better days. Our toilet didn't flush probably, the toilet seat didn't fit and it was dirty on the inside of the shower cabinet. There was a sharp thing sticking up from the floor. The paint pealing and our bed was made out of two small platforms on wheels so the bed moved around and the safes wasn't working. The breakfast was pretty decent and the staff very nice.

Nice stay, would come back here again. We stayed in the basement room and it was good so if I’m doubt maybe ask for that ! Liked · the bedrooms were decent and nicely decorated and the bathrooms looked like they were newly done! the beds were both super comfortable too and they had a luggage room so even if you couldn’t check in you could leave to your bags! We didn’t have any problems really other then they key failing but they sorted it asap Disliked · nothing! it is what you pay for and it was good for the price. A standard 3* hotel as mentioned by others. It is what you pay for. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment but, it could be updated. However for the cheap price it is, it is worth it for a few days

Dirty, cramped, 10 x 10 room with two twin beds. Terrible mattresses only one thin pillow so no way to sit comfortably on the bed. No where else so sit. Carpets threadbare and held together with masking tape. Had to reset our room key three times. Hot and stuffy no working airconditioning. Bathroom was the best part of the facility. Reasonably clean and roomy. Good location, but apparently we did not read the reviews before booking. Three large bags of trash were left outside our door in the jog in the hall. Terribly unsafe if an evacuation had been necessary in the dark it would have been a pile up of people. We had to get out of bed and turn a wall switch off to turn off the tv. Staff okay. For 785 GP we expected better. That did not include breakfast. 5 nights of misery.

Hot stuffy room with no ventilation. Bed springs making noise Every time you move. Needs updating. Television didn't work, extractor fan is bathroom wasn't working. Staff chatting loudly on the ground floor. Breakfast was good as was the location. Would I stay again? No.

2 nights for £140 so good value for location. The first room we were given was very tight for space and nothing like the online pictures. We asked to be moved and the staff obliged. The room was clean and adequate for our needs. Staff were friendly and happy to help.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. Everything is accessible with a very short walk. 4 mins to trains, shops, restaurants, cafes. The room was clean but very very small. Could do with a lick of paint. Bathroom was spotless with excellent quality shower. However i was only there for 1 night with a young child. The receptionist was very friendly on arrival and even offered us complimentary breakfast as it was still open. very basic breakfast buffet which was nice. I would stay here again because of the location. Room size i can deal with.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in my all my life, room 201 was hell on earth no air conditioner and no fan in summer 2021 after paying 84€ per night. Very dirty,Very small room and bath ,in the bath one can't bend down to clean his legs in the bath. Customer service was the worst. The hotel manager never reply email, Booking.com didn't help resolve the matter, big fraud from this hotel.worst experience and was so traumatized by this experience.cant recommend to anyone. :( Wast of money

No sheets on the bed, room was filthy. It obviously hadn't been made up. The manager wasn't there and the guy at reception was the only person on site. We had to leave and stay another hotel. I was told if I called back the next day the manager would sort out a refund. We'll, I've called back every day for a week and no refund. I've been robbed

Hotel was okay. Bit run down but it was clean. Good value for money. Room was nice enough and the bed was comfy. Wasn't too amused on the first evening as when we left our room we could smell weed. But told someone at reception and when we got back the smell had gone and we didn't smell it again during the stay. Breakfast was pretty good for how cheap the stay was. Cheap stuff but it was hot and tasted fine. Not bad if you are looking for somewhere cheap to stay. But personally we wouldn't stay here again
