What a dump! No facilities whatsoever. No remote for the broken TV nailed to the wall. No heating switched on (requested 3 times). No change of bed linen (also requested). No change of towel (also requested). 1 bath towel supplied with 1" piece of soap. Luckily I took my own towel, toothpaste, brush and soap. Next time I go to London I'll pay a bit more for a decent place to rest my head.

If there was a possibility of giving 0 stars I would. I reached lat around 11 in the night to check in. The staff was very rude and he only cared about the fact that I leave in the morning by 10:30(check out time). Moreover, there's no free WiFi, you have to pay 5 pounds per night if you want to use it. The bedroom had a dual bed, i was asked to only use one(fair request). The room was very dirty and one of the beds had stains all over it. The bathroom was full of mould and as if it had not been cleaned for years. The hotel lacks basic hygiene. The other bed on which i attempted to sleep had a terrible mattress (it was as if it had a hole), the pillows were made out of stone. I couldn't sleep at all and had to go to work the next day, sleep deprived and tired. Worst of all in the morning around 9:30,you are again told(shouted) that you need to check out by 10:30. I somehow managed to get ready and quickly left. I was out of water and asked the receptionist if I could fill my bottle as it's a hot day(temps reaching 36°c), when I was rudely told NO. I mean this particular place does not believe in sharing water, the most important and basic of human needs. It could be an secluded incident, however, from what I heard the way the receptionist was speaking to others(guests), the employees behaviour remains the same.

Do NOT book a room in this hotel. The only good thing about it is the location the hotel itself is a complete dump. I stayed in 2 rooms. The first one was dirty, the toilet seat was broken, the shower was leaking and mold everywhere and bed bugs. The second one stank of cigarette smoke, the bed was broken, the floor was giving in, the sink in the bathroom was leaking, mold everywhere and of course the bed bugs. You only get one towel with a tiny piece of soap no matter how many people are booked in the room and when you ask for more the staff don't listen. Talking about the reception staff they literally don't t care about anything. We asked for the heating to be put on in the room as it was cold over night and we got nothing. They threw the keys on the desk and I overheard a couple complaining about the state of their room and the reception guy literally just told them they were annoying him. Please don't go there. It's not worth it.

TLDR: don't stay here We paid hundreds of pounds for 3 nights at this hotel but only stayed for one (and that was more than enough). The place was mouldy, unnerving and uncomfortable. Upon arrival we learned that the room keys have to be handed back in and picked back up at reception when leaving the hotel. Presumably this is due to the number of people unable to bring themselves to return and the hotel having to get new keys cut. I would not feel comfortable leaving luggage in the room and it seemed a lot of people were opting to leave suitcases in the tiny reception room. Our room had black mould on the ceiling, water seeping in through the brick work and nails sticking through the back of the door into the hazardous tiny bathroom with a shattered floor tile. It had a filthy fan and a window resembling one from a prison cell. The bedding was bloodstained and the whole room felt like it was hazardous to our health. We decided to head out and have a drink to take the edge off staying the night which was our only option at this point. Upon handing the key in the receptionist asked if we were checking out only 30 minutes after we had arrived, which leaves me to believe it is a common occurrence 😂 We locked the door to our room and tied a string around it to a nearby wire because we felt unsafe and after the worst night sleep we woke up to find the door was open and the string untied. I'm not sure if this was perhaps another guest, as reading other reviews it turns out the keys for room 6 and 6a are identical, nevertheless we were very creeped out and scarpered. Stay at your own risk!

This place is not just about being dirty! Come to this 'hotel' if you love getting bitten by bedbugs!! I booked this hotel for a few days but had to check out within an hour due to a bed bug infestation, and the hotel is refusing to issue a refund. Best of luck with your stay.

You can have your own room for NO longer than 1 night, as follows: - bring bug spray / insect repellent - the single room rate should be double a hostel rate, at the most - have a sleeping bag OR warm, but disposable clothes OR your own cover - be prepared for some noise, including from less-fortunate people with some small form of social challenge Some positives: - good location, supermarkets, public transport - staff are fine as long as you take it easy & engage in an understanding, but assertive way - this property should EITHER raise the standards (& prices) OR keep the prices, but do some form of charity, by offering a clean bed for the night as a kind, helping hand to part of the people with issues, addictions, in need of seeing someone cares every now & then. Otherwise, NO one should work in those conditions & at that possible pay rate.

for the price I paid this place is good value I read a lot of the reviews and I was slightly apprehensive, but heaven forbid that many of these people ever get into a situation where everything is not completely perfect. I inspected the room thoroughly and the mattress seemed brand-new as well as the sheets, actually I removed a new label tag from one of the sheets. if there were problems before, they have spent money to fix them. of course with old property there could be some work done with the doors and fittings but it’s normal for London. Woman and man at reception were friendly and always available. I would stay again for business trips

We had a bad experience. As soon as we started checking in, the employee accommodated us in a room in the basement of the hotel. The room had a musty smell, dirty carpet, no window and no air inlet or outlet. Dirty bathroom and sheets too. I asked them to accommodate us in a room with an air outlet and with the minimum conditions for our stay. The employee was extremely rude and treated us very badly. He said the amount we paid was not for a better room. Regardless of the value of the stay, the least the hotel should do is ensure a comfortable stay for its customers. After much insistence they accommodated us in a slightly better room, but even so the accommodation was totally different from the photos. Broken shower, room without towels, dirty sheets, carpet smelling of mildew, this one at least had a window. We had to leave the window opened overnight duo to bad smelling. We were treated very badly by the staff during our stay. Before checking out was over, they’ve turned the lights off as a way to kick us out of the room. I have never been so humiliated and disrespected in a hotel or pension I have ever stayed. The only advantage of this hotel is the location, otherwise they must respect their customers. The hotel has an obligation to take care of its guests, it is mandatory. I would like a public retraction from the hotel, as well as a position from Agoda (place I bought) regarding everything that has happened to us.

Well where do I start. I will be fair and give a fair where warranted review. I arrived happpy at first but that feeling soon went when I had to stand in the hall way for 15 minutes and had to listen to him shout at someone after the ordeal he didn't even call me through so I walked into his office and identified myself and then the check in went smoothly as it should. I was given my key I was told don't take the key out of the building at any costs but to leave it at reception which is fair enough. Check in overall score: 7/10 Arrival at room 15 top floor I opened the door which had seen better days and shut and double locked myself in. There was an overwhelming smell of damp I mean chokingly overwhelming and after investigation I found it to be around the windows so I open the window wide the view was byamazing being on the top floor but that's about it. I had an investigation of the building it seems clean but I will be laying on top of the bed tonight just in case. First impressions of room overall score 5/10 Arrival back at room 15 after evening out in London I got back and the night receptionist was now there and he was a man of little words confirmed my name and then allowed me to have my key. As I got up to my room (now this is an observation not an accusation as there is too many variables as to what had happened) but my door was closed to but not locked properly and although nothing was taken there were things out of my bag and paperwork which I would bet money on I had tidied away before I left and my diabetes needles were on the bed !! That's not me for real I have used diabetes treatments for a long time and know to keep them sanitised etc. Second impression if returning to room15 score: 2/10 Final words After reflecting on what had happened I don't blame the reception or staff they are quite obviously overwhelmed running a large zone 1 central London establishment. They should sell up and give fresh eyes a chance to rebuild rename and start fresh. That hotel has so much potential and it's almost upsetting who run down it is. Overall score for all things: 2/10 (one of them points for the view and 1 because I can't give zero.)

This hotel is at the Pimcolo area. Plenty of convenience stores around with really cheap toiletries and drinks. Good for backpackers. The whole street is a hotel and hostels street so very safe neighborhood. Staff disposition can be much much better. He looks like he didn't want to be there, I was trying to find the room due to the lack of directions on the hotel walls and from him and returned to him to ask him where the room is, but he was terse with his replies.

This was the worst hotel experience I ever had. The building from the outside is nice, but as soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by a terrible smell. The doors don’t lock properly and WORST OF ALL, there are BEDBUGS. I have welts all over my face and body from the bed bug bites. I will never stay there again and do not advise anyone to stay, no matter how cheap it is. Lesson learned!

DO NOT STAY HERE! I was supposed to stay at this hotel for 3 nights and I made a reservation via Agoda, which showed decent reviews of this place. Few days before the planned arrival date I checked Tripadvisor reviews on this hotel and there were many complaints with picture proof that the hotel has bed bugs. I contacted the hotel via email before I was supposed to check in asking about the matter and they never replied. I had to book another hotel because I am allergic and staying in a place that has bed bugs is a health risk to me. I've now sent 4 emails in total to gorbigoe directly and they still refuse to reply to me or give me refund. I've also contacted agoda multiple times and they're doing their best to help, but the hotel staff is lying and not taking the responsibility. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, gorbigoe is a scamming ppl and you will either get bed bugs as a souvenir or lose your money if you book them.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. However, The staff particularly the white guy at the reception was extremely rude and uncooperative. The heater in our room was not working and when we asked for his help, he kept reminding us that it's a budget hotel. We were given a heater later on but we don't expect such unprofessional attitude from hotel staffs. After all, its supposed to have the facilities they've mentioned on the website. Overall, extremely rude staff I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there since there are better options for a budget hotel.

Horrible experience. The front desk entered our room whilst we were out on the town without permission or forewarning. The hot water main is outside our window and workers had to walk through our room, crawl through the window to reach it. All our belongings and valuables were in the room at the time, and the workers left the room with muddy shoe prints all over the carpet and the window sill. When asked to speak with a manager about this incident all three front desk staff refused to call a manager or pretended to not have a number to call. No partial refund was offered, not even an apology, the front desk agent was just clearly upset that we caught them in the act of entering the room without our knowledge. Thankfully we came back at the time we did. On top of this questionable event here are a list of issues with the hotel itself. Cons: -Was told to ‘fuck off’ by front desk after repeatedly asking for a manager. -Disgusting rooms. -Unusual smell throughout hotel. -Black mold in bathroom. -No towels to use for the shower provided. -No hot water for shower. Even after they “fixed” it. -Many holes in the drywall. -Wifi isn’t provided. £5/24hrs. -Was charged %5 for room instead of the listed %3 on their policy and in email. -TV is very small and the settings were in a foreign language. -Plug sockets falling out of the wall exposing wires -Hotel is too expensive for what they truly offer. Spend the extra few pounds and save yourself any trouble. Here are the only pros to this hotel. Pros: -Walking distance to most major sights and landmarks as well as underground stations and Victoria station. -Kettle provided with tea/coffee. -TV provided in room. -24/hr front desk.

The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. It's useless for anything other than its location. it's dirty inside. bathroom and toilet were broken and narrow. the bed was very dirty. There were disgusting marks on the curtains and the bed sheet. The window ledge was full of cigarette butts. I would never recommend.

Worst hotel ever stayed in, should be inspected. Filthy, poor circulation, no basics including water for kettle. Appalling bed with broken support and I got bedbugs. Score less than one and I’m a cup half full guy. Quite upset as in good area. Read other reviews, they are accurate. No point in asking for refund as I witnessed little interest when another customer raised concerns. Poor poor poor. I do not recommend this hotel.

If I had to choose between a prison cell and this place, I would choose prison a ×1000 times. Our room smelled like mould from the moment we walked in to the moment we left, there were no windows to open so no ventilation to get rid of the smell.(basement room) The bed, ceiling lights and bathroom were in a horrible dirty state which would make you appreciate sleeping in a public bathroom. We had ×1 towel and ×1 tiny soap bar to use between 2people. The towel came with a surprise, which was hair that didn't belong to me nor my partner. The receptionist was the rudest person I have met in my entire life,he threw us the keys and literally wouldn't talk to us. (btw they made us leave the room keys at reception every time we went out ) the walls were paper thin, leading in all the noise from other rooms and hallway to pierce through our ears the entire time and especially at night . We could hear people moaning, walking, being sick etc. If you have some extra cash, please choose another place to stay unless you want to be scared for life. No amount of money in the world can make this place worth it. It should be closed down for good! Avoid at any cost!!!

Easily the worst place I've stayed in. The mattress was awful but made worse as the bed structure had caved in on one side. There were no pillow cases (pillow condition shown in photo) until I nagged the front of desk chap to let me take some - he'd said there weren't any, but I saw them and called him out on it. My wife arrived before I did and had to look after another guest who was having a bad trip on drugs and the front of house was unsupportive. Shower filled with dirt and rust. My wife injured herself opening the window because the room was so cramped she couldn't fit past the wardrobe.

Tbh I think the hotel is okay in my experience. I was worried after seeing all the reviews but for £61 a night in Westminster, I can't complain. The room was clean and spacious however toilet door didn't fully close or something and not spacious. Location is prime so can't complain. Between this for two ppl and same price for a hostel I would definitely go for this. Also no lift so prepare to carry your stuff.

A terrible place to stay. The walls were moldy, carpet had visible disgusting stains. Bad air ventilation as there wasn't any window to open :( . The hair dryer in the room wasn't working either. There wasn't any pantry or kitchen to use, quite noisy, you can listen to any sounds outside. The only pros of this place is that its near the victoria station.

I booked last minute and came across this hotel as a budget choice. I have to admit, I was scared to stay due to the reviews. I booked a single room with an ensuite bathroom. Yes, the hotel interior is very old and worn out. My room however was reasonably clean, the bedding was fresh. The corners were very dirty though but then again, you would specifically have to check them in order to see it. The bed was old and worn out, but still comfy, at least after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom was clean, but the flush of the toilet was working only sporadically. It took quite some time for warm water to come. Most of the staff were not friendly. Location is great. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel and pimlico underground station is a 2 minute walk. A decent value place to stay if all you need is a bed and a private room. I paid 40£ per night and usually you would only get a hostel dorm bed for this price.

Please do yourself a favour and avoid this place. Told I should be charged for the tiny milk for tea. Room was nice size but it had broken light switch. A fuse box from the 1950’s shower that really needs to be replaced. Absolutely filthy conditions all round.

We wasn’t expected anything because of the bad reviews but it wasn’t so bad at all. The room (a 3 persons room bu we were only 2 persons) was clean, the bed’s and the sheets was clean and the shower/toilet was clean. There was no towels before day 3 and we went home day 4. The radiator was on all the time so the room was never cold - which was nice in december! We could open the window to let in fresh air. Our room was next to the reception and we could hear everything from the hall because of the thin door and wall’s. There was no venting in the bathroom so we couldn’t get rid of the steam from the shower and the towels could not dry. The receptionist was nice and polite.

What can I say. Horrid smell when you walk in, bed was decent. Very small room. But the location was decent and a nice area of London. Bathroom was about 2m by 1m.

The hotel itself is in a very convenient location. The room where we stayed was tiny but has its own bathroom. It has TV but was not working. Bathroom geating takes ages like more than 3 hours to work, so better turn it on early when you need a shower. Bring your own towel and toiletries as it is not provided. They only provided 1soap and tissue. For cleanliness, I would rate it a 1star, as the coffee cups are not washed. The blankets are old and I had doubts that they change it everyday. The room where we stayed is ok for warm season but i think it will be cold during winter season and the heater provided is not even working properly. Overall, if you need a cheap accommodation just to rest yourself for a day, the price is just right.

It was the most disgusting hotel I have been at. The room smelled death and it was VERY dirty. The staff was really rude and did not talk to us at all. We were there for about 1 hour then we left. The FIRE alarm went on 3 times in like 20 minutes. The bathroom was so small that I could not even sit on the toilet. The hotel isnt worth 1£. NEVER GO THERE!!!!!!!!
