The best hotel in London, the hotel interior is modern, clean, trendy and everything else is absolutely excellent. They have great room service and breakfast, not to mention they have the most friendly-atmosphere bar, Jack Speak. The bar has a vibrant decor and great range drinks selection. Highly recommend !! *By the way this was a year ago I wouldn’t want to mislead as this hotel is currently still closing due to Covid-19. Hope they will back ok business again real soon!

It’s a great hotel, my last stay was in January 2020 and it’s been closed since March due to the coronavirus so I hope it reopens. The service is excellent and it has very nice rooms. They do a good breakfast

The hotel is a couple minutes walk from the South Quay DLR station and about 15 minutes walk from the Canary Wharf underground station so it's quite easy to get to anywhere from it. The lobby is modern, clean and the staff are very welcoming. The room is a good size and includes everything you might need, from a safe to a flat screen TV. The bathroom is fairly simple but modern. The breakfast is made to order so takes a little while longer to be brought to you than usual hotel breakfasts but tastes very good. The breakfast staff are also very friendly and polite. Overall a very good stay and can highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for accommodation in the Canary Wharf area.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend break. Car park was simple to find... (although you have to get out of your car to push the buzzer to speak to reception). The overall design of the hotel & reception is very modern but with an artistic touch. We were met with a very warm welcome, and actually upgraded to one of their largest suites as our room was not ready. The room was stunning, had every amenity you could think of (coffee machine etc.)...the bed was super comfortable and the shower was great! The health spa and gym is also of a high standard! Would absolutely recommend this Hotel.

A beautiful hotel, warm and inviting. Staff are polite and friendly. Rooms are well sized and excellently furnished. The food was well prepared and presented, seasoned well and not over cooked. 24 hour gym access as standard to the guessed was a nice touch. Specialist beers available and a wide selection of spirits. I will be a repeat visitor here.

Awful customer service, after booking two rooms on 14 February 2020 for two night stays for the London Marathon we are still waiting for a refund, at first we were told 14 days, and then 30 days and now not till the end of the year for the refund of £764. As a business owner myself you don't treat customers in this way or not refund two rooms. I am sure they have furloughed the staff and even had bounce back loan's so why hold onto customers money is poor management and customer service from the business. All businesses and individuals have been effected by Covid so we are all in the same boat of lost bookings and clients but you measure a company by the actions of such events and how they treat clients in such times, to say funds owed can't be returned till the end of the year is unacceptable and disgusting. The hotel, the manager and the group should be appalled with themselves.

We had been traveling for 24 hours when we discovered that a company had scammed us out of our room. The Hilton welcomed us to their lobby. Brought us snacks on the house and took great care of us while we worked out our reservation issue with the other hotel! The manger was kind, courteous, and generous! It’s a beautiful hotel with a tremendous staff!

This was my first experience with Hilton's Curio Collection portfolio and I was immensely impressed with my experience. Great location, 5 minutes from the DLR line. The staff upon check in were friendly and helpful (and, as a Diamond Member, I received a very nice room upgrade). The entire hotel is tastefully designed and decorated. The onsite bar, Jack Speak, has an old school, ship themed interior with leather couches and excellent cocktails. The pool area is perfect for relaxing with both a sauna and steam room. The only slight downside of the stay was the quality of the breakfast (poached eggs and toast were overcooked). Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and recommend to friends and colleagues.

A bright, clean and modern hotel well placed for Canary Wharf and all that has to offer. The staff here are wonderful and were more than helpful without being intrusive. Our room was spacious with ample storage, a good sized bathroom and as expected in a hotel of this quality, very clean and comfortable. About a 10 minute walk from the tube and 5 minutes from South Quay on the DLR.

Absolutely fantastic hotel I was looking for somewhere reasonable in London to stay and this hotel is relatively new, has a gym, pool and meeting rooms. It’s rather close to the O2, one tube stop from memory. The staff were lovely, the rooms decent size and the hotel had a lovely boutique feel to it.
