Great little attraction, lots of laughs! Perfect for children. We visited as 2 adults but I think my children would love it, it’s over fairly quickly but it’s probably the right length of time to keep the attention of young ones. Characters were really good actors and great at improvising too. A pleasant experience overall and would definitely visit again with the children!

It's definitely fun for the little ones and Shrek fans. Need more effects. Wish the bus was shaking and making noises. The best part was when we met Pinocchio and in jail. Personally, i think that the price is too much for what is offered. No waiting time.

Really great experience.. my 5 year old and me both enjoyed it so much! I would say it is suitable slightly older than 5 as there were some children start crying from the start of the magic bus which is actually good fun but there’s explosion scene and water spray to the children that may frighten younger children and also no 3D glasses provide which is the down side. All the Character has done an amazing job and all the children took their part in. Really happy seeing the interaction between the staff and the children. The only part made me feel a bit uncomfortable was the photo shooting part at the start of adventure as it did feel a bit rush and pushy and the photo book is pricey as you already pay so much for the entry. I got a better deal from discount-London.com so which is not too bad. Other than that the adventure is perfect.

Today we visited Shrek Adventure, myself my wife and 6yr old twins enjoyed the adventure. For the minute you enter the attraction it is highly themed and interactive. The magic bus tour is fantastic and the effects are very cleaver. The lands you pass through in your search for shrek are brilliant! The actors and actresses are outstanding and add to the magic of attraction. I highly recommend giving this attraction a visit.

An absolutely amazing day out!!! I went with my mother to shreks world of adventures today and it really was a great day!! 💚 The tours were great, the dancing was very fun! And the bus ride was awesome aswell 💚 The pricing for the tickets was very good and affordable, I can say I am impressed with what I seen and experienced! It was a great day out and I want to return again 💚💚💚 And the actors were great!

We arrived for our scheduled slot however we had to wait for about 30 minutes in a queue before the tour started. The kids were very impatient as they simply didn’t understand why we were waiting and we also had no clue, as we weren’t informed why. Once inside, the kids (and us adults) loved it from the beginning. We had been doing a Shrek marathon in the lead up to our visit so the kids were well psyched up for it and understood what was happening. The bus experience was really cool, which again we all loved. The rest of the tour was also interactive (but of dancing, chanting…) and each of my kids were given something to hold for the next room(all part of the story). At the end, there’s an opportunity to pay for the photos taken. We got the book and digital copies for £30 which is quite pricey, however my kids have gone through the book quite a few times since. So it’s a nice souvenir. I’m glad I didn’t go by the reviews and went ahead and booked. As we went to the aquarium before this and the kids were not that impressed. Overall it was a good experience but I wouldn’t be returning due to the price. It’s very expensive for what it is even though we did enjoy ourselves. By the way my kids are 4,4,6 and it was perfect for them. They didn’t find it dark and they weren’t scared by anything at all.

Book online ahead of time to save some money! You get punished for doing this spur-of-the-moment. Regardless, our kiddos had a blast. We got lucky as both got selected to participate and it was the talk of the rest of the trip. Hats off to the team of actors, too! They were excellent—especially the bloke who played the Ugly Step Sister! Name starts with a D but I can’t recall. He was FANTASTIC. He and the young lady who played Fiona did great American accents so we appreciated a touch of home! A few British works snuck through but we think it made it even more special. Another nod to the gentleman who played Thelonius because his accent was HILARIOUS. He intentionally called my daughter by a boy’s name and it had us laughing for the next hour. If you have kids, this is a great experience. My only recommendation (besides cost which can’t be helped in a place like London) is to have the bus be mobile. There was a moment or two when we felt a little nauseous because the screen surrounded but the bus was immobile. The 4-D piece of wind, water, and mice (brace yourselves!) were huge pluses as well that helped us to forget about the bus. Overall, definitely recommend. We’ll be talking about this one for a long time!

So cool experience, my kids and I had so much fun ! We just love Shrek’s world ( I don’t have pictures of the inside as we were not allowed to take picture but it allowed us to enjoy more ! )

An excellent couple of hours on this tour, great for families and kids definitely worth a visit. The only downfall is that at the end of the tour is that we all should get back on the bus back too London as the ending is dull.

Staff amazing - need loos at the end as only at the start, if you have kids with you this isn't ideal. Prices of photos were a massive disappointment though. No lockers so you have to pay £5 per bag at the London Eye Box Office to store them as you can't take them round.

Shrek’s Adventure is AMAZING! Fully immersive experience that is fun for all the family! Just over 1 hour on the magical tour to far far away! I don’t want to spoil the magic so just go and visit, you won’t regret it! The whole family loved it and want to go back!

Absolutely amazing!!! The tour passed my expectations!! Tour was just over a hour or so but felt like we were in the tour alot longer. Children and adults were involved in parts and the characters didn't break character! One of the highlights was a mirror maze which had us laughing for ages as we couldn't work out how to get out! Definitely for all ages! No photos or videos can be taken on tour but photos can be bought at end. Would definitely go back! Thankyou for a fantastic afternoon!

Had the best time today, so much things to do and see. A great interactive journey for all ages. We purchased the picture bundle at the end to mark out time at Shrek Adventure and was pleasantly surprised at the value for money and the contents included. Overall I would be more than happy to recommend to family and friends and hope to visit again soon.

Really enjoyed my morning at Shrek’s Adventure. Tickets booked through blue light card.. 3 attractions for £57!! After you got past the pictures at the start, the magical bus tour and all throughout the adventure was great! The characters all played the part really well, and the interaction between them and us as a group was great! Maybe they needed to put smaller groups through the attraction as in some rooms we were squashed close together, but all in all a really fun attraction and definitely worth the visit. Really recommend!

Loved it. The children 11-2 all enjoyed it as did the adults. Even pregnant I wasn't too uncomfortable walking around. Well planned out within the covid rules and a really enjoyable day.

Great experience for the kids. It's lovely and funny. My little one really enjoyed her time there. We went to a little maze but some lady was claustrophobic and was panicking. But then one of the actors playing sleeping beauty came to direct us to her section. Overall it was great! Use the toilets before the tour starts.

Absolutely fantastic! Be prepared to interact and have fun. I wish l could have captured my granddaughters face whilst we were going through, so precious 😍. Well thought out format particularly for disabled and we could bring the buggy through incase she got tired walking. Love, love, loved it!

I didn't know what to expect but OH MY GOSH. It's incredible. Great story, good interactions with the individuals. I absolutely loved it. A few notes: - there's only one toilet at the start - you cannot take pictures inside - buggies need to be left at the beginning (this is for free and secure). The story is great, the actors are so much fun and it didn't feel too long/too short. I'd definitely recommend.

This was okay, I wouldn't say amazing. Definitely one for the younger kids, I'd say 8 yrs and below. You are not allowed to take photos inside but plenty of opportunities to take photos before and after. The 4D cinema part at the beginning is good and you cannot fault the actors that take part. It was nice but I have to say our 10 year old left a bit deflated when it got to the end.

Management, characters, stage setting, and customary values are definitely 5 star; however, they still need to improve in following grounds. The travel started in a room where the LED was installed, it would be better if that LED is installed in the bus that got turned on after the chants. Moreover the seats were stagnant, which did not give the feel of reality. I am pointing it out because moving seats are now available to give the reality thrill.

This was our first time to Shrek Adventure London and it was fabulous! It was fun and exciting for the whole family (ages 9 to 74). The characters were fabulous, the interactions were / narratives were on point and the set designs were great. We went in thinking g this is going to be hokey and our daughter will love it - but the truth is, our whole family loved it and said it was our favourite part of the day! We also did * London Eye * Thames River Cruise * London Aquarium And we walked along the river side where the Covid-19 memorial hearts are. It is truly impactful! Highly recommend all!

Absolutely brilliant, loved the mice on the seats experience. I did notice that buggies are not allowed in, mum's need to carry the kids. I'm not sure if this is reflected when buying tickets. A must do again with the grand kids.

Purchased this as a multi pass with sealife to do with my children while my husband was doing business. The multi pass is Definitely worth getting in advance then on the day. Our ticket was for 12.15 but we were early and they let us in no problem which was great. No queues so we went straight in. My children and I loved it. The staff were great and the people as the characters were amazing they let the kids and adults join in to make everyone feel welcome. It was interactive and interesting and included other characters from Kung Fu Panda and how to train your dragon which my kids absolutely loved. Our favourite part was the 4s bus, it felt like it was moving when we weren't and my children loved feeling the wind and getting sprayed with water. Thank you for a great day, it only took about an hour to go around but with kids I feel that it was the perfect time so they didn't get bored or fed up. We had plenty of time to have lunch before going into sealife.

We have visited Shrek’s Adventure twice over the years and it remains a firm favourite with the kids! They love the immersive experience with the actors and donkeys narration. Some great photo Opportunities, and it’s very cleverly done so if you are at the back you’ll move round to the front of the next section to include everyone

Fantastic fun even for 2 adults ! We arrived before our time slot and was able to go straight in , once inside we were thrilled with the experience.... my son was even part of the show ! Great interactive place for shrek fans of all ages. We laughed from start to finish . We used tesco vouchers so was great value too. Well stocked gift shop at end.

It's OK but can't say we were to impress about the inside of the attraction. The people working there are really nice, they do their job with passion and make you feel nice and involve everyone in the play .We will definitely not be going there again .

My 4 year old loved it, he was amazed by seeing all of the characters, even virtual ones. The show lasts about 1h which I think is good enough for the little ones. Social distancing was in place and there were sanitising stations everywhere. Tickets worth the look of my boys face of joy and fun.

Excellent Riverboat trip down the Thames in the snow, our compere Ben Strathie did an outstanding job of keeping us informed & amused at all the sights as we cruised down the river. Well worth the money & a very educational experience.

  • 5/5 Leon H. 1 year ago on Google
Short and oh so sweet. I think all in all it’s an hour, but it is great value and hugely enjoyable. To give you an idea without ruining it, they seem to have taken a lot of ideas from what you’d do in a large theme park and packed them onto one condensed set of activities. So you get a 360 ride, a 4d experience, mini shows and some punch and just style interaction thrown in - truly a delight for the old and young alike.

  • 4/5 Kuldip S. 2 years ago on Google
Good experience through the shreks world. Kids enjoyed it. Marked down as tickets are expensive so make sure you use a voucher or Tesco clubcard vouchers to get it cheaper. Last about 60mins.

Took my daughter for a day out as she loves shrek. The overall experience is good the staff are good at what they do! Wish they would maybe have another bus journey at the end like they do at the Start of the experience. Photos at the end are expensive!

The adventure itself was great , the actors were really good . Not 5 stars because the staff members taking the pictures were very unprofessional wouldn't even wait 1minute for us to get ready so we were caught on camera removing mask, jackets what not , very rushed when was not even that busy considering this is a gold mine ( the money they charge for pictures ) Then when we went to buy them , staff just worried about taking your money. They wanted me to buy pictures without even putting them up for me to see it ,that's how much of attention they were given to customers.

Such a fun place to take children for a different day out. Worth paying a visit. Takes roughly 1 hr 20 or 30 mins. Staff are great.

  • 4/5 Priya P. 4 months ago on Google
The experience lasts about an hour which is quite expensive. We did get a discount from a promotion on Cadbury chocolate so that made it a lot more reasonable. They have limited space but have done a great job with what they have got. Each room was well thought out and the staff were all great. I took a 5 year old and 9 year old and both of them enjoyed it but did struggle to understand some of the staff when they were doing voices in character. Something for them to consider. Overall, a good family outing. We would recommend coming in the morning as it was much busier when we were leaving.

  • 4/5 Elizabeth C. 2 years ago on Google
Was better than I expected, thoroughly enjoyed by my 7yr old. Lasts around 1.5 hours so not too bad in terms of value for money. Gift shop really overpriced but most are so this was to be expected. Not impressed with the exit and queue for lifts, definitely need more or stairs as an alternative, just a crush of people and no queuing system as staff seemed more interested in selling visitors their photographs

  • 4/5 Alonit R. 2 years ago on Google
My 9 and 11 year olds do not speak English and partly enjoyed and at times felt it was very boring. Suitable for smaller children and English speakers.

  • 4/5 Manj B. 2 years ago on Google
Awesome tour for kids and adults. Il admit I had more fun than my little one. If your child loves Shrek then they will definitely enjoy this but bare in mind I went while there were covid restrictions in place which probably means the interaction with the crowd is considerably less. Still good fun though.

  • 5/5 M. S. 4 months ago on Google
Very enjoyable place. We went on an adventure on a bus to far far away that was driven by Donkey. The bus crashed into one of the witches so had to try to escape Rumpelstilskin who was seeking revenge. Very engaging. Phones were not allowed beyond a point. Need to book ahead though.

  • 3/5 Katherine B. 2 years ago on Google
An interesting place really. This had all the props and supporting story to be a really great attraction. We are three adults but my little sister is a child at heart and my partner and I love stuff like this. The part that really let the whole thing down was the actors. The ugly stepsister and the fortune teller were incredible but literally everyone else there looked like they didn't believe their own story and didn't want you to either. I know that merlin entertainments pay their staff very badly as a business so I do think that's why. Fiona at the finale made you feel sad to be around her. Pay your staff better and they will be happier at work guys!

  • 5/5 Natalie A. 2 years ago on Google
Good experience. Wasn't what I was expecting. Lots of waiting about to start off with once we had got in and took a while to get round to the start but good size groups for the sessions. Not too many people. Brilliant actors. Myself and fiancé came here for our London weekend away but we will definitely be back with our children. We know they'll love it. We obviously had to test it out to make sure they would love it first 😜
