Great location and atmosphere. Poor service in dining area, we're left with no food and no one came to see if we wanted anything for about an hour after initial, order. Food was ok when it came

What a lovely experience I had. A typical English pub situated at the banks of Thames River serves amazing food and drinks.. The atmosphere inside is worth all the hype that this place has. The fish and fries that I had along with calamari were undoubtedly one of the best that I have had. Strongly recommend this place for people looking to experience the vibe of an English pub.

This is one of my favourite watering holes, it's a great pub with a good selection of real ale, larger and cider on tap as well as a good wine list ( spirits are available in abundance as well) Tony the "Governor" is a lovely fellow been here for years and the place is better for it. Food is good too, nice menu catering for all tastes. A word about the service It's brilliant 👏🏻 staff are really good, friendly professional and always on the ball. All in all I highly recommend the Thameside.

We had some drinks at this pub. Nice view at the river and several possibilities to sit or stand outside. You can order via QR code & table no - drinks are brought directly to your table. We did not try any food.

Pricey for a tiny portion of chips however service is fast. My friends bag was stolen though and whilst the staff were helpful this place is full of pikeys so be aware. Average London prices for beers but not extortionate in comparison to some places. Nice views.

I Met friend for lunch there. We sat on the Outdoor area facing the River. It was a great time. We ordered our Sunday roast and drinks at the bar. Staff was friendly, food was good, but the veggies could have been better prepared. I had Beef roast and for the price paid I got on 2 very thin slice of beef...... disappointed. But the place is busy, located next to Borough Market,by the Thames and with great view. We were on the Outdoor area, where they havegiant parasol and heaters, so is really helpful for British weather. This was the second time I have been there. Is a7min walk from London Bridge station.

A nicely laid out pub, opposite the Golden Hinde ship, there is a small outside drinking area with views of the Thames. A good selection of ales on the bar.

We stopped off here after going to Borough Market. One of the pubs you can stop off at walking the Southbank. Great spot to watch the river with views of the city and have something to eat and/or drink. There's plenty of outside seating, but that is very quickly filled when the weather is fine, as are the standing tables and spots on the railings. Great selection of beers, and sport is shown on screens inside.

Made a booking at Old Thameside Inn to meet friends who were visiting London from abroad (our first time to this restaurant). Booking was very easy to do via email and since the weather was nice they reserved us a table outside in the shade as I had requested in my booking. All the staff were super friendly and accommodated our stroller at the table (there’s also baby changing facility available!). We had fish and chips and the award winning steak and ale pie - all of it was so delicious! Thank you for a lovely lunch with an incredible view!

Welcome was good and explanation of how the service operated. Booking originally was straightforward. Beer choices excellent along with all spirits you can think of. Fabulous views over the river and buzzing area next to Borough Market. Food and service pretty good considering such a large and busy place. Most enjoyable for our group and will return again.

Dined with two kids for lunch on a Saturday. Place was fairly busy, but service was good and food came out quickly. Everything ordered was great and this turned out to be my daughter's favorite meal of the trip.

It's a nice place to eat. The food was good but the waitress mad us feel uncomfortable. She kept staring right at us when we were eating. The food arrived in good time however we were not informed they did not have certain dishes that were on the menu. We asked for hunters chicken but it did not come with onion rings that was on the menu. They didn't tell us this when we ordered our food. The waitress was very quiet. I could barely understand what she was saying. Hopefully next time we go the experience will be better. It was mainly the waitress we had problems with. Everyone else was great. Will go back and still recommend

Great place to have pints and enjoy some traditional plates . Had the Nicholson haddock fish and chips which was delicious, fresh fish with great batter and fries and tartare sauce .

Nice pub in a nice area to explore. Friendly atmosphere and good views out onto the Thames. Had some food from the snack menu which was good quality and priced appropriately for London tourist spots.

Nice place near London Bridge with outside area with great views of the river, English pub decor and decent service. I haven't eaten so don't know how good the food is. There are many eating options around. The prices are "London prices" so not cheap. Good place for people visiting London and trying to experience an English pub, with English decor, in the middle of London. Also, good if you are meeting your friends in the middle of London. Atmosphere is mostly created by people you are with and service was good.

The pub is very historic with a traditional old London interior. There's plenty of seating and a large dining area at the back. Service is okay and quick, even on the app. The prices are extortionate but about average for the area and location overlooking the Thames. I got a pulled beef sandwich, it was okay there was plenty of beef but overpowered by the sickly sweet caramelised onions. I'd possibly pop back in for a pint in the future if in the area.

Beautiful old tavern with a patio and large interior. Service was friendly and quick. The ocean fish and chips were good - fish was amazing, chips were a little dry and the scampi was ok. Mushy peas could have used a lot more seasoning though. Salmon and dill fish cakes were great! But the potatoes also could use more seasoning. Landlords platter had an assortment of bar snacks/appetizers including beef croquettes, chorizo, fried chicken thigh pieces, peppers, Mac and cheese bites and sauces. Mac and cheese bites could use more seasoning, otherwise it was fine.

Great spot to have drinks and lunch. Try to find a seat outside on a lovely summer day and get a great view of the river's comings and goings. Their pies are excellent as well.

Had the seafood platter. Was really lovely and and fresh. The crumbing and batter crisp and tasty. Staff were great. Top it all up my table was outside and was just a great calm experience. The empty plate says it all 😋.

The cocktails where so good! The setting was stunning, the food was average, the nachos where good but everything else was a little lacking and the padron peppers where just cold un-cooked peppers with salt on top, the calamari was cold without lemon or aioli, the chicken was just chicken, would go again but expect basic pub grub.

Nice place to have drinks, they have a lovely alcohol and non-alcoholic range. The elderflower soda was very nice. Food was incredibly disappointing. They'd run out of roast dinner, which is something to bear in mind on a Sunday - our table was booked for 5pm so if wanting dinner, go earlier. The pie and its accompaniments were lovely but nothing special, but I really would not recommend the beef brisket "croquette" starter: I've had bigger falafel and stuffing balls, there's only three of them served on a plate that even the rocket looked embarrassed to be on, and as for the "brisket", well - I don't think a cow had even breathed near them, it could have been any generic filling, we literally thought it was falafel or some budget deep fried stuffing ball. We asked if we had the wrong dish, but were reassured that it wasn't. Whilst the atmosphere was nice, the staff (two different members of) started clearing our plates before all of our party had finished eating, which is incredibly rude. The women's toilets also had bits of toilet roll all over the floor and empty glasses in them, with two out of three stalls lacking toilet paper. Discovered two spare rolls on top of the radiator, but as it's situated underneath the dryers, they were a bit wet, which is off putting, and also nowhere to put them in the cubicle except on top of sanitary bins or the floor, which isn't exactly sanitary.

Great views over the Thames!! Yummy food, however could have been a little warmer. Drinks came very quickly and the service was very efficient - you get table service but order through the QR code. Would recommend, prices good, and great location!

A really great place to go for dinner. The views over the river are stunning, staff were very friendly and helpful, the pub was very clean and the food was delicious! We will definitely be visiting again.

Lovely meal by the river with great food. Visited with my daughter just before Christmas, service was brilliant with a perfect view over the Thames Emily our server was very accommodating. Emily recommended the special apple pie which was delicious.

The visit was good and my colleagues and I enjoyed the Christmas meal. It was a group of 13 of us and only thing we all weighed on was the space and size of the tables (we found the spacing a bit tight for all of us) but we all managed to eat and there wasn't much fuss of it by the end. Staff members were great and catered to us. I heard people from my team wanting to come back next year, so maybe we'll end up coming back. Thank you.
