The chicken wings has burned and over cooked. The food was tasteless. I was waiting for the foods more then 20 minutes and after that I got all the burns chicken wings. It's wasted my break time and as well money. If you like KFC then go to others place but don't come in here. I am explaining my opinion and now decide your self. Thanks.

Don't come here lunch I waited 30 mins for 3 pc chicken meal. Still not even close to getting my food. My lunch break is nearly over. Management need to hire more staff. Greedy selfish owners/ management dont seem to care for their customers.

I walked into this kfc with excitment and was totally disappointed. Customer service is very poor. The fries was cold and the chicken was also cold and bland. The floor untidy I can imagine the rest room then. The tables filled with spilled with no one checking or tidying. I ordered a dine in and the order was packed as if it was begged for without any thing to ensure a comfortable dine in. it was packed without tray without pack and had to practically begged for Ketchup and straw. Am totally disappointed with KFC now

I think this is the worst KFC in the world. No kidding. It is dirty and messy inside and very crowded and noisy. No enough space and very squashed. The food, every time I ordered, is barely warm and chicken always so dry and tasteless. Whoever says this is a franchise and they follow the same formula, it is lie because this one doesn't. i gave it couple of tries, and never again. Oh, they are rude too. Disgusting.

I waited 15 mins for my food to be served and the place was empty. My food was cold and order was wrong,no tables cleaned took an extra 10 mins to get someone to clean. Toilets were a mess and stink I walked straight out. Seems like the staff are more interested in laughing and joking then working. Only come here if you like cold food. And the secruity 🤣🤣🤣🤣 spent all his time on his phone

Ordering was pretty easy, and collecting took a little longer than I thought, however wasn’t too bad. Service was very helpful and friendly and the actual collection was pretty easy. Food was delicious as always, even though my Pepsi wasn’t filled all the way 😢. It would also be better if the seating was less cramped and close together. And the stalls didn’t match the tables. Sometimes you would be sitting next to a stranger you didn’t feel comfortable sitting next to. However the restaurant overall was pretty good and I would come again.

Ordered the 4 piece original box meal, I was given 2 pieces. Order number 7228 on 19Sept 2023. It was a takeaway and at a hospital appointment, so cannot go back. Really annoying. Dont think the Bangladeshi ladies serving have their focus on the job. Or is it a KFC policy?

Used this place twice for convenience as staying in a nearby hotel. Service is appalling. First, only one machine out of the four was working. Second, there is no display for numbers ready and no numbers issued for people who purchased at the counter by cash; add to this that all the staff could barely speak English and couldn't be understood easily and you have utter chaos. Third, apathetic staff who exude indifference is not a good image. Fourth, they decide for themselves what drink you have, in my case, standard Pepsi. Fifth, they do not give you any sauces whatsoever even though you spend over £10. Sixth, the chips are awful, chewy reheated rubbish. Seventh, they omitted a rice bowl in my order; I couldn't be bothered to go back and argue the toss. Eighth, the premise is quite dingy for a KFC.

Worst KFC in history. This is not a fast food restaurant and make sure you have at 30 mins to eat for 2 wings. This place is health hazard. Shut it down!

- Offers Halal Certified Chicken - The Bangladeshi lady at the till was really nice, compassionate and professional - But the overall atmosphere/ambience of the place and the Cleanliness wasn’t up to the mark. Really poor i should say. Foods sprinkled everywhere, bags are on the floor, flies(insects) flying around the bin of the store. - The place was so hot and suffocating. You'll feel someone has thrown you in a furnace.

For the second time in a row, they messed up with my order. First time I ended up without my drink, today I waited 15 minutes for 2 wraps take away, and when I asked if everything was OK with my order (since I spent half of my break waiting for the food) the team members were rude and they even said they called my number but I did not come to collect (I never moved from the counter, they never called it). And another one came with my order, literally 5 seconds later, almost threw it at me like I was bothering them just for asking. Awful customer service. Rude team members. Awful service. Lunch time is busy, we know that. I work in the same industry. It can be overwhelming, I can understand the struggle and everything. However, you still should be able to do your job properly.

I don’t wanna be a negative Nancy but me and my friend came here to eat after a night out and the food did not give what it usually gives. My chicken was grey and I got a bad stomach after eating here 😭would not recommend.

They are not accepting cash and pretending that the system is down every day to let people only use the machines while if u have cash u can’t buy food.

A bit tight and space is at a premium. The benches and stools are awful and uncomfortable and if you're lucky enough to get an actual table, you always feel a bit rushed as the cleaning team tidy before you've finished for next customers. Touch screen ordering is hit and miss and don't expect staff to help you on tills if screens don't work, they redirect you to touch screens even though tills work. Staff generally okay and will try and help if you ask for a specific piece of chicken etc. Halal branch which is why I go - close and convenient from work. Kfc arcade app also gives you the odd freebie which is another incentive.

Food was fine and served quickly, can’t complain about the quality of the meals we received. Lady serving us was incredibly rude due to her own error, which was assuming we wanted to pay card then being upset when we said we wanted to pay cash as she had to redo the transaction on another till. The reason we came to the till and didn’t use the order points was for this reason, she didn’t ask in advance and became visibly annoyed and was quite short with us and fairly rude in her tone. After paying we were told they didn’t have gravy, was offered an alternative instead of a refund but took the alternative. The main floor was very messy and dirty, it probably hadn’t been cleaned all day. When we left the door was locked as it was close to closing, another man who was friendly and polite came to let us out.

The service was very much dissappointing. We were not given the sauce which we should get with the wrap, and when asked the guy managing the till just threw it into the table. There was no bean salad or hasbrowns which are suppose to come with the rice bowl. They just put some rice and lot of lettuce into it. Very bad experience.

I came here to taste the halal kfc, chicken pieces were very tasty, zinger was good but the chicken seasoning was not as good as in the individual pieces. In general the problem of this branch is the filthiness of the bathrooms and the lower floor, was appalling

It's a KFC, so nothing real fancy. I'm only giving three stars for service as they forgot my drink, and the fries were only just warm. For people who love their gravy, this one was a little watery

A good place to eat. Super cleaned The guy cleaning (an aged Asian worker in the evening ) deserves a raise. He was so kind and dedicated to his work. Hats off to all the staff. You guys took KFC on the next level. 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻

First of all i ordered a diet and got Pepsi max which seems okay however i am diabetic which could’ve killed me. I paid extra for sauce and got none of them. HALF of the machines were out of order and i had to wait half an hour for food that should’ve been done in 10min. The staff were rude to the point of no return, they called out my order and i went to get it which to then the lady at the till had the worst attitude I’ve ever been greeted at, there was a drink nearby and i asked if it was mine however the lady gave a dirty look when i did nothing wrong, as well as my drink was barely filled. This place was not finger lickin’good, this place is an embarrassment to KFC in all of London.

Staff were rude and abrupt when asked to activate a student offer. 2 items were missing from the meal. The food wasn’t nice at all. Overall my worst experience at KFC

The place is so dirty and disgusting. The stuff is so slow, I was waiting for 2 meals 30 minutes and when I asked them if somebody could clean our table they said “sorry there’s no one there”. I sat down drunk my iced tea and it tasted like soda. I tried to ask them to change it for me but they wouldn’t pay attention, they just didn’t care, so my brother asked them to change it for me and they gave me something else instead and the stuff member we asked him to change it said with a bossy voice “throw this”. Also my tenders were too cold! I never do such a thing about a restaurant, but this was the worst one I’ve ever been
