This is one where past reviews really don’t make sense. Venue was crazy loud, service was poor to non-existent. You are supposed to order at the table via an app, that took forever. I noticed most just ordering at the bar. My wife ordered a bowl with salmon and the salmon was fried (with the skin on) not grilled. Food was gross, drinks were just beer so hard to mess that up. There are lots of better pubs in this area, you should go there instead.

Bad customer service, cold food, rude staff, what must the tourists think of us . And more to the point why should we accept this as locals. Not cheap and even if it was why would someone pay to wait 20 minutes for there food to turn up cold.. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Also sitting in the Dark because the bulbs don't work . Where is the Top man to complain to . Being served by ladies that have 0 customer service and are not interested in anything other than saying that there job does not involve working in the kitchen.

What’s your favourite pub food? After the team meeting in Covent Garden, I and my teammates went @allbarone to have lunch. I’ve been here before for drinks but never try their food. I was impressed they had quite a lot of food choices. As we had 6 people, we ordered few starters to share. @allbarone 📍 19 Henrietta St, London WC2E 8QH WHAT WE GOT 🧀Halloumi Fries 🍗Karaage Sticky Chicken 🍟Trio of Fries 🥟Duck Gyoza 🥗Chicken & Avocado Salad Halloumi Fries seasoned with smoked paprika and saffron aioli. It’s a perfect snack for beer and wine. Love it 🥰 Karaage Sticky Chicken with sesame seeds, chilli, spring onion & chipotle jam. Chicken breast was used so the texture was a bit dry but the sauce was fantastic. Trio of Fries included two potato fries (1- smoked paprika & aioli 2- Parmesan cheese, truffle oil & rosemary) & one sweet potato fries (sour cream & Ras-El-Hanout spice). I love truffle so the second one was my favourite. 🥰🥰🥰 Chicken & Avocado Salad included various vegetables with a creamy lemon dressing. It had raw sugar snaps which I normally stir-fried it. I took my mom and my family from the US, decided to eat supper here yesterday. We were not informed that we should take the drinks by ourselves. Then this Asian employee was so rude to us. At 1638, He almost threw the drinks and even spilled one of the glasses did not even bothered to go back and wipe the soaked table. And even said “ I just took the drinks here and you should take it with you.” Good thing the other employees were polite to wipe our tables. This person should not work if he is already tired because impressions are impressions especially with tourists. He is very rude and disrespectful. It doesn’t mean that we’re Asians we should be treated differently, he was the rudest person we ever encountered here in England. ( to think he is even Asian.)If he can’t provide decent or humane customer service then he should quit! If you don’t want to work, then don’t work! Hire someone who is committed and professional enough to deal with stress.

Firstly the decor inside this ABO is beautifully done. Xmas season decorations are up. Silus our bartender who served us was really friendly and suggested cocktails - even managing to swap one that had run out for something similar. Great service by the the team I’d thoroughly recommend coming here to escape the madness of Covent Garden shopping or to enjoy a drink. Great whiskey sour too!

I’ve been to a few all bar one’s, as I find they consistently have a good atmosphere and top notch drinks, but this has been the best! The drinks were lovely, the bar was plenty spacious and our server Dom was quick, friendly and stylish! Would definitely recommend!

We visited All Bar One for a bottomless brunch on a Sunday and it was just perfect. We choose this place as they offer a wide range of drinks in the bottomless offer, from the classic Prosecco to gin & tonic to Flavoured Daiquiris. The food choice are classical brunch platter, portions are a bit small. The bottomless brunch is overall an extremely good value for what they offer. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly, a massive thanks to Camila and Umberto- amazing service! Cannot wait for the next time :)

Duchess was the most amazing host ever. She is honestly the reason I would come back. I felt valued and looked after and she is the best at her job. A great display of excellent service. Silus, our bartender, talked us through menu and asked what spirits we liked. He created a bespoke old fashioned with hazelnut syrup, after I told him how much I enjoyed hazelnuts and a whiskey sour for my friend. If you’re in town, you must check it out.

Brilliant time before we visited the theatre. Food great and fast even when busy. Our server Lars was attentive, friendly and helpful; a credit to the branch. Will definitely visit again !! :) <3

I recently experienced exceptional service at All Bar One restaurant, thanks to the outstanding waiter named Duchess. Her attention to detail, warm demeanor, and prompt service significantly enhanced our dining experience. Duchess went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, making the evening truly memorable. I highly recommend this establishment, especially for the impeccable service provided by Duchess.

We had a brilliant brunch, thank you, and we’re really well catered for and looked after by our waiter. The booking was straightforward, and while I was having difficulty pinning down numbers, your flexibility was really appreciated. The food was really good, and the drinks.. well, just awesome really, and amazing value. Thanks so much!

We came here for a friends birthday last minute. They were very generous with the drinks and Gabbie our waitress was wonderful. Gabbie made sure my friend felt special on his birthday and really heighten the experience. We will definitely visit again for special occasions.

My partner and I went to all bar one in Covent garden for a date and Gabriella was amazing. The service was incredible and customer service was the best i have ever experienced in an all bar one! Gabrielle should be given a pay rise or promotion as we will return more if she will be here with her big smile to welcome us!

Unbeatable service at this bar. It may be small but it is way better than all the better bars that are around. Had amazing service from a bartender called Charley who knew everything about the menu and exactly what to recommend (and I can be a picky customer sometimes 😂). Will definitely be returning! 100/10 would recommend to everybody to come here for a drink or food or both!! All staff are lovely ❤️

Decent All Bar One in the heart of London. Great if you have been to Leicester Square and want to get away from the main crowds for a bit. Also a short walk to a number of transport hubs like Charing Cross station and a few underground stations. When we turned up we have our name as we had booked and the staff member on the door had a laugh and joke with us to make us feel welcome. Can order drinks off the app so you don't have to get up or ask a staff member, so you can enjoy your night without having to take breaks from your friends. Decent selection of beers and cocktails available, most of the fan favourites, so if you're new to the bar scene it's a very good place to start off. Does get very hot inside so if you're a naturally hot person like myself, might be worth trying to get a place nearer the door so you can cool off with the breeze when it's opened.

A good place for reasonably priced drinks in busy London. A lovely outdoor area with fairylights and heaters. Staff were friendly and the drinks were nice, however, the glasses weren't in a great condition - they were smudged and had some residue from the dishwasher left in them. An easy fix.

Nice, friendly and clean restaurant. Service was quite good. Here you have to order and pay using QR code. Fish and chips was very good 😋

Had a late Sunday breakfast here. Although we were told on entry there was a half-our wait everything was prompt. Service could not have been more friendly, the staff were so charming. Very reasonably priced too. Can't speak too highly of this place.

Food was amazing and filling. The bottomless brunch was well worth the money. The service was good. Kate was the best, along with Gabrielle who was very attentive.

A very pleasant experience. The pub was almost at full capacity yet the waiter at our table, Gabi, did an excellent job of taking our orders and seeing when we need to refill. Fully recommend checking it out!

My husband and I came in on our last day in London. Peter was absolutely fantastic. He gave us great recommendations and he was incredibly friendly. We had a full English breakfast, which was amazing with the brown sauce recommended by Peter. I would highly recommend stopping in! I only wish we went sooner!

Frankie has been brilliantly attending us. He had excellent suggestions and was checking up on us as soon as the food or drinks were about to finish. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very calm as well

My friend and I had a great time here. We were able to book last minute and the staff were very accommodating. We were served by Duchess who was incredible and so nice to us. They kept refilling out drinks without needing to ask and we had such an amazing time here. The food was brilliant and drinks even better!!! Highly recommended

Was here for a bottomless brunch. Kaspar was incredible, provided us the best customer service ever, and his co worker was so entertaining, we loved every minute and the service was 20/10. The food was great, the drinks were flowing and we will definitely be back!

The cocktails were expertly crafted, showcasing a perfect balance of flavors. The atmosphere was vibrant yet not too loud, making it an ideal spot for both socializing and unwinding. I highly recommend this bar for a memorable night out.
