The male staff at the lobby was very helpful and friendly. He did his best to give us an early check-in, helped with our luggage’s under the rain. We could feel his hospitality. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are not small. The district is convenient that we could get to the metro or bus in 3 minutes.

Incredible location with fabulous staff! Best long pillows as well. Bottles of water for guests as they leave and great concierge. Really fabulous to have a drink before going out. They have great aperols in huge glasses. Great for any type of guest, have stayed here numerous times and will continue to.

Fantastic babysitter, incredible staff, perfect location. The elegant bar in the Capital next door offers a connoisseur's selection of sought after spirits, cocktails and oysters too. These two sister hotels provided us with the heartfelt comfort and warmth of home. We did not witness a single crack - the doorman was charming, as were the reception staff, the breakfast team and the lady that cared for our room. Faultless.

We went to The Metro, the restaurant owned by The Levin just downstairs from the hotel. The experience was fantastic. We came for happy hour and received 2 glasses of wine and a small plate of nachos for 8 pounds. Afterwards we ordered food (goat cheese salad, crab linguine, and sirloin) which was delicious. Though I have to say the best part of our experience was our server, Kamil. He went out of his way to make us comfortable and feel welcome (he even gave us chargers for our phones). I would highly recommend The Metro for anyone looking for a great dining experience!

Amazing boutique hotel in an excellent location. Modern rooms with lots of space. Lots of special touches such as bath salts and pastries in the reception for breakfast which really helped us unwind and relax and enjoy our stay. 2 minute walk to knightsbridge tube station on the piccadilly line.

The hotel is clean, modern, and a very nice place to stay. It's in a great location. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. So far, our trip here has been wonderful!

Very nice hotel near Harrods and Harvey Nics. Friendly staff. Quirky old fashioned lift. Complimentary bottle of wine a nice touch.

Nice courteous place. We had the whole restaurant for tea. Many satisfied costumers.
