I was here with my husband, the front office manager (Ambra) checked us in and her attitude was awful. She didn’t welcome us, they way she spoke was like she didn’t want us to stay there and she tried to charge me when we had a prepaid booking....she needs to be fired or retrained or demoted ..... basically she is the worst asset of the company. I would not ever come back just become of the way she treated us!

UK government requisitioned this hotel for April May June July. I was advised of this today. My reservations are in April 29/30 and May 6/7. There are no other hotels at this late of a date that will accept my reward points. Holiday inn is not helping by releasing rooms in other comparable hotels for points. To bad so sad is there attitude.

It's a good hotel for a few days in London. Perfect location close to Old Street station. Rooms are rather basic but still good, one downside being that the bed is too soft. We had a street-facing room and were not disturbed y the noise. Heating system worked fine, nothing to complain. Breakfast is plain and not varied but it's still better than nothing and for a continental breakfast is good enough (cereals, pastries, milk). Would recommend for a non-pretentious short stay.

I used this hotel for parking only(i did not stay overnight. I had to attend a Moorfields Eye Hospital appointment with my newborn. It was easy, no hassle; with the application "yourparking-space" I booked the time I was going to arrive. The security man kindly guided me to where I needed to park.
