I've
been
to
a
fair
amount
of
hostels
all
over
the
world
so
I
normally
know
how
to
manage
my
expectations
but
this
hostel
just
took
the
cake
in
terms
of
how
horrific
it
was.
It's
dirty,
the
rooms
are
badly
ventilated,
they
smell
and
there
are
barely
any
small
windows
to
let
sunlight
in.
The
hostel
sits
on
top
of
two
nightclubs,
it's
impossible
to
sleep
until
the
music
turns
off
at
2
or
3am.
I'm
not
a
light
sleeper
by
any
means
but
even
with
earplugs
AND
noise
cancelling
headphones
I
could
still
feel
my
bed
shaking
from
the
bass,
it
was
impossible
to
rest.
The
bathrooms
are
gnarly
and
there
is
barely
any
space
to
get
changed
in
them.
I
was
in
a
mixed
dorm
that
was
occupied
exclusively
by
men
and
I
did
not
feel
comfortable
changing
in
the
room
but
there
was
barely
any
space
to
do
it
anywhere
else.
The
"lockers"
they
offer
are
more
like
cages
that
are
stored
underneath
the
bunk
beds.
They're
pretty
useless
if
you
want
to
actually
lock
them,
other
than
that
there's
literally
no
space
in
the
room
to
leave
your
stuff.
There
are
no
independent
bed
lights,
no
plug
sockets
and
no
facilities
in
the
hostel
itself
that
make
the
stay
worth
while
in
any
way
shape
or
form.
The
communal
areas,
if
you
can
call
them
that,
are
unwelcoming
and
not
taken
care
of.
The
hostel
does
not
have
a
traveler
vibe,
it's
more
of
a
long
term
rental
spot
for
people
that
are
transitioning
from
one
house
to
another
or
who
are
financially
struggling.
On
top
of
this,
when
I
arrived
noone
showed
me
around,
or
told
me
anything
about
the
hostel.
The
staff
also
decided
to
rearrange
the
room
I
was
staying
at
throughout
the
day,
causing
great
inconvenience.
I
find
it
hard
to
understand
why
they
didn't
block
off
bookings
for
one
day
in
the
room
and
sort
it
out
without
hassling
guests,
it
was
very
unprofessional.
I
booked
for
5
nights
and
only
ended
up
staying
2,
I
booked
another
hostel
nearby
and
DIPPED.
Don't
waste
your
money
on
this
property,
there's
literally
no
upsides
to
it.
