This place is an absolute embarrassment. I’m guessing the management changed recently? Understaffed, half empty shelves, the QR codes on the menus will charge you but no one gets the order. They’ll cancel your booking, ruin your party with their poor planning. We booked the bar out two separate nights for convention in town with people flying in from all over the world and they were clearly unprepared both nights. Maybe this place is alright for a mediocre weeknight drink, but don’t ask for anything too fancy, like an espresso martini or an old fashioned; they have neither the ingredients nor the knowledge to make basic drinks.

Really lovely place and atmosphere. However the food wasn’t that great, had the fried chicken and chips. The chicken was super Salty, which ruined the taste but the texture was lovely. I thought the portion of chips would be bigger but it looked no more than a handful. To top it off the chicken was served on a piece of dry semi toasted bread? Not sure why it was there in the first place.

We popped in for a quick drink and bite to eat, and ended up staying over two hours. The vibe in this bar was on point, the service from the friendly attentive Staff was first class. We ordered our food which arrived promptly and looked scrumptious, we were not disappointed, it was delicious 😋 I can’t recommend this bar highly enough, we will definitely be back. 5 Stars plus.

I'm showing my age. Too loud. Don't go here for a quiet pint. Burger was top notch but smallest portion of chips I have ever seen. They serve Siren ale so not all bad. Staff were great though.

We found this little gem of a pub after a long day of shopping. Couldn’t recommend it higher. Shane, Gracy and Ana were so welcoming and charming. We’ll definitely be back. ps: Thanks for the beer recommendation Shane, it’s our new favourite English IPA!

I visited The Finery yesterday and was definitely not disappointed. The food was so fresh and tasted delicious and the cocktails were out of this world!! The atmosphere was great and all staff were so friendly and helpful. The decor inside was spacious and lovely. It was spotlessly clean. I would wholeheartedly recommend The Finery to everyone. I will definitely be going back soon. Thanks again

A very nice and spacious pub just off the main tourist routes. There is a great selection of drinks at a very reasonable price. There is a good amount of seating upstairs and downstairs.

We really enjoyed this pub. Visited on a Sunday, and it was very quiet, but the food was wonderful. Best steak I have had for a long time. The staff were lovely as well. So friendly and helpful.

A very friendly bar to have a bite to eat, food is excellent quality for the price. Not a ripoff like most places in the area. A wide selection to chose from. A varied selection of drinks something for everyone. Also spotless which is always a plus A welcome break in tranquil settings form the hustle and bustle of Oxford street. Just what we needed to grab a late afternoon meal today. Loved the fried chicken. Best strips we’ve had in a long time. Fish & Chips also hit the spot. Comfy pub environment. Nice people.

Popped into the Finery on Monday 21st. Was an amazing experience everything from food to cleanliness was superb. The staff were fab and always worked with a smile on their face. Will be going back again and definitely would recommend to friends and family.

This is a very nice-looking bar restaurant. I was very surprised to see it has a very good space everywhere. Downstairs has a pretty good-looking space for driking and dancing, maybe? The decoration is quite very appealing. Upstairs, there are some long high tables and comfy couches. At the corner, I spotted an intimate-like area next to the stairs. Spite the very high air conditioning and the noise of broken dishes and glasses at least 3 or 4 times (I thought we were in a Greek restaurant 😁) we had a great time. The selection of music was great! 🎶 This place is very near picadilly Circus and Oxford Street. Have a nice drink with your family and friends in this trendy place.

Located just off the main hustle and bustle of Oxford Street lies this lovely Greene King pub. Plenty of varied spaces either in the main bar, in the comfy lounge or downstairs (which you can hire for parties). We popped in for lunch and both had burgers which were fabulously tasty. Service was excellent and Lara really looked after us. A real find and somewhere we will definitely return to. Dog friendly too.

I was in town for a meeting last week and called into this venue for lunch with three colleagues. It was supposed to be a quick lunch and off to the train home but 4 hours later Shane and the whole team were so welcoming and hospitable nothing was too much trouble. Great venue, great menu and even better staff …. We will be back merry Christmas 🎄

Used to come here for drinks with friends during my uni days. Back now as a professional that sometimes "works from home" here. The food has SERIOUSLY improved. The Finery has a new menu and god damn everything on it is pretty delicious. Their burgers actually taste pretty gourmet, and the new "dirty fries" bags are perfectly cooked fries with really nice sauces and seasonings. If you're hungry, the food is a little bit expensive. But considering how tasty it is, it's definitely worth the cost. Drinks are standard London prices and they have a large selection of spirits and beers. So it's always a good location for a 5pm after-work drink. Oh and the staff are super helpful too. Had a few issues with some of my work tech running out of power and the staff were able to let me borrow a few charging cables to get back online again. 10/10 would recommend this pub.

Stopped off at The Finery a couple of weeks ago for a Sunday roast. Shane, Lorenzo and the team did not disappoint. Good selection of IPAs and lagers too.

Great service, great atmosphere and the waffle fries with BBQ seasoning was absolutely amazing, strongly recommend. A few items were out of stock from the menu on the day but it didn't take away from the quality of the experience. Will be visiting again

Popped in before visiting’Swingers’ opposite. Ordered drinks which are very reasonably priced (considering it is just off Oxford Street!) However, specifically leaving feedback for Marianna who served us so pleasantly at the bar and also Nina who’s polite recommendations from the menu were spot on and accommodating! 10/10 👍🏻

It was my first time at The Finery and the experience was nothing less than amazing. The food was delicious and i was impressed by the quality. A special mention to my server Gracy is necessary. She made us try new drinks and suggested options which were actually fun to drink. The overall experience was great and i would highly recommend this place !

A great place for a tasty lunch. My vegetarian friend was impressed with the veggie options, especially with the Sweet potato kofta cups. A perfect location, just off Oxford Street. Friendly staff with a smile and catching "feel good" energy. Thank you Shane and The Team!

I’ve been frequenting The Finery for years and have always found it to be a bit of a hidden gem. Staff are always friendly and welcoming (particularly the owner Shane), the food is fantastic and the atmosphere just has a great vibe. Whether it’s for a quiet lunch pint or a evening drinks with friends, family, or clients: you can’t go wrong. Highly recommended!

Visited this pub last week while out in the west end. What a great little find, the staff could not have been more helpful, the menu and food sublime and great value for money. I’d definitely recommend this boozer to anyone wanting to take a load off and partake in a small libation and lunch. Well done to all the staff.

We’re lucky enough to call in and get a lunch time table for our family of five on the Monday of September Half Term school holidays. We were made to feel very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed the meals as recommended by the host. A very happy family visit. 👍
