Awful experience. Waited long to be seated, and longer to have the food, which came burned; and in a quite small portion! They even didn't bring the whole order so we eventually got a refund on what wasn't served. Very slow service, staff shouting in the kitchen, very dirty "common" toilets! The only shiny thing in this misery was a Tunisian waiter who really did his best; the Lebanese waitress was alright as well, but at the end of the day sweet talk won't make you feel full. My 1st and last time there; one star is far more than what they deserve.

Tbh, food was meh and service was even worst. It seemed they didn't know what they were doing. Kept bringing the wrong order to our table, we had to ask for cups after the waitress left the jug of water at the end of the table with no cups and went off. We had to ask multiple times for the card machine to pay our bills. Save your money and find somewhere better as they operate on a very rude service. Only reason why I gave it a star is because of the free bread and sauces you get as a starter but food itself is tasteless and quite disappointing.

My husband and I were in London for a few days and decided to find a Moroccan place. We picked Sidi Marouf randomly based on the decor thru the window, lol. We were pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was! We ordered hareera soup and chicken bastilla for appetizers. Both were delicious, but the soup was probably the best hareera I have ever had at a restaurant! For our main course, my husband had the couscous with chicken and I had the chicken tagine. The couscous was good, but not anything special. The chicken tagine was wonderful and was served piping hot! We also had the freshly made fruit cocktail juice, which reminded me of summers spent visiting the Mediterranean coast. For dessert, we had the "Moroccan tea" and "bastilla bil halib," which was flaky phyllo sheets layered with qishta cream and drizzled with honey and nuts. It was absolutely divine. It took 30 minutes to make because it is baked to order, so make sure you order it while you are eating dinner! The Moroccan tea was the only disappointing part of our evening. It tasted like a cheap tea bag and I didn't taste any mint in it at all.

SO so really not that great food and portions not big neither. It is nice touch that you get free fruits at the end bit and the complimentary dip was actually nice however main courses bit bland and expensive. This is one you would not have missed anything if you haven’t tried it.

Goo and quick service. The decor was nice. I had the roast lamb with rice and it was good though could've been a little warmer. Toilets were nice. Prices were reasonable. They gave us some lovely treats afterwards.

Visited Beirut Express for dinner tonight and came away feeling let down. We have not visited the place before so went in expecting a good Mediterranean menu with punchy tastes and great service. But the food wasn't upto the mark and uninspiring and the service was a big disappointment. The pricing was not worth the food on offer and a mandatory 12.5% service charge for service that's not even worth talking about is outrageous.

The saorma wrap is a killer! Very good especially the lamb wrap. Also tabouleh very tasty. A bit pricey but it worth it.

Very good food. Can do shisha outside seating. Not to be confused with Maroush express, which is a different place.

😠 I regret going there. Not good quality. Not tasty. Expensive. Long wait. I paid £7.70 for a vegetarian noodle stir-fry with just one veg and tofu. I could easily make it much better at home for much much less. They don't look like they're environmental friendly too. A lot of plastic use. Stop giving...
