We enjoyed sitting here. This place is pretty big and clean. The staff was nice. They have toilets inside. The coffee and the food was excellent

Would love to see more planet & animal friendly vegan options & it's about time to stop charging extra for plant milks. ;) Otherwise, friendly & helpful staff. Plenty of seating inside. Loving the current reward program for bringing your own coffee cup! 👍 Would come here more often for breakfast & lunch if they had more interesting vegan food options. Here is hoping!

Ridiculous. £3.90 for a small bun a 1 (yes, ONE) slice of bacon. Shame on Costa!!!

staff are dreadful. they more interested in their own flirting than any customer waiting.. and on top of that it seems like they do you a favour to serve you a cup of coffee.. avoid at all cost.. plenty of other nice coffe shops inpiccadilly

Coffee and service great as normal. However, absolutely disgusted at the overflowing sanitary bin in the mixed toilet facility. A used sanitary towel is not what you wish to see whilst eating and drinking.

Great coffee, the new Coconut Latte was on point. Large café, quiet and comfortable.

Coffee was really good. I love the test. Whenever i will visit to the London i will definitely visit here the Costa Coffee. Because I Love only Filter Coffee and this is the only one place i found which on provide me filter coffee. Before to reach here i went to 4-5 coffee shops but they don't have filter coffee. But i am so lucky, that i found this cafe. Thank you Costa Coffee for my Filter Coffee.

We had a great time here. Sometimes a coffee shop with seating in London isn't so easy to find so it was nice to be able to sit and enjoy a good breakfast. The staff was also nice and pleasant and they have a restroom.

Lovely place, very nice & helpful staff. Everything clean & food was yummy. Near Trafalgar Square but not to busy. Child/wheelchair friendly- seating upstairs & downstairs. The toilets & baby changing is downstairs though so not easy to get to. There’s a free WiFi. Recommended

Restrooms for customers only, and they are underground downstairs without lift. Bathroom was really messy. Service is very fast. The rest of the cafe was clean.

This branch accepts gift card. Drinks are delicious.

Staff, food and drink excellent but only one toilet (which clearly doesn't get checked very often as there was paper all over the floor, none in the dispenser).

Wir kamen kurz vor dem Start der New Years Day Parade vorbei, dementsprechend voll war es. Obwohl die Warteschlange fast schon bis zur Tür des Ladens reichte, war die Bedienung freundlich, korrekt und speditiv. Der Kaffee war auch gut.

Bester Kaffee im Umkreis, auch andere Costas sind nicht so gut wie dieser. Leider sind die Toiletten meist schmutzig. Folgt mir auf Instagram: melly.teapot

This is onenof the busiest spots in London...just off picadilly. On a sunday afternoon at 3pm there are only 3 people behind the counter, costa clearly doesnt care about this shop as it only has a 2 handle coffee machine...ridiculous for a place as busy as this. Theyve given up using china ware if you drink in....and even without the need to wash up it took over 15 minutes to get a coffee. No management, no investment, demotivated staff..an absolute shambles

No WiFi. No access to any network. Ordered an extra hot coffee and got a cold one. No idea of how to make good coffee.

Watch out for being short changed with your coffee, didn't even take a sip and few centimeters had evaporated.

Cakes were a bit dry. The coffee was good as expected. Unfortunately the staff were a little surly and the toilets were disgusting. Hopefully it was just a bad day and not the norm.

Completely ignored Cashier look me directly with hate and i was next in line empty line some else walks in and serves the person instead i just had to walk out . 18/3/23 11.25am

How can a dine-in coffee shop still be open/serving when their toilet facilities are not open/functioning?? A small sign at the counter advises they are closed but that staff will direct you to alternatives…but…when asked, had to think about it because they didn’t know. Shouldn’t they have stopped their dine in service? This was Saturday 31st July in the afternoon. Shop was full.

Terrible place. You don’t have cinnamon. You can not warm my bun. Bun is absolutely not fresh. The worst experience in my whole life

Worse cafe in Central London. The barristas are lazy and don't bother serving customers. 4 (!) Baristas and all just playing around with napkins and restocking items. Nobody is interested in serving anyone.

Very little seating upstairs with majority of tables and seating in a downstairs area which is poorly lit with outdated uncomfortable furniture. Staff are polite, professional and courteous. However, the attitude and body language of one female member of staff was inappropriately confrontational on one occasion after I had politely and correctly pointed out that she had served my drink-in coffee in a take-away cup.

Downstairs seating is ok, drinks nice. Wife enjoyed the white hot chocolate. I did not enjoy my latte, but that may be more a reflection on my choice rather than the establishment.

Great place to study and chill and call and there are sofas to Chill on. Sockets to charge your phones and USB sockets. My coffe and cupcakes were delicious and the staff were hospitable.

Excellent customer service from Levi and Fifi. The whole team is really welcoming. Store is clean even in busy times. Love the new Costa partnership with M&S. This Costa is definitely my favourite one from all. ❤️
