Me and my husband spent 3 weeks here in August and it was simply perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place for short stay or even longer stay. Location is 10/10, in 5 steps you enter the park and in the summer it's much appreciated. Stoke Newington offers local shops and generally speaking the area is really safe and nice. We rent the studio and was ideal for the 2 of us, big fridge, oven and a dining area. Bedroom was separate, quite big (i mean we could step into bed from both sides so definetely roomy). Considering the british standards the bathroom was quite big and clean, shower had real doors (in other places I just found courtains which i hate) and an hidden expandable drying rack. The manager and his assistant, Michal and Raphael were really kind and helpful and even advised me different walks in the area. Assistance was 10/10, upon arrival the room had 2 lights broken the mop buket missing;  within 10 mintutes they fixed everything We preferred to clean the studio by ourselves but I must admit that upon arrival cleaning was quite ok (the oven needed more attention) but overall the studio was ok. The downside was that the studio comes with no equipment for cooking, i just bought really basic kitchenware and I was able to cook and eat in. I loved it and it helped me to live and enjoy London in August.

I have been a long-term resident at this place. Newington Court is OK. The manager (Michal) is awesome, and does a great job. However, LHA London is very reluctant to get things fixed/replaced at this particular location– not even the things that are essential for daily living. They don’t feel obligated to, and it’s as though you are pleading to have them do the right thing, with constant reminders. There is room for improvement!

Newington Court accommodation is really nice for short and long term stays. The location is very convenient as there are food shops and bus stops near by. There are also beautiful green parks near by. The rooms are cleaned weekly and the management team are very very considerate and helpful!!! I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in London!

Great stay, place is clean, staff is friendly and professional, my room was comfortable for it size, shared kitchen, I could cook my meals, had a problem with my door lock, one of the staff Rafael, fixed it. Laundry downstairs opened 24hrs, few markets around, and a very busy pub, I think it was because of World Cup, beautiful park across street. My room was a bit hot, but, it’s summer time. Would be good to have air coolers or air conditioners. I enjoyed it, hopefully will come back next year.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at LHA Newington Court in London, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. Michael, Rafa and Alejandro were the lovely staff I interacted with. The accommodations were simply fantastic. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The kitchenette was well-equipped, allowing me to prepare my own meals and save on dining expenses

Very nice place when you arrive in London. Rooms are very clean and well arranged. Ideal place to live with a short budget and in good conditions. Staff is also very nice and helpful especially Michael and Rafael. Good location with many bus lines and supermarkets nearby. I strongly recommend it !

¡Great place to stay for long and short term! The accomodations are pretty confortables that it doesn't even look like a hostal. The rooms have all the comodities you need and the kitchens are in a very good quality. The location is good, with a beautiful park just crossing the street and a lot supermarkets and stores nearby. There is a bus station right in front of it and the over and underground are quite near aswell. I really have had a greatful time staying here, the staff are quite kind and helpful. I have been in Newington court for a year and I came for 2 weeks. Its safe and the staff is super helpful, Alejandro is great and always trying to help, they make my stay here quite pleasant and they help in a matter of no time with any issue you have 10/10

I have stayed quite a bit at LHA Newington Court. The studio are comfy and the spacious. The internet speed is great. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I am touched by the hospitality of the people around. They are available for help anytime. Cool place to stay; with amenities quite close by and top locations can be reached easily with the frequent buses.

Newington Court is a clean and very safe accommodation building. Rooms are nice, bright and warm during the winter. Plus, super cool location, Clissold Park and Stoke Newington Church Street just a minute away. Lots of pubs, restaurants, gyms and super markets around. Most important, the staff is really helpful and friendly. Honestly I cannot speak highly of them enough!

Newington Court is a very comfortable place to stay in London. It's situated in a lovely neighborhood with a beautiful park. The rooms are ok with a nice desk and they have a wardrobe and drawers. It is a very safe place and people at reception are kind and helpful.

The area is very green, beautiful and casual as well. Rooms and shared communal areas are all very clean and tidy. The management team have always been very helpful and considerate. They also provide people with places for self isolation during the pandemic. I would highly recommend it!

Great place to stay, safe and nice location in London, relatively close to the city centre. My en-suite room was clean, large and comfortable. The shared kitchen was modern, very clean, had some basic kitchenware too. The management absolutely great, helpful and professional. A nice park just across the street, corner shops and local stores, take-aways and restaurants close by too. A nice sport centre with swimming pool just minutes away. I sincerely recommended this place!

Privacy issues (walls like paper), very poor insulation (when people open their windows in winter, your room gets all the cold air straight away). Management not interested in helping with issues: they tend to ignore your requests. Affordable, yes. But you have to deal with those problems and more, throughout your stay.

Great place, clean, room was pretty nice, with shower and toilet inside, comfortable bed, heating works, also a shared kitchen. (appliances are not provided, but one of the staff Raphael, managed to get me few items which was available), staff is very friendly and helpful, near of a beautiful park, bus stop is in front of the residence, I recommend it.

I got back to London after nearly one year of remote working and found NC for chance. I stayed in a studio for nearly one month and half, while I was looking for a new house. I am happy to recommend it to everyone, it can be good also for longer periods. NC is good quality price accommodation, the location is perfect, and most of all the staff is AMAZING and always very helpful. If you are having a lot of uncertainties in the length of your staying, my suggestion is to book for more time to avoid stress and then make use of the short notice period. Thank you and take care!

Absolutely great place to stay long-or short-term in a very beautiful, casual, green, safe and multi-cultural location in London! Close to the city centre (15 min by tube, 30 min by bus), and a walking distance to Highbury, Islington, Angel, Arsenal, Hackney... The rooms are of good size, en-suite, modern and comfy shared kitchen. The whole place is very well maintained and very clean, 24 hrs reception. The management, reception and cleaning/maintenance staff all professional, helpful and very, very kind! For me the best feature is proximity of a large, beautiful park, just across the road, and a state-of-art sport centre with a large swimming pool (5-10min walk). Many nice parks, cafes, restaurants and shops nearby... I've been here now more than a month, and loving every day here (perhaps as this summer is very nice too) 😀😀😀

The building is clean, cozy, and modern, with excellent facilities, the room was very clean and comfortable. All the staff is very friendly and helpful, thanks a lot to Raphael, Michal, and Alejandro, and also to the volunteers Steffi and Anna they have a very good disposition. Is a great place to stay long-or short-term the location is great and have really good access to public transportation.

Newington Court is a great place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. People at the reception are really kind and friendly, I always felt at home. There's a beautiful Park across the street called Clissold Park, a bus stop round the corner and is just a few minutes away from Newington Church Street. I would definitely recommend this place.
