Ordered the fonduta board as a sharing starter, pan fried sea bass for mains which was served with rainbow heritage carrots, garlic spinach and rosemary & sea salt chips, and a seafood butter sauce for pouring. I was underwhelmed and also hungry. 4* for the great customer service, and not for the food - which was ok but not the best.

It's absolutely warm and cosy place. Delicious food. Beautiful atmosphere. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Downstairs ares is even romantic.

We have to make reservations before going there as the host will not give you table even the outlet is not full! However the overall experience was good and satisfactory!! Food was delicious which was margarita pizza, pasta crips, calamari, and salmon salad. I also got to find varieties in drinks menu!! The prices were fairly affordable according to the quantity of the food!!! The outlet staffs were friendly too!! At the same time, I was able to redeem some discounts which was helpful. Staffs were polite! If you are in London, must visit restaurant!!! Definitely recommend!!!

Warm welcome, attentive service and good food made our dinner more enjoyable.

I have been at this restaurant numerous times in the past, would definitely say that food was really good on my most recent visit. We had Ravioli Di capra, king prawn linguine, seasoned chips, tiramasu dessert. Zizzi has slightly increased the portion size (still not massive) as compared to earlier (smaller portion).

Raw salmon, terrific broccoli. Coming here for a quick lunch (having available on that day only 50 minutes) and order a salmon and a portion of green beans and broccoli. Salmon arrived really cold in the middle and the broccoli has been served with asparagus instead. The only things I was able to eat was only the broccoli. Totally disappointed. The only good thing was the check : they removed my salmon and my broccoli and they made me to pay only for drinks.

A Nice surprise near Oxford street to have lunch. Prices are very reasonably for the food you get and the region you are in. We thought it was such a good deal we came back the next day to have lunch again. The house pizza is huge!

We were sat at a table that hadn’t been cleaned yet. Then server puts in for a wrong dish. That is brought to us and waiter is confused why we’re not accepting the dish. I tell him that’s not what I ordered. Original server has disappeared. When the bill comes, the wrong dish is still on the bill. But Kate sorted it out in seconds. She’s amazing.

What a great to change to come to restaurant and be greeted by a friendly member of the staff. We visited with my friends on 7/11/23, early evening. Food was amazing,.we chose from the Xmas menu, the service was 5*, all staff members were very polite and smiley. Food was amazing too. Def will be back!!! Cherish these lovely people that work in there, people like that are like a gold dust 😊😊

Food was good, but service wasn’t. Took forever for people to get seated even though there were loads of empty seats everywhere. Feel like they need to sort out the seating order. And once sat down, they took over an hour for them to acknowledge us and take an order, even that was initiated by us, else would have taken longer for us told be looked at. Need to really improve this as lot of people ended up leaving. Due to this, we weren’t looking forward to the food as much and had a bad experience.

The Chocolate Melt was absolutely amazing. The Zillionaire's fudge cake was ooookay. The service was good. The atmosphere could do better with more private windows/tinting. It's very easy to see the inside from the outside.

A great place to go when convenient, I will say that I wouldn’t willingly pay for the service charge because as soon as you go and sit everything is done via scanning a code with your mobiles and ordering and paying all done virtually. Barely any interactions with the staff. But the food was decent, I enjoyed the prawns and pizza. I’d say a little overpriced for what you get.

Food was pretty good . No complaints but one of the dishes was very spicy hot and would be a benefit to mention this on the menu. Unfortunately the service was very poor. Left our starter dishes on the table and despite being very quiet every time a waitress walked past did not notice that we had finished them . After about half an hour a waitress brought our main courses and tried to squeeze them on the table with the dirty plates . When I politely asked if she could take them away she then developed a real attitude problem. Also the toilets were filthy .

Staff are nice and the food come quickly. Nothing very special about it, standard service. The food is ok. The toilets were a bit dirty.

Very freindly and helpful staff they helped me to chose from the menu because I was visiting restaurant 1st time. Now it is my most favourite place to have lunch. Bone apptie.

Good quality italian food, and generose portions. Very nice cocktails and tasty food. There are very interesting vegan and vegetarian options. there is a folder with every alergy item in each item of the menu.

Although it's a chain the food was great but above all that the service was absolutely excellent, they were responsive and took extra care to check my order as a vegan as I had to order online because the restaurant was full.
