This is possibly the nicest coffee shop in London. Not only is it so well-lit and cozy, but the staff is amazing. I was having such a hard day and seeing how positive they were, and how they appreciated the coffee they made, really changed my perspective for the day. Also, this is a beetroot coffee which blew my mind! So amazing!

Quite a large cafe that doubles as a bike workshop although there seemed to be more non cyclists here than cyclists. The cyclists seem to loiter outside with their bikes and coffees whilst the benches inside are filled with people working on their laptops. Tables are reserved for diners but the bench seats are perfectly fine for working be there’s plenty of power points under the table top. The WiFi speed is abysmal however and a hot latte costs 2.9 pounds. There’s two bathrooms which are super roomy inside! Great atmosphere overall to work or drink. #BeatTheGrind

A great little find! I walked passed this shop one evening and really like the look of the place — outdoor area and fun bicycle art work. I decided to stop by for brunch and was not disappointed! The staff is very friendly and the food was delicious! They also seem to offer a lot of fun events throughout the week. If ever back in the area I’d swing by again.

The staff are amazingly friendly, helpful and genuinely nice. Just had their Vegan breakfast and it was out of this world! For those on a plant based/vegan diet, they have always had milk alternatives to suit your taste buds. You simply can't go wrong with choosing to grab your hot drink or a bite to eat at this vibrant coffee shop. It's respectable enough to bring a client or business partner or if you just want to hang out with a friend or loved one. Enjoy!!

Old street is a very exciting and lively district in London with hipster coffee shop. Today I found a very interesting one for our laptoppers. The reason I like is not only their theme and style, but also the lovely staff and service, which means more. Sometimes you like a place because of the real people instead of what they offer, right? Definitely I enclosed the review here. London Coffee Shop for Digital Nomads-8 Look mum no hands! PS: The name originates from the words when every kid feels proud when they could master two wheels…haha…make sense. Category: Cycle Cafe Bar Workshop WIFI: Reliable, free to use (but you need to ask for the access code) Download: 11.6 Mbps Upload: 2.39Mbps PING: 10ms JITTER: 35ms Not too bad… Seating: A bar stool with glass window with 6-7 seats, 7-8 tables with 2 chairs each. A long sofa with 6-7 seats. Only 3 power points under the sofa. Toilet: one for unisex Ambiance: A special vibe with bicycle wheels hanging on the ceiling, like a kind of art. Very lovely atmosphere though a little small. The staff are so welcoming, especially the one named David, such a lovely gentleman and his passion could make your day! Cost: Coffee £2.4-£3.4, Tea £2.75-£3.25, Juice £3.55-£3.95 Avocado toast, porridge, English breakfast, different kinds of burger and sandwich, salad and bakery goods and so on £2.5-£10.5 Something special about the cafe: (1) On weekdays, they open until 10pm every night; (2) They provide bike fixing service. If you are freelancers who cycle, it is a place where you could meet up cycling fans and stay without worrying any bike problems; (3) They have a basement downstairs for hosting cycling related workshops and it is a good vibe to watch the latest Euro cycling race in live here. Problems: (1) Usually very busy, so not distraction-free, haha, but the music is not too loud; (2) They only have 3 power points under the sofa, so if you need to charge your laptop or phones, not convenient.

Food and drinks are always good, service always friendly. Comfortable place to hang out. Inside tables are snugly placed so not great for wheelchairs but there's seating outside. Cycle races often shown, cool cycling related prints & pics up to buy and lots of local and creative publications to pick up. Wifi is very good and the line up of laptops along the window seats is proof. Thoughtfully there are laptop free tables.

Have to go to this place if you are a self respecting cyclist. They have excellent coffee (I just tried a latte extra large but I figure any coffee will be nice). They have a great collection of cakes and lots of different breakfast and lunch choices. I would pass by if you are into this hipster-coffee-newwave kinda thing.

Literally amazing. I had the most delicious lunch and the venue is just really interesting. Really handy if you are a cyclist as you can buy lots of your cycling needs here and also use their track pump if you grab a coffee! :) A nice outside area too. Thanks!

This might be first bike cafe in London. I really enjoy the laid-Baird staff as well as the atmosphere when they have big screens for games. Their coffee is more at the strong side while their food offering is usually a bit heavier, great for cyclists though. Including free mags for people to collect and always open doors really makes Look Mum No Hand! feels like a meeting point of communities, such bikers, coffee lovers or craft beer enthusiasts. The only thing is it sometimes gets really packed and difficult to move even there's still tables available.

A great place for two wheel lovers! Usually busy, great place for a breakfast or brunch, try the full english or the avocado toast, coffee is pretty good as well. The atmosphere is very cool, they have a nice little cyclist shop and workshop, they only negative will be perhaps the prices, but it is quite an different place so I guess you have to pay for that too. Nice little patio to enjoy during summer time too! Would recommend 100%! Felix

Very kind staff! It’s pet-friendly and they have the best avocado toast I’ve tried in London. Very chill / family vibe. I recommend it!

A perfect cafe to take your laptop and work, or catch up with friends over a coffee. It’s got a great grunge-crossed-cycling theme, with wheels hanging from the ceiling and hipster decor. Good fast wifi. The coffee was good, although the almond milk was way too sweet (go for black instead). Good music, great vibes, altogether a fab cafe!

Amazing food, super friendly staff, the eggs were perfectly poached and the English muffin was delicious. Ordered the green detox juice which is healthy and the place is really unique and cozy. I heard they have amazing burgers at night but sadly didn't have the chance and time to go but will do for sure next time. The decoration is nice with many bicycles and a workshop inside.

Workshop-specific: Had an issue with my beloved road bike that another mechanic had made a mess of. Every stage of interacting with the workshop of 'Look mum no hands!' was excellent - their response to an initial enquiry by email was swift, their assessment when dropping the bike off was clear and reassuring, and they had the issue sorted by the end of the same day. Big thanks to Dave for getting it fixed so quickly. I would definitely recommend the workshop and will be using them again in future.

Love love love this place! Super cosy vibes, very kind and attentive staff and great food! The menu is a little limited but the atmosphere makes up for it. Would definitely recommend the oat milk pancake, it was delicious!

Super friendly staff, great coffee and hearty food. We went for a family breakfast and although we all had different things to eat, we all enjoyed it.

Absolutely fantastic! Took my bicycle in for a repair and the service was absolutely brilliant. The staff are very friendly and helpful and go above and beyond! The service was also very fast and efficient and I'm so happy with the repair to my bike. The price is also very reasonable and is broken down for you. If I need any future repairs or my bike needs a service, I will always be going here in future! Highly recommended!

Loved the concept of this place - a refuge for cyclists who need a bite to eat and the staff are lovely. The food was standard, delicious mushroom and bacon in the full English but the sausages were a bit tough and the eggs were not great. Not a bad place, just no somewhere where I’d go out of my way to return to.

Friendly with a good atmosphere. Sells their own custom merch, food, drink and is friendly to people coming in to work with their laptops etc (Just consider buying something or pay the ‘just hanging out’ charge :)

Great service, used look mum no hands for bits & pieces for my bike, I’m a beginner when it comes to bike maintenance. Their prices are reasonable and quick at getting repairs done.
