We are regular Joe & the Juice customers. Nearly ordering 1-2 a week as a company. Today we placed an order for x4 sandwiches and they arrived absolutely appalling. Usually they are wrapped in grease proof paper & sometimes in a pink sandwich sleeve. They had neither packaging today, it was wrapped in basic tissue which had absorbed into the sandwiches - there are bits of brown tissue stuck to parts of the bread. All 4 sandwiches were packed the same and is absolutely disgusting. £7 a sandwich you would expect better, and especially with the current worldwide pandemic you would think a company such as Joe & the Juice would take extra precautions no? We are very disappointing with this - we have been a huge fan of J&J for many years and will not be ordering from them again. We have images of the sandwiches and will definitely be posting these online. This was the Kings Road store.

I used to love J&J, but the quality went so downhill recently: the tables are dirty and the natural juices are not natural anymore! I ordered my regular Energizer juice today, it tasted super sweet and artificial. After I asked them if they put anything extra beside fruit, they lied to my face saying they don’t use anything artificial. Judging by the taste alone, it’s very hard to believe, but then I discovered some weird oily residue in my cup, which is not possible if you only have fruit there.

Very dissatisfactory experience, almost ridiculous. I ordered an iced latte. When my drink was handed to me, it was room temperature and there was no ice in it. I asked if I could have ice and was told the branch was out of ice. I politely said they probably should have mentioned this before charging me and explained that I wouldn’t enjoy the drink if not cold and therefore I’d like a refund. I was told that no refunds can be processed in-store and I would have to email customer services. Furthermore I was provided with an incorrect email address (my email has bounced). I find this so disrespectful as a customer; first I’ve had a bad experience but then in order to get it rectified Joe and the Juice requires me to do admin. I haven’t even mentioned yet that lots of the tables inside were dirty, the bins were overflowing and the bathroom was out of soap (for the second time in two visits - I visited this branch a few weeks ago and there was no soap in the bathroom that time either). I really want to like Joe and the Juice because I generally enjoy the quality of drinks, but the customer experience is almost always disappointing and this time I’ve had it. Photos attached. Always get a warm welcome when coming in. Decent music playing in the background, great coffee, great shakes, and all of the pastries/cakes are awesome. The Red Supreme shake is highly recommended! Would also like to give very special mention to Flo, who is always in a great mood, super helpful, and making going into the shop an absolute pleasure. The big dogs at the top need to look after her - she's a credit to you, and the brand!

What a nice change- used to be not that good compared to other J&Js but now is so much better! Seems they changed the staff and service has significantly improved, it's also much cleaner. I normally go to the other J&J on King's Road (the one closer to Sloan Square) but this one is less busy and waiting time is much shorter, service is also better now.

Dull juice lacking flavor. I got the green tonic and just tasted like water. I mentioned it to them and they said. Yea can do another one but will be the same thing. Why do you even say it then

My favourite Joe and the Juice in Chelsea- have been ordering juices and salads every day for the last couple of months and the quality has been great. The girls working there are lovely, really kind and attentive. Highly recommend!

Staff are really rude. People are on their laptops working and the staff’s conversation is echoing across the room as they moan about their job, wanting to go home early.

I am usually a fan of J&J in other branches but…this time was a rather surprising visit… We ordered a few sandwiches which were good, but then as we waited for them to be ready, we realised in horror what the staff are putting into peoples smoothies and juices - all the fruit were either old or already mouldy, and not clean at all. Carrots were unpeeled and still had all the end bits on them when put to use. The place is sworn with flies and insects which keep eating the food (some are even on my photo on the cucumbers, I hope the quality isn’t too bad) When sandwiches arrived, we were told they have no plates to serve them on, despite charging us for eating indoors and then serving us a takeaway bag. And if that wasn’t enough, coffee was a big let down. On the whole, a big disappointment. Will not be returning to this branch

Very friendly and helpful members of staff. Very nice ambiance and excellent customer service. My favourite J&J in Chelsea! Always go there as I work in that area. Can tell this place has improved by their good management! Great team to have Flo! Definitely would recommend.

This place was WILD. I went a few times throughout the week as I was staying nearby, and each time this place was BUMPIN, even at 11pm: my husband and I were walking home next to the restaurant and the female workers were blaring music and literally dancing on the tables next to the windows like showgirls. I went other days as well to get coffee, and all except for one of the days my iced beverages were warm and had coffee grounds in them. The music playing also included racist expletives which was a bit jarring while I was standing waiting for me coffee. I went back for the location convenience but it definitely did not have the relaxing, comfortable ambiance of a coffee shop. It’s like the place was run by college kids.

I spend my lunch time in this juice bar I noticed how friendly and polite the staff are to all its customers Flo the manager also is a very pleasant young lady who gets respect from her staff. She is always cleaning away the leaves 🍁 that blows in daily from the wind : This juice bar is the number one in Chelsea A welcoming smile 😃 always a pleasant Sight to see

This place is horrible, don’t even know where to start! The place is so dirty it’s actually disgusting, don’t even want to imagine how the food is prepared. The waiters aren’t nice, no sympathy, no smiles, no attention at all. And the music!! Omg are you all deaf? Music taste is obviously personal but when you blast it so loud that it hurts the ears of the customers then it’s just not appropriate at all! I would highly recommend everyone to stay away from here. There are a lot of better options in the neighbourhood.

Nice place to get a juice and a bite to eat. Manager Flo and the staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of space to sit and take a few minutes out from the hustle and bustle of the work day.

The amount of times I’ve come in and waited at the till to order, and nobody even looks at you or says hello (or seven makes eye contact, not to mention a smile), is just shocking. Coming from a hospitality background, I’m always stunned at the poor excuse of “customer service”…

Excellent friendly service and cleanliness . Great manager Flo keeps the place spotless and outstanding compared to some other branches . Extra effort shows .

Been coming to this branch ever since I moved to Chelsea a year ago. The service I receive is 2nd to none which is why I continue to come to this location. I want to give a special thanks to the girls; Flo / Hannah / Diana / Rowen (?) and a few others (sorry don’t remember your names! But you know who you are!) that always greet me with a smile and are always able to turn a mediocre day into a great day :) thanks Flo and team!
