Unfortunately very poor considering this is a Ben & Jerry's. Although a joint location with Subway (and what you smell as soon as you enter), they were happy to scrape the dregs from an ice-cream tub just to get my friend one scoop. Mine was melting in the freezer and it just slopped into my tub. Definitely not happy. At times the staff really didn't care. It was quite an awful experience and it wasn't even busy. I dread to think what it's like then.

Price is per scoop, but when we went to pay, they charged extra for the cone even when that is not stated anywhere. Staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing or care.

CARELESS STAFF there was one man serving in ben and jerry and a lady started helping from Subway because it was busy but just with 3 costumers waiting in queue We asked the lady for big waffle cone and she just looked at the waffle machine and saw there was none ready made but there was better still in a bawl to make one but they was list bothered and they said come tomorrow for waffle it's finished now Those employees needs to be monitored because they don't care costumer and does not provide company standards service I and my wife visited the shop on 21st july around 4:10pm till 4:40pm senior management please check cctv

Tiny portions, high prices, uninterested staff who had no idea about the allergens in their products. Don’t bother, go to the Leicester Square branch instead!

Cookie dough flavor did not taste like the normal cookies dough flavor. Many flavors missing.

I had a scoop of peacan blonde and a scoop of strawberry cheese cake. I wanted cherry garcia but they had sold out. They don't have many flavours so it's a shame they run out of what little they do have.

Rude and grumpy staff frowning at customers as they come in. Appears they'd really pefer you not stop in.

Bit underwhelming, especially given the price. They need to sort out the queue path as there is no way of backing out unimpeded through the massive queue behind you :)

Milkshake = milk, no shake. I ordered a chocolate brownie milkshake, but it was runny to the point of basically being chocolate milk, for a price of 7 pounds. Would not recommend.

It’s a cute little ice cream parlor combined with Subway. Cute walls gives off good vibes. There is plenty of seating. Friendly staff and good service. The only drawback is they offer limited ice cream flavors for a location that can get busy with tourists. You can grab your cups and cones and head out to enjoy the view of the bridge

Asked for a milkshake was shocked to discover 2 big lumps of ice cream at the bottom. Almost choked to death on a chocolate chip. Highly recommend you go elsewhere if you value your life!!!

MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE POS TERMINAL WHEN PAYING. I was charged 76£ instead of 7.60£. The merchant refused to refund me after I visited the store the next day instructing me to reach out to the owner of the franchise. The owner of the franchise reached out however has not replied to any of messages or email. This is extremely disrespectful from the merchant and not a great way to treat travellers to London. Incredibly disappointing and I advise no one to visit the store.

It was difficult to believe Ben & Jerry's was worthy of 2.9 stars before going in but it didnt take long to understand why. The shop is a fairly understated affair and the choice of flavours is limited but given pretty much everything they make is delicious, it wasn't deal breaker. Yet. The real dagger to the heart came when the girl behind the counter had decided to cash up 15 minutes early. Despite contradicting herself with a fairytale about closing at 7pm instead of 8pm she stood firm and refused to enter into any negotiations. We left confused and unsatisfied but with a renewed respect for the star rating system.

Lacked many flavours. Did not even have simple cookie dough and no whipped cream. Milkshake was extremely runny 98% milk 2% actual icecream,disappointing experience
