Outstanding work from a highly professional team. Our garden had quite a significant slope and a very uneven lawn. With no access for diggers, the team dug out a huge amount of soil to create a flatter surface and installed an artificial lawn. We love our new patio area and can’t wait to have use of our garden all year round! From the first contact every question had been answered and we felt at complete ease welcoming the team to our home. We are very impressed with the quality of the finish and the work ethic; they worked relentlessly for 8 hours on the hottest day ever (not of the year, ever). Elite Lawn Solutions were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We're really pleased with our patio and will be definitely be using them again to landscape the rest of our garden. Nick and Ian worked tirelessly against the weather a lot of the time but did such a great job and all of them were always very customer focused. Wow! Completely transformed our garden and we couldn’t be happier. From the survey visit through to completion we have been extremely impressed with Tom and his team. Thorough, meticulous, extremely hard working and great guys. They were tidy whilst working and left our garden spotless. Our muddy poorly draining garden is now beautiful with sleeper bed, paving and an artificial lawn that our girls play on in all weathers. I would highly recommend Elite Service Solutions for your landscaping project! Elite Service Solutions (was Elite Lawn Solutions) were incredible throughout the landscaping of our garden. We have used the company 3 times (and going to use them again this year). We used a local company for a piece of artificial grass installation but this was not to the same standard as ESS so we asked ESS to come and rectify the issues within the project. From the start of each project, I had the pleasure of speaking to friendly and professional people (Tom, Sharon and Luke), and when the project started, the team were very hard working (Alex and Callum)! The aftercare from ESS is second to none! You get a 3 year workmanship warranty and a warranty on the grass ( if fitted and I can't remember the exact time but I think it is around 10 years). Each time, the team have come back to re-stick and lose edges and slabs that have worked lose).
