The hotel is in a handy location, the rooms are clean and neat, and the staff is friendly. It’s not fancy, but it’s a comfy and quiet place to sleep. The bed is good, but the small bathroom can make showering a bit tricky due to water splashing. They don’t serve breakfast, but you can get a cup of coffee. It’s an okay choice for the price, just keep your expectations in check

Unfortunately the hotel was a bit of a disaster, firstly I was given the key and told my room was number 10, on entering my room there was a naked Eastern European gentleman eating a kebab on the bed (not joking). After returning to reception and being given the key for my actual room, number 8. The room was very small and the toilet was so tightly fitted within the shower room that you couldn't actually sit straight on the toilet, you had to sit at a 90° angle, which was rather uncomfortable and on opening one of the bedside drawers discovered a 1/4 full bottle of spiced rum and some dubiously stiff tissues. The bedding was actually very clean, although the pillow was one thick solid brick and was almost unusable because it was so hard. The only positive was the price, £60 for a Friday night in London is cheap, but I suppose you get what you pay for.

Good location. 6-8 min walk from Victoria station. 3 minute walk from Warwick Way bus stops. Friendly and helpful workers. Did not hesitate to help us. Hotel room are only meant for sleeping in. Small room with a very small TV, with not the cleanest beds. Breakfast food options were very few. However, the bathroom was a disaster. Floor flooded after every shower which surely is unhygienic.

the customer service is impeccable, friendly, understanding and respectful, the rooms are small but cozy, clean and comfortable, I would definitely repeat the experience, in addition, the price is more than fair.

The “hotel” was a total disappointment, we couldn’t fit next to each other at any part of the building. The breakfast was really poor, we ate cereal and bread&jam for a whole week. A slice of cheese or ham would be required. On the second day the “bathroom” was stinky from pee. There wasn’t even a toilet brush as well.. We could hear each step of the neighbours. The pictures on the websites are made with a great camera in order to hide the real size of the room.

Room good size. Bathroom clean. Bed was dirty, lots of hairs left on the fitted sheet. Looked like the sheets had not been changed. Very few channels on the TV. TV remote didn't work, nor did the buttons on the TV. Breakfast was bread, jam, butter and drinks. Small breakfast room for number of rooms.

**UPDATE** Emailed the escalations department a week ago per the reply back to my review. I have yet to hear back from them. Based off of my initial experience and the lack of follow-up, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Take your money elsewhere. I was looking to make a last minute getaway in London for my wife and her mom. Seconds after booking I realized I had selected the wrong check-in date so I called the hotel to see what options I had. Unfortunately due to company policy, my reservation was non-refundable and they were "unable" to change the booking date. Even though I know that I made an honest error on the check-in dates, the company was adamant that they were unable to try to work something out. They took my money and said, "Sorry, it's our policy." Needless to say, horrible customer service and I will never do business with OYO again.

It was an okay experience. The room we first got was between the main entrance and the front desk (so it was almost impossible to sleep, you can hear everything), room was not as the photos in the ad (crazy small) but in the second (and last) night they managed to provide another room, a way better one. Front desk always helpful and polite. Excellent location, near to a big station and touristic spots.

The room smelt dirty, very musty and all carpets, curtains and shower curtain were old and dirty. The manager offered to help by spraying half a can of air freshener around the bed and carpet! Good location and staff as helpful as within their power. I never expected a posh place for the price but I didn't expect the smell and cleanliness to be as bad as it was.

First of all the staff were great! The room however was not. There were stains all over the walls from previous guests, the light switches and radiator were dirty. The bathroom was extremely small and the shower was on the same level right beside the toilet and sink. On closer inspection the entire bathroom was covered in mould and mildew. I had an allergic reaction due to the conditions in the room and was unable to shower for four days. I have bug bites over both of my ankles and lower legs that I did not have before staying here. Would not stay here ever again based on my experience and I regret that I spent money to stay here.

Only got 1 because I couldn't give a zero. Rooms not cleaned until I asked on day 5 , they didn't do I had to ask again on day 6 ( I had to buy clean towels) When I asked at reception to have the room attended they staff were rude making out I was lying about the room not being cleaned. They left rubbish in the corridors for days on end ( a fire hazard). The security staff walk by like it was nothing. ( the security staff were very polite I must say). The door to my room had a 3cm gap at the bottom ( I looked like it had been force open at some stage and not repaired)[see pictures] The bath plug was mould and rusty ( see pictures) they staff said it was normal! No shower curtain in the bathroom and the floor was always getting soaked. The lifts were a nightmare one bank did not work and the other bank, was overwhelmed. Don't stay here at any cost , it will ruin your stay.

The room was small, but had what we needed— as described in pictures. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We loved the location so close to the Coach and Victoria Station as well as the village nearby with great restaurants, pubs, convenience store. It was really charming and clean. We definitely plan to return next time we come to London. Price was fantastic. A real find for us!

If all you want is a simple room to sleep, shower and leave your luggage. Then this is the place, it's simple and really well located. Staff was helpful and friendly, there was a breakfast service. The only negative was that the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, small details like the cord of the hair dryer had some grime which could have been cleaned with a wipe and the gaps between the tiles could use a more thorough cleaning. All in all, I was happy with the service, like I mentioned in the beginning, it's simple and that's what I needed.

I find that the hotel provides a great place to access both local commodities and relatively short commute times to busier tourist areas as well. While I do find the staff to be really accommodating and friendly, I am not a really big fan of the rooms. Aside from the small size of both the stairwell and rooms, the room can be extreme hot during the summer. I would only recommend if you are in a group of 2 to share 1 room. If you have a larger group that requires 2 or 3 rooms, I would recommend you booking a placement where everyone is on the same floor (up to 3 rooms a floor). It is difficult to plan with others when you navigate around other rooms that are not part of your traveling group.

The location of this place is perfect for anyone needing a cheap room in Central London. The employees were helpful and friendly. However, as we wanted breakfast and this place provided breakfast we thought it would be ideal. Breakfast turned out to be cornflakes with milk and nothing else. Disappointing. The room was not ideal either but it was cheapish, so can’t moan too much. Still enjoyed our break.

Small little place with nice rooms. Isn't really big enough for more that 2 people. Great location just a short walk to all the tourist attractions in London. Fair prices and the room was clean when I arrived. Was able to check in late and check out very early for my flight

Worst hotel ever. I paid £545 for two rooms, one room for a couple and one room for a couple and a baby. The rooms had two single beds, not double beds. The room had no place for my baby to sleep. I also asked for a duvet so that my baby could sleep in the bed and I could sleep on the floor but they didn't give it to me, and I asked for it 3 times. The mattresses, pillows and toilet were dirty. They didn't think that they would give me one more duvet and why I had traveled for 6 hours to go to London.

I just think OYO, by design, is constructed as a scam devoid of ethics. Hear me out. The whole experience devolved the longer I stuck around to try to give them an opportunity to resolve the main issue which was bed bug droppings in the corner seams of the mattress cavities. I'm not very fussy - I've dealt with bed bugs before. Usually it's just as simple as "hey, there are bed bugs and I'd like to change rooms or get a refund." Here at OYO the experience was actually gaslighting by the front desk trying to convince me the black spots were from *cleaning* nearby the mattress. Yes, actually tried to say that some cleaning nearby the mattress left black spots in the corner seams of the mattress. Once I heard that, I mentally checked out. The front desk said they can't refund because they need a manager to do it, and this manager isn't available. It snowballed into giving me a phone number that doesn't lead anywhere and a recommendation to use the OYO chat system which is pre-programmed to give the following messages: "Are we still connected?" and "I hope this chat is still connected" before disconnecting. This I have saved with screenshots from multiple chat sessions. In essence, money acquired, and all the walls are up. It would give me the greatest pleasure to see OYO buckle under their lawsuits.

The place is small, but anyways it's very cozy (and I love the pink walls). Other than that, it's a quiet street. The staff from the first moment is very friendly, respectful and attentive. They even helped us carry our bags to our room. They have a hot water dispenser with which you can make a coffee or tea whenever you want for free. The breakfast is good, they don't have a delicacy but what they serve is more than enough and they also offer books to read during breakfast and tourist pamphlets. I definitely give OYO Vegas Hotel a 10/10. Thank you for having us and for such a good treatment.

The rooms and beds are just too small, and the fact that the shower and loo share the same floor is not very hygienic. We were in the room next to the reception and it was horrible, doors opening at all times, the receptionist chatting up until 3.30am... Despite all that, the staff were very helpfull and nice, and the location of this hotel is amazing.

Nice location, rooms very small, As you open the door you walk straight into a shower/ wet room to get to your bed, which I thought was strange, down the side of the toilet wasn't great, but Men on the desk were very friendly and welcoming.
