If we will come back to London, we will definitely stay here. I don’t know where to start, we enjoyed everything. Staff/Customer Service: they were remarkably awesome, everyone at the hotel was nice, helpful and friendly. Our stay was special because of you, our boys got attached and did not want to leave 🤣 Oscar, thank you so much for all your help. Rooms: very nice and clean. Location: it is close to everywhere, and so many attractions are walk distance. Close to Waterloo train station too. I can’t say enough words about our stay, but I’d like to thank every single one in the hotel, and will stay with you next time.

This hotel is an excellent value for a family of four, as we stayed for five nights. The location is perfect, as it is walling distance to Big Ben, Westminster and Waterloo, which allowed us to take day trips very easily. I actually preferred staying here than in some of the more popular locations which seems extremely busy, loud and crowded. The bed was comfy, and our children slept on the pullout couch which did the job. The staff was excellent, bringing us towels and responding to requests. There was a great wardrobe and dresser to store our things, and the breakfast that was provided as part of our rate was very nice! Almost anything you could want from eggs, sausage, baked goods, a kids bar, fruit and more. The only reason why I did not rate this a five star is because there were small little things maintenance wise that need to be completed around the room, but nothing too massive. Overall, I recommend it as a great home base for your travels!

We booked for twin room for 5 days in early May 2022. We were first given a room with a view of internal block of the hotel. We did not like the room layout, as it looked pretty small for the price we paid. Since we booked for many days, we tried to negotiate on the next day, to get a new room with a better view at least. The receptionist (Italian girl) was simply awesome and helpful. And we just loved the new room which was obviously more spacious with a view overlooking the city. The room was clean and housekeeping was fine too. Staffs were generally helpful (especially the Italian girl and Thai guy). We also had breakfast for the first few days. We felt that it would have been better if the space was bigger as they were many people during breakfast. There was no social distancing whatsoever. Tables were positioned way too close with one another. Other than that, everything was just good.

We stayed at the hotel before a long journey back to Australia. The staff were so helpful from start to finish, especially Sandra. The location of the hotel was great for access to great tourist spots. Breakfast was fab and again the staff were efficient and friendly. We had a studio room and everything we needed was conveniently there ready to use. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

Just recently stayed here with my family for 4 nights. Reception was really nice and they really made it special for the kids. Room was nice. We paid extra for the view of the London Eye. It was beautiful to look out at. The room had everything you needed inside and I liked how big the shower was. Hotel is within walking distance of so many things. We paid for breakfast every morning and it was worth it for us. We plan on returning next year!

Totally decent hotel, a solid 4.5 stars. Very busy with the tourist trade. Good service (room cleaning, lounge). So-so views. Good location. We had the junior studio. Perfect for family. Quiet rooms despite the busy time.

Location wise very close to main attractions, rooms are very spacious, clean and well kept. Staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. Good value for money

Really horrible dingy hotel with uncomfortable beds and interior views of the hotel so you feel like you are in a dark shoebox. Cleanliness seems questionable and helpfulness minimal when I asked for a different room. Would not recommend for business or for vacation. Phones seem to be from the 1980s as does the furniture and decor. There is no airflow and it’s very claustrophobic and dark. 0/10 do not recommend this dump.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before but I must say this is going to be my last. The service is considerably worse. Staff is not very helpful, housekeeping is not done on a daily basis and if done, it’s very poor and no water/tissue is replaced or provided. Concierge service is not helpful at all, when asked for help I had a reply “to go on Google and search” Absolutely does bot deserve the star rating or price paid.

We really enjoyed our stay. Oscar in Reception was friendly and helpful. Our Penthouse was not ready but Oscar was going to put us in another room but that allocated room was occupied when we went to the room but Oscar went down and came up informing us our room was ready. Oscar provided us with fruit and soft drinks complimentary which was a great touch. The penthouse was big and clean. Nice terrace with a nice view of Big Ben. Definitely recommend this room. We had breakfast and Mama at breakfast was so friendly and helpful. Excellent service from all the staff at the hotel.

The location is great. Smooth check in. Most of the staff were excellent with few exceptions. The only issue for our stay was the room cleaning which by default only happen every 3 days and you have to ask for it and remind every now and then about it. The studio rooms are spacious and well maintained

Super location for visiting London and outside of London. The staff at the check in counter and housekeeping staff are very good. Good security too. But your room is only cleaned up every 3 days. Also the breakfast has the same type of dishes everyday. I stayed for 8 days and had to eat the same items for 8 mornings. Also the coffee cups in the breakfast room were not cleaned properly because you can still smell the dried saliva on the edges of the washed cups. The quality of the toilet paper in the room was very very rough.

The Park Plaza County Hall truly made our family's stay in London unforgettable and exceptional. From the warm, friendly and efficient reception staff to the stunning views of the city, every moment was a delight. The upgraded room for our birthday celebration was a thoughtful touch, and the towel origami added a charming personal flair. The exceptional service throughout our stay made us feel truly special and we will be back again! We've stayed in the hotel a few times and each time it gets even better surpassing our expectations. The hotel itself is nestled near the iconic landmarks of Westminster, including the London Eye, London Dungeons, SEA LIFE, and Shrek's Adventure, the Park Plaza County Hall offers an ideal location for exploring London's vibrant attractions. With a fantastic park in close proximity and most key sites within walking distance, it's the perfect spot for a convenient and enjoyable stay. The added bonus of easy access to the tube makes navigating the city hassle-free.

Super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, geräumige Zimmer. Das Frühstück war überraschend gut mit riesiger Auswahl! Lediglich Adapter für die Steckdosen waren nicht ausreichend vorhanden - besser einen mitnehmen!

My husband and I just returned from a week in London, we stayed at the Park Plaza County Hall and had the most wonderful time. The staff were all very kind and helpful, we walked almost every where we went but it’s also close to the tube, Pretty centrally located. They upgraded our room, gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary and a card. Overall, you cannot beat this hotel based on the location, price and service. The one thing I wouldn’t necessarily recommend would be the breakfast, seemed a little pricey for the options but I know we’re in the minority based on other reviews.

A lovely hotel where no request is too much. The staff go above and beyond to ensure guests’ needs are met. Having stayed here on numerous occasions, I am always impressed when I’m upgraded to a suite as a Radisson club member. The breakfast is delicious with the best in-house granola I’ve ever tasted! Thank you Park Plaza, I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

Have stayed here a couple of times. Very good location as only a few minutes walk from Waterloo. Front of house staff are very welcoming, the rooms are very spacious, clean and comfy, and the breakfasts provide meals to suit all tastes. I enjoyed a meal there before heading off to the theatre. Hope to stay there again in the future. Thank you to all the staff for making the stay an enjoyable experience.

Fantastic hotel right in the heart of the action. Short walk to Waterloo station, giving good tube and overground access. Also close to Southbank, London Eye, Houses of Parliament and Trafalgar Square. Hotel check in smooth and staff friendly. Breakfast really good quality with a fair selection of food. Rooms really nice quality, I had a junior suite which has a small lounge and kitchenette.

Excellent! We loved our stay here! On arrival we were checked in by Andrei , and we were given a complimentary upgrade to our room. It had absolutely lovely furnishings, a great view and very comfy bed. The bathroom had bath robes, slippers and luxury products . There was a walk in shower and a bath. It was great to have a Nespresso Coffee machine , we also had a rather nice complimentary bottle of red wine as VIP Guests of the Day. Our view was of the Shard and Waterloo Station. As a train lover this was a dream . The sunrise was beautiful and it was so interesting to watch commuters arrive from 6.30 in the morning. I didn't want to leave and shall certainly stay here again.

A one night stopover very conveniently close to Waterloo Station. Very welcoming reception team. I did not try room service but other members of my family who were in another room were not impressed with the breakfast room service (I had breakfast in the dining room). I was very pleased with my room and the facilities it provided.

Love this hotel. Great staff. Good location for transport as it is within walking distance from Waterloo Tube and Mainline stations. The station has an M&S when you want a packed lunch. New street cafe at hotel has hot water bottles and heaters for the colder days. Short walk to St Thomas's hospital, London Eye, South Bank entertainment center and Westminster bridge.

The hotel is in the lameth district, a short walk from the London Eye, and from the Waterloo underground and train station. Big Ben is a 15-minute walk away on the other side of the river. The hotel rooms are spacious and include a kitchenette. The level of cleanliness is good, the level of maintenance can be improved. The hotel staff is nice and correct and we didn't feel that they made an effort for us. The breakfast is very good and rich, but busy at peak hours.

Had an excellent stay over the weekend. Great communication from Petra before and after my stay. It has been a long time since a hotel made me feel like a customer. The human touch is appreciated as we don't all want an anonymous electronic check in (that is an option if you want it) A room upgrade which was nice and some very nice touches in the room as it was my husbands birthday. Balloons, cake and wine. If you sign up to the Radisson App you can get a discounts on food and drink in the hotel along with other benefits. The buffet Breakfast was excellent. So much choice and everything freshly cooked and hot. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be favouring Radisson for future hotel bookings.

Really nice hotel, and they looked after me for my birthday with a balloon, Prosecco and petals on the bed. Really big room with floor to ceiling windows and incredible views. There is a restaurant downstairs which was a bit of a let down, the staff didn't speak very good English and completely messed our orders up, twice, so we ended up just saying we'll have what they brought us as we were hungry. The food was pretty good, though.

I love the fact that it's very close to the Waterloo station and close to the London Eye and Big Ben as well. Everything is close, don't need to use a taxi, it's 15 min walk to Trafalgar Square. The breakfast is really good with a variety of choices. The room are well equipped and very clean! Highly recommended!

The rave reviews for this hotel isn’t for nothing! We enjoyed our stay immensely, for us the best thing about the hotel are the staff. Everyone we came across was friendly and always greeted us, from housekeeping to the handyman. We were actually help with directions to our room once by a maintenance personnel without us even asking for help, we usually only get this level of attentiveness at a 5 star hotels. The room we got was very spacious, well decorated and clean, all amenities worked. The gym was superb for a hotel gym, fully equipped. Its unfair to single out any one staff here but we have to mention Oscar, he really made our stay special. It was a birthday getaway for my wife and he surprised us with a cake, hand written card and bottle of wine in the room. Thanks a lot Oscar, we hope to come back and stay here again

We just love this place! We try and visit every year for our anniversary because of the location and the special view of the London eye. The location is great, we went into Knightsbridge from waterloo station, 4 stops on the tube, we visited the shard and it was a 17 minute taxi ride away. The rooms are immaculately clean and have more than enough bathroom amenities if you need more of anything (tea/coffee/towels) you just have to ask. The hotel is family friendly but also great for a couples city break. Not only does this hotel have a great location it has amazing staff, the staff are a credit, this hotel seems to be managed well in all areas. The staff are friendly and efficient and nothing is too much trouble, all the staff we have encountered have been extremely helpful; reception team, housekeeping ( Katerina from room service, outstanding customer service ) night security … Everyone, thank you! Breakfast was lovely and considering how busy the mornings are it was quick. Hospitality is not easy to work in at the best of times and considering the strain the pandemic has put on all resources the staff here are doing an amazing job. A big thank you to all the team for another great anniversary stay, we haven’t left yet but looking forward to returning already. (Room 1407, 20th August)

Full House of Stars for this Hotel. Location is fantastic and with Waterloo Train Station next door you can't go wrong. My Wife and I where there for two days as I had an appointment close by. We did the usual duties of seeing places in the time we had, the Staff where very helpful in always. We asked for a quite room on the first floor and got an upgrade to a room with a wee lounge and kitchen area which was brilliant. Hopefully we'll be back in this Hotel and experience more of what London has to offer!

This is one of the best hotels in London and the experience staying there was amazing thanks to Bruno, Dimitri, Oscar and Mark the Night Manager. This hotel is family friendly and a walking distance to a lot of attractions. I wish there were more stars to give for our experience but we will be back in the future.

Room was slightly tired, outside view was of building works: which the hotel can't help. The room was a good size, was able to check in early which was good. I worked in the room as had laptop, the studio room I had, had a seating area, but with no window etc it felt like a random wasted space with a hard sofa in it. There was a wardrobe in this area, with a random small TV to the side, so this space was nice...but not really a space to sit and relax. Bed was comfortable, and room was nice and clean etc. Great location and the service I've had from staff has been great. I used the gym and it was clean and tidy and well stocked. Overall great stay.

Fantastic location. Fantastic staff and service. Our room was on the 9th floor (14 floors in total). We had a superior double suite, London Eye view. The hotel is in an ideal place and all the attractions are within walking distance. The staff here are welcoming, warm, friendly and sociable. The staff made us feel very welcome. We didn't try the breakfast as we were unsure if the had many Vegan options (one of us was vegan). We went to BALANCE near Waterloo, just round the corner and had breakfast there. Thank you Park Plaza County Hall and all the amazing staff.

Fantastic stay at Park Plaza County Hall. Ideal location. Waterloo Station 5 min away. Room upgrade was amazing. Had a fabulous view of London Eye from our hotel room. Staff extremely helpful. Added bonus of spa. Nicole was so nice there. Would thoroughly recommend coming to this hotel.

Staying here as a family of 6. They upgraded our room so we could have adjoining and keep us all together. Very grateful for this. Make sure you pre book breakfast a day in advance for the best deal. Rooms are wonderful. Lots of space and very comfortable beds. Nice clean bathroom. Would definitely come back

Currently staying here and very happy with the service. 2 adults and 4 kids. The rooms we had where not adjoined, so they gave us a free upgrade so we could stay together. Rooms are very well organised and placed. Clean and very good heating/air con controls. Nice cafe and will be trying the breakfast. Couldn't be happier and would come again even though we haven't even finished our stay! Thank you

Great views from our room to The London Eye and Parliament! Service was polite, helpful and efficient. Room was immaculately clean. Wifi connection was free and super fast. Perfect for a couple’s City break and/or relaxing place to stay during a business trip. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay here. Very welcoming and was upgraded for free to executive room when we checked in. The to was really spacious and clean with microwave, sink and fridge. Bathroom was big with a bath and walk in shower. Bed was really comfy. We tried the gym and the sauna and steam room too and was great to relax after a full day walking around London. Location was great too.
