Terrible
hotel.
Like

robber.
I
booked
a
hotel
for
two
nights
but
couldn't
check
in
the
first
night
because
I
missed
my
flight.
When
I
arrived
the
next
day
to
check
in,
I
was
told
that
my
room
was
cancelled.
But
I
didn't
receive
any
notification.
I
paid
the
entire
room
fee
and
they
took
my
room
and
gave
it
to
someone
else.
When
I
asked
them
why,
they
told
me
that
because
I
didn't
check
in
the
first
night,
I
was
canceling
the
second
night
by
default
and
said
that
was
just
their
culture.
And
they
don't
have
any
solutions.
As
a
foreigner,
I
don't
understand
your
culture
of
privately
arranging
a
room
to
someone
else
when
someone
else
has
paid
all
the
fees.
In
our
culture,
if
there
is
no
check-in
on
the
first
night,
the
hotel
staff
will
definitely
contact
the
customer
first
to
confirm
whether
the
guest
will
check-in
on
the
second
night,
instead
of
canceling
the
room
without
any
notice.
I
almost
had
to
sleep
on
the
street
the
next
night,
which
is
very
dangerous
for
a
single
girl
