Tiny rooms. Big prices. Yeah, I not overly impressed with the hotel. I’ve travelled around the world and when you have a status that says we will upgrade you, then you rock up to the hotel and they just shrug their shoulders and say ‘no sorry, not tonight’. I had to ask what else they could do and only then did I get a drink voucher. Not exactly proactive on the customer service side. The room pictured was circa £235 for the night. I swear Harry Potter had more room than me!

Second stay here. It's very convenient for where I need to be for work. Service and staff brilliant. Rooms are clean. Breakfast service is always great. Not a criticism but some of the rooms could do with a bit of a refresh. Some tired looking carpets and furniture. But reccomend and will stay again. I always sleep here which is most important.

I have been staying at this beautiful hotel for 10 days for quarantine. In the beginning of my stay i was quite frustrated and everything seemed to be so bad. The lady manager from the restaurant, Elena saved my stay. She was looking very carefully after my menu and we were looked after very nicely.. Very nice hotel, very clean. But the best was the restaurant. They provide me with everything that I need. The staff were very professional and helpful. I did catch some names( Elena and Ashley?). Definitely 10/10

This wasn't our hotel of choice, we were moved due to our original being group booked by the Government apparently! Right next door to Warren Street tube station, so easy to get to. Check in staff were friendly and efficient. Complimentary bottle of fizz was a nice touch. Clean spacious room with a huge bed. Breakfast staff were very good and all the staff seemed to have a "can do" attitude. Enjoyed the stay immensely.

Good location and decent stay BUT the most ridiculous thing is charging £1.50 when requesting room service to bring a set of cutlery. Are they that desperate for money? First time experiencing this ever in a hotel. Generally speaking, customer service in uk hotels have been pretty disappointing.

Stayed here a couple nights pre and post Princess Cruise. Princess staff on location during the day and hotel staff worked seamlessly with them to make guests comfortable. Front desk staff was great and always ready to help. They provided good information on local restaurants and events and were super helpful in making our both stays comfortable. They even helped with our luggage. The breakfast was great!!! and their service was also above expectations. The hotel location was good with buses right out front, Warren St. Station next door, and the hop-on-hop-off buses a couple blocks away. The rooms are small by American standards, but within our expectations for London. Overall, a good hotel with a great staff that cares.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel 🏨 liked the interior, amenities, location, staff. The staff really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make our stay special. We were given a free room upgrade. The only thing to bear in mind here is the street noise. Hotel is located near by the hospital 🏥 and it was quite lots of sirens at night, ear plugs wille be advisable if you are a sensitive sleeper. Breakfast was nice, the products were fresh, service was on point too. Breakfast buffet has key food options however is not as wide selection as others might be used to. Would stay at this hotel again for sure.

The hotel entrance, hallways, elevators and my room were all quite narrow, which was a bit inconvenient, but overall it seemed to be neatly maintained. The attitude of most staff was blunt and businesslike. It is well located for very easy access to central London by tube, bus and on foot. Reasonable value for the price.

Professional quarantine service. Very Spacious comfortable room. Small opening window. Furniture is quite old with some scratches etc. Food was ok but not the best. Dining menu is quite limited. Staff is helpful and nice. Worst part was the free space on the back roof for 15 mins exercise. It was the ugliest place ever!! Like a punishment to prisoners.. not a treat for tenants who paid for their stay! I went there only once, then preferred YouTube exercises in my room. Photos attached.

I did my hotel quarantine from 2-August to 13-August. I arrived at the night of 2nd and on the day of arrival, I was surprised to see a couple of strands of long hair in the bathtub, because I expected the rooms to be cleaned flawlessly because of the Covid protocols. When I woke up next morning I was shocked to see long hairs almost in every part of the room. I had to call the reception and ask for a vacuum cleaner to clean it by myself. Imagine this is the level of cleanliness at the time of Covid. Now the next thing was the food they messed up several times. I was quite clear that I had requested for a gluten free and a vegan meal, which is a reasonable request considering a "reputed" hotel. On one afternoon I received egg rice, a few times I received Naan (made from refined wheat), two times I got croissant, and on breakfast got yogurt twice. I had to call the reception each time to get my meal changed. One day the change of meal took more than an hour. The staffs are for sure soft spoken. helpful and kind. However, in my experience, they were quite inefficient and made my experience of stay quite unsatisfactory considering the huge amount I had to pay.

Staff and breakfast very nice however if the point of a hotel stay is getting a good night’s sleep it fails miserably because there is no double glazing on the windows on Tottenham Court Road and sirens screaming all night were very much unappreciated. Furthermore there was no 24/7 room service so wanting a bite to eat after a brisk cold walk back from Theatre District to be told we could obtain snacks at Tesco up the road wasn’t what we were expecting for a Radisson Blu hotel. Can only give this a 2 star I’m afraid as wouldn’t stay here again.

I chose this hotel because of the glowing reviews but the only good thing was the location. Otherwise, the room wasn't very clean, it smelled like mold, the bath tub was clogged, the door was very difficult to open (had to try half a dozen times before it would budge) and the service was subpar. Be aware that some rooms are right next to a soccer field and playground. I heard an insurmountable amount of noise throughout the day and late into the night.

Stayed in this hotel for 10 days for mandatory quarantine. I'm on day 9 now and I got to say I'm 50/50 about how I feel. The positives are: The room is a decent size, equipped really well and more then I expected so the stay wasn't as bad as I had in my head. The negatives are: Food. The food served is horrendous. When I arrived I was asked to select my meals for 10 days straight and also my beverages. I selected sprite for lunch and coke for dinner. Not one day has been correct. The worst bit is the food is cold, I am waiting till 10am for breakfast and 8pm for dinner. I'm just utterly disappointed. Guards outside door. On Sunday night I had the guard outside my door chatting away at 3am with no care for anyone actually trying to sleep. Leak in my room, I had a leak in the middle of my room which soaked the floor. I reported it twice and haven't heard anything back. Overall I came here with no expectations but feel very let down. I've had to order my own food to get delivered to make myself because the food is not eatible at all - out of my whole stay I've had about 2 good meals. Please sort this because its not fair. Definitely room for improvement.

Very good hotel. Entrance is so luxury and the staff is helpful and efficient. It is very close to warren street station metro so it is handy. There are some coffee shops just next to it to have breakfast and also some pubs to it. The rooms are quiet and nice. Maybe not too big but very clean and the bed was extremely confortable. In general the hotel is very well tidy and it has also a gym. We were very happy with our stay there.

Not a bad hotel by any means, quite average actually. However, the lobby is tiny and when it's busy during check in it can get cramped. The room I stayed in is quite roomy and was clean and well presented and it's a good location. Upsides: *Location *Price *Service was good *Clean *In house restaurant and room service has better than average prices Downsides: *Shower in my room was not built for a 6 foot tall person, *Small lobby *No in house pub

The staff were very friendly, and even though the staff couldn't find my room when I checked in they were very polite and helpful. Great location in London for business and pleasure. The room was a good size but dated in appearance. The room was also extremely hot, I had the air conditioning on the lowest setting and it was still too warm. I opened the windows but the noise from outside was really loud (think it might be the external air conditioning units). The shower was powerful, but again very dated and was far too low on the wall so kept hitting my head on it.

This hotel was really conveniently located, had lots of dining options nearby, short walk to some nice neighborhoods. but the area was a bit too busy for me (on a main road, near a hospital and by the tube). Great for convenience out of Euston station and for a short trip but not so much for a relaxing trip

London is known for hotels being expensive and not great. This one not an exception: the room I had this week, 250 gbp a night, very comfy bed, was esthetically pleasing, small, very noisy as mentioned in a few other reviews so bring good earplugs (permanent air con noise from inside the room and outside as well), terrible strong lighting with burned bulbs and twitching lights - forget pleasing mood lighting. Staff was kind but inexperienced or inefficient or overwhelmed (maintenance was requested a couple of times and never came), I witnessed a room booking mistake of an older person when I arrived, my room (occupied by me) got given also to another guest who opened the door with his key and walked into my room at 11pm. Staff later apologised and tried to be helpful - thanks for that. Breakfast opens late for a business hotel (7am) and there is a queue to get in but nice and well organised. Not good phone signal, wifi kept disconnecting, old dusty fold down blinds. Aging bathroom, 1 bulb functioning out of 5. Hôtel not recommended esp for a business trip.

People working there are friendly and willing to assist, but the hotel is not even a 2 star hotel in terms of quality. Rooms are small rooms, barley larger than a closet. Mattresses are worn out. The carpet and bathroom are dirty. For such an expensive hotel, I expected better. I have stayed at no-star hotels that are in better upkeep. The service and breakfast are the only things good this place has to offer....

Given this is London, and the building itself is not new, I expected the room to not being very spacious (compare to North America standards). But rooms are clean, well equipped, (some rooms have USB plugs beside the bed, some don't, which is a little disappointing), and comfortable. However, I really would like to command the wonderful services from their staff. I arrived at the hotel as the original hotel booked thru Agoda cannot be located, and I was stranded and needed to find a replacement hotel immediately. This happened to popped up on top, so I just went with it. Tired, frustrated, and stressed with this last minute hotel kerfuffle, when I arrived at the hotel, they haven't yet got the reservation from the system, but they were very sympathetic after I explained the situation. After finally getting into the room, my elderly parent mentioned the bath tub was too to be easily accessible, I went to hotel concierge and they were extremely accommodating, trying to look for another room for me that has shower instead of bath tub. Honestly given the room I book was the cheapest type, I was really impressed they were really looking thru the available ones. At the end, they offered us 2 single rooms that has accessible bathrooms. I cannot say enough about how helpful the hotel staff is and if I were ever to visit, I most definitely will be staying there again. In addition to the staff, the location is also perfect. Tube station right next to it, within the same block, 3 different grocery shops, coffee + quick bite next to the hotel, bus stop right in front. Really cannot ask for anything better!

The room was big and very clean. The staff were amazing. My only criticism would be that on two occasions, 2 members of staff knocked the door and just walked in, we didn't invite them in and we had been in the room for a day already as we stayed for 2 days. That was a bit concerning but everything else was great. Staff were fab and couldn't do enough

I visited this lovely hotel with my family, and I heartily recommend staying there. It's in a great location—it's close to the train station and takes only ten minutes to get to Oxford Street. Both the services and the room were rendered in a professional manner. Thank you to the entire personnel at the hotel; I will definitely stay here when I get the chance to travel to London.

Reception staff are wonderful and super friendly, but breakfast is a bit of a shambles. The persona seating everyone couldn’t find me in his system and made me go back to reception to sort it out. Thankfully the wonderful receptionist remembered me and promptly sorted things! There’s also a lack of takeout/quick options, which is a surprise for a hotel used a lot buy business people. In sort; receptionists are wonderful! Breakfast, not so much….

I am a Radisson VIP member and I used my points to celebrate the New Years eve in London and spend the night at Radisson Grafton hotel with my husband. I was given a room designed for disabled people with two separate beds. I could not change it to a standard room. The hotel is quite noisy and I woke up in the middle of the night by the noises coming from inside and outside. It was quite a disappointing experience. However, we had a very nice chat with the restaurant manager during our morning coffee and the overall design and location of the hotel is good. Still, I suggest the management should take a better care of the loyal customers like myself.

Pleasant stay, check-in was quick and easy and staff were accommodating to give me the room I wanted. Was lacking character. Nevertheless, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable. My only complaint would be there was no amenities.

A good central London hotel... however I have to admit the my single room was very small. If you want any space then you need to pay for a double room. Being a decent hotel, they served food at the bar till late... which was very welcome as most of the local restaurants closed at 10.

Ongoing struggle to fall asleep every night on my vacation was the damper in my trip. Hearing the homeless man’s voice echo every 3-8 seconds shouting aimlessly towards the walls and windows of the hotel rooms did a lovely job in making me feel uncomfortable, and keep me awake throughout the night. Being exhausted all week from the sightseeing, Tylenol PM was the only helper. Avoid if you need a good nights sleep; shocking to me as I paid an above average price in order to have comfort. 2/10 stars for my lack of sleep

Great location. Very smart. Good service. Comfortable rooms. Typical London prices. But would recommend particularly for business travel.

Great location. Very nice breakfast. Room was somewhat noisy, because of Tottenham Court Road and windows with virtually no noise suppression. Lack of bedside lights. Downlights only in the room.

Just had a 1 night stay here, first time in London so wasn't too sure where we should/shouldn't be staying. Very pleased we booked here, great location, around a 10 minute walk to Oxford Street but also great underground access. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was fantastic, plenty big enough and spotlessly clean. Would definitely book here again next time!

Nice rooms and good placement. Only thing is that the rooms we ordered were not available after all. Although we had already paid for them, so that gave quite some confusion and was also time consuming. The solution was to upgrade us to rooms with a bigger bed, but we had ordered single beds so it wasn't quite optimal. However it was doable for us to share the larger bed. They said they would at least bring more Duvets but that didn't happen so not the best service. Still the rooms were nice, but they should be better at servicing their guests

Great hotel for easy access to the tube lines and city life. Cozy bed. Fridge, bath/shower, big TV, Tea and coffee (no hot chocolate which is my go to drink though) what more can you ask for. My only downside.... No full mirror for when you need to get ready. Apart from that lovely stay.

Had a great stay on a work trip over the summer. The location is great and the staff was over the top - especially Elena who went out of her way to provide me with excellent service. Only downfall was a very warm room with an A/C that couldn’t quite keep up - others in my group didn’t have this issue though, so seemed dependent on which room you received!

  • 4/5 Israel D. 1 year ago on Google
Great location, friendly staff. Everything looks shiny and in top condition. I liked the breakfast buffet, and room service food was excellent. Room was somewhat small and windows need soundproofing, at least for front facing rooms.

  • 5/5 Shirly N. 1 year ago on Google
Great hotel, with good location - trains stations are very close, and soho is just 15 min walk. Everything was clean and well maintained. The room is big (comparing to other London hotel rooms) but a little old fashioned..

  • 1/5 Zoe S. 2 years ago on Google
The reception staff and manager were exceptionally rude. They provided our family with two different rooms instead of a family room as booked. My children are 16 months and 2.5 years old and they expected them to sleep in high single beds that they would have rolled out of. They then told us all they could do was give us a complimentary breakfast. They made no effort to assist further or understand the issue. They offered no compensation and proceeded to end three separate calls to me because they had already told me they had nothing available and were not willing to do anything other than give us breakfast. The bathrooms were also really mouldy, hair in the bed etc. just shocking experience

Needed a room for two nights somewhere central. This was excellent. Great location, brat the tube. Very walkable to major areas like convent garden. Plenty of stores and restaurants close by. Excellent room, very clean and comfortable. Great service at the front desk.

Great location - walking distance for tubes, buses, and mainline railway. Some food places nearby so you don't have to be limited by the room service options, if you don't want to be. Room was clean, and quiet. Got a great night's sleep!

We stayed here recently for a short weekend Theatre break in London with my Wife and 2 sons and with it’s location 50 metres from the Tube Station it was already a winner.. To be perfectly honest, the photo images are not a true reflection of the hotel. The photos make it look amazing but in reality the upstairs interior is a tad worn and shabby and the rooms are a definite 3 Star at best… However, overall, the reception staff could not have been more helpful and the breakfast menu options and service delivery at breakfast also, was among the best we have experienced in a hotel and pushed the 3 star interior up to a 4 star experience… The head breakfast waiter was fantastic and the breakfast food was delightful… We felt spoilt each morning …. Would we stay here again, shame about the bedrooms but yes, absolutely no question, we would definitely stay here again..

  • 4/5 Simon F. 1 year ago on Google
Nice hotel, friendly staff and a good breakfast. Very central to the tube station and popular areas. Rooms are clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the inability to turn the A/C in the room down because “then the room gets too cold because it is small”. The whole point of an A/C is to make the room cold. If you like the temp to be 22C+, then you’ll be fine.
