Best smashed burger I've had, lovely rosemary chips too. Only downside was the side of gravy came out quite some time after the meal was brought out - followed by the side of onion rings as we had almost finished eating 😳 The server did take the onion rings off of the bill though.. As I am a big burger fan, I can become quite picky and judgmental for every detail a burger restaurant may offer. However, I can say with confidence that "Honest Burgers" are up there with the most interesting burger places in London. Going on the evening of a Saturday, meant that service was slightly overwhelmed by the number of people coming in. Nonetheless, after a small wait of 10 minutes, we were guided to our tables and ready to order. Service after acquiring the table was excellent and very fast. As it was our first time to this place, we all ordered the house classic "Honest Beef Burger." The burger in size will definitely seem small to people; nonetheless, even though I am considering myself as a person that needs a reasonable portion to feel satisfied, this size of burger accompanied with the fries was more than enough to satisfy my needs. The burger was cooked medium well, and taste wise was amazing! The pickled onions really gave that "umami" tang that I was looking for, and the patty was exceptional! Each burger comes automatically with seasoned fries (salt, pepper, and rosemary). The rosemary really gave the fries a unique and very exciting flavor profile, which I was really happy to taste. We also ordered some onion rings, but contrary to their size, I was not a big fan of their taste. The amount of greas they had really removed the pleasure of any flavor and seasoning. Thus, this is the only reason for deducting one star in this review. Overall, the environment is great as well as the service. The food and specifically the burgers are totally worth the price and fame, in my opinion. For anyone looking for a good non fast food burger joint in London, I would always recommend "Honest Burgers" as they are honestly SO good!

Always a pleasure never a chore. Honest burger is always a consistent option and always delivers. Who can argue with that rosemary chips and homemade lemonade? A match made in heaven. I opted for the smashed double patty burger with cheese and onions. An excellent burger I have consumed in a long time. The service is as always on point. Strong prices too given cozzie Livs. Investigate!

It wasn't too expensive but I have had better for that price. We got a chicken burger and honest burger. The chicken was juicy, but there was a green sauce wasn't for me, overall really good. The honest burger was amazing but a little too dry. We both (me and my husband) loved the fries/chips were awesome. They had these herbs that made them so good!

Decent burger with fries for a normal price. They don't have a big menu, a few more burger options would be better. Staff was friendly.

The food was good Ordered a salad with my Chicken burger and all I got were fries. When I told our waitress she rolled her eyes and took my food back. She later came back with my burger and a salad. Good burger Really tasty Salad too sweet

Ordered food from this restaurant at lunch on a Friday, I understand it might be busy. I paid extra for a priority delivery. I rung up after an hour of waiting and was told the food had been ready for 10 minutes and they were waiting on the collection from Uber. I questioned why they had allowed freshly cooked food to be sitting under the heat lamp for 10 minutes as the lettuce would be like soup, chips would be solid, burger bun completely wet and food generally in bad condition. I was assured it would be fine and that they were chasing the driver. I ordered an honest burger with fries and three onion rings, including delivery, it cost me almost £25. I finally received my food after almost an hour and a half and found that it was stone cold, completely rank and well past being good. The grease in the food had even made the thick cardboard packaging wet. I was given no napkins, no sauce to go with my onion rings. When I called up to discuss this with the restaurant I was spoken to at first by a female waitress who spoke to me so rudely. I was then passed onto, I’m guessing, the manager who I spoke to earlier. He basically said it’s not his problem that my food was destroyed and he can do nothing. Absolutely appalled with the quality of service and respect for a paying customer. Having myself worked in restaurants that are very much like this, I would have cooked another burger straight away, even if it meant the customer would have had to wait a tiny bit longer. It would have made having to wait so long much easier if I received fresher food. Or they could have sweetened the situation somehow with a coupon or some extra food. It makes no difference to you when you work for a chain to have a little food go to waste and make something fresh, it makes a difference when you get a bad complaint however.

I have heard so much about this place wanted to try it. I drove down found parking in a bay paid by with Ringo. Google maps connectivity was not great in the back alleys but eventually we made it for a family meal. Ordered started and mains at it was very nice the taste was very honest no pun intended. The kids meal is great value comes with a drink and is very filling

food was great, staff was really friendly - the burgers are perfect! the atmosphere in the restaurant is amazing:)

The wings here are amazing the service was quick and friendly we tryed the local burger and the burger of the month they was both delicious.

Lovely grub, wheelchair accessible.. ask for the WC ramp which you will use the side door to enter. Helpful staff bit slow in service considering it was busy. Food okay.

An exceptionally good burger that I cannot recommend enough. I had heard about the place, but I had never had the chance to try it. The food was amazing, and the staff were very friendly. I tried both takeout and dine-in, and it was top-end quality in both cases. Definitely give it a try, and I'm looking forward to the next time I'm around.

The service, food, waiting time were good. I ordered Fritter burger but it was spicy for me🥵 So I couldn’t eat all. And the side was coleslaw which they were out for a normal one, only vegan coleslaw was a choice, which I didn’t like it either. However, the Honest Burger was delicious and homemade limonade was nice try too

Went to this place after a recommendation on Find me Gluten Free and was not disappointed! The GF onion rings are fantastic and the burger was so smashed and juicy. Great atmosphere and knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Overall experience is around 3.5/5. The burgers were good but nothing out of the ordinary. Portions were not huge and my meal was around 17 pounds.

The staff was really nice and our food came fast. We had the onion rings, buffalo wings and burgers with sides and everything was absolutely delicious! Ordering gluten free is absolutely no problem, it was amazing!

It was tasty - I had double smash with bacon (a little too crusty actually), and “The Chaperone” had the chimichuri. Very, good and the fries were excellent. Only problem was that I asked for hot sauce, a standard in EVERY SINGLE BURGER PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, and was charged at the end of the bill. This was not mentioned at the time. Why..? Displeasing. Surely they should put a bottle of their hot sauce on the table to make you want to buy some to take home. Good overall though.

One of the best burgers I've had. Really juicy and tasty. Customer service was kind too. The only room for improvement I would suggest is for Burger Spitalfields to get a more spacious location in Camden that doesn't have half a door to enter through.

I had the old Street Burger and my husband had a Tribute Burger and they were both absolutely Amazing! SOOO tasty! Loved the vinegar in dressing and all other good flavors! Rosemary chips were crunchy and lovely! Service was superb, friendly and attentive. Good local beers as well. Highly recommended!!!!

Honestly, quite honest burgers 🍔 Nice and polite people, crunchy chips and tasty ingredients. Relaxed and cool atmosphere and quite nice for a chain. Mind that I got a chicken burger and my friend opted for a veggie one so not sure how the proper burger patty tastes like.

Nice place , nice location , Honest Burger was nice , good quality, service is nice all the staff was welcoming. Nice music playing all the time. I will recommend this place for nice burgers. Put 4 stars just because I had better burgers. But in General place is really good

I had a buffalo chicken burger - to be honest I was disappointed. The inside of the venue was pleasant and the staff very good, attentive and efficient. The meal was served without a fork - I think this is standard practice and I was able to get a fork easily - but if you've been around London, on the tube etc why would you want to eat with your hands? Nearly nobody (self included) bothers to wash hands before eating which makes the practice questionable. So to the food, the burger looked good but the chicken had no taste or if it did it was masked by a sauce that I couldn't describe and didn't find pleasant, rosemary chips? Yeah whatever, nothing special - what's wrong with just chips? Overall I was disappointed and found eating here to be average and not special enough.
