First review, I don't normally do this but it was so bad I just had to. Firstly, the place is dirty. The man serving was wiping his nose on his sleeve whilst taking orders... Lovely! I had a 2 piece meal with 3 hot wings. The wings were completely dried out and the batter was tasteless. I had 2 breasts also, batter completely uneven, pale and just awful. Completely tasteless and dry, ended up throwing most in the bin. If you want the best chicken around, head to 'tasty chicken' which is about a ten minute walk in the other direction. That place would get five stars.

Definitely do not recommend. The shop displayed a complete and utter lack of hygiene. The food is the worst I’ve had in a long time and there is no customer service or even just a basic courtesy and respect coming from the member of staff, who also happened to get my order wrong. The hot wings are ridiculously small, dry and bland.

It is ok for a quick take out. Burgers were ok but the bun was dry and seemed old as it was crusting a lot around the edges. Eh, the prices are fairly cheap. Could do with some better hygiene as it only has 1 out 5 for its hygiene rating.

Firstly the price list in the window is vastly different when inside. Walked to counter and member of staff was more interested in his phone than serving me. Tables were absolutely filthy covered in old food from previous customers. Bins overflowing with rubbish. AVOID at all costs

So you see on the front of the shop the picture of two amazing double-cheeseburgers, for only £3!!! Wow, then you run inside, ask the very young staff members, a boy and a girl, to give you those burgers. They start teasing each other and laughing and stuff while making your order. Unprofessional. Then, you get your order. Overcook meat, tasteless. Cheapest possible cheese. Burgers do not look at all like the picture, and taste nothing like burgers. My toddler can make a better burger at home if I give him the ingredients. At least the ingredients would be fresh. Save your £3, go to mcdonalds and get three cheeseburgers. Trust me, do not buy this menu item, the two double-cheeseburgers for £3. I havent tried anything else so I cant say how their chicken is, but it is up to you to go try it. I would never go back.

Second visit to this shop. 1st time round was fine good service. 2nd time the burger over cooked and I could not eat it due to this reason. I went back to the shop within 3 minutes of leaving and the guy was nice enough to offer to make it again and put in the correct ingredients as they were wrong in the burger before which was good enough. However the 2 men started talking very rudely about me and that I had come back to change my burger. Really vulgar and classless comments they were making and they obviously did not think I understood the language they were speaking when I am in fact fluent in it. Enough said. Poor and unacceptable.

So dirty place and the girl i saw her made the drink in a dirty blender . In the same fridge they put ice creams and meat stuff. Not gonna buy next time: Pizza was gross

I have ordered a whole chicken, stripes and burger through deliveroo and estimated delivery was 7.40 and its been 8.20 still not delivered. Cant reach them through phone, and cant get my delivery details. Cant cancel the order and this is so disappointing

Awful. Do not ever order from this place from any server. I placed an order, no response however they chose just not to fulfil at all. No answer on the phone. No apology. Just dead silence. Don't waste your time.

This is a deep pan pizza but for the price it is worth trying. The chicken meal with a drink is approximately the same price and very nicely made. Ambiance bright and service is homely. Nicely decorated seating area.

1 star is too kind for this restaurant to be honest. Extremely low quality food that tastes terrible, horrendous hygiene rating - surprised they haven't been shut down yet - and if you order delivery they take the actual p!ss with how long they take. Over an hour and a half for them to deliver to me at non peak times when I'm only 10 min drive away and didn't order anything complicated. Do yourself a favor and never buy from this place. If I had to choose between eating here and starving I would choose starving with not a seconds doubt.

They didn't deliver it until 2.5 hours after I ordered it, so we had already bought other food. Hoping for a refund from Just Eat. The actual wraps themselves were barely edible. I'm not sure what meat is inside them but it doesn't appear to be chicken. Terrible.

£2.49 for 5 spicy chicken wings. £4.49 for two chicken pieces and 3 spicy wings. Food came quick and hot, the batter was crispy rather than soggy which is good. However, they only had 3 sauces which was disappointing, no burger sauce!

Everyone was nice except for one very scary man who was dressed in business attire. We were honestly scared that people in this place were being abused because this man was so scary he was staring at us and making us feel uncomfortable and screaming at the poor other workers I feel so bad for them. I gave 3 stars because the other workers were nice and the food was good but this one guy was so scary and mean. He gave everyone else their food except for us wouldn’t let us ask for sauce etc, screamed at other workers when they spoke to us. He seems like the manager but honestly he needs to go everyone else was lovely.

The most unfresh chicken wings I have ever eaten. I got 8 wings from them and the wings were extremely dry. They were definitely selling their batch from morning. I’ve had an upset stomach all day because of their food.

They delivered food 1hour after I’ve ordered. Very much disappointed with the delivery time

The worst restaurant ever Order on Uber eats Restaurant accepted the order and then the order never arrived The restaurant itself was delivering, all their lines was busy for over an hour, and everytime I got through they kept disconnecting the line Food did not arrive and wasted over 2 hours trying to resolve the issue as order was stuck on restaurant delivering when they were not

i wish i could give this place zero stars twice ordered they decided to send delivery driver on a bicycle for a delivery that is 3 miles away gave them the benefit of doubt of twice now horrible rude staff in the shop and not to mention delivery is always 2 hours late and not to even begin on the food the chicken is absolute tasteless in the end i walked to tesco petrol pump and got my self a cheese and onion sandwich avoid at all costs

We’ve been there a couple of times while our stay in London, and we had a great experience. We had no problem at communicating even tho we are Spanish. The service ir really good and the workers are really kind. Prices are great and the quality of the food is incredible. It was kind of our safe place there in London.

When in with my daughter and husband for food and saw a person clearly struggling to afford food to eat asking for a few wing just something to eat. The two assistants just ignored him and clearly didn’t have an ounce of decency! So we bought the guy some food . When our meals came we sat inside to eat and as we were eating . Me and my daughter could clearly see one of the assistants hands remerging through the cooked chicken wings counter. He assistant was selecting a wing to eat without wearing gloves or using the tool. This happens a number of times I then decided to confront the guy as to how unhygienic his behaviour was and that he shouldn’t be touching the cooked food with his bare hands. I then proceeded to as for a full refund as I was not prepared to eat the food purchased due to what we had witnessed. The guy denied it completely and we said to him that there was no point of lying as I was prepared to take this further. He then owned up and said sorry. I told him that sorry wouldn’t cut it and that I wanted a full refund and would not be eating the meals purchased . With a little difficulty we were refunded. IM WITTING THIS REVIEW TO WARNING OTHERS OF WHAT WE HAD WITNESSED AND THAT THIS PLACE ISN'T HYGIENIC . Would never go there again and encourage others to do the same . We’re not from Tooting area anyway but would never return to that establishment AGAIN !
