I am writing this review at 5.23 am here at the Ned because I have given up trying to sleep. We are staying in room 202 ironically called a Crash Pad - believe you me - you’ll do anything but crash. Christ knows what is outside our bedroom windows, they’re frosted, but I can only assume it’s the deliveries entranc? We’ve had three lots of mass bottle recycling overnight and now I can hear the delivery trolleys being offloaded from the lorries. Oh, and we’ve had p****d guests wandering around shouting outside our door at various intervals for good measure. I think we’ve paid over £400 for this torturous experience. Undoubtedly the most overpriced room I’ve ever stayed in given the experience. I’ve just found earplugs in the bathroom - there should be neon signs in the room warning you to not even attempt to sleep without using them. We tried the concierge service yesterday to get us a booking at the Duck and Waffle. I ended up having to chase them last night and it turns out they had made the booking - but they’d sent the confirmation to another guest - Sarah Graham - staying in a different room. They did eventually send me the details - I just hope we won’t find our table has been taken by the other guest when we get there later. In fairness the rest of hotel looks very stylish and the atmosphere in the lobby is excellent- I can’t comment on the food or drink as we haven’t tried any. But on this experience we won’t be coming back.

I'm lost for words! This place is officially stunning! I'm very grateful to have been accepted as a member. They have a payment scheme too. The restaurants, events, Spa facilities and a boutique hotel available to all (members receive discount rates). It was very busy with City folks, however, there are quieter moments during the course of the week. The place is a buzz of activity for those who wish to work on their laptops. However, after a certain hour, you are asked to put laptops away. Rightly so too! The bottomless Feast Sunday lunch is a MUST. I've yet to book and I'm very much so looking forward to it. Thank you for welcoming me. I also look forward to bringing my mum here too for her birthday or just for a nice treat. Huge Thanks goes out to lovely Lucy and Jack who are truly superb to talk to regarding membership questions. They are a true asset to The Ned London.

Went for the famous buffet. Was a complete let down. If you are booking this after seeing it across your socials. Don't bother. What you will find is nothing like the social media posts. The food is mediocre at best. It's mostly cold. The lobster is literally like cold rubber. The buffet is actually just set onto a square bar, very cramped and congested. The food choices were minimal. I've seen better choices in so many other places that offer a similar offering. This was not worth £100 a head. Not even £25 a head would be worth it. The waiter was basically clock watching so that we would leave on the two hour mark of our 'slot'. However, we were seated 30mins after hour booked time. On the plus side the music was good. But from where we were seated you couldn't see any of it.... Just hear it. I would not recommend this or return myself. Far better places to go to and much better value, with better quality of food.

A Haven of Comfort and Charm: The Ned I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Ned, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the grand entrance, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel is remarkable. The beautifully restored architecture, blending classic and contemporary styles, creates a unique ambiance that is both inviting and luxurious. The spacious and tastefully decorated rooms provided a haven of comfort after a long day of exploring the vibrant city. The staff at The Ned truly go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcomed and pampered. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly elevate the guest experience. Whether it was assisting with reservations or offering recommendations for local attractions, their dedication to exceptional service was evident throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was dining at the various restaurants within the hotel. The culinary offerings were exceptional, showcasing a diverse array of flavors and cuisines. From indulgent breakfast spreads to gourmet dinners, each meal was a culinary delight that left me wanting more. The Ned's amenities are also top-notch, from the luxurious spa and fitness facilities to the stunning rooftop pool with breathtaking views of the city skyline. There is truly something for everyone to enjoy. In conclusion, my experience at The Ned was nothing short of extraordinary. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend The Ned for an unforgettable stay in London. Impeccable service, stunning surroundings, and a warm atmosphere await you at this remarkable hotel.

I have found my favorite hotel in London. It’s a converted bank and transports you to old world London but with decor and furnishings that pay tribute to that era. So romantic. It also boasts a lively nightlife in the huge lobby atrium with live jazz and swing music. There are bars and restaurants situated in every nook and corner although some are members-only access. Associated with Soho House, this is definitely a hotel “experience” done exquisitely. They host a Sunday feast and if you’re a guest or a member you can reserve it at the British version of the Feast otherwise you can only book the Italian one. And wow, the Feast was certainly that, and more. It’s definitely a luxury stay so it’s not cheap but between the atmosphere, the history and impeccable service, it’s well worth it. Restaurant reservations are definitely required. (Like if this review was helpful or follow me!)

Tried to enter for a drink in a small mixed group only to be told by the snooty woman at the door that the bar was full (without actually checking). The City was absolutely dead at the time and the bar was miraculously not full for the couple of ladies in front. How quickly people forget who paid their wages when they were on furlough. There are plenty of places that deserve your hard earned money, this isn't one of them...

Visited the Electric and the main bars. Excellent service, and good. The food itself is not elaborated, but the richness and quality of the ingredients make a fabulous final result. The main bar had a live band that was very pleasant as background sound. Excellent wine and cocktail options. Totally worth coming for a date or a business dinner.

Had a fantastic time at The Ned! Joined some well-connected friends who recommended this spot for drinks and live Jazz on a Saturday evening. The place lived up to its reputation as one of London's top hotels. Quick and cold beer service, mixed yet unpretentious crowd, and a chilled vibe. Loved the stunning bank vault downstairs and the well-designed, clean bathrooms. Highly recommended! Will definitely return again.

One of the most wonderful hotels I have seen. Located right by Bank station, The Ned features a magnificent architecture with vast, tall interiors, welcoming staff, and an accommodating environment. You can become a Member of their Private Members Club to enjoy some of the more enclosed areas of their Hotel, although it comes in pricey and requires an introduction/referral from existing members. Within and downstairs you will also find a huge armoured safe, circular, like you see in ancient movies. It is absolutely mind boggling. Definitely worth a visit.

Waking up at The Ned cured my hangover. I've not yet checked out, so I write this from my room. Many mornings during the festive period, I have woken up after a particularly merry evening feeling unaccountably nauseous, headachey, and full of dread recounting my excellent decisions made the night before. The morning I woke up at The Ned was no exception. However, this time was different. I was in the most comfortable bed I had ever slept in, and the room was still dark and quiet. Noting the generously stocked liquor offering and complimentary wine I had neglected to notice on arrival (thank the lord), I fumbled my way to the phone and pathetically placed my order for avocado and eggs on toast (gluten free) and a ginger pressed juice and made several coffees while I waited. Not twenty minutes later, these items arrived at my door. Delicious. Eight minutes later, and the meal finished, I made my way to the bathroom where I was delighted to find every amenity anyone could possibly ever want. I took a luxurious shower, replete with facial treatment, using as many of the TEN different gel, scrub and hair treatments as I could reasonably use in one shower and emerged completely revived in a fluffy bath robe (which is where I am now). I have no idea what the rest of the hotel is like since my memory of checking in is hazy, but I'm sure it's delightful. Other reviewers can probably expound on this.

Went to the Ned Feast. Despite the items listed on the online menu, not all of the items were available. This was a problem as I'm lactose intolerant. Our server did asked about allergies, but the reply was around no dessert option and the cheese dishes. They advertise vegan desserts, but I did not see any of them on the bar. It felt very chaotic, I had the lobster, but only became aware that they had claw crackers after I'd eaten my lobster. So I struggled to get the meat of the claw, and left most of it behind. Our waiter was very nice, he just seemed to be too busy. Despite no queue, I had to wait for the roast, the person serving it seemed to be in his own world. The only gravy on the carvery was beef, despite serving chicken and pork. The waiter did get me some gravy, but it was very very thin. The food is hit and miss, although I loved the roast potatoes. The host was not as nice as I'd expected someone in that job to be. I only spoke to her twice, when arrived and when we paid. Maybe a customer facing role isn't the best for her. Its just not somewhere I'd want to return to.

Fantastic, love the new, members bar and restaurant as very good. Atmosphere in general one of the best in London. Rooms are a little on the small side put very nice. Boiled eggs and solders in the morning are some of the best I have had in a very long time.

Simply put, The Ned is a very posh buffet. However, in my honest opinion it is not worth the £100 per person cost. Yes the service is exceptional, and the quality of the food on offer is very good, its not perfect, but it is very good. The Ned is the type of place you visit once for a treat, or out of curiosity. You do have a welcome drink, house red or white wine 1 glass per person, and they are good quality, after that you pay for any other drinks. They are strict on the 2 hour time slot, which is understandable but does make you feel rushed if you try to eat as mush as you can, which trust me you will not. The live music, was nice, and the venue itself is amazing, which is really what your paying really. Please do not be put off visiting The Ned, it is an amazing place to dine in. If you think its worth the cost then go and make up your own mind, as we all should. I do!

This review is based on our experience at the Ned's Sunday feast. Service is 5 stars. The staff were really nice and service was excellent. Atmosphere also great. Food is very very poor for £100 per person. Except the salad section, everything else was really poor quality. The lobsters were cold and there was no seasoning whatsoever. We asked if we could get them warmed up and indeed they did provide this service however the taste and texture were horrific. So disappointing. The salmon also not seasoned however is was well cooked Moving to the roast section, the gravy was runny and not tasty, there was only beef and turkey (no chicken or lamb). The turkey was decent but the beef was rubbery with a strong taste of blood . The Yorkshire pudding were burnt and tasted heavily of oil. The dessert section was also disappointing. All cakes were overly sweet, the custard was lumpy and everything seemed to be store bought defrosted. Overall it was a buffet, with small selection of foods that were either cold or tasteless. Such a shame really as we were so looking forward to this for our anniversary.

Ned's Feast isn't just any buffet-style Sunday roast; it's an experience housed in the awe-inspiring Ned hotel, set within the former Bank of England building. The venue's interior, inspired by the 1920s era, sets a lavish backdrop for what is an extravagant dining affair. The roast itself is presented in a station that's a cornucopia of culinary delights, with mounds of seafood including salmon and lobster, a variety of salads, and an assortment of meats to start. The main courses didn't disappoint either, with three types of meat on offer. I indulged in the belly of pork and beef, accompanied by an array of top-notch trimmings so varied and plentiful that my plate could barely contain them. Our two-hour seating was perfectly timed, allowing for a leisurely and satisfying meal. Post-roast, I still managed to enjoy a small cheese board and a cake pop, rounding off the feast wonderfully. The standard package at £100, inclusive of a glass of Prosecco upon arrival, offers tremendous value, with an option to upgrade to bottomless champagne for those looking to splurge. The festive touch of Santa making the rounds added to the charm. After the meal, we transitioned to one of The Ned's other bars, which deserves its own review, but as for Ned's Feast, it was the live central band that maintained an energetic and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the day. I wholeheartedly recommend Ned's Feast for anyone looking for a 5-star food and service experience. It's not just a meal; it's an event that's worth every penny. "Enjoyed this review? The live music and decor is amazing and I really used to enjoy going to this hotel. However, since covid restrictions have been lifted it has become a massive stuck up and snobby place! People that work there look down on you and I will not be going here again for an after work drink or meal. Real shame as it used to be so good!

Been here few times for breakfast and drinks. Absolutely beautiful place with a retro / decor interior design. They have a band performing live music at certain time if you’re lucky. Lively atmosphere at night, elegant and quiet in the morning. My favourite thing about this place is that I always feel welcomed - no matter if you’re ready to spend some fortune or just getting a coffee.

I recently had a quick lunch at the Asian restaurant at The Ned and came away generally pleased. The atmosphere was a highlight, creating a comfortable yet stylish environment that made for a pleasant meal. The food was good, albeit not exceptional. While it satisfied the cravings, there was room for a more memorable culinary experience. It delivered on the basics, but didn't necessarily exceed expectations. Service was efficient, making it an ideal spot for a quick lunch. Overall, it's a place I'd return to, especially for the ambience. If you're in the area and looking for a solid dining option, it's worth a visit.

The concierge and room service staff were excellent. I had the best deep tissue massage ever from Emma in the spa. It was perfect. She has excellent training. There was never a second when I thought does this person know what they are doing. I can’t recommend her enough. It is difficult to find a massage therapist that is this good.

What a fantastic hidden gem of a hotel! Multiple bars and restaurants! Excellent happy hour scene with live music. Mostly populated with Americans so if London is your first visit this may be a good place to stay and get your bearings. Once you stay there will be no other hotel that compares.

The Ned (the bar part, not the hotel) is more than a bar. The architecture is stunning, it’s a huge ex-bank from the 20s I believe. A great open space with several bars dispersed and a central stage for live jazz. I’ve been a few times to the private members Vault downstairs, which I don’t think is worth it personally, it’s cramped and not that impressive. It’s really the upstairs with the general public which is grandiose! It’s a super fancy place to bring non-Londoners if you want to impress!

First impressions, this place is absolutely stunning. We went for dinner at the parlour on a Saturday when the cabaret was on, great entertainment from the singing to the burlesque performer. The food was good as was the service. Definitely worth it for a special occasion (as it does cost a few quid).

Been here a handful of times with my partner and always have a pleasant (but over priced) experience. My last visit with a friend ended up a disaster with conflicting information between front and side entrance staff alongside misleading information from reception staff several hours prior to our arrival. Forceful door staff and dismissive treatment reminded me of a UK holiday resort as appose to a respectable venue. Very poor

100% we will be back to this hotel when we return to London. Service and housekeeping is absolutely mind blowingly perfect. Amenities in our room we fantastic. Cool decor. We stayed in the Heritage Suite which isn't inexpensive but you definitely feel like your money was well spent. Lovely in every possible way. I'd give it 6 out of 5 stars if I could!!

Visited for a week from NYC after frequenting the Ned in the city, we were so pleased with our experience. The staff was beyond lovely and accommodating, so many great restaurants in-house and the spa amenities were next level. The rooms had every single product you could need, they really thought of every detail. While the rooms were not cheap by any means, the quality surpassed the cost and definitely worth every dollar!

Had dinner at the Ned after a recommendation from a good friend on my first night in London. Enjoyed the vibe and ambiance - people of all ages, some chilling and enjoying an evening drink, others dancing to the live music, some folks dining as a couple, and some in groups. I understand that there are 4 different establishments for drinks and food in the lobby of the Ned. The Ned was an old back converted into a hotel. It has a grand feel about it. I really enjoyed it, so much so that I found myself back there for a night cap or just to chill and vibe a few more times during my visit! The Ned lounge area is a must try for sure!!

Lovely setting and great atmosphere in a building with amazing character. A higher end option for good drinks and food in the Bank area with great live music in the evening. My partner worked from the foyer in the day and said it was a good quiet setting to take meetings and calls, and had plugs available on certain tables.

WOW! What a place this is. The building is fantastic and the way that they have kept and incorporated a lot of the original features is great (you must look at the BIG safe downstairs). Great atmosphere in the lobby with lots going on (bars and live bands). A wonderful place.

One of London's most iconic hotels (also a branch in NYC and Doha). Set in a bank's former HQ, it's Victorian-Edwardian grandeur shines through still in its architecture, atmosphere and service. A plethora of different restaurants, cafes and bars in the former banking hall downstairs. Millie's does a great-value afternoon tea. Visit the old vault in the cellar next to the toilets!

The Ned is with walking distance to the Tate Modern and Tower Bridge (and St Paul's cathedral) and right on the underground's Central Line which can take you to many areas of interest. There are multiple restaurants/bars at the hotel and my girlfriend and I (and my cousin who was not staying at the hotel) were able to try most of them during the short stay we had (would recommend The Vault and The Parlour on the lower level) thanks to the staff's impeccable hospitality. The rooms are clean and special attention is paid to creating a vintage atmosphere which I appreciated. We had permission to use the spa which included a swimming pool, steam room and sauna, a quiet room as well as other services and I was very content with the massage I received from Nina who also gave me tips on how to keep my muscles relaxed in my upcoming return flight to New York. Overall the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and valued and we would highly consider staying at The Ned on our next trip to London.

I loved everything about this hotel. The only thing that will stop me going back, is the live music was so loud I couldn't hear a thing any of the staff said to me. We couldn't hear anything our family said through any of the meals. I love the decor and I could tell the staff were amazing. The feel was imagine someone turned Gringotts into a hotel.

This unique hotel and club is locate it in Bank Station. It use to be the old bank of England but currently is working now as a luxury hotel and iconic and exclusive club. As is keep the building architecture you can find a cocktail bar inside of the old safe in the bank. It has a great selection of restaurants and offer life music. In another hand has rooms that they have a classic style and is always historical background. Please know that not all the service are available for everyone as is also a private club so please ask the staff what will be available for you to enjoy if you are visiting for the first time. One of the best ideas is to book in advance for a Sunday brunch or afternoon tea and the service is high quality.

Great place to see and be seen...if you like that kind of thing, which living in sleepy suburbia we do! Service was very attentive and polite from the doorman to the waiters inside. Also architecturally fascinating. Go and see the vault in the basement!

A very grand, imposing building with a lavishly decorated interior. This place oozes luxury with a variety of bars and restaurants contained within. Attracts quite a mix of people, all socialising in the same environment. I really enjoyed the vibe. Can get very busy and sometimes difficult to get in, I would recommend making a booking.

The NED is unquestionably the best location for having your business meets for membership holders. The service there is alright but definitely could be better. The location is the most ideal as it is in the bank area right in the heart of financial district. Just tried beverages and drinks and was alright. The rooms are very contemporary and cozy.

Grand and beautiful hotel with some fun “old London” room features, but difficult place to grab a cab bc of location at intersection (and cab issues in general due to Covid, plus underground was not behaving when we were there), and food choices are limited in this area. We booked the “crash pad” - it was too small for 2 people (that’s prob on us for booking it). I also got the feeling the room itself was not designed for female travelers - no room to hang a medium length dress, and lighting was terrible. But the toiletries are lovely, the shower is excellent, there’s a flat iron, and the service is awesome. Just picky complaints.

Amazing hotel, beautiful ambience. Breakfast was delicious. Live bands throughout the day, playing both fun, dancing songs to mellow acoustic songs. Stunning. Cowshed products for both hair, bath, body and hands, absolutely everything you might possibly need for an elegant and cosy hotel stay. Staff were courteous, attentive and very welcoming. Well done to the Ned. We will definitely stay again.

Absolutely lovely hotel, room was fantastic a lovely comfortable bed well stocked mini bar etc and fabulous choice of shower gels and hair products. We had the Ned's Sunday Feast which was acceptable, but certainly would not have a diet coke again £11 for a 200ml bottle is a total rip off. But overall we had a lovely time.

Literally one of the nicest places in London. Incredibly relaxing atmosphere with musicians playing on a round podium. The ceiling is about two floors tall, it's very grand. The lighting is low and soothing which alot of establishments don't pay attention to. A fantastic selection of drinks. Every inch of this place oozes class. Will definitely be back.

This is a great place, I really enjoyed the atmosphere. We ate in the parlour, limited menu options, but to me this is a good thing. My Parsnip soup starter was great, the NYC strip was superb. Great jazz set played in the background. I enjoyed it here, certainly recommend!

First time I have visited the Ned and I have to say I was pretty impressed with the whole experience. It is such an iconic building and they have turned it into something special. The atmosphere was fantastic and they even had a band playing on a small platform. It was extremely busy with the whole Christmas buzz.

Went here for lunchtime cocktails. Cocktails were nice, but the place was practically empty and quite soulless. It's a beautiful venue....an old bank with loads of the original features still in tact including The Vault downstairs. Worth a visit for the fantastic decor but needs a lot more bums on seats there.

Had such a lovely time at Millie’s Restaurant with my sister last week. We had an amazing afternoon tea and we were looked after personally by Bianca , who is so friendly and welcoming and she couldn’t do enough for us. We had extra Chips before our tea then after our tea extra sandwiches . She really is such a nice person with great people skills. The ambiance was amazing and can’t wait to go back before Christmas .

Fun hall with bars and restaurants with live music near Banks Underground station. There are several dining options to choose from including Italian, Japanese, American and international. Folks here are typically dressed up and out for a fun night on the town. Reservations are recommended if you want to ensure a table when at time of preference. There are several bars here to select from. Local was a former bank and you can see vault which is now used as a conference room downstairs.
