What a great shop this is! All the staffs are super friendly. Angelia & Ash Raf (supervisor) were extremely attentive to our needs. Shop offers a large variety of nuts and sweets. So much to choose from. Absolutely loved it, they’ve got everything! The macadamia nuts nougat are among our favourites. The staff are meticulously trained with the knowledge of the selection of each beans, so they can help us find the perfect cup of coffee. Not forgetting to mention their homemade hot chocolate, which is very yummy. I find the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the products. Will definitely come back again.

Discovered this charming cafe/chocolates/nut shop back in 2016 and since then it has become my 'Must Visit' outlet whenever I'm in London. It's sure touches all your 5 senses, the items on display are fresh and absolutely tasty, the hot chocolate was really thick, yummy and the coffe is out of this world. I especially love the Halva that come with 3 different flavours. The vanilla with cocoa us heavenly. A special shout out the the tall young chao with beard, Ms Angela n the supervisor Mr Ashraf who are all so very friendly, helpful and welcoming who contribute to a great and memorable experience each time we patronized this outlet. Thank you everyone all work there, you guys are all very lovely ppl.

Lovers of nuts and chocolate will have a field day. Quality products from Ellada. Go by even if for a takeaway, it is worth it.

I have visited this a few times. The products are amazing, a little pricy but you pay for good quality produce. It's a treat when I do. I love their dark chocolate slabs, smoked Almonds and Macadamia nuts are also a favourite in my household.

Great selection of nuts, biscuits and chocolate. The coffee is fabulous and it can be ordered to drink there and then. The staff are always really knowledgeable and friendly.

Popped in to get a chocolate gift box, was warmly greeted, after explaining what I wanted, they offered me a free latte 😊 The guy helped me choose a box and talked me through the huge selection they have, he was cool. The girl who wrapped it up just looked like she didn't want to be there, not so cool. Anyway, they let me leave my gift there till the morning as it was raining and I didnt want to get it wet. Which was a nice touch. They have a huge selection of chocolates, halwa and nuts. I just chose chocolates 😁 Go in and check it out, if only for the coffee which tasted great, its just off Piccadilly Circus 😉

We been there for Turkish coffee which was amazing and we got a peace of chocolate with it. The service was nice but not enough tables. Sure i will get back again for the chocolate 🍫🤤

I visited the place just as a random idea, but was greeted by polite and kind Tareq, who advised me about range of products and I ended up buying couple of gift chocolates, which turned out to be immensely tasty. At the counter, Tareq even served me with payment and was joined by very friendly and smiling Ester who served me with coffee. I liked the store, ambience but the only reason I ended up becoming their customer was because of amazing team they have at this store. I wish Tareq and Ester and the other team members, the very best and keep it up.

What a beautiful spot upstairs with excellent service across the shop. As a Greek I am always happy coming here because the vibe is nice, there are quality products and amazing coffee. Keep up the good work !

NUT ALLERGY SUFFERERS BEWARE I went in and specifically asked the staff member if they did any nut free options to which she guided me to a chocolate wafer product, handed me sample and didn’t mention it had a hazelnut filling until after I ate it. I had to leave the store. Incredibly disappointed and pure negligence and potentially very dangerous for severe allergies - that’s a health casualty waiting to happen.

Popped in for a cappuccino and mocha along with two chocolate croissants. Everything was perfect - including the price.The best cappuccino I've ever had! The staff are super efficient and polite and the shop is beautiful. Looking forward to returning during my vacation.

Coffee is always good and the quality of their lightly toasted almonds extraordinary. Other products are a lot more hit and miss (such as the complimentary small chocolates they sometimes give with coffee have really declined in quality; and the cinnamon sticks have reduced in size while doubling in price). The worst is that now that Carpo is well established in London, they have hiked their prices ridiculously. I will still shop here but not that regularly any more.

I only discovered Carpo Piccadilly ( Glass Street ) and it’s fabulous coffee shop ( didn’t have one at the previous Piccadilly Street Shop ). Since then I’m here nearly every day, enjoying the very good cafe latte and the complimentary chocolates Frequently I buy some items from the shop downstairs ( chocolates, mixed nuts, dried fruits …. Etc. ) Can’t wait for summer to try / enjoy the ice cream at the sitting area outside. The Sevice is excellent Thanks to the manageress Christina Kouvaraki and her entire team. Highly recommended

A really nice environment most of the staff really helpful and kind. Great quality of products though one of the team members was really unfriendly and kind of rude like she was rushing me to complete the order to continue talking with her colleague at the back. She has a red dress for uniform not sure why she was being so unprofessional and unreachable with all the customers while being the face of the shop. Other than that the rest of the team was really nice .

Wonderful.. So reasonable for a quick coffee and pastry... Although don't be lulled by that... Too easy to overspend on the fine sweets and nuts you end up purchasing as presents etc. Well worth the visit for a takeaway coffee in the center of London

This is a nice place and the staff are very polite and friendly. The price for coffee is good, but for chocolate a bit too high. Also, last time I visited the coffee (freddo espresso) was a bit too acidic.

This place is a paradise of chocolate and nuts . The coffee like flat white or latte is good but not my favourite .turkish or Greek coffee is good . Friendly staff and good service . A must if you're in the vicinity of Piccadilly Circus and want to try something other than the generic "costanerobucks". Much more on offer than the other lot by way of coffee's and teas and with an impressive array of nuts, chocolates and raisins etc. Definitely one not to miss if you prefer something original and unique.

Excellent Coffee... Americano. Saturday 18-Sep. Recommended and absolutely smooth, not bitter, but with punch. Bought some beans to take home... You will not be disappointed.
