Nice arcade except when it gets too busy

The restaurant was with in the Gloucester Arcade, restaurant was named "Ask Italian" in London. The restaurant was within walking distance of our hotel the Ashburn. The restaurant was well-designed and extremely clean it offered alcohol although I didn't drink. The staff was nice and credit cards are taken. There were crayons the for my granddaughter. Where are the great seats outlooking the city. The food was cooked to order and they serve a courtesy cup of lemonade evidently homemade. The price was just right.

If you're ever in need of a quick bite or drink in London, I highly recommend popping into Gloucester Arcade. I recently stopped by for a little refreshment before heading home and was blown away by the incredible staff at Waitrose. They were beyond friendly and made me feel right at home. Despite the arcade being crowded, it was pretty clean - a rarity in London. Plus, the arcade is located in a great spot, making it easy to access. I particularly enjoyed the self-checkout system at Gloucester Arcade - it made payments incredibly easy and quick. Most of the shops it doesn't work properly, but in this shop, it went smoothly. Overall, I would definitely recommend giving this arcade a try if you're looking for a quick and convenient stop.

Fairly soulless, but has the best Waitrose I've been into and the staff are superb

Nice, clean, shopping. Grocery, pharmacy, coffee, what else you need?. Next to the tube, for easy departure.

It's OK very small place with only 4 shops inside Watrose is the big main shop in here. Nothing fancy

Good Waitrose supermarket but the station shopping mall needs a major renovation.

Small but has all the right businesses / shops / restaurants contained within but Waitrose stands out.

The Arcade is empty the only survivor is ASK restaurant and Waitrose. And an small Brazilian Acai bar. Beautiful place but I guess the shop rent is to higher. Restaurant open and close quickly.

Bright, light & airy with a vaulted glass atrium, somehow it's a shame they took away the big clock that used to sit just under the atrium in the middle when it was refurbished a few years ago. Quite a few restaurants here plus a huge Waitrose. February 2024 update: quite a few retail outlets still vacant and still no clock either but the atrium lighting installed over last Christmas was very nicely done & made the arcade much more welcoming.

Its all ok but at Waitrose I was treated a little discourteous as a disabled person. Up the street S did not make me go through a que for 2 items. Plus, I am too old to be lectured to just because U asked a question.

Waitrose very handy to train station. Always fresh produce. Boots. Hairdresser. Fresh flowers. Small arcade.

Pretty much an 80s arcade. Has a big Waitrose and an Ask Italian plus hairdresser. Practical place. Ah, and there is a photo booth in it if you want to take some fun photos...

Truly speaking, Waitrose is the main attraction of thos arcade. Other features are Emirate restaurant and a barber shop

I went to Viva Acai to get Acai bowls. I admire Sha. She survived all the pandemic and is still there.

Waitrose seems to cater towards a wider variety of clientele but compared to a few years ago not so much choice within categories. eg, sauces, tinned fruit and many many other items. I was disappointed.

Not that much going on but has useful shops like Boots and Waitrose, as well as a couple of food places if you're wanting something nearby, however, there are a lot of nice options along Gloucester road as well.

Place is not changing at all and getting the kind of post apocalyptic vibe. Miserable rich, Kingdom minions and beggars.

The Waitrose inside is a good one. Tucked away down the Arcade feels like its a semi derelict space however itsvgreat for shelter in bad weather. Its feels like local space which it is.

The only good thing with this small shopping arcade, is Waitrose. Another excellent example of this supermarket chain. The rest of the arcade is just rubbish including another Boots store where queueing is the order of the day.

Located right on Cromwell Road, convenient to Kensington district hotels and tube station. Near both the natural history and Victoria & Albert museums.

Just popped in, busy time,but safe. I didnt realise this was the first Waitrose, wow. Staff very good. And it's right next to the tube which was handy.

Waitrose was the reason I came in here, and pretty good it was too. Overheard the sushi counter guys talking in Cantonese so presumably those guys are from E Asia will an bring their well served expertise from overseas to Waitrose and pull up the bootstraps of quality of the food here... just needs commitment from Waitrose itself to buy quality ingredients to create the products which in UK is sorely lacking in their sushi delis!

Why would anyone ever write a review of the place with the Waitrose and a cash exchange place next to the station? No idea, but it’s definitely a place that exists and serves its purpose. The glass ceiling can look cool during sunset though

A reasonably big branch of Waitrose supermarket with a good selection of essential needs. All the shops in the Arcade are closed.

Really nice, they have a boots, a waitrose and a couple of restaurants. There are queues for the checkouts at waitrose during peak hours so would recommend avoiding those
