We
had
a
bad
experience.
As
soon
as
we
started
checking
in,
the
employee
accommodated
us
in
a
room
in
the
basement
of
the
hotel.
The
room
had
a
musty
smell,
dirty
carpet,
no
window
and
no
air
inlet
or
outlet.
Dirty
bathroom
and
sheets
too.
I
asked
them
to
accommodate
us
in
a
room
with
an
air
outlet
and
with
the
minimum
conditions
for
our
stay.
The
employee
was
extremely
rude
and
treated
us
very
badly.
He
said
the
amount
we
paid
was
not
for
a
better
room.
Regardless
of
the
value
of
the
stay,
the
least
the
hotel
should
do
is
ensure
a
comfortable
stay
for
its
customers.
After
much
insistence
they
accommodated
us
in
a
slightly
better
room,
but
even
so
the
accommodation
was
totally
different
from
the
photos.
Broken
shower,
room
without
towels,
dirty
sheets,
carpet
smelling
of
mildew,
this
one
at
least
had
a
window.
We
had
to
leave
the
window
opened
overnight
duo
to
bad
smelling.
We
were
treated
very
badly
by
the
staff
during
our
stay.
Before
checking
out
was
over,
they’ve
turned
the
lights
off
as
a
way
to
kick
us
out
of
the
room.
I
have
never
been
so
humiliated
and
disrespected
in
a
hotel
or
pension
I
have
ever
stayed.
The
only
advantage
of
this
hotel
is
the
location,
otherwise
they
must
respect
their
customers.
The
hotel
has
an
obligation
to
take
care
of
its
guests,
it
is
mandatory.
I
would
like
a
public
retraction
from
the
hotel,
as
well
as
a
position
from
Agoda
(place
I
bought)
regarding
everything
that
has
happened
to
us.
