A friend lives nearby and wanted to come here for lunch. As Spoons go this one is pretty good. Quick service and blindingly (worryingly) fast food delivery. Our burger came in 4 mins from ordering. Quite a good vibe over lunch time too, it was busy but not crowded.

I love Wetherspoons, great food, good menu offering, and excellent value for money. Normally always five stars for me, but the "Gourmet Steak" I had today wasn't as good as other Wetherspoons I've been to, so loses a star. Staff were friendly and service very good.

This Weatherspoon's pub is beautiful! There is a view of Tower Bridge right outside the door. It's large, clean and reasonably priced. There is a great selection on their menu. The staff is super friendly and always had a smile. The restrooms are downstairs and are very roomy. There is a handicap entrance on the main floor accessible by a key from staff. It is a great place for family dining. The food was delicious. I had the nachos. They took a bit long and one of the staff wasn't happy at the length of time (26 minutes). She said that amount of time for nachos is not on, so she refunded my money and offered a free drink as well. We were really impressed with that. We weren't even thinking about that. I just really wanted my nachos, so thank you Pommelers staff! That made my day! Definitely give this place a go when you are near Tower Bridge!

lovely restaurant with attentive kind service, the steak was very tasty, the price is nice. You order at the bar and receive at your table - very convenient. I want come back. I see one minus, we need sockets for phone chargers of poor tourists. Without a navigator, we can get lost and sleep on the street.

Great location (in 2 minutes from Tower Bridge, at the Tooley street corner), diverse menu for a very good price (huge portion of grilled mix of meats with side dish and soft drink was about £15), friendly staff, clean and cosy environment. One can make an order by scanning the QR code or at the bar. Unlike my previous experiences, you pay when making the order and not afterwards. Overall, highly recommended. 👍🏻

Nice easy to get to pub with cheaper drinks and a good sized food menu. However The food was a bit of a let down, cheap microwave rice with dry chicken. The stuff was very friendly and the atmosphere was good. It's near London Bridge train station and bus stops plus its right on top of Tower bridges so great location with great views near by. There are some fruit machines opposite the bar area. There is also a step near the entrance with no signs and I saw a few people trip over it, quite dangous.

I had lunch on a Friday! The place was full but not crowded. I’ve had the traditional Fish and Chips, I love it, and an orange juice (it was natural). To order the food they use a QR code and you don’t talk to the employees, just when they serve you. The place is nice, very British and cozy! I’ll definitely recommend this place and I might go back there for some drinks soon!

Nice Spoons south side of Tower Bridge. Great selection of beers as per normal at regional prices not London rip off! Food was top notch and speedily served. When we're next in the Capital this will be one of our ports of call. .

Found this place when sightseeing. To my surprise it was actually pretty good and was reasonably priced considering the location! The fish and chips were cooked just right and had a good taste. The burger was tasty and was cooked well. When visiting again, I will probably pay this location a visit again.

Good Wetherspoon’s pub on Tower Bridge Road just south of the bridge. Six cask ales - and one cider - on handpump when I last visited including a porter and a mild. The pub's name is taken from the term for someone who pummels leather, a reference to the surrounding area's historical links to the leather trade. The very grand building which the pub now occupies was previously known as the Tower Bridge Hotel.

An enjoyable al fresco experience. Service was initially quite prompt but after the meal I waited quite a while to receive my check. The traditional Belgian rabbit stew was rich and satisfying on this early autumn day. I paired it with a glass of Kriek, a dark cherry beer.

I was really impressed by this place. Not too pricey food but very delicious. The beer was great too and ordering via app is a plus too.

Very professional staff, at 10 am we where instantly attended and the food (Freedom breakfast and muffing) was delivered to our table in 5 min. just when we where saying our food thanks prayer. Really fast . Beautiful traditional English pub with the best deals on breakfast, meals and free refills on hot drinks. Wonderful skylight at til. Very good situation, close to Tower Bridge and London Bridge.

One of the best, if not the best Wetherspoons I've visited. Stayed in a nearby hotel for a short sightseeing trip to London. This pub is within view of Tower Bridge. Great atmosphere, very good food and the most friendly, attentive and efficient staff. Thoroughly enjoyed several visits for food. The staff here deserve credit for their approach. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

I've never been to this pub before, but even before I started typing out my comment, the beer that I bought arrived. 😲 (That's what I call service) Although it is quite a small pub, it is busy. But it does have a great atmosphere. Well done, guys and gals.

The online ordering was down due to having sold out of some things. Wonderful menu selection. Fish was great and so was the garlic cheese bread. Came with 9 people and had no problem getting a couple of tables. Service was fast, food was delicious and we had a wonderful time here.

The pub is very nice, clean, great service. One of the best brunches from Wetherspoons. I sat at table number 7 on January 7, 2023 and was served by a polite, smiling waiter. I would like to express my highest gratitude and admiration to the pub worker - team leader, Turkish lady. She provided excellent communication and listening skills as well as a high standard of service. Thanks to her, I will definitely return to this place and also recommend this brunch of Wetherspoons to my friends. Once again, many thanks to her for her excellent work. I would like to thank the company’s management and manager, who hire such wonderful people and create an excellent team - this is their merit.

Visited twice for breakfast during our recent stay in London. Received a friendly welcome both times. Great choice of food available. Food was delivered speedily. Pub was a bit cold but guessing they'd not been open long & it hadn't warmed up. A good Weatherspoon's to visit.

delicious food and good selection of drinks at an incredibly affordable price. we got all this for £26! if you come in the afternoon, a meal and drink is only £8. the service was excellent and everything came within minutes. bangers and mash, pizza, chicken tenders were all really fresh and tasty as well. favorite lunch spot in london so far!

Very nice service and the location is impeccable, just near the Tower Bridge. It is not too far from the London Bridge tube station either. My phone ran out of charge and the staff was really helpful as they allowed me to use their charger! Food: I had the traditional fish and chips and got myself a Jameson, and it was not too bad. Also tried the gourmet burger meal with chicken wings. Fabulous meal within the budget!

We walked to this pub that was on the corner next to our hotel. We liked it so much we ate there again the next night. From the security at the door, who dismayed a great sense of humor, to the bartender who took our order, it was a great experience both nights. I highly recommend them!

The food is lackluster and expensive then steaks are fatty and inedible, the ramen soup is misleading, the staff are rude taking away plates before your done and dropping the food onto your table, they forgot orders and messed some up do not recommend huge headache

Unusual ordering method, you order from your phone or walk up to the bar (a hard option with 5 visitors) but the bath rooms and restaurant is clean and cheery. The prices are very good for lunch (10 GBP for chicken or steaks) very broad section of chicken, steak, burger, or salads. We didn't try the deserts but the drinks and food were very good.
