Wonderful Christmas market by the Finnish community in London: lots of crafts, and goodies - cinnamon buns and coffee- yummy! Take time when you come for it next year it was popular and very busy!

Kiva pieni kahvila josta saa suomalaisia leivoksia ja hyvää kahvia 👍🏻 Pieni kauppa josta saa esim. ruisleipää, perus grillimakkaraa 😋, suklaata, karkkia, pikapuuroja, ruisleipää, hilloja, muumitavaraa, jäätelöä yms. muuta kivaa perus suomalaisia tuotteita 😍 Työntekijät todella mukavia ja kiva päästä välillä puhumaan suomea täällä Lontoossakin :) Nice little coffee place with nice traditional finnish pastries etc. Also has a small little shop for some finnish candy, chocolate, jams, rye bread, frozen goods, moomin stuff etc. Very friendly finnish workers, so bubbly and positive! Really recommend if you want to get a little taste of Finland in London.

The Finnish church of London is truly a gem hidden in the rough, there are a lot of services here that many people do not know about. A small hostle is operated here where a few people can stay for a very affordable price, and there are even saunas that are open to the public at certain times. Whether you live in London or are traveling through, and want to see a tiny piece of Finland, have some of the world's best chocolates, this is the place to stay!

The Christmas market is great, although it gets extraordinarily busy. There is great food and drink available from the cafe and so much on offer, it’s hard to not get into the Christmas spirit after visiting. Voluntary donation of £1 on the door and some space for buggies (there isn’t enough space to take them round with you at all). Highly recommend checking it out!

Great place to stay on Canary Wharf! Friendly staff, rooms are clean and modern! They even brought us breakfast! We will definitely be returning when we are in London again.

Went for the Christmas pop-up at the Finnish church and had a great afternoon out. I felt like I'd been transported to a Nordic country for the day! The volunteers operated a 1-out-1-in system while it was very busy, to manage to queue, which worked well. The hot food and glögi out the back had a very christmassy feel, and the cafe upstairs were serving delicious, warm cinnamon buns.

Was looking forward to visiting the Finnish Church Christmas Fair last weekend. I'm Anglo-Finn and this annual visit always reminds me of happy memories of childhood visits to Finland. Unfortunately the fair seems to have got very popular. The queue was very long, so we gave it a miss. Next time.

Visited the church multiple times, usually for the fairs. Went again for the Easter Fair and once again, the staff are amazingly kind and friendly as usual. A large selection of Finnish treats and drinks, as well as authentic fresh food from the grill. I'd highly recommend a visit to the Finnish Church, especially so during one of the fairs!

Funny cafe. Selling watery hot juice with french vodka under “mulled wine /glög” What you sell isn’t glögg or anything near it.

I went on the Friday of the second week of the Christmas Bazaar and there was basically nothing left, it hardly bodes well for the people heading there on the Saturday and Sunday. Very disappointing indeed.

Annual visit to the Christmas Fayre. Not what it was pre-Brexit but still a great experience and heralds the start of Christmas for me

Great christmas market and as a kid they would give me free candy. I found out I’m 5% Finnish, did the sweets alter my DNA?

The Finnish church is housed in a modern building, and it has a sauna! I have attended its Christmas market. The Nativity scenes were very pretty. The items they were selling on the ground floor were the basic household items (presumably, that was aimed at terribly home-sick Finns who would only use Finnish-made dishwasher brush etc.) The felt toys and knitwear on sale at the first floor was adorable. The cafe and canteen were offering very reasonably priced basic food; their mulled wine was quite good.

The lovely congregation of the Finnish church join hands to put on a craft fair and Christmas street market each year. Their hard work and dedication shines through. Beautiful music from the local choir as you quietly shop for lovely things.

Such a friendly and welcoming place! We mainly go for private sauna sessions in the basement but often also stay for coffee afterwards in their little cafe. The staff is very nice and open and the congregation is also welcoming to non-Finnish people like us :)

Lovely Finnish Christmas Market. Only takes about 30 minutes to walk through but they have live music and a lovely cafe where you can sit and chat.

Visited for the Christmas Market. Friendly Finnish folk, nice food, weird schnapps, lovely community vibe. Probably also good for your Lutheran spiritual needs!
