This iconic symbol of London is worth visit. Bridge was opened 30 June 1894. It was thrilling to see London life through the Glass Floor and the engine rooms are worth visit. Views are also nice on the top. Tower Bridge Exhibition: "The exhibition charges an admission fee. Entrance is from the west side of the bridge deck to the northern tower, from where visitors ascend to level 4 by lift before crossing the high-level walkways to the southern tower. In the towers and walkways is an exhibition on the history of the bridge. The walkways also provide views over the city, the Tower of London and the Pool of London, and include a glass-floored section. From the south tower, visitors can visit the engine rooms, with the original steam engines, which are situated in a separate building beside the southern approach to the bridge."

Quite busy but the views, technology, history and scary glass bottom make it very interesting. Good tour guide, good atmosphere. First they show the 19thC mechanism of the drawbridge in the support tower, you climb the stairs and then you get to cross the river at about 25m high on a walkway with a partially glass bottom. Easy to reach by bike, subway, bus or on foot. Ventilation seems disappointing or absent so wear a mask if you don't like respiratory infections. Not cheap, but in London not many things are....

Nice tour. It takes you to the history and working of Tower Bridges. Tickets are quite reasonable and can be purchased on the spot. Self tour and there are no guides, however plenty of information to read in boards and watch in the videos while you tale the tour. Kids and adults can also enjoy walking on the glass floor once you reach to the top of the towers. Recommended 👍🏻

Interesting facts about life in the engine room. What power o t roadbridge which is today of course electric. Full engines in motion and interactive games for children. This is the extension of your Tower Bridge ticket. Don’t bin it like what we did without reading it 😂 It’s weird that it is in the gift shop and many people confused thinking they can go inside. There were road works and the noise we thought it’s part of the exhibition.

This is a great place to visit I really enjoyed seeing the moving parts on the engine and all the information available on everything was really good and easy to understand. There was nothing I didn't enjoy here and would recommend anyone to visit.

Fantastic visit to London Bridge (both locations) with family. Great value at £22.50 for 4 of us. Spent over an hour here. Went early morning so no waiting . The tour of the historical equipment is really interesting as was the history of how bridge was built and funded (would have been very interesting to have worked here over year's). The kids loved the glass walkway. Plenty to see. Highly recommended.

It was very interesting to see the engine rooms because it felt like a last from the past. The intricacies of the design is exciting to see. Don't forget to end the tour with a gift shop souvenir.

Completely worth the visit. After climbing the Tower Bridge. The steam mixed with oil smell sends you back in time.

Enjoyed our guided tour of the Tower Bridge. Fascinating to learn about the history of such amazing architecture completed in 1894. From team of divers that used to wear suits weighed 87kg for prolonged periods, enjoying walking on the glass panels 😅 to the amazing engineering of the engine room. Discovered lesser known stories of an assistant engineer who was Indian named K.S.Budhbhatti.

The first steam workings of the Tower Bridge are seen here. There is tons of information, old photographs and even a film detailing the history and just how it was accomplished. A great way to finish the tour of the Tower Bridge. The staff is kind and helpful and there is a good gift shop at the conclusion of the tour

Done the tower bridge tour as a gift for my birthday, was very enjoyable! Lots of stairs so be prepared! Nice views from the view points, friendly staff and the gift shop/engine rooms was good too. For a good cheap thing to do in London, you cant go wrong

It was very good experience to visit Tower bridge. Must try the glass walk which I did after many visits. Engine room is good as well that describes the hard work in past open and close the bridge. Serious work is done here

This is a must do while in London. I have seen this bridge hundreds of times and gone over it more times than I can remember but going inside the two towers, walking across the walkways and entering the engine rooms was a surreal experience. Pre book tickets is a must! The amount of history this bridge has to offer is endless. The walkways overhead are a must see. There is a section that has a glass floor so you can see the road, path and river below. The engine rooms were fascinating and it was amazing to see the inner workings of the bridge. I have seen this on a programme before but unfortunately you don’t get to see the inner workings of the bridge which I found disappointing but it still didn’t take away anything from the experience. You must come and visit here, it’s very well priced too.

Totally wonderful! Terrific value for money and around 2 hours if you actually read the information. The self guided tour is spoken so not suitable of you are in a group... Would be nice to have it in writing.

Correct entry to the Tower Bridge engine rooms that were once used to lift the bridge to allow passage for incoming ships you will enter to a world of wonder and experience the boiler room and see the engines moving as well as hear the stories of the people that work at Tower Bridge

Very interesting tour at the towers , the glass ceiling, the engine room. Not enough information regarding the electrical engineering who replaced the use of coal. Recommend to ages 8 and above.

The whole Tower Bridge experience is incredibly interesting. Firstly, you walk up the first tower, across both walkways with the glass floors and then back down the other tower. Then you walk along the road and the second part of the tour starts in the engine rooms whether the original operation of the bridge is explained in detail. Well worth the price. Our two kids (10 and 12) loved it.

Apart from the crowded conditions the only thing that was disappointing was the air pressure used on the engine so the working could have been a bit more fluid.

Such lovely staff who welcome dogs with great enthusiasm. The whole Tower Bridge experience is a lovely trip if you’re taking your dog with you on your day out in London. My dog wasn’t fazed at all by the high glass floored walkway.

I visited here for the second time and took my boyfriend as he had never been, we were staying in London and I thought it would be a fun thing to do to pass the time until we could check into our hotel. The guides were nice and all the information was well laid out and made it exciting. The best part was the part where you can walk over the top of the bridge on a glass floor, lots of people were laying on it and sitting down however I could barely bring myself to walk over it.

Got there early, was able to walk around easily. Glass floor was a challenge for quite a lot of people. Lots of history to read, very interesting. The only downfall was having to get the lift down, there was no alternative but to wait which took ages.

Brilliant experience. Cannot fault this for value and for information. Lots to see. The views from the top are well worth the entrance fee alone. The 2 glass walkways were great, looking down at the traffic crossing the bridge. The engine rooms were also very interesting and informative. Highly recommended.

Really good to see how it all worked from the historic point of view, fantastic views from the walk ways, if you are brave enough to walk over the glass you might get a sticker. Well done to all those brave people who have done it and looked down. 😁

We went on the full Tower Bridge experience with just 12 of us and a guide. Every single staff member was friendly, informative and helpful. The tour was comprehensive and interesting with lots of different aspects. We went up to the walkways and went to the old control room with the railway style handles. Went down a staircase to see the old and new lifting engines. Then down again to the bottom of the tower legs to see the massive counter weight. It was a really informative tour. Parts are not wheelchair accessible or suitable for those unable to manage a lot of narrow, steep steps. Otherwise a fantastic tour.

👍👍 We had our intimate wedding here and it was a beautiful day. Lots of photo opportunities and there is a big park behind it as well. We didn't book the gardens or pavilion but that looked even more beautiful. The registrars were lovely. There's lots of options to make your day exactly as you want it.
