    Very poor service. I asked about plant based options and two guys working here were rude and had attitude (especially the one who served me initially, on the right in the photo). He did not listed and bother explaining although I asked twice what vegan options three times what veggie delite consists of and he showed me veggie patty, I asked twice and he showed me the aame thing. I then asked for multi-seed bread, he took italian herbs and cheese, I said I don't eat cheese and he keep cutting the bread asking if I want it toasted. I repeated 3rd time that I don't eat cheese and he said: well this one is with cheese. They then changed their mind saying that veggie delite does not come with patty - my friend and I were surprised that he did not tell this when I initially asked in the beginning repeating the question. It just felt that those guys did not want to be there, did not bother explaining kindly what sandwiches consist of and just aren't bothered about how they serve customers. They rushed making my friends sandwich although there were no customers. Extremely poor service and rude staff.

    My craving for a subway was destroyed when i arrived to this particular shop. As you can see from the images my choices for toppings where close to none. And the meat part?(Left Fridge) all were put away and I had to choose with them being in the storage fridge. How to make things worse? The staff member at the time (Afternoon 10/12/2020) was zero apologetic or seemed to care at all. Please note down this was 45 minutes before closing, NOT 1 minute.

    Server ignored all customers for 5 mins while he continued cooking bread. 0 communication skills. All tables dirty with food and rubbish. 1st August 6:55pm

    I hope it's the correct one but Jahid did made my night I was waiting for bus and i told him I had 3mins and goes what he made my sandwich 🥪 3mins or less made my bus in this strike going he is the guys for quickly sandwich 🥪 😅 Big ups for JAHID

    The service person was literally about to cry. He was so rude and even he charged us more than what we ordered. Nobody forced him to work in night shift. If he can't handle.

    Letting someone sit outside a business with a cup in front of them is one thing, but letting a group of vagrants make themselves at home and using the business' apparatus is something else entirely. Very off-putting, the management should work with police about the problem if they're too intimidated to stop the vagrants taking advantage like that.

    Terrible experience! I had a discount voucher but they didn’t accept it, only told me at the end. I ordered a wrap with salad inside and got a tiny slice of lettuce, one of cucumber and one of tomato. I asked if they could add some more and they said no! They put loads of sauce instead of the little I requested. It was horrible and I had to throw it away. I’m never returning there

    Staff engaged in shouting conversation with each other barely looking up at me the customer who needed to repeat my toppings multiple times to complete the order. Left feeling like I was unwelcome and not a paying customer. Store was empty with no queue leaving no explanation for the distracted employees.

    I had never had subway before so decided to give it a try. I Visited today at 12:00 and I was very impressed with the attentive customer service. The guy at the counter was very warm and friendly, he recommended me the breakfast sandwich and helped me throughout the whole process. 10/10 would recommend!!!

    Very poor customer service. There were queues of people waiting to be served with poor communication between the staff and the customers. They also said I could not scan my subway code as their scanners ‘weren’t working’ which I didn’t believe one bit.

    I’m not one to usually complain, but the service or rather lack of service we experienced at this eating establishment was absolutely disgraceful! Between my party of six we spent approximately £50 but were refused a tap water. In fact, I was told that if I wish to have water I need to buy a bottle or go elsewhere! I fail to understand why this polite request was refused especially as I am a regular customer that frequents this Subway on a weekly basis and the member of staff was standing next to a tap with paper cups! I shall not be returning to this particular franchise anymore. The staff were also wearing headphones so I ended up repeating myself on occasions just to order. It’s disappointing to say the least as these two members of staff are giving Subway a bad name. What a disaster!

    I have come here several times, the fact that I always have to ask about 3 times for extra filling is outrageous. The first time I went I got my order and I realized that there wasn’t enough filling, I took a bite and barely tasted for what I had asked. The staff is not friendly and it feels like they just want to get the order done with. The place is not clean nor tidy, as person that works in a similar style shop I am appalled at how poor their organisation skills are. Additionally, there should be 2-3 people working on a Friday and Saturday night and it gets kinda busy. Staff need better training and need to stop being stingy with the fillings. I get better quality of service and food at other subways which is what makes it even stranger! How is it that all the other subways I have been to have better personnel working there.

    Catching up on reviews, was here not too long ago on a weekend morning, the shop was pretty dirty along with the floor and chairs. they need to get a deep clean done.

    I tried it just once, but the food was just so average. Don't expect too much help from staff if you are unsure about how to stuff your bread with the many different options. If you are a fast food person, there are other chains that offer better quality products.

    Is there anything more heartbreaking than takeaway, open it once get back to work and this is all you get. I get this was all you had left but really.... you charge the full amount for this and you forget my dip :(

    Really dirty shop. Crumbs all over the floor and tables. I also saw lots of little black dots on the walls, then I realised there were hundreds of flies everywhere! There was one guy on himself during a busy spell and the sandwich was fine

    The new Subway TLC (tastes like chicken) I was mildly scared on my first bite. The texture felt just like chicken It tastes like chicken too, it reminded me of roast chicken I ate as a child. I had it with plant based mozzarella slices, peppers, red onion, sweetcorn & garlic aioli I really enjoyed it after I got over my initial reaction of "oh god is this actually meat, has there been a mistake, best read the receipt 9 more times to check" The cookie was good too, it's sweet but not so sweet that it feels sickly sweet. It has a nice chewy texture, is that what all their cookies are like? I've never had a cookie from there before now Well done Subway. I also gave some to my partner (who isn't vegan) and he was impressed and said it was like chicken too
