So tasty! It’s our first time coming back here after 3 years as we live in Greenwich. The food is top notch. We are glad we continue to recommend it to our friends and family. Proper Pakistani cuisine. Very friendly polite speedy service. Worth a visit at any time of the day.

Love the mix grill! (spicy but really tasty). Garlic naan very recommend too! Butter chicken was a lil blend and the chicken was really dry. But overall the food is really nice. Will come back for sure.

I think a bit hyped. Otherwise prices are almost as much as other restaurants around. Service was good and quick. Place is really busy and feels bit rushed. Mixed grill was good and most importantly quality of the meat is really good. Sindhi mutton Biriyani was just ok/average. Lamb kadai was very oily but tasty. Naan's could definitely have been better .

Decent food. Decent pricing. Excellent customer service. Fantastic decor. Family friendly restaurant. Very hospitable. Huge menu. They give large bottle water when seated (even though you didn't ask for it) and then they charge you at the end if you used. That is not good service. Don't get chicken tikka on its own. It was very dry. Get it as mixed grill.

Extremely disappointing. Reviews and advertisement are not a reflection of the Quality. Food was not send in the right order. Rotis were first sent and after a 10 min wait the gravy was sent. Chicken Tikka biryani was terrible. It was quite shocking. The portions were extremely small. The one star is only for the atmosphere and ambient.

Popular Pakistani restaurant with tasty food and friendly service. This place is always full and it's probably because they serve reasonably priced tasty Pakistani and Indian dishes. Some dishes we liked more and some a bit less but overall the experience was very enjoyable. They have an extensive list of grilled meats and everything was cooked perfectly. The naan bread is baked on the spot (it might be flat bread not Naan) and the place is clean and very organised. They are used to cater for large groups and this place is popular with families. It's not high end Pakistani cooking, it's more like what people would eat at home and this is fine. They also accept card payments which is a plus.

Do not order from here, especially via Ubereats. I ordered as there was a promotional offer on. I liked their food as I had eaten at their Dawat Norbury branch. I placed an order for chicken biryani, whole chicken, and butter chicken. When the parcel arrived, the bottom of the bag was drenched in oil, and the food was semi warm. What I was most disappointed about was the butter chicken. It never got delivered. Instead, I got delivered a chicken dish drowning in oil (see image attached), which would explain why the bottom of the bag was covered in oil. I understand restaurants can be busy, but that shouldn't serve as an excuse to get an order wrong or mixed up, especially when a customer has paid so much money for an order. A dine-in option would be better than ordering a delivery.

Very disappointed with the first and last visit today. They are serving food which didn't seem fresh and taste was awful.

I usually always go for Turkish food to stay safe but I’ve been growing so bored with grilled meat. The food at this restaurant was phenomenal, the flavours were truly unmatched. I’m really surprised to have enjoyed it as much as I did. We got (FREE) complementary desserts! 10/10!! Definitely recommend

10PP on a share of 4. Nice ambience and delicious food. For South Indian fans, the food will not be spicy and it will be mild. But delicious and tasty curry and biriyani available. Go for the non veg platter, has chicken wings lamb kebab and two more lamb recipes. One platter is sufficient for 4 person. 4.5 star, but Google's star can follow only rounded integers.

Ordered Whole Tandoori for takeout, all I got is a steamed bland chicken which placed on the chargrill for grill marks 🤦🏽‍♂️, this is not what tandoori looks like it tastes. Yall can do better

The food really average! We have tried all the best dishes. Nothing made me go like wow!

Excellent service and buzzing place. The food was awesome 👌. The only down point is that they could have provided mints after such a heavy meal. Prices are average in line with other restaurants. I will definitely visit again.

This is a wonderful, authentic Mughal food experience. The restaurant is a premium experience with luxury surroundings. The service is exceptionally quick, which is great if you're hungry. Get the staff to read back your order as they got two dishes mixed up. However, they quickly rectified this with no fuss. You can expect to pay much more for this experience in restaurants that do not meet the quality and authenticity of this experience. Fantastic value for money and service.

First thing it's embarrassing when the manger/owner (who is used to swearing) talks with staff with swearing words, i understand the language and I am with family and feeling very bad. The staff even the guy who took the order, don't know how to serve the food on the table when you charge extra to eat in. I order three items and all items come at different times. I don't want to say but the food quality is very very poor. I ordered sekh kebab. It's cooked fresh but serves badly. Served on a cold iron plate with uncooked onion.( You can serve it on a small plate if it's freshly cooked. The Afghan chapel kebab is very soggy from the bottom, it's just a normal sekh kebab mixer and cooked earlier and just microwave it and serve it.(if you don't know how to make it, you can use the ready mix masala for that) Last the masala fish. Even the white fish from Lidl is thicker than that. It was served uncooked and when we complained. The guy took it and came back after some with the same leftover fish which was worse, filled with oil, burned,it's so thin that it folded. You should reconsider your service attitude and food quality.

Plain rice has been served cold. We'd ordered chicken biryani with our other foods but it was served quite late as we've finished eating our rest of the food Apologies from the management and complementary rice pudding has been served on the house. Other foods like lamb karai, tandoori mixed grills, etc was very delicious. We'll recommend our friends and families to visit this restaurant.

It is the second time we come. The food is authentic and very tasty. Our waiter Awais was extremely professional and friendly. Both times he took care of us so well than it is always a pleasure to be back. We tried his recommendations and loved them (chama daal, king prawns Karahi and chicken madras). Thank you for treating us so well !

Nice food and halal of course. Mixed grill is good to share and affordable. Butter chick not great but lamb karahi was very nice. Service is a bit rubbish but it's the cheapest Desi restaurant in Tooting so you can't complain.

Lovely birthday meal outing for my father. Staff were lovely and happy to answer any questions. Ambience was lovely, beautiful decor but noisy but down to the restaurant being full with families and friends enjoying their meal. Would definitely come back again. Beautiful authentic food. My family and I got the family platter for 4 - great variety

First time at Dawat and thoroughly enjoyed my meal of chicken biryani and vegetable curry. Service was very good considering how busy the restaurant was. Lots of dishes to choose from and prices are very good. Would definitely eat here again.

The food was very tasty 😋 and the service was on top form. Especial mention goes to HASNI for providing extra care and good service to us. Really recommend her work and she had smile throughout our time in the restaurant.
