5/5 I would highly recommend a visit here. It wasn't too busy in spite of Thirsty Thursday/ Thursday is the new Friday. Well secluded away from the hustle and bustle of Piccadilly I Really enjoyed an hour in this bar which I found relaxing, cosy and intimate with a piano player. Bar service was polite, friendly and knowledgeable with good suggestions (I had a Cachaça with pineapple). Price was fairly high, but I emphasise fairly, which I found well worth it considering the above.

The experience was rather disappointing when considering the fantastic experience enjoyed at the diamond jubilee tea room a few months earlier. When filling out the booking form, details were requested if we were celebrating a special occasion. On the day no mention of it nor anything special was provided. Also very limited dietary options and cocktail choices. Drinks on the other hand were very nice and strong.

Just in case there are any suspicions that the 5 star rating is due to my being a starry-eyed wannabe hoping to fit in to the Fortnum & Mason set ... rest assured this review is based purely on what 3 AND 6 deliver (food, drink, atmosphere & service ... but admittedly not value for money) Had our usual Flat White with the House Sparking water (stunning Hildon sourced & in a glass bottle too). The Flat White sits comfortably within my top 10 with lovely strength & depth of flavour, the pièce de résistance, however was the flourless chocolate cake. We saw it in the Food Market area earlier and were very chuffed that it was available here too (although the bill did reveal a 300% markup versus buying from the Food Market downstairs 🙄) Nonetheless it was gorgeous in every respect ... the textures, Rich cacao flavour & not too sweet - Perfect. Will definitely return and try their very interesting savoury food menu which seems to offer better value). The service & atmosphere was as one would expect & a glorious escape from the Lunacy of London on a Saturday!

Cosy relaxing speakeasy lounge / bar on the 3rd floor of Fortnum & Mason. Lovely place to relax after shopping to enjoy cocktails & small bites. Art deco interior with different photography exhibits on the wall - just a lovely place to chill & relax with friends. Slightly pricey but to be expected in Central London & location.

Absolutely loved this place! We only had cocktails so I'm unable to comment on the food but the drinks were delicious and we will certainly be back. It's a real little find with a great atmosphere, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the busy shops. Service was great, especially the lovely lady on reception. Highly recommended.

Booked a table for an hour for my wife’s birthday for cocktails, had a wonderful experience we had an espresso martini and and an old fashioned to start both were very well made, there was also a nice selection of nibbles to go with the drinks. A wonderful experience from start to finish would definitely go again

What a fantastic experience we had at 3'6! We stopped in for afternoon cocktails and were so well taken care of that we returned later in the evening for a night cap. When we returned, we were greeted warmly, making us feel very special indeed. Thank you to all who made our visit so memorable.

My favourite place to come and enjoy a relaxed lunch and drinks. The staff are all so helpful and friendly - Valeria is a wonderful hostess. The food is always great, and I love to round off my trips with an affogato.

A jar of the 3 and 6 bar's delicious duck pâté found its way to the south of France, courtesy of my daughter and the wonderful bar staff and chefs. Thank you all so much, you've made my Christmas.

We went before a late afternoon tea for a more lounge type experience. Great new venue. Loved the music and the dramatic photo art.

The signature drinks are well worth the price. Fabulous!! The service was also beyond outstanding. This is such a lovely quiet space to relax.

A very elegant and relaxing spot with Good choice of drinks albeit slightly limited, to enjoy, while waiting for all your gifts to be wrapped by the lovely personal at Fortnum & Mason.

Very clean, very tidy, very good service as you'd expect from Fortnum & Mason, nice and quiet for the most part.

Review based on customer service we received before the covid-19 outbreak. This bar was a discovery. Quiet and relaxed, perfect for catching up with friends. We planned to make a quick visit on a Friday afternoon but ended up spending 2 hours here. The staff was friendly, professional, unassuming, and efficient. After a few drinks (both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks seemed to be available) we got lost in conversation. That is something that rarely happens to us because we're on a busy schedule during our visits to London. Shopping, sightseeing, dinner, West End theatre, etc. We wished we had found this bar sooner. We enjoyed our time here and will visit again. Even if it means clearing our schedule for the Friday evening! I would have loved to give 5 stars all around but found that the digital menu (Fortnum & Mason website) was outdated. It hadn't been updated in several months. There were menus at every table when we arrived so we noticed the discrepancy. We decided not to point it out because we didn’t want to inconvenience the staff. They had been professional throughout and besides, there was nothing they could do to fix the problem. Website maintenance issues should have been solved elsewhere (Fortnum & Mason head office) so that they don't interfere with customer service work.

Extremely peculiar experience this past Saturday when I was seated at just gone 12 noon when only two other tables [already served] were occupied. It took me ten minutes to attract the attention of four different members of staff, one who seated me but never returned despite my waving, one who said would return with pen and paper but never did, one who acknowledged me from the bar but never came over, and one who finally did take my order. I left 45 minutes later, as at that point, my drink still had not materialised itself. Five members of staff yet no clue whatsoever. Side note: I did notice two ladies who were seated just after me in the exact same predicament. It's a sad state of affairs when you get better service at Starbucks than you do at F&M.
